        남북한 스포츠교류가 대학생의 정부신뢰와 통일의식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to grasp the effect of sports exchanges between North and South Korea on university students’ trust in government and their reunification consciousness and to provide policies for them. Method: After the sampling frame was created, a total of 720 samples were extracted using the random number table. Among the collected data, 642 data were used as the final analysis data except for the question marked with the missing value or double labeling. In order to obtain the validity of the measurement tools used in this study, exploratory factor analysis was performed, and Cronbach’s α value was extracted to ensure reliability. In this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed according to SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. Results: First, institutional apparatus and sustainable exchange for the effect of substantial exchanges linked to reunification were needed. Second, it was necessary to promote policies and programs that allow university students to participate in the program through the diffusion to the private sectors and local governments. Third, reunification education and information openness were very necessary. Fourth, there should be government preparation and willingness to act and active participation of private sectors. Fifth, the enhancement of the government’s administrative trust, and ability to act & cope with the situation was the key to enhancing the trust of the government. Conclusion: The rapid and diverse exchange and cooperation for reunification should lead to the establishment of institutional apparatus and practical implementation.

      • MLE공정과 화학응집 및 산화공정을 이용한 수도권매립지 침출수 처리

        수도권매립지는 1992년부터 2000년 10월까지 64백만톤의 폐기물을 매립하고 사용종료한 제1매립장에서 2,000 ~ 3,000 m3/day, 현재 매립이 진행중인 제2매립장에서 1,500 ~ 2,000 m3/day씩 총 3,500 ~ 5,000 m3/day의 침출수가 발생되고 있다. 매립장에서 발생되는 침출수는 계절적 영향에 따라 발생량의 변화가 심하며, 매립시간이 지남에 따라 유기물질은 감소되는 반면 질소는 증가되는 현상을 나타내는 것이 일반적으로 이를 적정하게 처리하기 위해서는 생물학적 처리공정과 물리화학적 처리공정의 적절한 조합이 필요하다. 수도권매립지에서는 난분해성 유기물질과 절소를 다량 함유한 침출수를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 MLE공정과 화학응집공정 및 산화응집공정으로 구성된 복합 처리 공정을 적용한 결과 COD(cr)은 평균 97%, T-N은 평균 90%, NH₄(+)-N은 평균 99% 이상, 색도는 98% 이상의 처리효율을 나타냈다. Sudokwon Landfill generates approximately 3,500 ~ 5,000 m3/day leachate in total; 2,000 ~ 3,000 m3/day from the landfill site 1 which had been activated from 1992 to October 2000 with 64 million tons of waste in pace and 1,500 ~ 2,000 m3/day from the landfill site 2 which is currently in use. An amount of leachate generation has a wide range of fluctuations with seasonality. It is generally shown that with the passage of time, organic matters decrease whereas nitrogen increases in leachate. Thus, a combined method of chemical and biological process is needed for optimal leachate treatment. An average treatment efficiency of 97% of COD(cr), 90% of T-N, 99% of NH₄(+)-N and 98% of chromaticity have been achieved by using the method of compounding MLE process with chemical coagulation and oxidation coagulation process for efficient treatment of persistence organic matters in leahcate.

