        회계 분야 독일어 교육을 위한 코퍼스 기반 분석

        독문과의 전통적인 교육과정에 사회적 수요에 부응하는 교과목을 추가하여 학생들의 사회진출에 도움을 주어야 한다는 것이 필자의 입장이다. 국내에서뿐만 아니라 독일에 진출한 기업들에서, 경영지원 업무의 경우에 회계 분야에 대한 수요가 매우 많다. 독문과에서는 회계 분야에서 기초수준의 독일어 텍스트를 읽어 낼 수 있는 능력을 배양해줄 수 있겠다. 바로 이러한 회계 분야 독일어 수업을 위한 분석과 기술이 본고에서 이루어졌고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회계 분야는 전문성이 높기 때문에, 학습어휘를 선정하기 위해서는 단순히 빈도에 기반하여 검색하는 방식이 아니라, 핵심도에 기반하여 검색하는 방식이 더 효율적이라는 점을 보였다. 둘째, 분야별 핵심어휘들 중에서 난해한 표현들에 대해 설명했으며, 이들을 이해하기 위해 필요한 배경지식에 대해서도 기술했다. 셋째, N-Gram 검색에 기반하여 학습문장을 선정하는 방식을 제시했다. 넷째, 핵심주제와 관련된 학습문장들의 선정을 위해서 연관어 검색에 기반한 검색방식을 제시했다. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Ansicht vertreten, dass man durch Ergänzung des traditionellen Curriculums durch Kurse, die der sozialen Nachfrage entsprechen, den Studenten beim Eintritt in die Gesellschaft Unterstützung bieten soll. Im Bereich der Management-Unterstützung in den Unternehmen, die sowohl in Korea als auch in Deutschland tätig sind, ist der Bedarf am Bereich des Rechnungswesens am größten. Auch in den Germanistikabteilungen koreanischer Universitäten sollte man die Fähigkeiten der Studenten verbessern, grundlegende deutsche Texte in diesem Bereich zu verstehen. Für den berufsorientierten Deutschunterricht werden die Analyse und Beschreibung des Deutschen im Bereich des Rechnungswesens durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind wie folgt: Erstens ist gezeigt worden, dass wegen der Fachsprachlichkeit des Wortschatzes des Rechnungswesens die Schlüsselwortsuche viel effizienter als die Häufigkeitssuche ist. Zweitens werden schwerverständliche Ausdrücke erläutert und wird das nötige Hintergrundwissen näher erörtert. Drittens wird zur Auswahl der Lernsätze zusätzlich eine auf N-Gram basierte Suchmethode verwendet. Viertens wird eine auf Kollokation basierte Suchmethode vorgeschlagen, um die Lernsätze auszuwählen, die sich auf die speziellen Themen beziehen.

        Sunureum as a Traditional Commoning in Jeju

        People of Jeju have survived typical geographical and natural conditions of an island. During the 17th and 18th centuries, in particular, the harsh living conditions dotted with a series of severe droughts and typhoons, which made it difficult for Jeju people to carry on farming in limited space, forced them to exhibit wisdom to use commons. The current study has examined the livelihood of Jeju people in a concrete way, especially their life-world through the livestock culture focusing on their farming practices. Cattle were indispensible for plowing, treading soil, and threshing. During the agricultural off-season, however, the cattle were grazed in common through a livestock gye, which was an association autonomously formed to utilize their labor force of individual farm households in more effective ways. Based on mutual trust built among gye members who voluntarily joined the association, they take turns in taking care of the cattle by setting up self-governing rules. The livestock gye does not have room for free riders. And as a result, the labor to be put in for cattle herding could be used more effectively in other tasks. Besides, they laid down rules for utilizing and managing the village pasture as well as agreements for reciprocally distributing profits from fodder grass and firewood collected from the common pasture. Within the village, there were other gyes for various purposes including weeding, tableware, and rice, intricately intertwined with one another. That is, multi-layered network of gye has been created in the village. The characteristic of Jeju commons is that this tightly woven network is formed through the organization called gye. Gye is a living system indigenous to Jeju. Through the gye system, people built social relationships with other people or nature, creating a reciprocal network. Through the mutual aids, reciprocity, solidarity and cooperation, caring and consideration and social network among village people, a custom and culture called ‘sunureum’ was developed. ‘Sunureum culture’ or ‘sunureum network’ can be the commonistic living culture that discloses the peculiarity of Jeju.

        장애인의 삶의 적응과정에서 기독교 신앙의 의미 -중도 지체·뇌병변장애인을 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 중도 장애인의 삶과 전환사건, 그리고 적응과정에서 기독교 신앙이 갖는 의미를 이해하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 사고, 질병 등으로 중도에 장애를 입은 기독 지체·뇌병변 장애인 5명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 자료는 만델바움(Mandelbaum)의 생애사 분석틀 삶의 영역, 전환점, 적응을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 삶의 영역은 ‘신체기능의 상실, 좌절 및 우울, 기회의 불평등과 빈곤, 편견과 소외’, 삶의 전환점은 ‘고통의 굴레, 빼앗긴 꿈, 익숙한 포기’, 적응은 ‘장애의 수용, 고난의 의미 재해석, 삶의 새로운 목적 발견’으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 기독교 신앙의 중요성을 탐색하고 중도 장애인의 자립을 도울 수 있는 교회의 선교적 역할을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of Christian faith in the life, switching events and adaptation process of the disabled who acquired the disabilities. It selected five subjects of physically disabled and brain-disabled Christian people who acquired the disabilities due to accidents and diseases. It used the analysis tool of life history of Mandelbaum to analyze the area of life, switching point and adaptation. The study result found that the life area is analyzed as ‘the loss of physical functions, frustration and depression, inequality of opportunity and poverty, prejudice and isolation’ and that the switching point of life is analyzed as ‘the continuation of agony, deprived dream and familiar abandonment’ and that the adaptation is analyzed as ‘the acceptance of the disabilities, reanalysis of the meaning of agony and the finding of the new purpose of life’. It explored the importance of Christian faith and suggested missionary role of church that can help the self-reliance of the disabled who acquired the disabilities.

