      • Construction and Implementation Path of Tripartite Linkage School Sports Insurance Pattern

        The construction of appropriate pattern is an important measure to promote the development of school sports insurance. The expert interview method and case study method and other research methods are adopted to explore the construction and implementation path of the tripartite linkage school sports insurance pattern. Research believes that tripartite linkage school sports insurance pattern is based on the modernization of national governance and the establishment of the concept of the assumption risk. Collaborative governance theory and welfare pluralism theory is the theoretical basis. The tripartite linkage pattern is an operation style of government-led, school-supported and family-based. It advocates the government, school and families jointly contribute in proportion to provide school sports insurance for students. The implementation of the tripartite linkage school sports insurance pattern can be promoted from government guidance, legal construction, pilot exploration and other ways.

      • Feasibility of Ultrasound Measuring Equipment by Body Fat Percentage Examination

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of ultrasonic measuring device through body fat percentage test. METHODS: To achieve this goal, validity tests were performed using the measured values of Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry known as the reference method. 58 university students were participating in the study from Gyeonggi-do. Height and weight were measured as well as Body fat percentage using the portable ultrasound device and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry. For data processing, the average and standard deviation of the data were calculated by using SPSS 25.0 program and MedCalc program. Correlation analysis (r) and Bland & Altman were performed to examine the validity of the ultrasound device. In addition, the interpolation and slope were presented in the Bland & Altman results and the mean absolute percentage errors was presented for the verification of accuracy. RESULTS: In male students, there was a high correlation between the ultrasonie device and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry in male (r=.92) and females (r =.71). The results of the Bland & Altman analysis showed that the confidence interval was stable and that the agreement was high. In the case of male students -13.4 ~ 2.9, the confidence interval range was shown. the mean absolute percentage errors was 28.6%. In the case of women the confidence interval ranged from -8.0 to -1.3, with mean absolute percentage errors of 17.2%. CONCLUSIONS: As a result, it was confirmed that the body fat rate validity between the ultrasonic measuring device and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry was high.

      • Effects on The Forearm Bone Density of The Sanda Athletes through the Martial Arts Traditional Knocking Practice

        PURPOSE: Through the intervention of the traditional Wushu(martial arts) knocking practice on the forearm during the Sanda(free combat) training ,we study the effects of bone mineral density and bone mineral content of the forearm. Sixteen students from the 2016 Sanda special classes of Beijing Sports University were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Both of them have 12 weeks of regular Sanda training, but the experimental team was intervened by practicing the Wushu Traditional knocking. METHODS: Using EXA-3000 double energy X-ray bone mineral density ester, bone mineral density and bone mineral content were measured before and after exercise intervention. RESULTS: The test results showed that the bone mineral density of the forearm in the pre-intervention experimental and control groups (P< 0.05), no significant difference; After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, bone mineral density and bone mineral content in the forearm of the experimental group and the control group increased to varying degrees, between the two groups(P<0.05) and there are significant differences. From the perspective of changing trend, the bone mineral density and the bone mineral content in the forearm of the subjects were significantly increased through 12 weeks of normal sanda training, indicating that the normal sanda training had a certain promotion effect on the increase of bone mineral density and bone mineral content of the athletes" forearm; CONCLUSIONS: the bone mineral content and bone mineral density of the forearm of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group through the flapping method, indicating that the flapping method can effectively improve the level of bone mineral density and bone mineral content.

      • Status Quo and Strategy of Development of Wushu Sanda Event in Korea

        In order to seek for the diversified development of Sanda during its process of internationalization in view of overall Wushu view, this article consulted documents and data to analyze the current development of Sanda in Korea. The research shows that Sanda starts early in Korea and the international performance is ideal but unstable; the organization of domestic matches is standard but there are few participators; and the content in domestic Wushu gymnasiums is diverse but lack of unified teaching materials. Strengthening international communication, organizing step teacher team and unifying the teaching content of Wushu gymnasiums are the best paths for the development of Sanda in Korea.

