        팽이버섯의 저장성에 미치는 광석분말을 함유한 한지의 포장효과

        The effect of polyethylene film(PE) packaging of golden mushroom wrapped with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder on the changes in weight, color, texture, PPO activity, number of total microbe(TM) and sensory quality during storage at 10℃ were investigated. The experiments were divided to 3 groups(control; only PE packaging, KP; PE packaging wrapped with Korean paper up and down of the sample, KPM; PE packaging with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder up and down of the sample). The weight of the mushroom in the KPM was the lowest until 9 days-storage, but the weight was the highest at 15 days-storage, showing 12.5% higher against the initial weight. L^(*) values of the mushrooms in the control and KP treatment were decreased, but the value in the KPM treatment was maintained as the same of the initial value during storage. The increasing rate of a^(*) and b^(*) values in the all plots during storage was the lowest in KPM and in order of KPM<KP<control. The activity of PPO and number of TM in the KPM treatment were maintained the lowest, but hardness and gumminess were maintained the highest during storage. Appearance of the mushroom stored for 15 days was the best, the degree of browning and softening were the lowest in the KPM. Off-flavor was lower in all plots, but the scores were the lowest in KPM. But further study on the fruit body was grown in the KPM at after-period of storage was required.

      • 實業 批球選手들의 競技中 Time-out에 관한 認識

        In order to help them set effective strategies, this study was to survey how amateur volleyball players cognize the role and system of time-out during the competition. Therefore, one hundred thirty nine amateur volleyball players were surveyed during the period of toumament. The conclusions were as following : 1) Since male players, rather than females, considered the purpose and meaning of time-out as an important strategy to change the pace of the competition, they were likely to use it a factor of the better strategy during the competition. 2) Both male and female players were positive on the period and frequency of the time-out, considering present systems. 3) Since most of both gender volleyball players cognized the effect of time-out positively, the time-out will be important in the team sports. 4) Since there were different opinions between male and female players on the activity and role of coach during the time-out, there should be gender considerations on teaching methods.

