        QR코드를 이용한 청소년 체험학습 쿠폰 시스템 개발

        PC의 빠른 보급으로 많은 사용자가 PC로 다양한 콘텐츠를 즐기고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 청소년들의 PC이용 률이 급격히 증가했다. 청소년들은 이러한 PC를 이용하여 보다 쉽게 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 특히 온라인 게임을 통하여 스트레스를 해소하고, 가상현실에서의 또 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있다. 이렇게 일찍부터 빠르게 발전하고 있는 IT문화를 접하는 것은 좋은 일인 것은 분명하다. 하지만 그로 인해 청소년들은 자연스럽게 실내 활동이 많아지게 되면서 야외활동이 줄어들게 됨에 따라 세상을 보는 시야 또한 많이 좁아지게 되었다. 따라서 청소년 들의 야외활동을 유도하기 위해 최근 많이 사용하는 스마트 폰 어플리케이션을 이용하여 현장체험 쿠폰 시스템을 구축하게 되었다. 그리고 HTML5를 기반으로 하는 하이브리드 앱을 개발함으로써 디바이스의 구분없이 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 이 어플리케이션을 통해서 청소년들의 현장체험에 대한 관심과 동기를 유발시킴으로써 많은 볼거리를 체험하고, 다양한 시각에서 세상을 바라볼 수 있다. Because of rapid spread of the PC, many users have been enjoying a variety of content as PC. Especially in recent years, young people has increased dramatically PC usage. Young people get more easily information using a PC. Especially they relieve their stress through online games and feel another fun of virtual reality. It is obviously a good effect that they contact IT culture with rapidly developed. But young people`s perspective with world is narrow because of doing more indoor activities than outdoor. Therefore we built Spot experience voucher system using smart phone application. We hope that many young people act outdoor activities. And Our product offer hybrid device by developing HTML5-based app. Thus this app will give interest of spot-experience to young-people. So If young people use this app, they can have many experience and see diverse aspects.

        초음파 공명 분광법(RUS)을 이용한 SiC 입자강화 Al 기지복합재료의 탄성계수 해석

        SiC 입자강화 2124Al 금속복합재료의 강화재 부피분율에 따른 탄성 stiffness를 초음파 공명 스펙트로스코피(resonant ultrasound spectroscopy: RUS) 방법을 이용하여 측정하였다. RUS 방법은 한 개의 소형 시편으로 9개의 독립변수를 가진 사방정계(orthorhombic) 탄성계수를 간단한 실험으로 측정가능함을 보여주었다. SiC 강화재 부피분율 변화에 따른 탄성계수를 측정하였는데 이 경우 초기 추정 탄성계수를 구하기 위해서 부피분율에 따른 미세조직 사진으로부터 강화재의 형상(aspect ratio)과 방향을 고려한 유효 aspect ratio 개념을 도입하였고, Mori-Tanaka 이론식에 의한 계산결과를 이용하였다. 이로부터 계산된 공진주파수와 RUS의 측정 공진주파수 사이를 최소화함으로 정확한 탄성계수를 측정하였다. 측정된 stiffnesses로부터 공학적 탄성계수인 Young's modulus를 계산하였으며, 계산된 Young's modulus와 압출방향으로 인장시험한 Young's modulus를 비교분석하였다. SiC 입자의 부피분율이 증가함에 따라 탄성계수가 증가함을 나타내었고, 탄성 stiffness의 거동은 강화재가 많이 첨가될수록 횡등방성(transversely isotropic) 이 강하게 나타났으며 이것은 압출공정에 의해 강화재 입자의 방향성 재배열에 기인한다. 한편 일정크기 시편에 있어서 기본 공진주파수가 강화재 부피분율에 따라 고주파수 영역으로 이동하는 현상이 관찰되었으며, 이로 부터 비파괴적으로 강화재 부피분율을 예측할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. The dynamic elastic properties of metal matrix composites were investigated by resonant ultrasound spectroscopy(RUS). The composites used in this study consisted of 2124 aluminum alloy reinforced with different concentrations of SiC particles. RUS can determine the nine independent elastic stiffness(C )for the orthorhombic symmetry on a small specimen simultaneously. The elastic constants were determined as a function of the volume fraction. A concept of effective aspect ratio, which combine the aspect ratio and the orientation of reinforcement, was used to calculate the initial moduli from Mori-Tanaka theory for the input of RUS minimization code. Young's moduli can be obtained from the measured stiffnesses. The results show that the elastic stiffness increases with increment of the particle content. The behavior of elastic stiffness indicates that the particle redistribution induced by the extrusion process enlarges the transversely isotropic symmetry as the fraction of reinforced particles increase. This relationship could be used for determination of the volume fractions of reinforcement as a potential tool of nondestructive material characterization.

