Purpose: Absorbable plate and screw fixation is widely used technique for internal rigid fixation in craniomaxillofacial surgery. However, there are some potential problems associated with the use of plate. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of bone fixation in facial fracture using absorbable mesh in place of absorbable plate. Methods: The records of 55 patients with zygomaticomaxilla fractures treated by open reduction, performed by the author from February 2008 to May 2009, were retrospectively reviewed. Patients were selected to receive absorbable mesh fixation. The incidence of all complications including infection, hypoesthesia, and deformity was examined. Analysis with postoperative computed tomography follow-up demonstrates degree of reduction. Results: Forty-six patients met criteria for inclusion in the study. All patients went on to satisfactory healing without complication. Postoperative computed tomography revealed good bony alignment similarly non affected side. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that the rigid internal fixation of fractured bone fragments using absorbable mesh is more effective than absorbable plate, especially in comminuted fracture of maxilla.
비즈니스 데이터 보호를 위한 decision matrix 설계 방법론 및 등급별 보호조치 기준 연구

비즈니스 데이터란 회사 업무 진행 과정 중에 생성, 저장, 이용, 전달되는 모든 온오프라인 형태의 문서 및 전자적데이터를 의미하며, 영업, 조직, 매출, 마케팅, 배송 관련된 모든 데이터를 의미한다. 대부분의 회사에는 사내 문서 생성및 보안 관리 가이드에 의거하여 비밀, 대외비의 등급은 이미 존재하나, 실제 사용하고 있는 비즈니스 데이터를 상세히분석하여 반영할 수 있는 의사결정 기준 수립이 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 데이터를 분류할 수 있는 정성적, 정량적인 기준(평가 지표)을 수립하기 위한 비즈니스 데이터 decision matrix를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 각 등급별로 보호할 수 있는 기준을 제시해보고자 한다. Business data means data of all the documents and electronically generated on / off-line form, storage, use, and transfer the company work process. Business, organization, sales, marketing, means any data related to shipping. Many companies are investing in privacy. But not so for business data. In most companies, secret, confidential rating already exists, the basis is insufficient to establish that decisions can be analyzed in detail to reflect the actual business data in use. In this paper we want to present the criteria that can offer ways to design your business data decision matrix to establish the qualitative and quantitative criteria (evaluation indicators) that can be classified business data and protected by each class.
Leflunomide 복용 중 발생한 간질성 폐렴 치료 1예

Leflunomide is a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug that has been available in Korea since 2003. Leflunomide induced interstitial pneumonitis has been reported as an adverse effect in other countries but not in Korea. A 57-year-old woman was treated with leflunomide since she had been resistant to methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine and sulfasalazine. She developed high fever, dyspnea, and non-productive cough 3 months after the administration of leflunomide. She was diagnosed leflunomide-induced interstitial pneumonitis based on history, physical, laboratory, radiologic and pathologic findings. The patient was treated by prednisolone 1 mg/kg/day with cholestyramine 24 g/day, resulting in dramatic improvement. Here we report a case of leflunomide induced pneumonitis treated successfully with high dose steroid.
플라즈마 표면 처리를 이용한 TiO2 MOS 커패시터의 특성 개선

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a promising dielectric material in the semiconductor industry for its high dielectric constant. However, for utilization on Si substrate, TiO¬2 film meets with a difficulty due to the large leakage currents caused by its small conduction band energy offset from Si substrate. In this study, we propose an in-situ plasma oxidation process in plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PE-ALD) system to form an oxide barrier layer which can reduce the leakage currents from Si substrate to TiO2 film. TiO2 film depositions were followed by the plasma oxidation process using tetrakis(dimethylamino)titanium (TDMAT) as a Ti precursor. In our result, SiO2 layer was successfully introduced by the plasma oxidation process and was used as a barrier layer between the Si substrate and TiO2 film. Metal-oxide-semiconductor (TiN/TiO2/P-type Si substrate) capacitor with plasma oxidation barrier layer showed improved C-V and I-V characteristics compared to that without the plasma oxidation barrier layer.