        당뇨병 환자에서 혈장 Thrombin-Antithrombin Ⅲ 및 Plasmin-α_2-Plasmin Inhibitor 복합체의 임상적 의의

        연구배경:당뇨병 환자에서 혈액응고 및 섬유소용해 체계의 이상경향이 있어 그 결과로 여러 혈관합병증의 발생위험이 높다는 사실은 널리 알려져 있다. 그 기전은 아직 확실히 밝혀지지 않았으나, 고혈당으로 인한 혈장 단백질들의 비효소성 당화작용이나 산화성 스트레스로 인한 유리 라티칼 작용으로 응고항진이나 섬유소용해 활성의 저하를 유발하는 것으로 생각되고 있다. 최근 응고 및 용해인자와 그 억제자의 복합체들의 증가가 이 상태를 비교적 예민하게 반영한다고 알려져 있다. 방법:본 연구에서는 당뇨병 환자 101명과 정상 대조군 20명에서 혈장내 thrombin­antithrombin complex(TAT)와 plasmin­α₂­plasmin inhibitor complex(PIC)를 측정하여 비교하고, 당뇨병 환자에서 미세혈관 합병증과 대혈관합병증의 유무에 따른 차이와, 이미 혈관 질환의 위험인자로 알려져 있는 인자들간의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 결과:1. 환자의 분포를 살펴보면 혈관합병증이 있는 군은 85명, 혈관합병증이 없는 군은 16명이었고, 평균연령은 각각 57.9±14.1세, 49.9±16.6세로 혈관 합병증이 있는 군에서 더 나이가 많았고, 체질량지수는 23.2±3.4㎏/㎡, 24.1±3.4㎏/㎡로 두 군간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 또 두 군간의 혈압 및 HbA1c, 공복혈당 및 인슐린과 C­peptide, 총 콜레스테롤, 중성지방, HDL­콜레스테롤, Lp⒜는 유의한 차이가 없었고, 미세혈관합병증이 있는 군에서 당뇨병의 유병기간이 길었다. 2. TAT 및 PIC의 농도는 정상 대조군에서는 2.8±1.2 ng/mL, 240.4±69.7 ng/mL이었고, 당뇨병 환자군에서는 9.5±22.6 ng/mL, 472.2±258.7 ng/mL이었다. TAT와 PIC 모두 당뇨병 환자군에서 정상 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가되어 있었고(p<0.001), TAT/PIC ratio는 두 군간 차이가 없었다. 3. 당뇨병 환자의 혈관합병증에 따른 TAT 및 PIC, fibrinogen 농도는 합병증이 없는 군은 각각 4.1±2.4ng/mL, 362.2±272.0ng/mL, 322.7±102.4mg/mL으로 PIC와 fibrinogen의 증가를 보였으나, 연령을 보정한 후에는 통계학적 유의성은 없었다. 또 대혈관 합병증군에서는 각각 6.0±4.9 ng/mL, 507.4±321.6 ng/mL, 427.1±194.7 mg/dL이었으며 미세·대혈관 합병증군에서는 10.4±6.4 ng/mL, 484.8±269.7 ng/mL, 388.4±132.4 mg/dL으로 TAT의 증가를 보였으나 역시 연령을 보정한 후에는 통계학적 유의성은 없었다. 4. 미세혈관합병증군에서 HbA1c(>8%)가 높은 군의 PIC 농도가 유의하게 높았고(p=0.049), 대혈관합병증군에서 HbA1c(>8%)가 높은 군의 총 콜레스테롤 농도가 유의하게 높았다(p=0.042). 5. 총 당뇨병 환자군에서 PIC는 fibrinogen과 HbA1c와 양의 상관관계를, BMI와 음의 상관관계를 보였으며(r=0.47, 0.31,-0.25), 혈관 합병증이 없는 당뇨병 환자군에서만 TAT는 HbA1c와 양의 상관관계를 보였다(r=0.67). 결론:이상의 결과에서 혈장 TAT 및 PIC 농도는 당뇨병 환자에서 정상 대조군에 비해 의미있게 증가되어 있었고, 당뇨병 환자군에서는 연령의 증가와 유병기간이 혈액응고항진 및 용해의 장애에 큰 역할을 함을 알 수 있었으며, 총 당뇨병 환자군에 PIC와 HbA1c와 양의 상관관계를, BMI와 음의 상관관계를 보였으며 혈관 합병증이 없는 당뇨병 환자군에서만 TAT는 HbA1c와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 당뇨병 환자에서 혈액응고 및 용해의 장애가 동반되어 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 혈장 TAT 및 PIC는 혈관합병증으로의 진행을 예측하는 지표로서 유용하리라 생각된다. 또 혈당조절정도와 상관성이 있으므로 혈당조절후에 추적검사를 시행하여 합병증의 예방이 가능한지 추후 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다. Background : Abnormality of coagulation and fibrinolystic system is known as a predisposing factor of vascular complication in diabetes. Although the pathogenesis is not well known, non-enzymatic glycation reaction and the increase in production of free radicals due to an increased oxidative stress may be linked to the hypercoagulibility and hypofibrinolytic activity. As indices of abnormality in coagulation and firinolysis in peripheral blood, plasma thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ complex (TAT) and plasmin-α_2-plasmin inhibitor complex (PIC) were measured. The purpose of this study was to clarify whether hypercoagulability exists in diabetic patients with or without vascular complication. Methods : In our study, we measured plasma thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ compelx (TAT) and plasmin-α_2-plasmin inhibit or complex (PIC) in 101 diabetic subjects and 20 controls. Comparing TAT and PIC levels in diabetic microvascular complication group, diabetic macrovascular complication group and controls, we examined correlation between risk factors associated with diabetic vascular complication. Results : 1. The group with diabetic vascular complication was older than group without complication. There was no significant difference in BMI, blood pressure, HbA_ic, blood sugar level, insulin, C-peptide, serum creatinine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, Lp (a) between two groups. The group with diabetic microvascular complication had longer duration of diabetes. 2. Concentration of TAT and PIC were 2.8±1.2 ng/ mL, 240.4±69.7 ng/ mL in controls and 9.5±22.6 ng/ mL, 472.2±258.7 ng/ mL in diabetic patients, respectively. TAT and PIC were significantly higher in diabetic patients than in control (p<0.001). But TAT/PIC ratio was no significant difference between two groups. 3. In diabetic patients, concentration of TAT and PIC and fibrinogen were respectively 4.1±2.4 ng/ mL, 362.2±272.0 ng/ mL, 322.7±102.4 mg/ dL in group without vascular complication and 5.3±4.1 ng/ mL, 529.5±258.7 ng/ mL, 374.9±106.2 mg/ dL in group with microvascular complication, which group had increase in PIC and Fibrinogen but no significance after correction of age. Concentration of TAT and PIC and Fibrinogen were 60.±4.9 ng/ mL, 507.4±321.6 ng/ mL, 427.1±194.7 mg/ dL in macrovascular complication, and 10.4±6.7 mg/ mL, 484.8±269.7 ng/ mL, 388.4±132.4 mg/ dL in combined vascular complication which group showed increase of TAT but also had no significant increase after correction of age. 4. In diabetic microvascular complication patients, group of high HbA_1c (>8%) (p=0.049) had significant high PIC concentration. In diabetic macrovascular complication patients, group of high HbA_1c (>8%) (p=0.042) had significant high total cholesterol concentration. 5. In all diabetic patients, PIC was positively correlated with fibrinogen and HbA_1c and negatively correlated BMI (r=0.47, 0.31, -0.25). Only in daibetic patients without angiopathy, TAT was positively correlated with HbA_1c (r=0.67). Conclusion : In this study, plasma TAT and PIC concentration significantly increased in diabetic patients compared with controls, and PIC was increased in group with microvascular complication, TAT were increased in group with combined micro macrovascular complication. However, there was no significance relationship existed when correctinf for age. PIC was correlated with HbA_1c. TAT was correlated with HbA_1c only in the group without angiopathy. Abnormality of coagulation and fibrinolysis were combined in diabetes, plasma TAT and PIC can be used as an index of vascular complication. Also we found the correlation with the degree of the blood glucose control. Therefore we need follow up study for the possibility of prevention of vascular complication after controlling the blood glucose to age-matched patients (J Kor Diaabetes Asso 25:354~363, 2001).

