포도원에 발생하는 이슬애매미충과 이마점애매미충의 생태적 특징

충북지역을 중심으로 이슬애매미충과 이마점애매미충의 발생생태 및 기주식물을 조사한 결과, 이들은 5월 초순부터 포도원에 들어와서 포도 잎을 가해하기 시작하며, 대체로 6월 하순과 8월 중순 경에 높은 밀도를 보였다. 이후 이슬애매미충은 10월 초순부터 월동하기 적당한 수피를 찾아서 인근 숲으로 이동하였고, 이마점애매미충은 9월 하순부터 포도원 주변의 잡초로 이동하였다. 충청북도 5개군의 발생조사에서, 두 종 모두 옥천지역에서 많이 발생하였다. 발육기간은 이마점애매미충이 이슬애매미충보다 짧았다. The occurrence and the host plants of Arboridia kakogawana and A. maculifrons in the province of Chungcheonbuk-Do were observed. They started to infest grapevine in a vineyard in early May and reached peak population two times once in late June and once in mid August in general. In preparation for overwinter, A. kakogawana moved to the nearby forest in search of a tree with bark from early October. A. maculifrons also moved to the weeds on the ridge of vineyard circumferences from the end of September. Population density of the two species were found to be the highest in Okcheon county among the five counties of Chungbuk province. Developmental period of A. kakogawana was shorter than that of A. maculifrons.

병해충 방제약제로 등록된 51종의 농약(살충제 25종, 살비제 11종, 살균제 11종 그리고 농약보조제 4종)에 대한 으뜸애꽃노린재 약충과 성충의 독성을 조사하였다. 살충제 중에서는 flpronil, lufenuron, acetamiprid+fipronil, $\alpha$-cypermethrin+flufenoxuron, buprofezin+amitraz of 독성이 낮았고, 살비제 중에서는 acequinocyl, bifenazate, chlorfenapyr, etoxazole, fenpyroximate, flufenoxuron, milbemectin, spirodiclofen, tebufenpyrad가 독성이 낮거나 없었다. 살균제와 농약보조제는 모두 낮은 독성을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 시설 병해충의 종합관리체계 에서 으뜸애꽃노린재에 독성이 적은 약제와 으뜸애꽃노린재를 함께 이용할 수 있을 것이다. Toxicities of 51 pesticides (25 insecticides, 11, acaricides, 11 fungicides and 4 adjuvants) commonly used to control greenhouse insect, mite, and disease pests were evaluated to minute pirate bug, Orius strigicollis nymphs and adults at the recommended concentration. Among 25 insecticides tested, fipronil, lufenuron, acetamiprid+fipronil, $\alpha$-cypermethrin+flufenoxuron and buprofezin + amitraz showed low toxicity to O. strigicollis. Among acaricides, acequinocyl, bifenazate, chlorfenapyr, etoxazole, fenpyroximate, flufenoxuron, milbemectin, spirodiclofen and tebufenpyrad showed low toxicity to O. strigicollis. All fungicides and adjuvants tested were very low toxicity. It may be suggested from these results that five insecticides, nine acaricides, eleven fungicides and four adjuvants could be incorporated into the integrated thrips management system with O. strigicollis in greenhouses.
고도근시에서 스무딩을 병용한 고등각막표면연마굴절수술(Advanced Surface Ablation)의 임상성적

Purpose: To investigate the results of Advanced Surface Ablation (ASA) coupled with `smoothing` to smooth the ablation surface after covering masking fluid. Methods: ASA was performed in 61 eyes with ablation depth of more than 75 μm. The mean refractive error was -5.88 ± 1.27 D and mean ablation depth was 102.93 ± 12.06 μm. Smoothing was performed in all patients (mean depth 16.79 ± 2.43 μm, mean diameter 8.77 ± 0.16 mm). Customized Aspheric Transition zone (CATz) was used in the laser algorithm. Results: The mean refractive error was -0.29 ± 0.41 D at postoperative 6 months and 97% of patients had an UCVA of 1.0 or better at postoperative 6 months. There was no statistically significant difference in magnitude of high-order aberrations at postoperative 6 months. The magnitude of total spherical aberrations increase was 0.084 μm at postoperative 6 months (p<0.05, paired t-test). The cornea was maintained clear in the majority of eyes. Conclusions: Excellent results were obtained by ASA coupled with `smoothing` in high myopia patients with an ablation depth greater than 75 μm. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2012;53(3):365-371
배추좀나방에 대한 Indoxacarb의 작용특성 및 기작

배추좀나방의 발육단계별 indoxacarb의 살충활성, 침투이행성 및 잔효성을 조사하였고, esterase, acetylcholinesterase, glutathione S-transferase 등의 효소활성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 배추좀나방 유충에 대해서 높은 살충효과를 나타내었으나, 알과 번데기에 대해서는 살충율이 $10\%$이하이었다. 엽면침투이행성과 근부침투이행성의 효과는 없었으며, 잔효성은 10일째까지 $80\%$의 살충효과를 유지하였다. Indoxacarb는 esterase와 glutathione S-transferase의 활성은 저해하지 않았지만 acetylcholinesterase의 활성을 저해하였다. Insecticidal activity, systemic and residual effects, and effects on enzyme activities (esterase, acetylcholinesterase, glutathione S-transferase) of indoxcarb were evaluated against Plutella xylostella. The insecticide was very effective against larvae of P. xylostella. Also, indoxacarb showed only residual effect to P. xylostella when applied to vegetable leaves. It inhibited acetylcholinesterase activity, but didn't do esterase and glutathione S-transferase activities.
꽃노랑총채벌레에 대한 Pennyroyal oil과 Spearmint oil의 훈증효과

꽃노랑총채벌레 성충에 대한 4종 식물정유(muguet flower, patchouli, pennyroyal, spearmint)의 훈증효과를 조사하였다. 그들 중 100%의 훈증효과를 나타낸 정유는 pennyroyal oil과 spearmint oil 이었다. 두 정유에 대한 주요 구성성분을 GC와 GC/MS로 분석한 결과, pennyroyal oil은 pulegone(100.0%), spearmint oil은 ${\beta}-myrcene(3.5%)$, limonene(12.1%), carvone(85.4%)이 주요 구성성분으로 나타났다. 이 성분의 훈증독성 시험결과 carvone과 pulegone은 $1{\mu}{\ell}/45m{\ell}$ air의 약량에서 100%의 높은 훈증독성을 나타내었다. Fumigant toxicity of four plant essential oils (muguet flower, patchouli, pennyroyal, spearmint) were tested against the adults of western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis. Among them, pennyroyal and spearmint oils showed 100% mortality at $1{\mu}{\ell}/45m{\ell}$ air dose. Through the constituent analysis using GC and GC-MS, we confirmed that main constituents of pennyroyal oil were pulegone(100.0%), and spearmint oil were $\beta-myrcene(3.5%)$, limonene(12.1%), carvone(85.4%). Among them, carvone and pulegone showed 100% fumigation at $1{\mu}{\ell}/45m{\ell}$ air dose, respectively. It can concluded that two oils are potential control agents against F. occidentalis.
