        간호대학 신입생의 대인관계 능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향: 공감 능력의 매개효과

        This study is a descriptive research study aimed at confirming the mediating effect of empathy ability in the relationship between interpersonal ability and adjustment to college life for freshman in nursing college. The study subjects were 179 freshman from the nursing department of four universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from June 11 to June 18, 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the interpersonal ability and empathy ability of the nursing college freshman were factors influencing the adjustment to college life, and that the empathy ability had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the interpersonal ability and the adjustment to college life. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply curriculum and extra-curricular programs that can enhance students` empathy ability as a way to improve the adjustment to college life in the freshman. Therefore, repeated studies including various variables related to college life adjustmente of freshmen in nursing colleges are needed in the future. 본 연구는 간호대학 신입생을 대상으로 대인관계 능력과 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 공감 능력의 매개 효과를 확인하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 4개 대학의 간호학과 신입생 179명이다. 자료수집은 2018년 6월 11일부터 6월 18일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 신입생의 공감 능력과 대인관계 능력이 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였고, 대인관계 능력과 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 공감 능력이 부분 매개 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활적응을 높이는 방안으로 학생들의 공감 능력을 높일 수 있는 교과 및 비교과 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서, 향후 간호대학 신입생의 대학생활적응력과 관련된 다양한 변수를 포함한 반복연구가 필요하다.

        장애인 활동지원서비스 코디네이터의 서비스제공 경험에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구에서는 활동지원서비스 코디네이터의 서비스 제공 경험에 관해 코디네이터가 인식하고 있는 장애인활동지원서비스와 장애인 자립생활의 인식, 서비스 과정에서의 어려움과 해결과정 등을 중심으로 심층 분석하였다. 이를 위해 6명의 코디네이터들을 대상으로 인터뷰하여, 근거이론 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 11개의 범주, 23개의 하위범주, 53개의 개념이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서는 참여자들이 ‘끊이지 않는 문제들에 지쳐버림’이라는 중심 현상을 경험하면서 작용․상호작용 전략을 통해‘장애인복지 실천가로 거듭남’이라는 결과를 가져오는 것으로 나타났으며, 핵심범주는‘반복적 문제 상황으로부터 극복해 나가기’로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 코디네이터의 처우개선, 역량강화 프로그램 개발, 장애인 비율제 마련, 네트워크 활성화에 대한 필요성을 제기하였다. In this study, we made in-depth study about experiences of personal assistance services and coordinator services, as the center of personal assistance service for the disabled which the coordinator recognizes awareness of independent living of the disabled, difficulties in service procedures and its relevant solutions,. For these, we made interviews with 6 coordinators and analyzed through grounded theory. After the analysis, we obtained 11 categories, 23 subcategories and 53 concepts. In this study, as the applicants have experienced the center phenomena which means “exhaustion by continuous problems”, we found the results that applicants “are born again as a doer for disabled people’s welfare” and its core category showed “overcome from continuous problems”. Through these study results, we raised the necessity of improvement of coordinator’s treatments, program development of reinforcing competence, securing rate holder policies for the disabled and vitalization of networks.

        시청각매체를 이용한 정보제공 프로그램이백내장 수술 환자의 불안과 교육만족도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of providing an information service program by media on preoperative anxiety and postoperative educational satisfaction in patients with cataract surgery. Methods: For this study 52 patients who visited the ophthalmology clinic at P Hospital in B metropolitan city and who were scheduled to undergo one-day cataract surgery under local anesthesia were recruited. The 52 patients were assigned to the experimental group (25) or the control group (27). This study was conducted from August 27, 2015 to May 29, 2016. Results: Following the provision of cataract surgery related information service by media, the experimental group had a lower mean score for anxiety and higher mean score for educational satisfaction compared to the control group of patients. Conclusion: Results indicate that information service program by media 『Goodbye Cataract』is useful educational materials for cataract patients in outpatient department and outpatient operating rooms.

        대학생이 지각한 가해동기와 데이트폭력의 관계: 성차를 중심으로

        The present study investigated the relationship between motives for dating violence perpetration and dating violence, according to focusing on the necessity of research on context for dating violence that suggested in previous studies. And gender differences were also investigated in the relationship between these two variables. For our purpose, in study Ⅰ, 317 male and female college students who had experience of dating violence were sampled and data were collected on the experience of dating violence, motives for dating violence perpetration, and the social desirability. Data were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, Men's perpetration was mainly associated with motive of emotional, mental or physical state, while women's perpetration was only associated with motive of asserting power or authority. Second, gender differences were confirmed in the relationship between motives for dating violence perpetration and dating violence, suggesting that men and women could attack in different contexts. In study Ⅱ, mediation effect of perpetration motive of asserting power or authority was tested in relationship between child abuse experience and psychological dating violence perpetration of women with data of 107 female college students who had experience psychological dating violence. Fully mediation effect of perpetration motive of asserting power or authority between those two variables was confirmed. Based on the results of this study, it was discussed on the suggestions for interventions of psychological dating violence for women and further study, limitations of our research.

        가슴압박소생술과 표준심폐소생술의 가슴압박 품질, 심폐소생술 수행 의지 및 자신감 비교 분석

        Purpose: This study compares the chest compression quality, and the willingness and confidence to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) before and after education between the compression only CPR (COCPR) group and the standard CPR (STCPR) group using manikins. Method: This study employs a randomized controlled trial design. A total of 219 and 214 individuals were randomly assigned to the COCPR and STCPR groups, respectively. Both groups were asked to perform CPR for 2 min before and after education. The willingness and confidence to perform CPR were surveyed through a questionnaire. Results: Before education, the STCPR group had a significantly higher mean chest compression depth and accuracy than the COCPR group for the entire 2 min. After education, the STCPR group had a significantly higher mean chest compression depth for 2 min and higher compression accuracy for late 1 min than the COCPR group. However, no significant difference in the willingness and confidence to perform CPR according to the compression method was evident. Conclusion: Repeated training is required to maintain chest compression quality. CPR education improves willingness and confidence to perform CPR.