        치매환자에서의 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 예방적 외반 보조기의 효용성

        목적: 치매환자의 대퇴골 경부 골절로 시행한 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 탈구방지를 위한 예방적 보조기의 착용과 이의 효용성에 대하여 전향적으로 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술을 시행한 환자 중 수술 전 치매를 동반하고 있는 30예를 대상으로 하였다. 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술시 환자의 나이는 평균 80.4세(68~92)였고, 여자가 20예, 남자가 10예였다. 술 전 치매 환자의 MMSE-K는 평균 14.2(8~20)였다. 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술시의 원인 질환은 전 예에서 대퇴 경부 골절이 었다. 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 예방적 보조기를 착용한 환자에서 술 후 합병증인 탈구의 빈도를 분석하였다. 결과: 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 경과 관찰까지의 기간은 평균 2년 2개월이었다. 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 예방적 보조기를 착용한 전례에서 술 후 고관절 탈구가 발생한 경우는 없었다. 결론: 30예의 치매환자에서 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 예방적 보조기를 착용한 경우 술 후 탈구는 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 술 후 재활훈련의 습득이 어려운 치매환자에서 예방적 보조기의 착용이 양극성 인공 고관절 반치환술 후 발생하는 탈구의 발생을 상당부분 줄일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of the preventive abduction brace in dementia patients after bipolar hemiarthroplasty of the hip. Materials and Method: A review of 30 patients who had dementia prior to bipolar hemiarthroplasty of the hip. 20 females and 10 males were evaluated and their mean age was 80.4 years old (range, 68 to -92 years old). The average MMSE-K in dementia patients was 14.2 (range, 8 to 20). The reasons for the bipolar hemiarthroplasties were femoral neck fractures in all the cases. We analyzed the dislocation rates of those who had preventive abduction braces applied prospectively. Results: The average follow-up period after hemiarthroplasty was 2.2 years. All 30 patients had preventive abduction braces and no dislocations occurred after the bipolar hemiarthroplasties. Conclusion: Hip dislocations were not detected in those patients who preventive abduction braces applied. The present findings suggest that having a preventive abduction brace will definitely reduce the dislocation rate in dementia patients who have difficulties with rehabilitation after their operations.

        Roller-compacted concrete(RCC) dam have gained acceptance worldwide in a relatively short time due to their low cost, which is derived in part from their rapid method of construction. And RCC has recently emerged as an economically attractive material for dam construction, replacing the use of conventional concrete and even challenging the economics of earthfill and rockfill embankment dams. There are existing two major mix design methods. one used in USA and the other used in Japan. In this study, proper mix proportions of concrete for RCC dam is obtained using method of compound their merit.

        The application of light weight technology using composite in railway structure is actively being realized for the purpose of speed improvement, guarantee of safety, reduction of fuel, improvement of maintenance and etc. Especially, the application of composite to Korean tilting train, light weight train and low floor bus is now generalized and the research of applying the composite to special structure, such as core structure like bogie and the crash absorption equipment, is also being in progress. In this paper, longitudinal strain distribution of composite cantilever beam was measured applying the optical fiber sensors that uses the BOCDA (Brillouin Optical Correlation Domain Analysis) techniques. The 5mm thickness test specimen was fabricated by laminating the glass/epoxy prepreg and curing in the autoclave and the longitudinal strain was measured by increasing the loading from 200g to 2000g at 350㎜ length cantilever. At this moment, the spatial resolution was about 9mm and the strain error was ±20 με.

        반측안면경련 환자에서의 자기공명영상 및 자기공명혈관조영술

        Purpose : To determine the usefulness of MR imaging and MR angiography (MRA) in the evaluation of patientswith hemifacial spasm. Material and Methods : One hundred and twenty-five patients with hemifacial spasm wereincluded in this study. Axial T1-, T2-weighted images, proton density image (3mm thickness, 256x192) and 3-D TOFMRA were performed. Relation between facial nerve and adjacent arterial structures was carefully evaluated, whichwas correlated with surgical findings. Results : MRA identified the presence of offending vessels at the root exitzone of facial nerve and its origin in 117 patients(52 PICA, 50 AICA, 6 vertebral artery, 9 dual vessels). Therewere 4 false negatives and 4 false positives. Vascular groove at the root exit zone was identified in 52 cases,but there was no positive correlation between severity and duration of symptoms. The presence of ipsilateral orcontralateral distal loop formation of vertebral artery were noted in 63 patients. In addition, 4 cases ofneoplastic and vascular lesions were also demonstrated on MR imaging. Conclusion : Combination of MR imaging andMRA is an useful screening modality in the presurgical evaluation of hemifacial spasm, which can demonstrate theoffending vessels as well as other pathologic lesions.

