        공간과 시간적 특징 융합 기반 유해 비디오 분류에 관한 연구

        최근 인터넷, IPTV/SMART TV, 소셜 네트워크 (social network)와 같은 정보 유통 채널의 다양화로 유해 비디오 분류 및 차단 기술 연구에 대한 요구가 높아가고 있으나, 현재까지는 비디오에 대한 유해성을 판단하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 기존 유해 이미지 분류 연구에서는 이미지에서의 피부 영역의 비율이나 Bag of Visual Words (BoVW)와 같은 공간적 특징들 (spatial features)을 이용하고 있다. 그러나, 비디오에서는 공간적 특징 이외에도 모션 반복성 특징이나 시간적 상관성 (temporal correlation)과 같은 시간적 특징들 (temporal features)을 추가적으로 이용하여 유해성을 판단할 수 있다. 기존의 유해 비디오 분류 연구에서는 공간적 특징과 시간적 특징들에서 하나의 특징만을 사용하거나 두 개의 특징들을 단순히 결정 단계에서 데이터 융합하여 사용하고 있다. 일반적으로 결정 단계 데이터 융합 방법은 특징 단계 데이터 융합 방법보다 높은 성능을 가지지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 유해 비디오 분류 연구에서 사용되고 있는 공간적 특징과 시간적 특징들을 특징 단계 융합 방법을 이용하여 융합하여 유해 비디오를 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험에서는 사용되는 특징이 늘어남에 따른 분류 성능 변화와 데이터 융합 방법의 변화에 따른 분류 성능 변화를 보였다. 공간적 특징만을 이용하였을 때에는 92.25%의 유해 비디오 분류 성능을 보이는데 반해, 모션 반복성 특징을 이용하고 특징 단계 데이터 융합 방법을 이용하게 되면 96%의 향상된 분류 성능을 보였다. Recently, malicious video classification and filtering techniques are of practical interest as ones can easily access to malicious multimedia contents through the Internet, IPTV, online social network, and etc. Considerable research efforts have been made to developing malicious video classification and filtering systems. However, the malicious video classification and filtering is not still being from mature in terms of reliable classification/filtering performance. In particular, the most of conventional approaches have been limited to using only the spatial features (such as a ratio of skin regions and bag of visual words) for the purpose of malicious image classification. Hence, previous approaches have been restricted to achieving acceptable classification and filtering performance. In order to overcome the aforementioned limitation, we propose new malicious video classification framework that takes advantage of using both the spatial and temporal features that are readily extracted from a sequence of video frames. In particular, we develop the effective temporal features based on the motion periodicity feature and temporal correlation. In addition, to exploit the best data fusion approach aiming to combine the spatial and temporal features, the representative data fusion approaches are applied to the proposed framework. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, we collect 200 sexual intercourse videos and 200 non-sexual intercourse videos. Experimental results show that the proposed method increases 3.75% (from 92.25% to 96%) for classification of sexual intercourse video in terms of accuracy. Further, based on our experimental results, feature-level fusion approach (for fusing spatial and temporal features) is found to achieve the best classification accuracy.

        청간해주탕(淸肝解酒湯)이 알코올 유발 간섬유화와 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chungganhaeju-tang(Qingganjiejiu-tang) on alcoholic liver damaged by applying proteomics. Materials and Methods : Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this experiment the rats were divided into the normal group, the control group(alcohol) and the sample group(CGHJT +alcohol). The ethanol was orally administered twice a day for 6 weeks in the control and sample groups. Water instead of ethanol was orally administered twice a day for 6 weeks in the normal group. CGHJT extract was orally administered once a day for 6 weeks in the sample group. The livers of each group were processed and assessed by histology, Western Blot, $Oxyblot^{TM}$, CBB and 2-dimensional electrophoresis. Results : In the histological findings of the liver, CGHJT inhibited hepatic fibrogenesis induced by alcohol. TIMP-1 decreased in the sample group assessed by western blot and statistical significance was noted by dot blotting(p<0.05). In the $Oxyblot^{TM}$, protein oxidation induced by alcohol treatment decreased with CGHJT. In the 2-dimensional electrophoresis finding, increased proteins alcohol such as HSP 60, 60kDa heat shock protein, 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase were normalized by CGHJT. CGHJT was considered to normalize the anti-oxidation activity elevated by alcohol. In the 2-dimensional electrophoresis finding, increased oxidized proteins such as actin, prolyl 4-hydroxylase beta polypeptide, 94kDa glucose regulated protein(GRP94), heat shock protein 90-alpha(HSC86), calreticulin precursor(CRP55), ATP synthase beta chain mitochondrial precursor, caspase-8 precursor, and dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase(E2) decreased with CGHJT. CGHJT was considered to reduce the oxidative stress of alcohol. Conclusion : Chungganhaeju-tang(Qingganjiejiu-tang) exerts an inhibitory effect against the fibrosis and protein oxidation induced by alcohol treatment of rat liver. CGHJT was considered to normalize the elevated anti-oxidation activity by alcohol and to reduce the level of oxidative stress due to alcohol.

        정신재활서비스가 정신장애인 자립생활 역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 정신재활서비스가 정신장애인의 자립생활 역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 독립주거 거주기간과 정신재활시설 이용기간이 3개월 이상인 정신장애인들이며, 전국 총 42개 기관의 이용자 231명에게 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집한 뒤 위계적 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 정신장애인들이 이용한 정신재활서비스 이용종류 수가 많고, 정신재활서비스에 대한 도움 만족도가 클수록, 자립생활 교육을 받은 경우 정신장애인의 자립생활 역량이 향상되었다. 이는 지역사회중심의 통합적인 정신재활서비스가 정신장애인 자립생활 역량 강화에 기여하는 효과를 가짐을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 정신장애인의 자립생활 역량을 향상하기 위한 통합적인 정신재활서비스의 발전방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of psychosocial rehabilitation services on the independent living of the mentally ill people. The study was conducted using mentally ill people who were using services offered by psychosocial rehabilitation service center during the study period, have lived independently, and used the service center for three months or longer. The data analysis included 231 surveys collected from 42 agencies and then perform hierarchical regression analysis. As a study result, the number of types of psychosocial rehabilitation service used by the mentally ill people and the greater the satisfaction with the psychosocial rehabilitation service, the more independent living competency of the mentally ill people was received. This means that community-based integrated psychosocial rehabilitation service have the effect of contributing to strengthening the competency of independent living with the mentally ill people. Based on the research results, this study proposed the development of integrated mental rehabilitation service to improve the independence competency of the mentally ill people.

        Glucose Oxidase 효소 전극 제조 : 물리적 방법에 의한 효소의 고정화

        Purified glucose oxidase from Penicillium verruculosum was immobilized by physical methods such as physical entrapment in a polyacrylamide gel or adsorption onto insoluble matrix. Construction of the enzyme electrode was carried out using the immobilized glucose oxidase, and catalytic parameters as well as functional stability of the immobilized enzyme were monitored by oxygen electrode. Due to diffusional restriction of substrate, the observed K_m, values of immobilized enzyme by physical entrapment were higher than that of soluble enzyme. However, in case of immobilized enzymes by physical adsorption, the K_m values were lowered compared to that of soluble enzyme. Optimal pH for the glucose oxidase activity was shifted toward acidic or neutral side with more extended pH range as a result of immobilization and thermal stability of the catalytic function was also greatly improved after immobilization of the enzyme.
