      • A Study on Small Business Development and Support Policies

        The number of small businesses being founded in the nation is constantly increasing and various kinds of aggressive efforts are being made to have competitiveness. As such, political support by the government with regards to small businesses that has productivity and competitiveness needs to increase. Foundation of small businesses is being promoted by the Government to boost the economy, and interest in foundation of the business is high amongst not only college students but even general workers. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine problems regarding foundation of small businesses and to give new businesses competitive edge by presenting political answers to these problems. After analysing status and current issues of foundation of small business, the paper suggested positive policy alternatives. Existing studies on small businesses were focused on promotion of small and medium distributors, and studies on policy alternatives aimed directly at promoting the businesses are insufficient. Further studies are needed to examine political alternatives from point of view of roles and support of non-profit organizations that the Government is responsible for support of small business.

      • 創作 시나리오를 이용한 討議式 學習活動이 中學生의 힘과 運動의 槪念 變化에 미치는 影響

        많은 중학생들은 기본적인 물리 개념에 대해서 오개념을 가지고 있으며 물리 교과를 매우 어렵게 생각하고 있기 때문에 물리교과에 대해서 흥미를 잃고있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 힘과 운동에 대해 학생들이 가지고 있는 사전 개념을 조사한 후 전통적인 방법으로 수업을 받은 통제반과 교사의 역할이 없이 창작 시나리오를 가지고 토의활동을 한 실험Ⅰ반과 교사가 적절히 역할을 하면서 창작 시나리오를 가지고 토의활동을 한 실험Ⅱ반의 힘과 운동에 대한 개념변화를 조사·비교하여 토의학습의 가능성을 제안하였다. Many middle school students usually have some misconcepts and prejudices against the basic physical concepts. They have much trouble in understanding the several physical concepts in their class, especially on force and motion. Accordingly, Many students are losing interest in their physics class. Therefore, We studied on the change of the concepts about the force and motion through the learning discussion by comparision to the traditional method in this study. This study also intended to find out the effectivness of discussion method(Group Ⅰ: students-students, Group Ⅱ : students-teacher-students) after presentation of the creative scenario

      • 한국어 불규칙 용언처리를 위한 연구

        한국어 정보처리를 하기 위해서는 가장 기초기술인 형태소 분석이 이루어져야 한다. 한국어의 용언은 어미의 활용으로 인하여 형태소분석을 상당히 까다롭게 하는 특성을 가지고 있으며, 대부분의 어절을 대상으로 용언의 불규칙 현상이 있는 지를 조사해야 하므로 시스템의 속도를 떨어뜨리게 된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 용언 불규칙현상을 분류하고 알기 쉽도록 도식화하면, 전체 시스템의 속도를 높이기 위한 새로운 자료구조 도입과 알고리즘을 소개한다. Korean Morphological analysis is basic technic of Korean Information processing. Korean morphological analyzer is complicated because of irregular verbs. In this paper, we suggest analysis, diagram, and algorithm of korean irregular verbs processing. The system becomes very efficient because the number of dictionary accesses is minimized. The system makes easy to analyze unknown words like compound nouns without adding them to the dictionary.

        심낭삼출을 동반한 CREST증후군 1례

        CREST syndrome is variant of scleroderma characterized by calcinosis, Raynaud's phenomena, esophageal dysmotility, sclerodactyly & telangiectasia. In the past, it was believed that CREST patients live longer than scleroderma because rare involvement of internal organ, but recently noted that CREST patients may die early by involvement of internal organ. Recently, authors experience one case of CREST syndrome associated with pericardial effusion, herein presenting our experience and literature and reviewed.

      • 창원지역에서의 대기오염물질 배출량 산정

        Emissions of air pollutants (TSP, SO2, NO2, CO, and HC) was estimated in Changwon city that has the industrial complex and basin terrain. We found that the emissions of TSP, SO2, NO2, CO, and HC were 897 tons, 3,287 tons, 5,706 tons, 10,057 tons, and 1,470 tons for a year, respectively and the main source of air pollutants were vehicle. The ratios of vehicle emissions to total emissions ware TSP 63.8%, SO2 26.1%, NO2 65.5%, CO 91.0%, HC 94.4%. The ratios of industry emissions to total emissions were TSP 30.8%, SO2 60.2%, NO2 25.2%, CO 6.4%, HC 3.7%. The ratio of life emissions to total emissions are TSP 5.4%, SO2 13.7%, NO2 9.3%, CO 2.6%, HC 1.9%. The concentration distributions of air pollutants simulated by ISCST3 model were similar to its emission distributions, and relatively high concentrations of air pollutants occurred in the Palyong-dong (industrial area) and Banlim and Chungang (residual area).

