Comprehensive modeling method for deformation errors of different types of rolling joints in motion systems and its application in machine tools

Cheng Zhang,Jianrun Zhang,Xiaojuan Sun 대한기계학회 2020 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.34 No.11

This paper proposes a novel comprehensive modeling method for deformation errors of different types of rolling joints in machine tools to improving the analysis efficiency. This method comprehensively considers the deformation of three types of rolling joints, i.e., linear guideway, ball screw and bearing, firstly from the perspective of analytical modeling. Two comprehensive models for deformation errors of all rolling joints in two types of motion systems of machine tools are established respectively with the method. The nonlinear interfacial characteristics at rolling joints and the geometric and stiffness coupling characteristics are considered. In order to study characteristics of the synthetical deformation error of rolling joints, a synthetical error model for a five-axis machine tool is developed. Several results and optimizations of the joints are carried out. The proposed method in this paper can effectively avoid the tedious finite element modeling in the traditional analysis process and improve the efficiency.

        Xiaojuan Yang,Qing-Ping Wu,Ju-Mei Zhang,Weipeng Guo,Shuping Mo,Sheng-Rong Liu 한국식품과학회 2016 Food Science and Biotechnology Vol.25 No.4

This study aimed to classify a collection of Enterobacter sakazakii (E. sakazakii) strainspreviously identified from powdered infant formula (PIF) to species level by recN gene sequencing andbiochemical testing to determine the distribution of Cronobacter species in China and investigate thestrain diversity by cellular fatty acid (CFA) analysis. Of 24 E. sakazakii isolates, 23 were identified as C. sakazakii and one was C. malonaticus. The 23 C. sakazakii isolates showed the same CFA profiles. TheC. malonaticus isolate was discriminated from the C. sakazakii isolates by the significant difference inthe amounts of C12:0, C14:0, and C17:0 cyclo acids. These results showed that C. sakazakii and C. malonaticuswere the common Cronobacter species distributed in PIF in China and that the isolates of the twospecies exhibited different CFA profiles. These findings are of value for epidemiological investigationsand provide an alternative method for confirming various Cronobacter spp.

        Xiaojuan Gao,Shuai Yang,Meng Liu,Yawen Jiang,Li Wenyan,Rui Ma,Zijian Zhao,Xuelin Zhang 아시아건강운동학회 2020 Journal of Asian Society for Health & Exercise Vol.2 No.2

PURPOSE: In this study, high content ligustilide plant extract was supplemented to monitor the changes of physical fitness and physiological function of athletes, and to explore the effect of ligustilide plant extract on physical function and physical fitness of athletes. METHODS: Thirty five high-level basketball players from Zhengzhou University were selected and divided into two groups randomly: nutritional supplement group (S, n = 18) and control group (C, n=17). This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhengzhou University. Informed consent was obtained from each subject. The intervention period was 8 weeks, six days per week. The training method adopted the small cycle plate training scheme. We measured changes of the scores of rating of perceived exertion (RPE), physical fitness test (15m running, 30m running, 400m running) and routine blood test (mainly including red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and average erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration, etc.) before and after training. RESULTS: In group S, the percentage of RPE (grade 6-11) and RPE (grade 12-18) before experiment was 37.5% and 62.5%. After 8 weeks of experiment, 62.5% of RPE (grade 6-11) and 37.5% of RPE (grade 12-18). In group C, 14% of RPE (grade 6-11), 86% of slight RPE (grade 12-18), and 100% of RPE (grade 12-18) after 8 weeks of experiment. It was found that after 8 weeks of training, the number of red blood cells, the concentration of hemoglobin and the average concentration of red blood cell hemoglobin in group S were significantly higher than those before the experiment (p <0.05). According to the comparison of the physical fitness test results of the athletes in group S, it was found that the performance of 400m after 4 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly higher compared with pre-experiment (p<0.05). The changes of 30m and 15m were not significant different (p>0.05). The 400-meter test performance of athletes in group C was significantly higher than that before the experiment only after 8 weeks of training (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Ligustilide supplementation can increase the number of red blood cell and hemoglobin concentration of athletes and has a positive impact on the physical fitness of athletes and the recovery of fatigue.

      • Virtual Laboratory for Simulation of Urban Landuse Change Through Coupling Cellular Automation with GIS

Xianfeng, Zhang,Xiaojuan, Li 대한원격탐사학회 2001 International Symposium on Remote Sensing Vol.17 No.1

The functionality of spatio-temporal analysis and modeling is a drive for Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to further applications in various applied fields and Digital Earth plan. However, currently commercial GIS systems lack those capabilities for spatio-temporal. distribution, prediction, and simulation of spatio-temporal data. So more effective and powerful modeling methods need to be developed. Cellular Automata Model (CA) provides GIS with a bottom-to-top spatio-temporal modeling framework, which is composed of a fourfold: cells, states, neighbors and rules. The simplicity and flexibility make CA able to simulate a variety of behaviors of complex systems, such as urban land use evolution. By expanding CA model to spatial domain and integrating CA with GIS, a new model (SUDS) for simulating urban land use evolution was established. To take Baotou City as a case study, this model was used to simulate the evolution of urban expansion and sustainable land use. This initial time is 1992 when land use data were acquired by aerial photography. The change data collected by differential GPS are used for model calibration. The appropriate extents of Baotou City development in 1998, 2005 and 2012 are simulated. The result of 1998 is consistent with the surveyed data with GPS. Thus, the established model can be used as a virtual laboratory for decision support in urban planning and land policy-making.