      • PCR 방법에 의한 Renin cDNA의 증폭합성과 클로닝을 통한 유전자 발현

        본 실험은 생쥐 악하선의 renin mRNA로부터 cDNA를 합성하였으며 분자 육종을 통하여 rennin cDNA의 유전자 발현을 유도하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 생쥐 악하선으로부터 총RNA를 GIT/CsCl 방법에 의하여 분리하고 oligo(dT) cellulose와 poly(U) sepharose 4B matrix를 이용하여 mRNA를 분리하였다. Renin cDNA로부터 primer Ⅰ과 primer Ⅱ를 합성하여 polymerase chain reaction(PCR)방법으로 cDNA를 합성하고 증폭하였다. cDNA를 pUC19 플라스미드에 ligation시켜 재조합 플라스미드(pUCR1)를 제조하였다. pUCR1을 E. coli JM103 균주에 형질전환시켰으며 rennin 유전자를 갖는 형질전환체를 Southern blot analysis 방법에 의하여 확인하였다. 형질전환체인 E. coli JM103에서 renin 유전자의 발현물질인 분자량이 45,000되는 rennin 단백질을 확인하였다. These experiments were designed to investigate the molecular cloning of renin cDNA synthesized from renin mRNA of mouse submaxillary gland, and thus to characterize the renin protein expressed by the renin cDNA. The results obtained were as follows: The total RNA was isolated from the mouse submaxillary gland by the method of GIT/CsCl, and the mRNA was separated by using oligo(dT) cellulose and poly(U) sepharose 4B matrix. Primer Ⅰ and primer Ⅱ was synthesized from renin cDNA, and cDNA was transcribed reversely and amplified by the method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The recombinant plasmid(pUCR1) was constructed by ligating the cDNA into the pUC19 plasmid of E. coli vector, and then pUCR1 was transformed into E. coli(JM103) and the recombinant plasmid was identified with southern blot analysis. The renin gene expression was identified with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight of renin was 45,000.

      • 암처리 엽수와 기간이 들깨의 생육 및 개화에 미치는 영향

        The lower leaves shading in upper leaves is unknown to be reduced significantly due to the early differentiation of flower-bud by dark treatment of leaves when growing perilla for harvesting the leaves in the greenhouse during the winter. This study analyzed the effect of dark treatment of leaves on the growth and regulation of flowering, which are closely related with differentiation of flower and amount of leaves. One leaf and 3 leaves per plant were dark treated for 0, 5, 10 days. Plant hight was reduced in 3 leaves treatment, but there was no difference in 1 leaf treatment. Stem diameter was reduced in both 1 leaf and 3 leaves treatments, which was more significant in 3 leaves treatment. Leaf area was reduced when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, but there was no difference when 1 leaf was treated for 5 days. When 3 leaves were treated, leaf area was no difference between treatments. However, leaf area which 3 leaves were treated was reduced more significantly than that 1 leaf was treated. Seed weight was remarkably decreased when 1 leaf was treated for 10 days, and it was decreased when 3 leaves were treated for more than 5 days.

      • Piracetam이 마우스의 기억력 및 대뇌피질내 Acetylcholine량 변화에 미치는 영향

        The central cholinergic synapse is known to be closely connected with memory. Previously, piracetam has been reported to improve the intellectual ability. We used a scopolamine-induced amnesiac mouse to study the effects of piracetam on memory retrieval by passive avoidance learning test and on the acetylcholine level of cerebral cortex. The amnesia was produced in mouse by the intraperitoneal injection(i.p.) of scopolamine at a dose of 1 ㎎/㎏ body weight(b.w.). Upon administration of piracetam to amnesiac mouse at doses of 100 and 200 ㎎/㎏ b.w., i.p., 30 min, prior to retrieval test, the significant improvement on memory impairment was observed by examination 24 hr after training. The level of acetylcholine in cerebral cortex of mouse was decreased by the scopolamine treatment, however, this decrease was attenuated by piracetam. These results suggest that the effect of piracetam on memory may be attributed to activation of cholinergic nerve.

      • 서울지역 여대생들의 떡에 대한 인식 및 섭취 실태 조사

        This study conducted a survey of the improvement and popularization for Korea Rice Cakes, a Korean traditional food, on two hundred women students in five colleges in Seoul, Korea. It was investigated to get the information of the recognition, preference, and consumption patterns for the succession and improvement of Korean Rice Cakes. The results are as follows: 1. A portion of 41.5% among responders knows from three to six kinds of Korean Rice Cakes, and of 28% can make at least one among the kinds of Korean Rice Cakes. 2. A portion of 91% recognizes that Korean Rice Cakes are one of well-nourished food, but of 42% answers that Korean Rice Cakes cannot be replaced with the principle food. Also, there are no significant differences in the recognition of Korean Rice Cakes as the kinds of religions. 3. The frequency of purchase is about one or twice in a month (35.5%). Consumers (36.5%) intend to purchase Korean Rice Cakes for the commemoration of national holidays or anniversaries. 4. The reasons for the preference of other foods more than Korean Rice Cakes are the easiness of purchase (36.0%), the deliciousness (21.5%), the diverse kindness (17.5%), and the proper package (9.5%). It is important that constant and particular school / home education is need to improve and success Korean Rice Cakes.

