        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

      • 가변부하를 이용한 PV모듈의 시험회로 설계

        A complete computerized system for the characterization and performance testing of photovoltaics(PV) modules under natural sunlight and ambient condition was designed. I-V characteristics of PV module provides on essential diagnostic means in assessing the performance and internal cell parameters of PV module depends on its basic materials, manufacturing technology and operating environmental conditions. I-V curves derived from PV modules refect to a large extent the physical properties and their expected performance. In this paper, Electrical performance measurement and evaluation methods for solar cell module by MOSFET variable Load were studied. Also, Mathematical model and theory of solar cell associated with the photovoltaic effect has been discribed.

      • 분광 앨립소미트리를 이용한 유리기판 위의 박막 분석

        Spectroscopic ellipsometry 은 다양한 물질의 광학적 특징을 연구할 수 있는 강력한 기술이다. 현재 실리콘 웨이퍼 위의 박막 분석에는 그 효율성이 확실히 입증되어 있다. 그러나 현재 산업은 유리 기판위의 박막을 분석하기를 원하고 있다. Ellipsometry로 투명기판을 분석하기 위해서는 후면 반사에의한 비간섭성 효과를 고려해야 한다. 기존의 반사공식을 투명기판의 비간섭성을 고려하여 수정하였다. 투명기판 위의 샘플과 scratch를 낸 같은 샘플을 측정 분석하여 정확성을 확인하였다. 수정된 반사공식을 이용하면 디스플레이와 같은 투명재료를 이용하는 곳에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. A Spectroscpic ellipsometry is very strong technology to study optical properties of many materials. It has already substantiated a analytic efficiency about thin films above wafers to be made of silicon. However, the current industry needs thin films analyzed on a glass. When we analyze a glass using a ellipsometry, we have to consider a efficiency of incoherence due to reflect at the back side. So then, we slightly altered the original formula. We compared a scratched sample with a sample on the glass, because off getting a exactitude. Our technical development, using the changed formula, is expected the useful utilization in a part of using gIasses such as display.

      • 원격 퍼스컴회의 시스템의 다자간 접속을 위한 SAS 구현

        In this paper, we suggest new MCU to implement multipoint connection in the SAS of remote PC conference systems. The MCU should observe recommendations of H.231 and H.234 of ITU-T. While mixing video data, the number of attendants in limiteded because it decodes bit stream and then encodes again, therefore, multicasting in the application layer should be implemented to solve the limited element. This program implemented the module that enables group manager of SAS and group server to procede and transmit multimedia data. The validity of paper was proved by implementing the function of image rotation that can display all of attentant in SAS of romote PC conference. The main service system is implemented based on Windows NT and Visual C^(++) 2.0.

      • 대구지역 실내 외 공기중 주요 대기오염물질의 농도조사에 관한 연구

        최근 현대인의 실내거주시간이 일상생활시간의 80% 이상을 차지할 정도로 크게 증가하면서 보건·위생학적 측면에서 실내공기질은 매우 중요한 관심사로 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 1994년 8월의 여름철과 1994년 12월 ∼1995년 1월의 겨울철에 대구를 중심으로 가정집, 사무실, 식당과 같은 3가지 유형의 일반주거환경 중 실내·외 공기를 대상으로 실행되었다. 측정항목으로는 RSP, CO, CO₂, NO₂등의 주요 기준성 오염물질과 Bioaerosol을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 각 성분대상물질의 실내·외 농도는 실내거주환경 및 여름과 겨울, 두 계절에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 실내·외 농도비교에서 RSP, CO, CO₂의 실내농도는 대부분의 지역에서 실외에 비하여 높은 농도를 나타냈다. 각 실내거주환경에 따른 실내·외의 농도는 가정, 사무실에 비하여 식당에서 상대적으로 높은 농도를 나타냈으며 실내·외 농도비 또한 식당에서 상대적으로 큰 값을 나타냈다. 여름과 겨울의 두 계절에 따른 RSP, CO, CO₂의 실내·외 농도는 여름철에 비하여 겨울철에 더욱 높은 농도를 나타냈으나 Bioaerosol의 실내·외 colony/plate는 여름철에 더욱 높은 수치를 나타냈다. The study was carried out to investigate the concentrations of indoor air pollutants such as respirable suspended particulate (RSP), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) and bioaerosol at homes, offices and restaurants in Taegu city. Indoor and outdoor concentrations of these pollutants were observed simultaneously from August 1994 for summer to January 1995 for winter. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Both in summer and in winter, the indoor concentrations of RSP, CO, and CO₂; were higher than the outdoor concentrations, the indoor concentrations of major air pollutants (RSP, CO, CO₂, NO₂) in restaurants were higher than those in homes and offices. 2. The indoor and outdoor concentrations of RSP, CO, and CO₂; in winter were significantly higher than those in summer, on the other hand. The CFU/plate of bioaerosol in winter was lower than that in summer. These results suggested that indoor levels of air pollutants were affected by various indoor characteristics such as smoking, cooking, ventilation rate, winter heating systems, and behavioral activity of occupants.

        출혈성 쇼크모델에서의 골수강내 주사에 의한 수액소생술의 효과

        We studied the clinical applicability of intraosseous route as a rapidly, easily obtainable venous access route in shock resuscitation using rabbit hemorrhagic shock model. The experiment was conducted after induction of shock by withdrawing one-third of blood volume. In the 1st experiment. three times of shed blood was replaced with saline solution in intraosseous and intravenous group but no fluid was given to control group. The mean arterial pressure and hematocrit were observed throughout the experiment. In the 2nd experiment, the flow rate between gravity and 150 mmHg-pressurized intraosseous infusion was compared. The results were as follows: In the 1st experiment, all three groups showed a drop in MAP to at least 40% of the baseline value after induction of hemorrhage. At 5min after beginning of fluid administration, the MAP was elevated to 105% and 100% of baseline in the intraosseous andintravenous group, respectively. After fluid infusion was finished, MAP declined in both groups but intravenous group showed marked drop and maintained lower value than control group until the end of experiment. In the 2nd experiment, the flow rate was 3.8ml/min by gravity and 4.8ml/min by 150mmHg pressure and showed no statistical difference. In conclusion, the intraosseous infusion showed superior effect in restoring and maintaining arterial pressure than conventional intraveous infusion in the initial fluid resuscitation of rabbit shock model.

      • 좌심실내 혈류 전파 속도에 관한 연구

        Background : Noninvasive attemps to identify left ventricular relaxation have been hampered because relaxation rate, left atrial filling pressure, and chamber compliance are the major determinants of peak early velocity and filling rate. This study was perfomed to evaluate the relation between the velocity of flow propagation and left ventricular relaxation by using pulsed doppler echocardiography to analize flow propagation in the left ventricle. Method : By using pulsed Doppler echocardiography, the velocity of left ventricular flow propagation was measured from the distance and time difference of flow wave along the long axis propagation of left ventricular inflow during early filling in normal subjects (n=30), and M-mode echocardiographic data were obtained to evaluate mitral annulus long axis movement (mitral annulus relaxation rate) which represents left ventricular relaxation. Results : the peak early velocity was not related to mitral annulus relaxation rate, but, the velocity of flow propagation was related to mitral annulus relaxarate (P<0.005) in normal subjects. Conclusion : the velocity of flow propagation during early filling seems to be highly dependent on the mitral annulus relaxation rate and could be an important noninvasive tool in studying diastolic function.