      • HBeAg 양성인 만성 간염에서 라미부딘 치료전 HBV Core Promoter 서열이 약제내성 발생에 미치는 영향

        <Background> Lamivudine is a potent inhibitor of RNA-dependent DNA polymerase of HBV. However its efficacy is limited by emergence of drug-resistant mutant. Mutation of HBV core promoter (CP, T1762 and A1764) is known to be associated with the reduction of transcription of precore mRNA and development of HBeAg-negative phenotype. Therefore, it could be assumed that the CP sequence might influence the responsiveness to antiviral therapy such as lamivudine in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B. This study was carried out to find out if pretreatment CP sequences are associated with the development of lamivudine resistance in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B. <Method> HBV CP sequences were analysed directly from the pretreatment sera of eight patients in whom high level of HBV DNA breakthrough occurred during the treatment, which were compared to those from eight patients who cleared HBeAg without the breakthrough. HBV polymerase sequences were also analysed in the patients with the breakthrough. <Results> Serum HBV DNA level who had the breakthrough was 2653±1459 pg/mL and 1405 ± 403 pg/mL in the patients who cleared HBeAg. All the patients with DNA breakthrough showed YMDD mutation (4 with Met552Val and Leu528Met and 4 with Met550Ile). Among the patients with the breakthrough, baseline CP sequence was wild type (A1762, G1764) in three, A1762 and A1764 in three, and T1762 and A1764 in two patient. On the other hand, among the patients who cleared HBeAg, seven patients(88%) haboured T1762 and A1764 mutation(p=0.018) at pretreatment period. Remaining one patient had wild type CP (A1762, G1764), however precore mutation(A1896) was found in this patient. <Conclusion> It is likely that emergence of lamivudine-resistant mutant or HBeAg seroconversion is influenced by the baseline HBV CP sequence in HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.

      • 거대 점오염원이 주변 대기질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In order to show the effect of a vast point pollutant source on air quality of Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant and its surrounding area, air quality around Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant was simulated by ISCLT-2 which was supplied by EPA. For this purpose the emission amount of SO_2, NO_2 and TSP was calculated and atmospheric stability was classified for a recent decade(1985~1994) in Pusan. A result of the emission amount showed that much amount of NO_2, NO_2 and TSP are emitted from industrial area. It was clear that NO_2 is much emitted from line source and industrial area. And as a result of classification of atmospheric stability, neutral, stable and unstable state were 58%, 24.1% and 17.9%, respectivly. The result of ai quality simulation by ISCLT-2 showed that Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant is affecting on the increse of 2.0ppb, 3.0ppb and 5.0㎍/㎥, SO_2, NO_2, and TSP respectively at its surrounding area, site A-3 which was located westward 2.2㎞ distance from Plant

        인삼 재배토양에서의 Procymidone 흡착 및 분해

        인삼재배환경에서의 농약의 동태를 구명하기 위하여 살균제 procymidone을 공시하여 인삼 재배토양을 대상으로 흡착실험을 수행하였다. 또한 procymidone을 처리한 인삼재배토양을 10℃ 및 25℃의 항온에서 배양하면서 토양중 잔류성을 조사하였다. 흡착실험을 통하여 구한 procymidone의 유기탄소기준 흡착분배계수(K_(oc))는 531~743 수준으로서 토양 중 procymidone의 이동성은 낮을 것으로 판단되었다. 실내 항온배양 실험결과로부터 계산된 procymidone의 반감기는 248일(25%) 및 330일(10%)로서 포장실험결과에 비해 현저히 길어졌으며, 이는 procymidone이 가수분해 또는 미생물에 의한 분해 등에 안정한 화합물임을 시사하였다. This work has been conducted to investigate the behavior of pesticides in ginseng(Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) cultivation environment, with a fungicide procymidone as a model pesticide. Procymidone adsorption on ginseng cultivating soil was studied and persistency of procymidone in soil was monitored in indoor incubation experiments at 25℃ and 10℃. The soil adsorption coefficients(K-(oc)) of procymidone were in the range of 513~743 suggesting the mobility of procymidone in soil is relatively low. Procymidone showed higher persistency in soil under indoor incubation condition than outdoor field condition. The half lives estimated from the first order reaction kinetics were 248 days and 330 days at 25℃ and 10℃, respectively.

      • 부산지역의 도시기후 특성

        Long-term changes of urban climate in Pusan was analyzed for 79 years(1920-1988) and estimated the risirrate to be 0.16℃/(10years) for the annual mean temperature, -0.07℃/(10years) for daily temperature range and 19.7mm/(10 years) for annual lotal precipitation. In horizontal distnbution for two years(1997-1998), urban heat island errect was found to be signficant at coastal and urbarized areas(△Tu-r max-2.1℃)with large anthropogenic heat emissions. In case of Precipitation, large amounts was doserved at the coastal area(Kwangbok-dong: 1813mm)and the lee of the city(Seomyun:1525mm, Tongnae: 1522mm).

      • 바이폴라 집적소자용 Si Photodioded의 설계 및 시물레이션

        Optical Link용 receiver module을 one chip IC로 실현하기 위해 바이폴라 집적소자용 si photodiode를 설계하고 simulation기법(tool: SILVACO/ATLAS)을 이용하여 이의 전기·광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 제안된 그물망(web) 모양의 소자는 바이폴라 IC기술로 제작이 가능하며, simulation 결과 에피층의 두께가 12㎛, 도핑정도가 1.1×10^15/㎤인 Si 웨이퍼를 사용할 경우 우수한 디지털 광신호 분리능력{I(1-state_/I(0-state)>10^2}과 약 700nm의 파장 범위에서 peak spectral response를 나타내었다. A Si photodiode was designed and its electro-optical characteristics were analyzed by simulation(tool: SILVACO/ATLAS) to realize one chip received module for optical link. the proposed device can be fabricated by bipolar IC technology. The simulation results show that the web type device has the good discrimination characteristic{1(1-state)/I(0-state)>10^2} between digital optical signals and peak spectral response in the wavelength of about 700 nm when it is fabricated from Si water with epitaxial thickness of 12um and the doping concentration of 1.1×10^15/㎤.
