      • 제7차 교육과정의 과학교과서 지질단원에 대한 연계성 분석

        Using the task analysis technique, this study analyzes the contents of study and inquiry activities of geo-science units in twelve textbooks in total, which include eight elementary level textbooks from the third to sixth grades, three middle school level textbooks, one high school level science book. After choosing several main concepts, this paper analyzes the connection and hierarchy among them and presents the hierarchical structure as a diagram. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows: First, from the analysis of studying content on geo-science unit, in the science education content from e third to tenth grades, the articulation of the major concepts, such as the inner part of the earth, rocks, plate tectonics, volcanic activities and earthquakes, layers and fossils, and gen-structure, are well associated with one another; on the other hand, unnecessary repetition and discontinuation appear in the mineral and gen-history sections. Overall, from simpler subjects, such as those related to the daily life, to the more complex scientific ones, the connection of contents is well maintained, which corresponds to the principle of organizing contents in the 7th curriculum. Second, the proportion of inquiry activities from analyzing inquiry content relating geo-science, is as follows: at the elementary school level, a total of thirty-one inquiry activities composed of observation (51.6%) and experiment (19.4%); at the middle school level, a total of twenty-seven inquiry activities consisted of data analysis (47.1%), experiment (25.9%) and observation (18.5%); at the high school level, these comprised data analysis (47.1%), discussion(17.6%), and follow-up (11.8%). Such findings show that while elementary schools focus on the observation of geological phenomena around us, middle schools on the data analysis, experiment, and observation, and high schools on particularly on the data analysis. Third, one of the important principles of the seventh curriculum is to compile textbooks in order to maintain the articulation between contents accordingly from the third grade to the tenth grade. The seventh curriculum emphasizes teaching and learning according to this code, and this paper presents the hierarchical structure as a diagram showing the flow among main learning points, It would contribute to improve instruction of science teachers in elementary, middle and high schools by helping to fully understand the hierarchical structure of the geo-science unit. therefore It will facilitates the application and settlement of the seventh curriculum.

        국가 주도 성평등교육의 체계적 운영 방안과 관련법 제정 가능성의 탐색

        본 연구에서는 국가 주도 성평등교육의 구조적 한계와 각각의 쟁점을 확인하는 한편, 성평등 교육의 한 단계 도약을 위해 다양한 개선방안 및 관련 정책을 지원할 수 있는 관련법의 제정 가능성을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 성평등교육과 관련된 학계 및 현장의 전문가 20명을 대상으로 네 차례에 걸친 라운드테이블을 진행하였으며, 이를 통해 국가 주도 성평등교육의 추진현황과 운영상의 한계, 다양한 쟁점 사항들을 확인하였으며, 이를 극복하기 위한 개선 과제들과 방향성에 대한 의견을 청취하였다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 성평등교육법의 체계적 운영을 위한 중장기적 개선 과제를 도출하였으며, 그 방안으로서 관련법의 제정 가능성과 한계를 검토, 제안하였다. In this study, the structural limitations of state-led gender equality education and each issue were identified. In addition, the possibility of enacting related laws to support various improvement measures and related policies was explored for the leap forward in gender equality education. To achieve this research objective, this study conducted four rounds of roundtable for 20 experts from academia and sites related to gender equality education. In the process, we identified the current status of state-led gender equality education, limitations in operation, and various issues, and heard opinions on improvement tasks and directions to overcome them. Based on the above analysis results, this study derived mid- to long-term improvement tasks for systematic operation of gender equality education and reviewed and proposed the possibilities and limitations of enacting Gender Equality Education Act.

      • 금병산과 적오산의 산림군락 분류

        대전에 위치한 금병산과 적오산의 식생을 분류하기 위하여 연구가 수행되었다. 총 41개의 조사구에서 식물사회학적 방법으로 조사를 하였다. 이 지역 산림식생은 크게 이차림식생과 조림식생으로 구분 되었다. 이차림 식생은 소나무군락, 상수리나무군락, 팽나무군락으로 구분되었다. 조림식생은 아까시나무군락, 리기다소나무군락, 일본잎갈나무군락, 곰솔군락으로 구분되었다. 본 조사지역에서 출현한 종수는 총 145종이었으며, 가중나무, 개망초, 미국자리공 아까시나무, 족제비싸리 등 총 5종의 귀화식물이 출현하였다. This study was carried out to classify forest vegetation community of Geumbyeongsan and Jeokosan in Daejeon. Employing the releve´ method of Dierssen, 41 plots were sampled. Forest community ws classified as second forest vegetation and afforestation vegetation. The second forest vegetation was classified into six communities such as Pinus densiflora community, Quercus acutissima community, Quercus serrata community, Quercus variabilis community, Quercus aliena community, and Celtis sinensis community. Afforestation vegetation was classified again as Robinia pseudoacacia community, Pinus rigida community, Larix leptolepis community, and Pinus thunbergii community. In the present study area, we found a total of 145 taxa. We found a total of five naturalized plants taxa of Ailanthus altissima, Erigeron annuus, Phytolacca americana, Robinia pseudoacacia, and Amorpha fruticosa.

