정보 통신 기술은 무수히 많은 사회적 공헌을 이루어냈지만 유해 정보 범람이라는 사회적 문제를 야기한 주체이기도 하다. 유해 정보 범람이라는 부작용을 해결하고 깨끗한 인터넷 환경을 조성하기 위해, 인터넷 환경의 유해 정보의 특성과 유해 정보를 차단하기 위한 현재 기술 수준을 분석하고 향후 기술 개발 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 한다.

The gas holdup and the volumetric liquid phase masstrasfer in a bubble column with draught tube were measured by variation of concentration, gas velocity and diameter of the draught tube in highly viscous-pseudo plsatic Catboxymethylcellulose aqueous solution. 1) ε_(G) and K_(L)a are increased with increasing the gas velocity generally. Increasing rate in case of 0.05∼0.30 wt% is shown a little than 0.50∼0.70 wt%. 2) ε_(G) and K_(L)a are decresed with increasing the CMC concentration. Decreasing rate in case of higher gas velocity is shown more steepening than lower gas velocity. 3) ε_(G) and K_(L)a are not so much changeable with increasing of draught tube diameter. The effect of gas houdup and volumetric liquid-phase mass transfer coeffecient in the bubble coplumn with multiple draft tube were investigated experimentally, according to gas velocity, plate interval and the diameter and plate number of draft tube at 298±0.5K. The gas holdup and volumtric liquid-phase mass transfer coeffecient increased with decreasing the interval of draft tube when the diameter ratio of draft was small but decreased when the diameter ratio of draft tube was large. Also based on these observations, correlation equations of gas holdup and volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficients were proposed.
