효과적인 의사결정을 위한 다중레이블 기반 속성선택 방법에 관한 연구: 감성 분석을 중심으로

Management decision-making based on artificial intelligence(AI) plays an important role in helping decision-makers. Business decision-making centered on AI is evaluated as a driving force for corporate growth. AI-based on accurate analysis techniques could support decision-makers in making high-quality decisions. This study proposes an effective decision-making method with the application of multi-label feature selection. In this regard, We present a CFS-BR (Correlation-based Feature Selection based on Binary Relevance approach) that reduces data sets in high-dimensional space. As a result of analyzing sample data and empirical data, CFS-BR can support efficient decision-making by selecting the best combination of meaningful attributes based on the Best-First algorithm. In addition, compared to the previous multi-label feature selection method, CFS-BR is useful for increasing the effectiveness of decision- making, as its accuracy is higher. 본 연구는 인공지능 기법 중 다중레이블 속성선택 방법을 적용하여 복잡한 경영환경에서 의사결정의효과성을 증대시키는 방안을 설명한다. 인공지능 기반의 의사결정 시스템은 의사결정자의 선택과판단을 돕거나, 대신하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 더욱이 최근 인공지능을 중심으로 한 비즈니스 의사결정은기업의 성장 동력으로 평가받는데, 이를 위해서는 효과적인 의사결정 방법이 수반되어야 한다. 이에본 연구는 의미 있는 속성값을 선별하는 CFS-BR(이진연관성 접근 기반의 상관관계 속성선택 모델)을제안하여, 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하는 것을 돕는다. 예시데이터와 실증데이터의 분석 결과, CFS-BR은유의미한 속성을 최상우선선별 알고리즘 기반으로 최상의 조합을 선별하므로 효율적 의사결정을 지원할수 있고, 기존의 다중 레이블 속성선택 방법과 비교하였을 때 정확도가 높은 것으로 보아 효과적인의사결정을 증대시키는 데 유용하다.

Purpose: To describe how to make a swine hemodialysis fistula model and report our initial experience to test the feasibility of endovascular radiation therapy with Holmium-166 filled balloon catheters. Materials and Methods: The surgical formation of arterio-venous fistula (AVF) was performed by end-to-side anastomosis of the bilateral jugular vein and carotid artery of 6 pigs. After 4 weeks, angiograms were taken and endovascular radiation was delivered to the venous side of AVF with Holmium-166 filled balloon catheters. Pigs were sacrificed 4 weeks after the radiation and AVFs were harvested for histological examination. Results: All animals survived without any morbidity during the experimental periods. The formation of fistula on the sides of necks was successful in 11 of the 12 pigs (92%). One AVF failed from the small jugular vein. On angiograms, 4 of the 11 AVFs showed total occlusion or significant stenosis and therefore, endovascular radiation could not be performed. Of 7 eligible AVFs, five underwent successful endovascular radiation and two AVFs did not undergo radiation for the control. Upon histologic analysis, one non-radiated AVF showed total occlusion and others showed intimal thickening from the neointimal hyperplasia. Conclusion: Formation of the swine carotid artery-jugular vein hemodialysis fistula model was successful. Endovascular radiation using a Holmium-166 filled balloon catheter was safe and feasible.
효과적인 애스팩트 마이닝을 위한 다중 레이블 분류접근법

최근의 감성분류 연구는 출력변수가 하나인 단일레이블 분류방법을 사용한 연구가 많다. 특히, 이러한 연구는 하나의 극성 값(긍정, 부정)만을 찾는 연구가 많다. 그러나 한 문장 안에는 다중적인 의미가 내포되어 있다. 그 중에서도 감정과 오피니언이 이러한 특징을 갖는다. 본 논문은 두 가지 연구목적을 제시한다. 첫째, 한 문장 안에 다양한 토픽(주제 또는 애스팩트)이 있다는 사실을 기반으로, 해당 문장을 각 애스팩트 별로 감성을 분류하는 애스팩트 마이닝을 수행한다. 둘째, 두개 이상의 종속변수(출력 값)를 한 번에 분석하는 다중레이블 분류방법을 적용한다. 이에 본 연구는 감성분류의 연구가 단일분류기에 의해서만 이루어진 연구를 개선하고자 다중레이블 분류방법에 의한 애스팩트 마이닝을 수행하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 뮤지컬 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석결과 문장 안에 있는 다양한 애스팩트별 감성을 추출하였고, 유의한 결과를 얻었다.

A 34-year-old man who had undergone aortic valve replacement 8 years ago underwent an additional Bentall operation due to mechanical valve dehiscence 2 years later. Subse- quently, he was diagnosed with Behçet disease and Batter syndrome. A week after being hospitalized again due to chest pain and dyspnea, a large pseudo-aneurysm was detected on computed tomography. Because of the excessively large size of the pseudo-aneurysm, surgical treatment seemed very risky. Therefore, we planned to perform thoracic endovas- cular aortic repair (TEVAR) and treated him successfully. However, the patient experienced recurrence of the same symptoms 4 months later, and was found to have type IV endoleak. He received a TEVAR procedure again, and it was successful.

Purpose : To determine the usefulness of MR imaging and MR angiography (MRA) in the evaluation of patientswith hemifacial spasm. Material and Methods : One hundred and twenty-five patients with hemifacial spasm wereincluded in this study. Axial T1-, T2-weighted images, proton density image (3mm thickness, 256x192) and 3-D TOFMRA were performed. Relation between facial nerve and adjacent arterial structures was carefully evaluated, whichwas correlated with surgical findings. Results : MRA identified the presence of offending vessels at the root exitzone of facial nerve and its origin in 117 patients(52 PICA, 50 AICA, 6 vertebral artery, 9 dual vessels). Therewere 4 false negatives and 4 false positives. Vascular groove at the root exit zone was identified in 52 cases,but there was no positive correlation between severity and duration of symptoms. The presence of ipsilateral orcontralateral distal loop formation of vertebral artery were noted in 63 patients. In addition, 4 cases ofneoplastic and vascular lesions were also demonstrated on MR imaging. Conclusion : Combination of MR imaging andMRA is an useful screening modality in the presurgical evaluation of hemifacial spasm, which can demonstrate theoffending vessels as well as other pathologic lesions.