        구강악안면 외상환자의 조직손상의 양상 및 정도에 관한 임상적 연구

        This is a clinical and retropective study on th patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma. This study was based on a series of 917 patients were treated as in-patients, at Chon-buk National University Hospital, during the period of Jan., 1989 through Dec., 1993. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The ratio of men to women were 3.59 : 1 in oral and maxillofacial injuries, 3.92 : 1 in facial bone fractures, and 3.18 : 1 in soft tissue injuries. 2. The oral and maxillofacial injuries occurred most frequently in the third decade(32.2%), and fourth, second, fifth decade in orders. 3. The major etiologic factors were traffic accident(57.4%) and fall-down(17.1%), interpersonal accident(16.6%), and industrial accident were next in order of frequency. 4. The incidence of facial bone fracture was 72.1%, soft tissue injury 58.8%, and dental injury 40.5%. 5. The most common site of fracture were mandible(62.9%) and maxilla(19.9%), zygoma and zygomatic arch(18.7%), and nasal bone(4.7%) were next in order of frequency. 6. The most common type of soft tissue injury was laceration(51.0%). The lesion of soft tissue injuries were mostly 1 or 2 lesions and deep.

      • 노부모의 성인자녀와의 갈등 및 우울에 관한 연구

        This study was to investigate the depression of the aged parents perceived through the conflicts between the aged parents and their adult children. The subjects of the study were 469 old parents, consisted of 234 male and 235 female over 60 years old lives in Kwangju. The datas were analysed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, oneway ANOVA, t test, Duncan's test and multiple regression using SAS program and the results are as follows. 1) In the conflict between the aged parents and their adult children which the aged parents perceive, the mean values are 32.54 in the case of old father and 34.26 in old mother from the average point. The average values of the depression the aged parents perceive are 26.03 and 28.35 each in old father and old mother and show the level of depression over the middle value. 2) The background variables which show the significant differences of the conflict between the aged parents and their adult children are marital status, age, education, pocket money, health and activity of the aged parents. 3) The background variables which show the significant difference in the depression the aged parents perceive are marital atatus, education, pocket money, health, activity, support type and occupation of the aged parents. 4) The depression and conflict between the aged parents and their adult children show high correlations and the greatest variable as the effect of conflict on the depression is emotional conflict. In addition, significant difference is shown depending on health, value and economic conflict and its explanatory power is 50%.

      • 대전 도덕봉과 백운봉의 산림군락 분류

        본 연구는 계룡산국립공원의 지류인 도덕봉과 백운봉의 산림식생을 대상으로 식물사회학적 방법에 의해 산림군락을 분류하고 이 지역의 식생 현황 파악과 국립공원관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 식물사회학적 방법으로 89개 조사구를 분석한 결과, 신갈나무군락, 졸 참나무군락, 굴 참나무군락, 소나무군락, 서어나무군락, 리기다소나무-곰솔군락으로 구분되었다. 신갈나무군락은 해발고가 가장 높고 경사가 급한 지역에 분포하였으며,졸참나무군락은 해발고가 비교적 낮고 경사가 급한 지역에 분포하였다. 그리고 굴참나무군락은 신갈나무군락에 비해 해발고가 낮은 남사면의 건조한 지역에 분포하고 있었다. 소나무군락은 해발고가 비교적 높고 폭이 좁은 건조한 능선 부위에 분포하고 있으며, 서어나무군락은 주로 남사면 계곡부의 중부에 분포하고 있었 다. 그리고 리기다-곰솔군락은 조림군락이다. This study was carried out to classify forest vegetation community of Dodeokbong and Baekwunbong in Gyeryongsan. Employing the releve method of Dierssen, 89 plots were sampled. Forest community was classified into Quercus mongolica community, Quercus serrata community, Quercus variabilis community, Pinus densiflora community, Carpinus laxiflora community, and Pinus rigida-Pinus thunbergii community. Quercus mongolica community was found in high altitude and steep area, Quercus serrata community in relatively low altitude and steep slope area, and Quercus variabilis in southern arid and low area compared with Quercus mongolica community. Pinus densiflora community is present in relatively high altitude and narrow arid ridge area. And, Carpinus laxiflora community is mainly distributed in southern valley area. Pinus rigida-Pinus thunbergii community is planted community.