      • 복막투석환자의 건강증진 생활양식과 관련요인 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting performance in health promoting lifestyles in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients. The subjects for this study were 98 CAPD patients living in Pusan city. The data for this study were collected from October 15th, 1999 to January 15th, 2000 by structured questionaries . Statistical analysis was done using SPSS softwares. The results were as follows: 1.The average score of performance in the health promoting lifestyles was 2.34. The variable with the highest degree of performance was self-actualization and nutrition, whereas the one with the lowest degree was exercise. 2.In the subscale of the health promoting lifestyles, especially educational level, marital state and CAPD period, there was significant differences between demographic variables and performance in the health promoting lifestyles. 3.The activity-related affect, situational influences, self-efficacy, and perceived barriers in the behavior-specific cognitions and affect have a significant correlation with performance in the health promoting lifestyles. 4.The most important variable that affects the performance in the health promoting lifestyles was situational influences, and the self-efficacy, perceived barriers, every monthly treatment cost, duration of chronic renal failure followed in order, activity-related affect. Those six variables accounted for 38.3% among the variables in health promoting lifestyles.

        논문 : 영주(榮州) 숙수사지(宿水寺址) 석조유물에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This study is the stone relics of the SukSusa temple site. Located in Young-ju, Kyungsangbuk Province, the Suksusa temple site is not well-known as the Silla Period Temple because of the Sosu-Seowon was built on the site and few historical records on the temple. Examination results of the stone relics, Suksusa temple was founded in the 7th century and was reestablished in the 9th century. Especially the shape and patterns of the stone Danggan prop and pedestals of Buddha Figures are similar to them of Birosa temple and Buseoksa temple that were sponsored mainly by royal family in the 9th century. Since ancient times, Sun-Heung province is very important place that was a cultural hub of transportation passage. In Sun-Heung province, the influences of the Hwaeom-jong around Buseoksa temple seems to have stimulated the growth of Buddhist arts in the 9th century. Also Suksusa temple was reflected on belong to the same buddhist culture such as relics. Its style of stone relics will be explained within the category of other stone relics in Sun-Heung province overall relics in same century. In addition to stone relics through the architectural member, also Suksusa temple was sponsored mainly by royal family in the 9th century. Therefore it is considered that Suksusa temple is high status which representative of the Unified Silla Period.

        Formulation Prediction for Young's Modulus of Poly(dimethylsiloxane) by Spectroscopic Methods

        In this work, we refer to the fraction of hydrides and vinyl groups consumed in cross-linking reaction as a variation of the properties of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) with varying the formulation of a curing agent from 3.2 wt % to 50 wt %. Young’s modulus, density, and refractive indices of PDMS were observed to have a maxima at a formulation of about 10 wt % of cross linker. The intensity of the Raman band for the Si H stretching mode in cross-linker is almost zero if the cross-linking agent is less than 10 wt %, but it is linearly increasing with increasing the content of cross-linker. The dependence of the elastic modulus on the formulation could be explained in terms of the fraction of cross-linked network. The analytical framework proposed in this work could be used for optimizing the formulation of PDMS and hence its properties can be tailored for specific applications.

        미디어아트는 20세기 중반이후 기술 발전과 컴퓨터의 등장으로 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 1960년대에는 "사운드아트"의 개념이 등장하면서 노이즈를 비롯한 다양한 사운드의 활용가능성이 부각되어 왔다. 영화, 설치예술 등의 작품에서 이미지와 사운드는 상호보완적으로 다양한 형태로 결합한다. 이 중 미디어 퍼포먼스는 사운드와 비주얼의 결합양상 중 전시형태를 벗어나 공연으로서의 사운드 비주얼리제이션을 추구하며 현장성과 즉흥성이 특징이다, 도시 건물 외벽의 커다란 스크린을 활용한 미디어파사드는 오늘날 산업체의 광고 뿐 아니라 미디어아트분야에서도 활발히 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연장선상에서 사운드아트의 유형을 분류하고, 박순영 이수진의 "Ta!(打-他) for realtime audio and video"를 사운드 비주얼리제이션의 공간적 확장을 통한 미디어 퍼포먼스 측면에서 분석 연구한다. Media art has rapidly developed through the technical development and the introduction of digital technology since mid-twentieth century. In 1960s, the notion of sound art emerged with the various methods of sound utilizing noise. Sound and image mingles together in various forms of art such as films and installations. Among them we focus on media performance which searches for sound visualization as a performance beyond the exhibition style, having on-site and improvisational features. Media facades use big screens in the outside of the buildings and are used not only for advertisements but also for live public media art thesedays. In this regards, we classifies sound arts into four categories and introduce"Ta!(打-他) for realtime audio and video" by Soon-young Park and Suzin Rhee, as an example for latest forms of sound arts which is a media performance through the spatial expansion of the sound visualization.