      • 방사선치료실 주변의 선량 측정

        목적 : 고에너지 선형가속기 및 고선량율 원격조정 애프터로딩 근접치료장치 사용 시 치료실주변의 누설선량에 대한 측정을 하여 원자력법에서 허용하는 기준선량 이하인지를 확인하기 위하여 본 실험을 시행하였다. 또한 Co-60 선원의 방사능을 교정하기 위하여 방사능을 계산하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 누설선량은 주당 12시간에 방사성 동위원소의 activity와 Γ-constant를 곱한 값 및 본 시설물의 두께와 십가층(TVL)을 이용하여 계산하였다. Co-60 선원의 측정은 선원과 전리함 사이의 거리를 10㎝으로 하여 온도와 압력, 교정계수 (58.5345R/nC) 을 보정한 평균 분당 선량을 X(0.475R/min) 에 10㎝의 측정거리를 1m로, 시간을 1시간으로 환산하여 이를 1 Ci의 Co-60에 대한 Γ-constant 로 나누어 실제 선원의 activity로 나타내었다. 결과 : 2개의 Cs-137과 1개의 Co-60를 이용한 치료 중에 측정한 값으로 점유도와 주당 사용시간을 고려한 일반구역에서의 주당누설선량은 원자력법에서 정한 허용선량보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 방사선 선원이 저장용기 내에 있을 때의 afterloading system의 누설선량 측정은 시스템에서 1m 떨어진 거리에서 측정하였는데 그 측정치는 0.05mR/h 이하로 나타났다. Co-60 선원의 측정값은 0.221 Ci였으며 이 값은 선원을 구입할 때 측정한 값 1.04 Ci의 시간에 따른 감소율을 고려한 값 0.249 Ci 보다 약 11% 더 작은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 측정 시에 선원을 스테인레스로 된 tandem 내에 놓고 측정하였기 때문에 그에 따른 흡수율을 고려하면 신뢰성 있는 측정값으로 생각되었다. In this experiment, we presented the calibration of a Buchler high dose rate remote afterloading system and the radiation survey around the radiotherapy treatment room to guarantee the health of personnel and patients. The radiation survey of the radiotherapy treatment room indicates that the leakage radiation is less than 0.1 mSv at every point and the use of present shielding will provide an adequate protection for personnel and patients. We also presented a unique procedure for performing the calibration of a radioactive isotope with an acryl device and it was strongly considered as a reliable one.

        Propranolol이 흰쥐 해마박편에서 Gamma-aminobutyric acid 및 Glutamic acid유리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Present study was performed to clarify the effect of propranolol on the release of amino acid neurotransmitters employing hippocampal slices. Hippocampal slices (300-400㎛ thick) were prepared by the method of Spencer et al.(1976) and pre-equilibrated in Krebs-bicarbonate medium (KBM, pH 7.4) for 1 hr at 37℃. Pre-equilibrated slices were incubated in fresh KBM and then veratrine (25μM)-containing KBM for 10 min period. Basal and veratrine-induced release of GABA and glutamic acid were determined from recovered medium by HPLC. After 30 min resting period, slices were reincubated in propranolol-containing KBM and propranolol plus veratrine-containing medium consecutively for 10 min period each to investigate the effect of propranolol on basal or veratrine-induced amino acid release from hippocampal slices. The observed results were as follows : 1. The release of GABA induced by the first and second 10min-exposure of 25μM veratrine was 246.9±16.82 nmol and 209.9±20.84 nmol, respectively. When compared with released amounts of GABA during the corresponding spontaneous periods, these were 7.3 and 7.3-fold increase respectively. 2. the release of glutamic acid induced by the first and second 10min-exposure of 25μM veratrine was 426.3±63.16 nmol and 377±61.83 nmol, respectively. When compared with released amounts of glutamic acid during the corresponding spontaneous periods, these were 9.9 and 10.2-fold increase respectively. 3. Propranolol (2-8 mM) inhibited veratrine-stimulated GABA release in dose-dependent manner. 4. Propranolol (2-6 mM) enhanced veratrine-stimulated and spontaneous release of glutamic acid in dose-dependent fashion.