        고등학교 지구과학Ⅱ 교과서의 ‘화성암의 조직’에 대한 내용 분석

        이 연구는 7차 고등학교 공통과학 교과서의 내용 중 화성암 암석의 조직 개념에 대한 본문진술과 제시된 그림 및 도표들을 분석하고 오개념 유발과 관련하여 문제점을 지적하고 그 개선방안을 모색하였다. 과학교과서의 개념진술이 정확하지 않아 학습자들에게 오개념을 유발하거나 재강화할 가능성이 있는 여러 진술문을 발견하였고 학생의 과학적 개념형성에 부적절한 그림이나 도표들도 발견되었다. 이들은 화성암 조직 분류체계의 기준의 혼란에 관련된 것들이다. 이들 개념진술을 대체할 개선방안들을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the seventh curriculum textbooks of high school Earth Science-II courses in relation to the igneous rock texture concept and find incorrect descriptions of that concept and then suggest some improved schemes. Some incorrect descriptions, pictures and tables on the igneous rock texture concept were found in texts. They might contribute to forming and/or reinforcing misconceptions about the confusion of criterion about the igneous rock texture. Therefore some improved schemes were suggested.

        Ferulic acid와 p-hydroxybenzoic acid가 첨가된 기능성 머핀의 관능적 특성

        The physical and sensory characteristics of muffins prepared with flavonoids such as ferulic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid were evaluated for the development of functional foods using these flavonoids. The solubilities of ferulic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid were over 1% in water and the solutions showed a good thermal stability. However, 1% ferulic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid solution showed a color change during heating. The volume and maximum height of the control muffin were the greatest among the muffin groups. The volume of the muffins decreased with the increase of flavonoid concentration. The volumes of muffins with p-hydroxybenzoic acid were smaller than those of muffins with ferulic acid. The L, a and b values on crust and crumb of the muffin groups were not significantly different. The chemical flavor, bitterness and after taste of the muffins prepared with ferulic acid were stronger than those of the control muffins. Savory flavor and sweetness of the muffins with ferulic acid were weaker than those of the control muffins. The muffins with p-hydroxybenzoic acid were not significantly different from the control muffins in the appearance, flavor, taste, texture and overall acceptability. These results demonstrated that p-hydroxybenzoic acid may be useful as an additive to muffin.

        Learning materials for the field geological practices along the level-differentiated inquiry learning that considered learning ability of students were developed, and the effects of self-directed field geology program on the learning achievements and self-directed learning characteristics tried to examine. As for the field geological learning sites, the regions chosen Dadaepo and Songdo area in the southern part of Busan city, due to fresh outcrops and accessibility for the students. As for developed learning materials, it is considered to help in a learning achievements and self-directed learning ability.

      • 토끼에서 근육주사시 입자 크기에 따른 amoxicillin의 비교 약물동태학

        To investigate the pharmacokinetic difference between the two amoxicillin (AMX) particles in rabbits after intramuscular injection (i.m.), both of AMX-S (particle size: 10 ㎍) and AMX-L (particle size: 100 ㎍) were injected into New Zealand White rabbits (1.2±0.3 ㎏) at a dose rate of 10 ㎎/㎏ of body weight. In this study, serum AMX concentrations were detected by microbiological assay with E. coli BE 1186 which shows high antibiotic sensitivity. After i.m. administration, AMX-S and AMX-L were best fitted as 1-compartment model with the absorption and elimination phase. The biological half-life (T_1/2, _k10) of AMX-S is 4.06±1.09 h and that of AMX-L 4.76±0.69 h. The serum maximal concentration time (T_max) of AMX-S and AMX-L were 0.88±0.17 h and 0.77±0.11 h, respectively. Maximal AMX concentration (C_max) (AMX-S: 5.71±0.62 ㎍/㎖, AMX-L: 5.04±0.25 ㎍/㎖) in serum showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of bioequivalance, however, there was no difference between the two AMX's after i.m. injection in the basis of C_max and AUC.
