        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        새로운 유사 원자층 증착 방법에 의한 산화막의 형성 및 터널링 자기 접합에의 응용

        The tunneling barrier is crucial to the overall performance in magnetic tunnel junction. We have suggested a new formation method for the tunnel barrier, which has utilized pseudo atomic layer deposition with sputtering (PALDS). As is well known, all metallic thin films oxidize more or less under atmospheric conditions. With using this property of metallic thin films, we have prepared tunnel barrier by sputtering metallic thin film and exposing it to the oxygen ambience. From transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation, the formed tunnel barrier has been confirmed to have clear and good interface between magnetic layers and tunnel barrier. From atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation, it has been also confirmed to have low surface roughness. The TMR MRAM cell manufactured using PALDS method has been shown to exhibit typical tunnel resistance of 86 KΩ·μm^2 and TMR ratio of about 40%. The 40% of MR is quite large. It is considered that this value is geometrically enhanced magnetoresistance due to the low junction resistance of MTJ.

      • 5-FU로 백서 가슴샘에서 유도된 세포고사의 Comet Assay에 의한 분석

        Thymus is a lymphoid organ forming T-cells from hematogenous stem cells. Apoptosis of thymocytes in the cortex of thymus is so rapid that cannot find easily with routine histological techniques. In this experiment, Comet assay and SDS-PAGE were used to detect apoptotic changes and protein changes after 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) treatment in the thymus of the rat. The results were as follows. 1. The number of thymocytes in the cortex was markedly decreased, and many apoptotic cells with various size and shapes were found on DAT 5 in 5-FU treated group. 2. On DAT 5, new nodules with germinal centers began to appear in the peripheral cortex, and in the germinal center, there was many apoptotic bodies of various size and shapes. 3. In SDS-PAGE, a protein with molecular weight of 123kDa was increased on DAT 5 which was considered as integrins subfamily.

      • Vincristine이 Mouse 자궁선 상피세포의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        As vincristine, one of the vinca alkaloids isolated from VInca rosea Linn ingibits mitosis by binding to tubulin, the basic protein subunit of the microtubles resulting in disruption of the mitotic spindle apparatus, this drug has been used for the treatment of many neoplastic diseases. However, vincristine is also known to cause many side effects such as neurotoxicity, suppression of bone marrow function and hypofunction of the liver cells etc. The present study was performed to explore the effect of vincristine on the fine structure of organelles in the uterine glandular cells of the mice at different stages of the estrous cycle. Vincristine dissolved in normal saline(1.6mg/kg) was given intraperitoneally to the animals of the experimental group and normal saline to those of the control group for 4 days. All the animals was sacrificed on the 5th day, and specimens were obtained from the corpus uteri. Thin section(600-800 A thick) made from each specimen were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate and observed with electron microscope(Hitachi-600). In the uterine glandular epithelial cells of vincristine treated mice at the proestus stage, the following changes were observed: a decrease of mocrovilli, partial disorganization of the cristae and disruption of the membrane of mitochondria, fragmentation or sacculation of the cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum associate with detachment of the ribosomes, and appearance of numerous autophagic vacuoles, multivesicular bodies as well as primary lysosomes. Similar changes in ultrastructure of the uterine glandular epithelium were identified in the drug-treated animals at the estrus stage. All the changes induced by vincrisitne in the fine structure of organelles of these epithelial cells at the metestrus stage or diestrus stage were not much different from those produced at the estrus stage. The results of present study suggest that due to its cytotoxicity may cause degenerative changes in the uterine glandular epithelial cells of mice in all stages of the estrous cycle.

      • 헌체운동의 새 방향

        We analyzed the 10-year outcomes of the Daejon-Chungnam Center for Cadaver Donation Movement from May 1, 1993 to February 28, 2002, and obtained the following results. 1. The main products of 10-year cadaver donation movement were the significant increment of the number of registered donators, especially those of the women, the change of the civic consciousness on cadaver donation, and reports on the anatomic and teratologic studies. 2. The leading problems of the cadaver donation movement were the non-fresh cadaver experiment, lack of exclusive responsible post, personnel and budget, lack of non-medical cadaver practices, and the absence of donation of child and fetus cadavers. From the above results, it is considered that the on-going cadaver donation movement should be emphasized on the following subjects, (1) practical use of the cadavers for the non-anatomical education and research, such as clinically related study, preservative education of surgical practitioners, and observation and training of non-medical personnel, (2) practical use of organs and tissues of cadavers as the remedy materials, such as transplantation and cuture of viable organs, tissues or cells, (3) early donation is essential to obtain the fresh cadaver, and the revision of the legal proceedings to solve the ethic problems is needed, (4) and the local administrative post exclusive responsible post for the public information of cadaver donation and management of registered persons is needed to be established, and the enhancement of relationship of the all local medical and non-medical colleges.

