디지털 TV의 보급 확산으로 HD급 고화질 방송을 경험한 소비자가 증가하면서 멀티미디어의 질적 향상에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이미 국내외 실감미디어 산업은 주도권을 확보하기 위한 경쟁을 통해 빠른 속도로 변화하며 발전하고 있다. 이러한 빠른 성장과 변화의 이면에는 업계 내의 양극화 문제, 국제 경쟁이슈, 산업 육성 방안 등의 해결 과제들이 산재해 있다. 그러나 이를 해결하기 위한 정책적 접근의 토대가 되는 객관적인 자료는 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 시장의 수요요인을 파악하고, 소비자의 요구를 반영한 기술개발을 통해 관련 시장의 건전한 수요 창출을 유도하기 위해 실감미디어에 대한 소비자 수용도를 조사하였다. 또한 실감미디어 산업을 전망하여 산업 경쟁력을 강화하고 건전한 수요 창출을 통한 산업의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a flipped learning physical education class design model that can be used in the field of elementary physical education. For the development of the design model, an initial design model was developed through literature research and validated. Internal validation was conducted through expert validity review and usability evaluation using the method of multiple choice questions, open-ended questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. After conducting external validation through field evaluation, it was completed as a final flipped learning physical education class design model. The final design model is schematized in a bottom-up structure, which reflects the meaning of the word flipped learning and the characteristics of teaching and learning. In addition, it is implied that the flipped learning physical education class should be designed by reflecting the learner's situation and needs through cooperative instructional design. The design model consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. In the analysis stage, learner analysis, curriculum analysis, and educational environment are analyzed. In the design stage, cooperative class design, flipped learning-based physical activity design, and physical activity support strategy are designed. In the development stage, learning materials and growth-oriented evaluations are developed. In the implementation stage, there are design elements to be taught in common regardless of domains and design elements suitable for the characteristics of each domain. Common design elements include team-based physical activity implementation, instruction by learner's individual level, online/offline physical activity connection, promotion of learner-learner and learner-teacher interaction, and encouragement of learner's voluntary participation. Finally, the evaluation stage consists of reflection, growth-oriented evaluation, and class evaluation. 이 연구의 목적은 초등체육교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 플립러닝 체육수업 설계모델을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전문가 타당성 검토와 사용성 평가를 거쳐 내적 타당화를 했고 현장평가로 외적 타당화를 진행한 후최종 플립러닝 체육수업 설계모델로 완성했다. 최종 설계모델은 상향식 구조로 도식화되어있는데 이는 플립러닝이라는 낱말이 가진 의미와 교수학습 특색이 반영된 것이며 협력적 교수설계로 학습자 상황과 요구를 반영해 플립러닝 체육수업을 설계해야 한다는 의도가 함축되어있다. 설계모델은 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가 단계로 구성되어있다. 분석단계에서는 학습자 분석, 교육과정 분석, 교육환경을 분석하고 설계단계에서는 협력적 교수설계, 플립러닝 기반 신체활동 설계, 신체활동 지원 전략을 설계해야 하며, 개발 단계에서는 교수학습자료 개발 및 성장중심평가를 구안해야 한다. 실행단계에서는 영역 무관하게 공통으로 지도해야 할 설계 요소와 영역별 특색에 맞는 설계 요소가 기술되어 있는데 공통 설계 요소로는 팀 기반의 신체활동 실행, 학습자개인 수준별 지도, 온·오프라인 신체활동 연계, 학습자-학습자와 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용 촉진, 학습자 자발적 참여 유도가 있다. 마지막으로 평가 단계에서는 성찰, 성장중심평가, 수업 평가를 하도록 구성되어있다.

Effect of Temperature Abuse on Quality and Metabolites of Frozen/Thawed Beef Loins

The objective of this study was to examine the effect of temperature abuse prior to cold storage on changes in quality and metabolites of frozen/thawed beef loin. The aerobic packaged samples were assigned to three groups: refrigeration (4℃) (CR); freezing (–18℃ for 6 d) and thawing (20±1℃ for 1 d), followed by refrigeration (4℃) (FT); temperature abuse (20℃ for 6 h) prior to freezing (–18℃ for 6 d) and thawing (20±1℃ for 1 d), followed by refrigeration (4℃) (AFT). FT and AFT resulted in higher volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) values than CR (p<0.05), and these values rapidly increased in the final 15 d. Cooking loss decreased significantly with an increase in the storage period (p<0.05). In addition, cooking loss was lower in the FT and AFT groups than in the CR owing to water loss after storage (p<0.05). A scanning electron microscope (SEM) revealed that frozen/thawed beef samples were influenced by temperature abuse in the structure of the fiber at 15 d. Metabolomic analysis showed differences among CR, FT, and AFT from partial least square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) based on proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) profiling. The treatments differed slightly, with higher FT than AFT values in several metabolites (phenylalanine, isoleucine, valine, betaine, and tyrosine). Overall, temperature abuse prior to freezing and during thawing of beef loin resulted in accelerated quality changes.

My research work on autism has been inspired by the clinical and theoretical advances achieved by famous psychoanalyst, Frances Tustin. The notions I refer to are therefore essentially psychoanalytical. The notion of autistic sensation objects and autistic sensation shapes for example seems to me essential for understanding protection mechanisms used by autistic children. Tustin deals with new psychoanalytical concepts particularly relevant for clinical practice with autistic children. She discovered enlightening ideas about child psychic development and about its failures. So what should we think of a psychoanalysis, which would make an attempt at analyzing the religious dimension in men?However, a careless use of psychoanalysis and of analytical psychology in doing research on theological fields such as spirituality, and pastoral care could create problems. Therefore we must use them while respecting theological ideas. We must also acknowledge that psychoanalysis and analytical psychology have their own limits regarding the understanding of the Human mind. Using psychoanalysis and analytical psychology can help a theologian in his work. In fact it enables him to guess more correctly what are the internal psychic meanings, and the origins and causes of feelings, of motivations and of actions. We do not mean here that analytical psychology’s and psychoanalysis’ points of view should replace every other point of view.

뇌실복강션트수술 후 4년 6개월 동안 추적 관찰한특발정상압수두증

A 68-year-old man presented with progressive impairment of gait, balance, and memory. He exhibited a slow and unstable gait. Formal neuropsychological evaluation showed a deficit in visuospatial function and memory with frontal dysfunctions. He was diagnosed as idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus with an Evans' ratio of 0.35. Four-and-a-half years after ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement, he showed a marked improvement in gait, as well as in visuospatial and frontal lobe functions. He benefited from shunt surgery for at least four-and-a-half years.
