과형성 폴립과 유사한 모양을 보인 유경성 대장 평활근종의 내시경적 절제

위장관에서 발생하는 평활근종 중 대장 평활근종의 빈도는 3% 정도로 드물다. 대장 평활근종은 대장내시경검사 중 우연히 발견되는 경우가 많으며, 대부분 점막하 종양의 형태로 발견되지만 드물게 폴립의 형태를 갖는 경우도 있다. 대부분 외과적 절제가 확실한 치료이지만 유경성 또는 반유경성이면서 작은 폴립의 형태를 보이는 경우 내시경적 용종절제술로 치료할 수 있다. 저자 등은 무른변을 주소로 내원하여 시행한 대장내시경검사상 구불창자에서 짧은 경부를 가진 과형성 폴립의 모양을 보인 유경성 폴립을 발견하여 내시경적 폴립절제술로 제거하였고 조직검사를 통해 진단한 대장의 평활근종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

The batches having excess SiO2 to tetrasilicic mica KMg2.5 (Si4O10)F2 were melted at 1450℃. The fabricated samples were heat-treated for the nucleation and the crystallization. The crystallized samples were investigated on several properties. The tetrasilicic mica composition with excess 10 wt% SiO2 was successful both in glassifying and in crystallizing. The optimum temperatures for the nucleation and the crystallization were 680℃ and 1000-1100℃, respectively. The mica and the cristobalite crystallines were identified after heat-treatment. The properties of the samples processed appropriately were as follows, bulk density 2.64g/㎤, thermal expansion coefficient ∼80×10-7/℃, Vicker's hardness ∼105 Kgf/㎟, bending strength ∼666Kgf/㎟, dielectric constant ∼11.1, tan δ 2.5%, volume resistivity 2.35×107∼1.3×1011{{{{ OMEGA }}cm, surface roughness 6.984㎛.

This study is proposed to find an appropriate body for high expansion glass ceramics of ${Na}_2O-{Al}_2O_3-{SiO}_2$ system. The compositions of basic glasses are selected to be melted easily and to be crystallized into nepheline with various contents of alumina. The crystallization temperatures of basic glasses are determined by DTA. The crystals in the basic glasses developed by heat treatment are investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis, and thermal properties such as expansion coefficients, fusion points are measured. We find, therefore,that crystallization temperatures, crystal phases and thermal properties are affected by content of alumina.
연신 공정의 overfeed율 변화에 따른 PVC사 열수축률 변화

Since a drawn fiber shrinks when treated with heat, fiber is treated with heat after drawing process to prevent heat shrinkage. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of drawing conditions on the properties of PVC fiber, especially on heat shrinkage. Overfeed was applied to prevent heat shrinkage at the several positions during drawing process. Heat shrinkage increased with draw ratio, and decreased with overfeed ratio. Overfeed was most effective to reduce heat shrinkage when applied between the chamber 2 roller and the take-up roller. The chlorinated PVC(CPVC) content also affected the heat shrinkage, and heat shrinkage decreased with increasing CPVC ratio.