      • The comparative study of Chinese and Korean sports culture

        PURPOSE: Through cultural exchange and comparison of sports culture between the two countries, this paper aims to explore their common sports values and learn from Korean management experience and successful concepts to further promote the prosperity and development of sports economy and culture in China. METHODS: The author once made an academic visit in Yongin University of South Korea as a sports researcher, and investigated the sports culture in different regions of Korea. By investigating and recording the various forms there, he had a good understanding of Korean sports culture, which provided an important basis for this study. RESULTS: The goal orientation of sports varies from country to country. In the case of school physical education, Chinese schools, influenced by the traditional teaching mode, pay more attention to the teachers" teaching, and all sports activities students engage in are decided and arranged by teachers. Although the current educational reform has improved the students" principal position in the learning process, the status quo has not completely been changed. While Korean school physical education attaches more importance to the students" learning who are allowed to choose their favorite sports and given more consideration in the learning process. Korean educational goal is to cultivate students" awareness of physical exercise, hence their lifelong sports habits. CONCLUSIONS: Korea has been ahead of China in sports management, so we can learn its advanced experience. And we should continue to improve our sports policies and regulations which should be operable and practical on account of the current market economic system, achieving that there are laws to go by and developing sports in accordance with them. In the training of athletes, we should attach great importance to knowledge learning, achieving the common progress of training and learning, hence fundamentally solving the long-standing contradictions between them.

      • A Meta Analysis of Effects of Exercise Intervention Methods on Type II Diabetes Glucose Metabolism

        PURPOSE : In this study, a meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the positive effects of different exercise treatments on glucose metabolism in type II diabetes patients to generalize the findings. METHODS : A total of 7,190 studies were identified for this purpose. Duplicate studies and studies that did not satisfy the inclusion criteria were removed over three phases to leave 11 studies ultimately selected for the analysis. RESULTS : HOMA-IR had the highest effect size at g=1.112, but, as the value of 0 fell within the 95% CI and the I²- heterogeneity was high at 88%, the effects of exercise treatments were determined to be more indirect than direct. FBG and HbA1c also had high levels of effect size at g= .838 and g=.769, respectively. In terms of exercise intervention methods, aerobic exercise exhibited the highest effects, followed by resistance training and then mixed exercises. CONCLUSIONS : In sum, aerobic exercise exhibited considerably high positive effects on glucose metabolism. Nevertheless, various programs and suitable exercise treatments should be sought to ensure extensive improvements in type II diabetes patients by continuing exercise and increasing awareness.

      • The Current Status of Sports Big Data Analysis Researches in Korea

        The study was to discuss about the current status of sports big data researches in Korea among the studies published in the field of sports and physical education. Also, this study intended to discuss about the critical contents in order to apply the big data technologies practically. The articles listed in the journals indexing on the KCI(Korea Citation Index) were considered for this study that the first article used a specific methods relevant to sports big data was importantly selected. And then the articles which used same method with the first article, were cognized as same as the first article. In addition, All articles selected were ordered by published year. The current status in this study were categorized by 1) the concept of big data, 2) text mining, 3) social network analysis, and 4) classification of data. At the beginning of trends, the article about the possibility of application of big data was identified. And the methodological trends of Sports Big Data were heading to the worries when the big data technologies applied to the field of sports and physical education even the methodological changes were found within various attempts. Further application of Sports Big Data could be broadly applied in the field of sports and physical education when systematic and scientific proposals were expanded.

      • A Research trend of Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education and Sports Science

        PURPOSE: When the long-awaited Korean society for Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education and Sports Science(KSME) was established in 1998, KSME faced a turning point in its growth. Following the changes in both quality and quantity of the society"s researches since its establishment and seeking for future themes is important for the society. METHODS: This research analyzed the society"s research trend using mainly the Korean Journal of Measurement Evaluation in Physical Education and Sports Science. Then, by examining the physical fitness test, it proposed possible future themes for the KSME. This research also looked into the American Kinesmetrics’ contribution to Kinesiology, its research trend and future researches. RESULTS: The KSME"s recent researches show refined quality, diversified themes and reinforcements in practical researches. Regarding the themes, the reliability and validity of tests became predominant, sports analysis and physical activity emerged, and interest in measurement and evaluation in school PE was low. Possible research themes in the future are measurement and evaluation in school PE, game analysis and sport big data. The recent interest of the American Kinesmetrics was the cross validation of criterion-referenced physical fitness cut-off score, the validation of the guideline for physical activity, and the relationship between sedentary behavior and health. CONCLUSIONS: Possible future research themes of the American Kinesmetrics were the refinement of test methods, the effectiveness of the physical fitness test award system, and the application of the ubiquitous wearable technology.

