These day, Internet Recruiting needs the negotiation of recruiting items. This paper proposes multilateral negotiation that substitutes applicants and employers. Previous Negotiation Systems use the preference value of the multi-attribute and the sequential negotiation. But proposed Internet Recruiting Negotiation System(IRNS) uses the parallel negotiation of multi-attribute. The parallel negotiation supplies the multi-attribute negotiation including values of single-attribute and result of parallel negotiation. This paper shows that excellent result for effective negotiation using the weight strategy of multi-attribute for a matter of concern of users.

Co-segregation of male fertility with DNA markers selected by RAPD analysis as being potentially linked to the restorer gene (Rf) for Cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) was analyzed using segregating F2 population. One RAPD marker directly linked to the Rf locus was identified. Amplification of OPT-02/570 using the STS primers generated a monomorphic band of each fertile plants randomly selected F2 progenies. From these results, this specific marker would be strongly linked to be restoring gene. The use of STS marker is effective in overcoming the reliability of the RAPD phenotype and improving their utility for MAS, co-dominant STS markers are especially very useful.
추황배(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) 과피로부터 1종의 Sterol과 3종의 배당체 화합물의 단리·동정

본 연구에서는 배의 유용성 증명을 위한 일환으로 배의 화학성분을 분자수준에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 배 과피 MeOH 추출물을 용매분획하여 얻은 EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성분획을 대상으로 Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, 그리고 ODS colmn chromatography와 HPLC를 이용하여 정제 및 단리하였다. 그 결과, EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성 분획으로부터 각각 2종씩의 화합물을 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물 1-4는 1H- 및 13C-NMR 분석을 통하여 각각 (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (화합물 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone(piceoside, 화합물 2), β-sitosterol (화합물 3), 그리고 β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (화합물 4)로 동정되었다. 단리된 3종의 배당체 화합물(화합물 1, 2, 4)들은 본 연구에 의해 배로부터 처음 동정되었으며, 화합물 3은 추황배로부터 처음 동정되었다. 본 연구결과가 배 함유 성분연구는 물론 배의 기능성 해명 연구에도 추후 중요한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. We isolated and identified antioxidants from acidic and neutral ethyl acetate fractions of the peel of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia N. cv. Chuhwangbae). We isolated 4 compounds from the methanol extract, by using 3 different types of column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, and octadecylsilane) and preparative HPLC. We identified the isolated compounds as (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone (picroside, compound 2), β-sitosterol (compound 3), and β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound 4) by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. We are the first to report the identification of compounds 1, 2, and 4 from pear.
Stuides on Histone ( Ⅵ ) : Histones from Normal and Myelocytic Leukemia Leucocytes

The five major fractions of histone from normal and myelocytic leukemia leucocytes were prepared by the procedure of Johns. Electrophoretic behaviors on acrylamide gels and amino acid composition of various histone fractions from normal and leukema leucocytes: were compared:: The results obtained were as follows 1. The yields of whole hisfome isolated from normal and : inyelocytic leukemia leucocytes recovered were 37.08㎎ and 58.64㎎ per lg packed cells, respectively. 2. A marked increase in the amount of fraction KAS (f2b) from leukemia leucocytes was observed. These events were apparently correlated with a parallel decrease in the fractions KAP (f1) and ARE (f3). The .amount of fraction fZa (GRK+LAK) was almost to those of corresponding fraction of normal leucocytes. 3. Amino acid analysis showed the fraction ARE (f3) from leukemia cells contained markedly greater amounts of e-N-monomethyllysine and e-N-dimethyllysine than that from the normal cells.

The thesis has calculated the average (M) and the average deviation (SD) before and after by method of exercises against each analyzing item, so it has inspected a difference between before and after by method of exercises through the pared t-test. The inspection against a difference between the methods of exercises was verified to make a use of the t-test of the independent sample. A change of the bodily constitutions has a significant difference of weight, amount of physical fat, rate of physical fat, rate of abdominal fat, physical water, BMI, BMR through inspection between before and after by exercise methods of one groups of 6.5㎞/h and another group of 5.5㎞/h. There is a statistically significant difference by exercise methods from one groups of 6.5㎞/h and another group of 5.5㎞/h as well as weight, amount of physical fat, BMI and BMR. While it was reduced in rate of physical fat, that of abdominal fat in difference by exercise methods., however, there was no significant difference observed between two groups This study found out to have a more positive effects on the bodily constitutions from 6.5㎞/h than 5.5㎞/h as the result of its performance, The program with the moving speed of walking exercise is very good for a fat woman as an exercise to get rid of fat trouble, as well as the walking exercise is lower than the other exercise in rate of abandonment of the exercise and it is easy for everybody to take exercise. A moving speed of walking exercise have on very good effect on the exerciser when it takes 6.5㎞/h, 50 minutes or more, every five times per week. We needs more study on another sex together with a weight exercise and so on., in order to get rid of the fat trouble.

Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.
인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.