      • ^152Sm에서의 다중극 혼합비에 관한 연구

        동일한 선원에 대한 감마-감마, 감마-내부전환전자 각상관관계 실험을 통하여 변형핵인 ^152Sm의 혼합비(δ)와 121.8keV전이의 내부 전환전자 입자매개변수(b_2)를 결정하였다. 감마선을 검출하는데는 두대의 Ge(Li)검출기를 내부전환전자를 검출하는 데는 표면장벽형검출기를 사용하였다. 실험을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 구하였다. 244.7 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =-0.012±0.007 688.6 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =17.4±3.01 964.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =9.51±1.93 1112.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =12.30±2.05 1408.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =0.16±0.07 964.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_K ; b_2=1.66±0.26 1408.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_K ; b_2=1.63±0.10 1408.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_L ; b_2=0.99±0.13 혼합비는 PPQ(Pairing-Plus-Quadrupole)모델과 IBA(Interacting-Boson-Approximation)모델로부터 얻은 이론값과 비교하여 보았고 또한 입자매개변수값이 이론값과 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 보아 변형핵의 저에너지 E_2 전이에서 ‘anomaly’가 있는 것으로 추정된다. The mixing ratios (δ) and the internal conversion electron particle parameters (b_2) of the 121.8keV transition in deformed ^152Sm nuclei were determined by comparing the γ-γ and γ-e angular correlation measurements made with the same source. The experimental apparatus was constructed with a surface barrier detecter for electrons and two Ge(Li) detectors for gamma rays. The following results were obtained. 244.7 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =-0.012±0.007 688.6 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =17.4±3.01 964.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =9.51±1.93 1112.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =12.30±2.05 1408.0 keV-121.8 keV ; δ =0.16±0.07 964.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_K ; b_2=1.66±0.26 1408.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_K ; b_2=1.63±0.10 1408.0 keVγ-121.8 keVe_L ; b_2=0.99±0.13 The results are compared with the theoretical values derived from the Pairing-Plus-Quadrupole model and from the Interacting-Boson-Approximation model, and an 'anomaly' was found in the low-lying E_2 transition for deformed ^152Sm nuclei.

        유전자 알고리즘과 신경회로망을 이용한 고속 확관기의 확관속도 최적화

        This paper presents the optimization of expanding velocity for tube expanding process in the manufacturing of a heat exchanger. In specific, the expanding velocity has a great influence on the performance of a heat exchanger because it is a key variable determining the quantity of tube expanding at assembly stage as well as a key parameter determining overall production rate. The simulation showed that the genetic algorithm used in this paper resulted in the optimal tube expanding velocity by performing the following series of iteration; the generation of arbitrary population for tube expanding parameters, consequently the generation of tube expanding velocities, the evaluation of tube expanding quantity using the pre-trained data of plastic deformation by means of a neural network, and finally the generation of next population using a penalty function and a Roulette wheel method.

      • 高溫低싸이클 疲勞크랙전파에 미치는 過度的 크리이프變形擧動의 影響

        Considering the elastic strain and the creep strain at high temperature low cycle fatigue, together, we could find that the experimental modified J integral, J'ex is larger than the theoretical value, J'a. To investigate which effects this enlargement have on the crack propagation in the creep-fatigue interaction range, the high temperature low cycle fatigue crack experiment was accomplished using CN specimens. The results are as follows. 1. The enlargement of J'ex is not considerable at R=0 but at R=-1 it is considerable. 2. J'ex with low stress holding time is 2-10 times larger than the one without holding time. 3. In case of no holding time, the enlargement of J'ex has effects on the crack crack propagation rate at R=-1, but at R=0 a certain factor having no effects was found out.
