        金春洙 散文의 相互텍스트성 – 꽃과 여우 속 ‘良心’에 대한 내용을 中心으로-

        김진규, 2023, 김춘수 산문의 상호텍스트성, 어문연구, 198 : 423~452 이 논문은 꽃과 여우 와 이전 수필 사이의 상호텍스트성을 밝힘으로써 작가의 문제의식과 그것의 형상화를 구체적으로 검토했다. 김춘수의 산문 텍스트에서 ‘눈(眼)’이 지속적으로 주요하게 다뤄졌음을 확인하고, 시선의 성격을 중심으로 꽃과 여우 속 타자를 유형화하였다. 이 중 김춘수의 자의식과 양심의 사유에 큰 영향을 미친 시선은 ‘식모 아이’, ‘베잠방이 소년’, ‘김 서방’, ‘3등실 청년’ 등 김춘수로 하여금 계급적 자의식을 느끼게 만드는 이들의 것이었다. 텍스트에서 ‘데페이스망 기법’을 통해 구성된 ‘양심’ 논의는 양심, ‘나’, 세계 자체를 무화함으로써, 구체적인 사회 속에서의 행동과 양심의 문제에 대해 판단중지를 한다. 하지만 신학자 ‘볼드만’과 ‘3등실 청년’에 대한 강박적 관심과 이전 텍스트에서 끝내 꽃과 여우 로 옮기지 못한 내용은 역설적으로 그가 불평등과 같은 사회의 구체적인 문제들에 관심을 가지고, 그 문제를 해결하고자 하는 ‘양심’에 집착하고 있었음을 말해준다. 이 논의는 김춘수 문학의 다양한 면모를 평가하는 데 일조할 것이다.

        금붕어에 의한 코발트 흡수

        어류에 의한 물과 멱이로부터의 물질 흡수를 연구하기 위하여 방사성 동위원소를 추적자로 이용하였다. 금붕어가 들어있는 네개의 수조에 Co-57을 처리한 후 각기 다른 온도 조건하에서 실험을 실시하였고, 또 다른 네개 수조의 어류는 동위원소를 처리한 먹이를 주었다. 실험결과로부터 수온은 물로부터의 코발트 흡수에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 물에 동위 원소를 처리한 후 13일째 어류가 흡수한 코발트의 양은 총가용량의 0.0006%에 불과해 물을 통한 흡수과정은 매우 서서히 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 먹이를 통해 어류체내에 흡수된 방사능은 90일간의 실험기간에 걸쳐 시간경과에 따라 선형 증가 양상을 보였으며, 실험 개시 후 90일째에 마리당 투여한 총 방사능의 12% 수준에서 거의 평형상태에 도달하였다. Radiocobalt was used as tracer to study the uptake of cobalt by fish either from water or food source, respectively. Four groups of goldfish were exposed to ^(57)Co-labelled water under 4 different temperatures, while another four groups were fed labelled feed pellets at 15℃. Results indicate that water temperature has no significant effect on the uptake of cobalt from water. The uptake from water is quite a slow process since the cobalt uptaken from water reached 0.0006% of available activity at best on the 13th day of exposure. The uptake from a labelled feed source showed a linear increase with time over the period of ninety days. On the 90th day of experiment the percentage of available activity consumed seemed to be approaching an equilibrium point at roughly 12% of the total activity fed to the goldfish.

      • $LiK_{1-x}Rb_{x}SO_{4}(x=0.1,\;0.2)$의 결정구조 분석

        [ $LiK_{1-x}Rb_{x}SO_{4}(x=0.1,\;0.2)$ ]의 결정을 313K에서 수용액법으로 성장시켰다. 결정구조는 X-ray 회절법을 이용하여 동일한 공간군 $P6_{3}(#173)$에서 수행되었다. 동일한 대칭성을 가진 두 화합물은 각각 3회 회전축에 위치하고 있는 Li과 $SO_{4}^{2-}$ 이온들이 서로 무한히 연결된 3차원적 그물구조를 형성하고 있고, 6회 회전축에 위치하고 있는 K와 Rb원자들은 각각 12개와 15개의 O 원자들과 배위를 이루고 있다. K와 Rb의 점유도는(0.91 : 0.09), (0.77 : 0.23)으로 정밀화 하였을 때 가장 안정된 상태에 도달하였다. [ $LiK_{1-x}Rb_{x}SO_{4}(x=0.1,\;0.2)$ ] crystals were grown by means of aqueous solution growth technique at 313 K. Structure analysis of them was carried out with space group $P6_{3}(#173)$ by X-ray diffraction. In these compounds, the Li and $SO_{4}^{2-}$ ions lying on the three-fold axes formed infinite three-dimensional network and K and Rb atoms located on the six-fold axes are coordinated by twelve and fifteen O atoms respectively. The most suitable stabilization was achieved when the occupancy factors of K and Rb atoms are (0.91 : 0.09), (0.77 : 0.23) respectively.