      • Research on Exercise Prescription of Health Qigong Dawu Intervention of Common Chronic Diseases in Middle-aged and Old People

        Objective: To observe the rehabilitation effects of prescription and precise exercises of Health Qigong Dawu on common chronic diseases in the middle-aged and elderly people. Method: Test the complete exercise of Health Qigong Dawu and the exercise time, frequency and intensity of each style; 106 people were randomly divided into groups, 56 people in the experimental group and 50 people in the control group. At the same time, basic TCM syndromes for sub-healthy people Epidemiological investigation of the phenotype, grasp the basic situation of common chronic diseases, with cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, insomnia, constipation, and gastritis as the main observation contents; according to the chronic disease status of the experimental group, 6 exercise prescriptions were formulated, On the basis of exercises, precise exercises were carried out; the control group only exercised the whole set of exercises, conducted 6 months of experimental observation and statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in the three indicators of age, height, and weight between the two groups. Through the test, 4 obvious peaks occurred within 14 minutes and 20 seconds, and the heart rate trend gradually changed from low to high. The lowest heart rate was 75 beats per minute, the highest heart rate was 106 beats per minute, and the average heart rate was 100 beats per minute. The energy consumption is 63 calories, which meets the requirements of aerobic exercise and fitness. It embodies the characteristics of Health Qigong Dancing with dance, opening and closing, stretching and stretching, internal organs and joints. Combined with the common chronic diseases of the subjects, the effect was observed for 6 months. The improvement rate of the experimental group was 67.20% for cervical spondylosis, 73.30% for lumbar muscle strain, 68.53% for insomnia, 57.50% for constipation, and 56.35% for gastritis; The improvement rate was 52.20% for cervical spondylosis, 55. 0% for lumbar muscle strain, 52.20% for insomnia, 46.20% for constipation, and 45. 20% for gastritis. Conclusion: The heart rate fluctuations of Health Qigong Dawu exercises are all within the range of aerobic exercise, which is in line with the physiological laws of fitness for middle-aged and elderly people. The test results show that the action structure, exercise intensity and exercise time of Health Qigong Dawu Gong, Exercise frequency is reasonable; formulating exercise prescriptions for middle-aged and elderly people is reasonable and effective; it has significant fitness effects on common chronic diseases such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, insomnia, constipation, and gastritis. The experimental group is better than the control group, with significant differences.

      • Relationships of Class Satisfaction, Leisure Attitude, and Exercise Adherence among the College-Level Water Sports Physical Activity Class Participants

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships of class participation, leisure attitude and exercise adherence among the college-level water sports physical activity class participants. Three hundred thirty three responses from the college students taking the water sports physical activity classes in Seoul, Kyung-ki, and Choong-nam areas were used for data analyses. Using the SPSS (ver. 23.0) and the AMOS (ver. 23.0) programs, frequency, confirmatory factor, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were performed. The results showed, first, the program satisfaction factor of the class satisfaction negatively influenced the cognitive attitude factor of the leisure attitude while the instructor satisfaction factor (class satisfaction) positively influenced the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral attitude factors (Leisure attitude). Secondly, for the influence of class satisfaction on exercise adherence, facility satisfaction influenced the tendency, program satisfaction influenced the possibility, and instructor satisfaction influenced the reinforcement factors in positive directions. Finally, the behavioral attitude of the leisure attitude positively influence the tendency and possibility factors of the exercise adherence. These results may help to shape the leisure attitude of water sports physical activity class participants by improving the unsatisfactory factors, and, in turn, active class participation and improved exercise adherence could be facilitated.