      • HRTF(머리저달함수)의 샘플링률 변환에 따른 입체음향 플레이어

        본 논문에서는 3D사운드 생성 기술 중 대표적인 방법인 원음에 HRTF(머리전달함수)를 콘볼루션(convolution하는 방식으로 음상정위 모듈을 구현하였으며 음장감을 부여하기 위하여 잔향(reverberation)효과를 추가하고 크로스토크 현상을 제거하기 위하여 트랜스오럴 필터를 추가하였다.본 논문에서는 sampling rate conversion을 사용하여 decimation과 interpolation을 수행하여 44.1KHz의 sampling rate로된 coefficient를 downsample하거나 upsample한 HRTR(머리전달함수)를 사용하여 콘볼루션(convolution)을 수행했다.본 논문에서는 3D사운드 생성과정에서 필요한 연산과정을 최소화하여 일반 PC의 computing power로도 sampling rate conversion된 데이터를 처리하여 줄 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고 구현하였다.

      • 미국의 구기지도에서 본 전술학습 모델의 검토

        The purpose of this study was to examine the model of tactical approach in games teaching bt analyzing the models of games education in the United States. As a result of this study, the following were clarified: 1) Although the traditional approach to games teaching focused on teaching skills, it didn't bring about any development on student's game performance. For this reason, tactical approach has come to attract a great deal of attention. 2) The model of tactical approach in games teaching guides students to learning both tactical awareness and skill execution which are necessary in a game setting. As a result, it makes it possible for students to develop their game performance. 3) The effectiveness of tactical approach leaves some indistinct points. To put it to practical use, it is necessary for us to add modifications to it's research design and test it continously.

        The purpose of this study was to Compared with record change trend according to sex difference and age to motor ability. The subjects were elementary, middle and high school students, The test items were 100(50)m run, standing long jump, push-ups(flexed arm hang), sit-ups, throwing, endurance run. The conclusions were as follows. 1. 100(50)m run. There were difference between boys and girls students of elementary and high school in 100(5o)m run item. 2. standing long jump: There were difference between boys and girls students of middle school in standing long jump item. 3. push-ups(flexed arm hang): There were difference between boys and girls students of high school in push-ups(flexed arm hang) item. 4. sit-ups: There were difference between boys and girls students of high school in sit-ups item. 5. trunk flexion: There were difference between boys and girls students of middle school in throwing item. 6. endurance run: There were difference between boys and girls students of elementary and high school in endurance run item.

      • 튜브형 이산화질소 passive sampler의 태양광 영향에 관한 분석

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the effect of sunlight on the measurement results of the tube type of NO2 passive sampler. Total 252 samples; seven duplicates, two sites with different concentration level, and nine days concerning to both exposure to sunlight and screened passive samplers with aluminium foil, were measured and analyzed. Relative standard deviation(%) of measurement data in this study was calculated as less than 10%, and it meant that even the simplest passive sampler showed comparatively high precision. The average concentration values of the screened passive samplers were turned out to be 22.4%∼25.5% higher than that of the passive samplers which were exposed to sunlight. Consequently, the sunlight was found to be the most important meteorological factor to affect the measurement for the tube type of passive samplers.

      • 란크릭 캅셀(플루옥세틴 20mg)에 대한 프로작 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성 시험

        Bioequivalence of two flouxetine capsule, ProzacR (Lilly kora Ltd.) and LanclicR (Samsung Pharm. IND. Co.), was evalated according to the guideline of KFDA. Twenty four healthy male volunteers (21-26 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After 60mg of fluoxetine was orally administered, blood was taken at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 24, 32, 48 and 72 hours after administration and just before administration. Plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and internal standard (clomipramine) by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The pharmaco kinetic parameters (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax) wre calculated and ANOVA test was used for the statistical analysis of parameters. Differences in (AUCt, Cmax and Tmax between two capsules were -0.90, 3.46 and -14.08% respectively. All powers (1-β) for AUGt, Cmax and Tmax were more than 0.9. Detectable differences (Δ) and confidence interval were all less than ±20%. All the parameters above met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence and indicated that LanclicR capsules are bioequivalent to ProzacR capsules.