        불소가 도입된 광경화형 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 합성 및 특성분석

        본 연구에서는 방수 성능이 개선된 디스플레이용 접착 소재를 개발하기 위해 불소 화합물을 도입한 Polybutadiene계 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머를 합성하였다. 합성에 적용한 디올은 신뢰성 확보 측면에서 이중결합을 제거한 수첨 폴리부타디엔 디올 (HLBH-P2000)을 적용하였으며, 불소를 함유한 perfluoropolyether (HTPFPE) 디올을 공중합 하는 방법으로 불소 화합물을 올리고머의 주쇄사슬에 도입하였다. 디이소시아네이트는 Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)를 사용하여 합성을 진행하고, 마지막으로 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA)를 말단에 부가하여 불소가 도입된 올리고머를 합성하였다. 합성된 올리고머의 특성 평가 결과, HTPFPE의 함량이 증가할수록 접촉각은 증가하고 표면에너지는 감소하는 결과를 보였으며, 더불어 투습율 (WVTR) 또한 감소함을 확인하였다. 접착력은 HTPFPE의 함량 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, HTPFPE의 함량이 증가함에 따라 접착력 감소 폭이 크게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터, 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 디스플레이 장치의 방수 소재로 적용이 가능한 접착제로서의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, to develop the adhesives with improved waterproof properties for display application, UV-curable urethane acrylate oligomers containing a fluorine moiety were synthesized from hydrogenated polybutadiene diol (HLBH-P2000), perfluoropolyether diol (HTPFPE), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). The properties which were related waterproof performance such as contact angle, surface energy and water vapor transmission ratio (WVTR) of synthesized fluorine induced urethane acrylate oligomers were measured. As the HTPFPE content increased, the contact angle also increased from 97.9 degree to 104.4 degree. The surface energy and WVTR decreased as the HTPFPE content increased. The adhesion strength also decreased according to the HTPFPE content increased, and the adhesion strength reduction had greatly increased as the HTPFPE content increased. The findings of this study will be beneficial for developing waterproofing adhesives in the field of display which has recently been a waterproof issue.

        제2경추 관절하 나사와 제1경추 외측괴 나사를 이용한 제1-2경추간 고정술

        제1-2경추간 분절 나사 고정술은 제1-2경추간 아탈구의 치료에 유용한 수술 방법이다. 현재로서는 제1경추에는 외측괴 나사를, 제2경추에는 척추경 나사를 사용하는 방법이 표준적이나, 후자는 삽입 도중 척추동맥 손상이 발생할 수 있다는 심각한 단점을 가지고 있다. 저자들은 최근에 1 ㎜ 간격 CT와 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용한 연구에서 제2경추 척추경 나사보다 척추동맥 손상의 위험이 적은 새로운 궤도인 제2경추 관절하 나사를 제안한 바 있다. 저자들은 제2경추 관절하 나사와 제1경추 외측괴 나사를 사용한 제1-2경추간 분절 나사 고정술의 첫 번째 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 환자는 제1-2경추간 아탈구와 척수증을 가지고 있었으며, 수술 후 만족할 결과를 얻었다. Segmental screw fixation is a useful procedure for the surgical treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation. Currently, C1 lateral mass screws and C2 pedicle screws are the standard screws used in this procedure. However, the C2 pedicle screw can cause serious complications such as vertebral artery injury. Recently we suggested a new trajectory for the C2 screw, the subarticular screw, which has a lower probability of vertebral artery injury compared with the pedicle screw, based on a study using 1 mm-sliced CT scan images and simulation software. We report the first case of segmental screw fixation using C2 subarticular screws along with C1 lateral mass screws. The patient had atlantoaxial subluxation and myelopathy and showed satisfactory results after surgery.
