      • 韓國産 동자개科 魚類의 分類學的 硏究

        The taxonomy of the species of the family Bagridae from Korea is reviewed and the keys to the following eight species of Korean bagrid fishes are presented: Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (RICHARDSON), P. nitidus (SAUVAGE and THIERSANT), Pseudobagrus ussuriensis (DIBOWSKY), Ps. sp. UCHIDA, Leiocassis longirostris GU¨NTHER, Coreobagrus brevicorpus MORI, Liobagrus andersoni REGAN, and L. mediadiposalis MORI. Among them P. nitidus, previously known only from Chinese waters, is firstly recorded from 26 specimens collected mainly off the lower course along the Geum River in the present study. Comparison with P. vachelli of which many paper have recorded from Korea, shows that P. nitidus differs from it in number of gill raker(9-11) and in the short length of its maxillary barbels. The 36 bagrid specimens, which were collected in the Han and Geum River in this study was identified as Pseudobagrus ussuriensis of which the species identification was not confirmed formerly in Korea. The critical examinations of the specimens and the previous discriptions refered to Ps. ussuriensis and Ps. emerginatus SOWERBY (Not REGAN) revealed that Ps. emerginatus mostly used in Korea is a synonym of Ps. ussuriensis. Ps. sp. UCHIDA is clearly distinguishable from other twelve relative species of the genus Pseudobagrus on the bases such as the length of maxillary barbel, serrate structure on the anterior part of pectoral spine, and several morphometric characters. Therefore Pseudobagrus sp. is regarded as a valid species. The six atypical specimens of the genus Liobagrus collected in the Geum River are considered to be natural hybrid between L. andersoni and L. mediadiposalis on the basis of the length of jaw and of the number of feeble teeth on the posterior part its pectoral spine. Interspecific relationships were investigated in the species of Korean bagrid fishes on the basis of the features of the morphological characters and the pattern of aqueous soluble muscle protein.

        The voting competition implemented recently in Korea for siting a nuclear wastes treatment facility is modeled as a simple two-stages rent-seeking game. We have shown that the region with a lower environmental cost is always chosen as the host in a subgame-perfect equilibrium. However, this system is not likely to be socially efficient because the government in charge is always in deficit and the rent-seeking groups spend a lot of money in vain.

        To control the position, velocity and torque of the ultrasonic motor, a great variety of method are proposed such as the amplitude, phase difference, frequency and so on. In the case of phase difference method, it has some advantages; it can control the direction and velocity of rotation only adjusting the phase difference and it has wide control-band. During the USM driving on adjusting phase difference, its characteristic was transformed by the change of resonance-frequency of stator, which means that the resonance frequency is different according to the phase difference. Consequently, we need to set up the most suitable driving frequency according to each phase difference.

Therefore the functions ρ(xyz) and F(hkl) are said to be Fourier transforms of each other.

The symmetries at the special positions reduce the 6 anisotropic thermal parameters to 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 and there are 18 different kinds of anisotropic thermal factors altogether for special positions in 230 space groups.

        녹두전분과 감자전분 복숭아편의 질감과 관능적 특성

        겔화제로 녹두녹말, 감자녹말, 펙틴을 사용하여 당농도별 복숭아편을 제조하여 pH, 당도, 색도, 텍스쳐 및 기호성을 조사하여 품질특성을 검토하였다. 관능검사결과, 녹두녹말편이 감자녹말편보다 외관과 조직감에 대한 기호도가 높았으며, 펙틴 무첨가군 복숭아편을 더 선호하였다. 1% 펙틴첨가는 복숭아편의 기호도를 약간 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 기계적 검사는 녹두녹말편이 감자녹말편보다 조직감이 더 높았으며 펙틴 첨가군 복숭아편의 조직감이 더 높게 나타났다. 1% 펙틴 첨가의 효과는 복숭아편의 견고성과 씹힘성 등의 질감특성을 증가시켜 주었다. 기계적 검사의 탄력성은 관능검사의 매끈한 정도, 견고성, 외관의 기호도, 조직감의 기호도, 전반적인 기호도와 정적 상관관계를 나타내어 탄력성이 강할수록 기호도가 높게 나타났다. 색도는 펙틴첨가군이 높았으며 명도(L)는 녹두녹말편 적색도(a)는 감자녹말편이 높게 나타났다. 당 농도가 높을수록 명도(L)는 감소하였다. 관능검사의 전반적인 기호도에 가장 영향을 미치는 인자는 맛의 기호도, 조직감의 기호도, 견고성, 부착성, 맛 순으로 나타났다. This study was evaluate of chemical properties, textural characteristics and sensory properties, produced peach pyuns through the change of gelling agents such as mungbean starch, potato starch and pectin and of sugar density with 10%, 20% and 30%. Sensory evaluation was that peach pyun added mungbean starch was more preferable in appearance and texture than peach pyun added potato starch. Peach pyun added 0% pectin was more preferable than peach pyun with 1% pectin. As a result of texture analysis, the texture of peach pyun added mungbean starch was denser than that added potato starch. Adding 1% pectin to peach pyun increased mechanical properties such as hardness and chewiness. Mungbean starch pyun with pectin on lightness, Potato starch pyun with pectin on redness, and potato starch pyun with pectin on yellowness were significant(p<0.01). Lightness has a tendency to decrease with increasing sugar density. Adding 1% pectin has the effect to increase lightness, redness and yellowness. The subject parameters that effect overall quality on sensory evaluation were found taste quality, texture quality, hardness, adhesiveness and taste by using regression analysis.