      • The rice gene <i>DEFECTIVE TAPETUM AND MEIOCYTES 1</i> (<i>DTM1</i>) is required for early tapetum development and meiosis

        <P><B>Summary</B></P><P>Tapetum development and meiosis play crucial roles in anther development. Here we identified a rice gene, <I>DEFECTIVE TAPETUM AND MEIOCYTES 1</I> (<I>DTM1</I>), which controls the early stages of that development. This gene encodes for an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane protein that is present only in cereals. Our T‐DNA insertion mutations gave rise to abnormal tapetal formation. Cellular organelles, especially the ER, were underdeveloped, which led to hampered differentiation and degeneration of the tapetum. In addition, the development of pollen mother cells was arrested at the early stages of meiotic prophase I. RNA <I>in‐situ</I> hybridization analyses showed that <I>DTM1</I> transcripts were most abundant in tapetal cells at stages 6 and 7, and moderately in the pollen mother cells and meiocytes. Transcripts of <I>UDT1,</I> which functions in tapetum development during early meiosis, were reduced in <I>dtm1</I> anthers, as were those of <I>PAIR1</I>, which is involved in chromosome pairing and synapsis during meiosis. However, expression of <I>MSP1</I> and <I>MEL1</I>, which function in anther wall specification and germ cell division, respectively, was not altered in the <I>dtm1</I> mutant. Moreover, transcripts of <I>DTM1</I> were reduced in <I>msp1</I> mutant anthers, but not in <I>udt1</I> and <I>pair1</I> mutants. These results, together with their mutant phenotypes, suggest that DTM1 plays important roles in the ER membrane during early tapetum development, functioning after <I>MSP1</I> and before <I>UDT1</I>, and also in meiocyte development, after <I>MEL1</I> and before <I>PAIR1</I>.</P>

        Defective Tapetum Cell Death 1 (DTC1) Regulates ROS Levels by Binding to Metallothionein during Tapetum Degeneration

        <P>After meiosis, tapetal cells in the innermost anther wall layer undergo program cell death (PCD)-triggered degradation. This step is essential for microspore development and pollen wall maturation. We identified a key gene, Defective Tapetum Cell Death 1 (DTC1), that controls this degeneration by modulating the dynamics of reactive oxygen species (ROS) during rice male reproduction. Mutants defective in DTC1 exhibit phenotypes of an enlarged tapetum and middle layer with delayed degeneration, causing male sterility. The gene is preferentially expressed in the tapetal cells during early anther development. In dtc1 anthers, expression of genes encoding secretory proteases or lipid transporters is significantly reduced, while transcripts of PCD regulatory genes, e.g. UDT1, TDR1, and EAT1/DTD, are not altered. Moreover, levels of DTC1 transcripts are diminished in udt1, tdr, and eat1 anthers. These results suggest that DTC1 functions downstream of those transcription factor genes and upstream of the genes encoding secretory proteins. DTC1 protein interacts with OsMT2b, a ROS scavenger. Whereas wild-type plants accumulate large amounts of ROS in their anthers at Stage 9 of development, those levels remain low during all stages of development in dtc1 anthers. These findings indicate that DTC1 is a key regulator for tapetum PCD by inhibiting ROS-scavenging activity.</P>

      • 가유전체 구조로 설계한 90° 하이브리드

        이 논문에서는 적층형 가유전체 구조의 유효유전율과 유효투자율이 증가하는 현상을 이용하여 설계한 90° 하이브리에 대하여 기술하고 있다. SIAD 선로에서는 유효유전율과 유효투자율의 증가로 인하여 표준형 마이크로스트립 전송선로보다 선폭과 길이가 짧아지는 효과가 있는데, 이를 회로의 소형화에 활용한다. 예로써 90° 하이브리를 2㎓ 대역에서 설계하여 실제로 제작하여 측정한 결과를 제시한다. 종래의 표준형 회로와 비교할 때, 동일한 성능을 유지하면서도 회로의 크기가 36%만큼 감소한 결과가 소개된다. In this paper, a 90° hybrid is described and measured using substrate integrated artificial dielectric structure with increased effective permittivity and permeability. In a substrate integrated artificial dielectric transmission line, the length and width are shortened due to the increased effective permittivity and permeability. So it is useful to be applied for size-reduction. As an example, a 90° hybrid is designed using substrate integrated artificial dielectric transmission line structure and measured at 2㎓. The fabricated 90° hybrid is reduced by 36% from its original size while the performances are preserved.