Braking Torque Analysis and Control Method of a New Motor with Eddy-Current Braking and Heating System for Electric Vehicle

Zhao Xiaojuan,Zhang Yulong,Ye Lezhi 한국자동차공학회 2021 International journal of automotive technology Vol.22 No.5

To solve the problem of the serious mileage reduction of electric vehicles in winter, this paper introduces a new type of motor with eddy current braking and heating system (EBHS). EBHS can convert the vehicle’s kinetic energy into the thermal energy which can be used for heating the cabin and the battery at the right temperature. This paper proposes the structural layout and operating modes with the novel motor. The air gap magnetic density of the ECR is calculated by the magnetic circuit method. The braking torque is solved by the transient electromagnetic finite element method. The eddy current loss power at different speeds is used for analyzing heat performance. Based on MATLAB / Simulink environment, the fuzzy control method is used to simulate the EBHS’s braking energy efficiency. Compared with PTC heating, the power consumption of the new motor is reduced by 25 % and the cabin can reach 20 °C in 160 seconds. Finally, it is verified by bench test that the retarder stator stayed within 110 °C when it is continuously operated for 12 minutes. The braking torque of the finite element analysis result meet the test value, and the error rate is not higher than 11.7 %.

Ampelopsin alleviates sevoflurane-induced cognitive dysfunction by mediating NF-κB pathway in aged rats

        Chenglong Liu,Xiaojuan Zha,Haihua Liu,Fang Wei,Fei Zhang 한국유전학회 2020 Genes & Genomics Vol.42 No.4

Background Cancer-induced bone pain (CIBP) is the pain caused by bone metastasis from malignant tumors, and the largest source of pain for cancer patients. miR-300 is an important miRNA in cancer. It has been shown that miR-300 regulates tumorigenesis of various tumors. Purpose This study aims to investigate the role of miR-300 in CIBP and its underlying molecular mechanisms in vitro and in vivo. Methods We constructed CIBP model in rats and investigated the mechanism through which miR-300 affects CIBP. We first examined expression level of miR-300 in CIBP rats and then tested the effect of its overexpression. Next, we identified the target of miR-300 using TargetScan analysis and double luciferase assay. Finally, we studied genetic interactions between miR-300 and its target and their roles in CIBP. Results We found that miR-300 was downregulated in CIBP rats. Overexpression of miR-300 significantly attenuated cancerinduced neuropathic pain (p < 0.01). Furthermore, TargetScan analysis and double luciferase assay show High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1) is a target of miR-300. Notably, HMGB1 is overexpressed in CIBP rats, while up-regulation of miR300 significantly suppresses expression of HMGB1 (p < 0.01). Moreover, knockdown of HMGB1 by siRNA significantly relieves cancer-induced neuropathic pain in rats (p < 0.01). On the other hand, HMGB1 overexpression partially blocked the effect of miR-300 on cancer-induced nerve pain. Conclusion miR-300 relieves cancer-induced neuropathic pain by inhibiting HMGB1 expression. These results may be beneficial for the treatment of CIBP in clinical practice.

Comprehensive analysis of the prognostic value and immune implications of the TTK gene in lung adenocarcinoma: a meta-analysis and bioinformatics analysis

        Bo Li,Xiaojuan Gu,Hanbing Zhang,Hao Xiong 한국통합생물학회 2022 Animal cells and systems Vol.26 No.3

Background: High expression levels of the TTK gene are closely related to tumor occurrence and poor prognosis, as confirmed by some studies. Our study explored the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients with different TTK levels and the possible pathological mechanism of TTK in LUAD. Methods: We extensively searched literature databases and high-throughput sequencing databases and included relevant literature or datasets in the meta-analysis according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) related to TTK expression were calculated, publication bias was assessed, and sensitivity tests were performed. We also compared the relationship between cancer immune infiltrating cells and tumor mutation burden (TMB) in patients with different TTK expression levels via bioinformatics analysis. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of some chemotherapeutic and targeted therapy drugs were calculated. The potential biological functions or pathways associated with different TTK expression levels were determined by gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Results: The meta-analysis revealed that higher TTK expression level was significantly associated with poor prognosis in LUAD patients, both in overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS). The expression level of TTK was significantly correlated with presence of some immune cells and TMB. Tumors with higher TTK expression levels were mostly enriched for the cell cycle, DNA replication and homologous recombination pathways. In addition, patients with different TTK expression levels were differently sensitive to some antitumor drugs. Conclusion: TTK may be a promising prognostic biomarker for LUAD and is worthy of further investigation.

In situ IR studies on the mechanism of methanol synthesis from CO/H2 and CO2/H2 over Cu-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst

Wei Li,Xiaojuan Wang,Haipeng Zhang 한국화학공학회 2010 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.27 No.4

Methanol synthesis from CO/H2 and CO2/H2 was carried out at atmospheric pressure over Cu/ZnO/Al2O3catalyst. The formation and variation of surface species were recorded by in situ FT-IR spectroscopy. The result revealed that both CO and CO2 can serve as the primary carbon source for methanol synthesis. For CO/H2 feed gas, only HCOOZn was detected; however, for CO2/H2, both HCOO-Zn and HCOO-Cu were observed, and without CH3O-Cu. HCOOZn was the key intermediate. A scheme of methanol synthesis and reverse water-gas shift (RGWS) reaction was proposed.