      • 핸드볼 선수의 상해에 관한 조사 연구 : 남자 중학교 핸드볼 선수를 중심으로

        This study was aimed at the research of the sports injuries with 140 handball players in boys' middle school who took part in the 23rd National Athletic Meeting in 1994. With the analysis of their reply for the questions, we could found the time, the causes, the region, the sort and the treatment of the sports injuries. Analysis of these data was used by the percentage and χ²verification(p< .05). The results are as follows; 1) There were 135 players gotten sports injuries among 140 members (96%) and we found 382 times' sports injuries, that is, 2.7 times per all players and 2.8 times per injured players. 2) We found that 70.9% of the target players were injured in training and 29.1% in the game. By the player's experience, we could see that the more experience, the less injuries in training and the more injures in the game. With the season, there were a lot of injuries players in spring. 3) The causes for the sports injuries, in warming up, turned out to be 39.3% by the players carelessness, 24.5% by the lack of enough warming-up and 13.4% by the excessive will for winning the game. 4) With the regions of the sports injuries, some players (38.5%) had injured on their arms, some players (30.1%) on their legs and others (17.0%) on their abdomen. With the playing positions, many players got injured on their arms and legs. 5) In the kinds of the sports injuries, we found that many players had injured on the part of joint (37.2%), the muscle (25.9%), the bone (18.6%) and on the skin (18.3%). As the playing positions, most goal-keepers had injured on the part of muscle and many field-players had on the joint and muscle regardless of the playing positions. There seemed to be no difference between the playing positions and the kinds of sports injuries in range of p>0.05. With the injuries of the bone, we could found the bruise (69.0%) and the fracture of the bone (28.2%). But among the target players, there were found only two players who had the osteomyelitis. In the sports injuries of the joint, many players got the asprain (50.7%), the injury of ligament (29.6%) and the luxation (16.9%). Most goal-keepers got the the injury of ligament (45.0%) but most field players got the injuries of the the part of skin, we could get the results of laceration (54.3%), abrasion (35.7%) and the fracture (10.0%) for all playing positions. In the injuries of muscle, there were the muscle bruise (67.7%) and the muscle regidity (32.3%). 6) In the methods of the first aids, after gotten the sports injuries, most players were treated for themselves (49.0%), and some players (3.4%) by a herb doctors.

      • 비탈분극성 근육이완의 길항시 Atropine, Pyridostigmine과 Glycopyrrolate, Pyridostigmine의 혼합정주가 심박수에 미치는 영향

        Changes in heart rate during reversal of neuromuscular block have been a subject of clinical investigation for many years. A number of studies, have compared the effect used anticholinergics and anticholinesterase. In most studies, the drugs were administered simultaneously. Atropine and glycopyrrolate were studied in dose of 15㎕/㎏, 20㎕/㎏ and 7㎕㎕/㎏, lO㎕/㎏, given intravenously in a mixture with pyridostigmine 200㎕/㎏ at the end of operation. 15 ASA Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ patients, aged between 16 to 65, were selected in each group. Anesthesia was maintained with halothane(1.0 vol%), N20(3L/ min), O2(3L/min) and vecronium bromide 0.07㎎/㎏ was used as a muscle relaxant. The results were as follows ; 1) Atropine 15㎕/㎏, 20㎕/㎏, showed significant initial increase in pulse rate, atropine ZO㎕㎕/㎏ showed more initial increase than atropine 15㎕/㎏ Atropine 15㎕/㎏ showed more rate decrease than atropine 20㎕/㎏. 2) Gylcopyrrolate 7㎕/㎏ 10㎕/㎏ showed significant initial increase in pulse rate gylcopyrrolate 7㎕/㎏, 10㎕/㎏ showed less initial increase than atropine 15㎕/㎏, 20㎕/㎏. Atropine 20㎕/㎏ showed more late decrease than glycopyrrolate 10㎕/㎏.