        타액오염시 bonding agent의 사용이 치면열구 전색재의 유지력에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the more efficient method of tooth surface treatment when the etched surface is contaminated by saliva. After the comparative analyses on shear bond strengths of different test materials, fracture sites were observed microscopically to evaluate the failure pattern of each group. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Shear bond strengths of contaminated groups were shown to be markedly lower than those of control groups(p<.05) under the conditions with or without application of bond agent. General decline of bond strength with time was seen in all the tested groups. 2. Comparison of shear bond strength between groups without application of bonding agent, significant differences(p<.05) were found between all groups except group Ⅴ and Ⅷ regardless of time intervals(p>.05). 3. In contaminated groups where bonding agent was applied with sealant, statistical differences (p<.05) were found between all 1-day groups except group Ⅳ-Ⅵ and Ⅳ-Ⅷ. 4. When the sealant was applied directly to the saliva-left tooth surface, the shear bond strength of group Ⅳ was shown to be superior to that of group Ⅲ(p<.05). 5. Based on the results above, it was demonstrated that the bond of sealant to tooth surface is greatly affected by saliva contamination and that the complete tooth isolation method should be fully emphasized. The application of bonding resin is recommended when performing sealant under the environment very susceptible to saliva contamination.

        엘리엇 시에 나타난 시간성과 인식론

        Eliot's first foremost endeavor of de-sanctioning activity is launched against the traditional Western metaphysics of logocentrism, the recent origin of which may be traced back to the Cartesian concepts of 'I'. 'mind' and 'consciousness' According to Eliot's various philosophical writings, the Cartesian concepts such as those are very fragile and precarious-and even volatile- because these are no more of a stable and immitigable, metaphysical, substance than a shadow is, Eliot presupposes, and argues, that these are nothing but those which are constructed by the communal necessities, ideological doctrines and other prevailing cultural forces. And the major device employed in this construction processes of course is language which is itself nothing but a construction dominated by the above-mentioned elements. In the epistemology of Eliot, therefore, society and culture constructs language and language in turn constructs society and culture and both of these build up and dominate the concept of 'I', 'mind' and 'consciousness'. Thus Eliot says that without language there exists no object, adding that the reality of object depends upon -and only exists in- relational construction. The same is true of the 'I', 'mind' and 'consciousness'. These are all relational constructions. Anything dependent upon other that is, anything conditioned has no substance of its own: it simply is not something metaphysical. Here the possibility of metaphysics is radically denied. This kind of epistemology does not permit the possibility of any stable knowledge that is, and has been, desperately sought after by science and metaphysics. However, why do so many literary critics -and even philosophers- are and have been trying to find such possibility in Eliot? It may not be their fault : it is Eliot himself who invites them to do so especially in his literary discourses. When he compares the poet's mind to a catalyzing medium, unaffected and unimpressionable, and when he quotes as an epigraph in one of his very important essays a line from Arestotle's De Anima that reads like' something divine, impressionable and unaffected, he surely seems to be inviting such attempts. This kind of mentions and references immediately led so many to hail Eliot as the champion of the cognitive theist, the preserver of the traditional humanist values. However, Eliot is neither so clear nor so simplistic in thinking he has a double-edged sword that sometimes undercuts the branch of a tree on which he is sitting. He is sort of a double talker, consciously and unconsciously. This essay will propose a strategy that is focused on a Nagarjuna and de-constructive re-reading of Eliot's texts, both philosophical and literary.

        일측 경동맥협착 환자에서 경두개초음파와 단일광자단층촬영을 이용한 뇌혈관 반응도의 평가

        Background: Cerebral vasoreactivity (CVR) is known as having insufficient hemodynamic circulation. However, available information for its clinical interpretation is scant. We attempted to find the relationship of CVR with parameters such as stenosis degree and collateral patterns. Methods: This study was prospectively conducted in 37 patients with more than 50% angiographically proven unilateral carotid stenosis. The relative change of mean flow velocity before and after an acetazolamide challenge was calculated by transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) and the results were compared with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) results. The degree of stenosis and collateral flow patterns were estimated and classified by conventional angiography. Results: The CVR of middle cerebral artery (MCA) was significantly decreased in the ipsilateral side to the carotid stenosis (p<0.05). The CVR impairment was more severe when symptomatic stenosis was present (p=0.04). There was a significant correlation between the degree of carotid stenosis and the CVR (p<0.01). In the area of impaired CVR by SPECT, the estimated CVR was significantly lower (p<0.05), even to the negative value, implying that there is an actually steal phenomenon in that area. Conclusions: TCD is a useful tool for the assessment of CVR, which can give diverse clinical information based upon the degree of stenosis.
