This study carried out the recognition of appropriate forest managements and directions in Jirisan National Park. For this purpose, we undertook interview survey about the recognition of forest management in Jirisan National Park from ecological and forest research fields` experts. From the statistical analysis results, it was founded that the difference among respondents` types was detected about recognition of forest management in National park. However, all the respondent types recognized that the forest management in National park is essential. So the forest management in national park by forest experts and relevant institutions are revealed needed.

Bacteriocins are antibacterial proteins produced by bacteria that kill or inhibit the growth of other bacteria. Many lactic acid bacteria produce a high diversity of different bacteriocins. Since food safety has become an increasingly important interantional concern, the application of antimicrobial peptides from lactic acid bacteria that target food pathogens without toxic or other adverse effects has received great attention. This article gives an overview of bacteriocin applications, and characteristics.
Benzotriazole계 유도체의 제초활성과 분자 설계

Benzotriazole 유도체들의 정량적인 구조와 발아후 벼(Oryzae sativa L) 및 피(Echinochloa crus-galli)에 대한 생장저해 활성값(pI_50)사이의 관계들이 QSAR 방법으로 연구되었다. QSAR 분석에 의하면, 자유 라디칼 파라미터(E_R)가 매우 중요한 요소이었으며 pI_50 값은 파라치환기(X)의 E_R 파라미터에 대하여 포물선형의 관계를 나타내었다. (3)의 생장저해 활성은 (4)보다 우세하였으며 생장저해 활성이 가장 큰 화합물은 (3b)이었고 피의 생장저해 활성에 대한 E_R 파라미터의 적정값은 각각 E_R(3)=0.52와 E_R(4)=0.15이었다. 분자설계 결과, 치환기(X)가 전자 끌게이고 적정값 (0.52)와 E_R 파라미터를 가지는 분자가 가장 활성이 클 것으로 기대되었으며 Benzotriazole 유도체들의 생장저해 활성은 광합성반응(PS-II)에서 전자전달을 효과적으로 차단하는 결과로 믿어진다(1991년 9월 15일 접수, 1991년 9월 31일 수리). The relationships between the quantitative structure of benzotriazoles and their post-emergence growth inhibiting activity(pI_50) against Oryzae sativa L. and Echinochloa crus-galli were investigated using a generalized quantitative structure activity relationships(QSAR). According to the QSAR analysis, the free radical parameter (E_R) is a very important factor and the growth inhibiting activity values showed parabolic relation to E_R parameter of para-substituents(X). The activity of (3) was superior to those of (4) and (3b) is selected as the most highly effective compound. The optimal values of E_R parameter of the growth inhibiting activity aganist E. crus-galli are E_R(3)=0.52 and E_R(4)=0.15, respectively. From the result of molecular design, the substituents(X) of electron withdrawing properties and E_R parameter of optimal value(0.52) were most desirable for high activity of the benzotriazoles. And in view of this, benzotriazoles may also be effective in blocking the photosynthetic electron transfer.
고객만족모형의 기대 딜레마 : 확산과 기대불일치의 통합모형 A Unified Model of Expectancy Disconfirmation and Diffusion

Many forms try to enhance the customer satisfaction, because they believe that higher customer satisfaction leads to superior returns. According to expectancy disconfirmation model, consumers judge the satisfaction in comparison with their expectations about the product performance. If the performance is above the expectations, increase in satisfaction is expected. If the performance is below the expectation, decrease in satisfaction is expected. This explanation contradicts out beliefs that higher expectation leads to consumer's choices. To address the contradiction, this paper present a unified model which combines the expectancy disconfirmation model with the well-known diffusion model. The unified model shows that the expectation can increase the choice even if the expectation decreases the satisfaction.

목적 : 전산화단층촬영(CT) 에서 조여증강 전, 후에 간 내에서 관찰되는 직선연 징후(straight border sign)의 그 원인에 따른 영상소견을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 복부 CT에서 간내에서 직선연 징후를 보이는 9례를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 원인 질환은 간전이, 간세포암, 외상성 간손상이 각각 1례와 간농양, 재발성화농성담도염, 그리고 지방간 각각 2례였다. 결과 : 전이암과 간세포암 각각 1례에서는 종양의 문맥침범으로 인하여 그리고 간농양과 재발성화농성담도염 각각 2례에서는 염증이 있는 간엽으로의 스틸현상에 의해 직선연으로 경계되는 간 엽간의 조영증강의 차이가 있었다. 외상성 간손상 1례에서는 간문맥과 동맥의 손상에 의한 쐐기모양의 간경색이 관찰되었으며 2례의 지방간에는 간우엽에 갠틀리선을 경계로 하는 저음영이 관찰되었다. 결론 : CT 영상에서 간내 직선연 징후가 보일 때 음영의 분포 (해부학적 또는 비해부학학적), 감쇠도(고감쇠 또는 저감쇠), 그리고 조영증가 유무와 그 방법에 대한 지식을 모두 고려하여야 할 것으로 생각된다. Purpose : We demonstrate computed tomography (CT) appearances of straight border sign of liver and correlate with its causes. Material and Methods : We retrospectively reviewed nine cases of abdominal CT scan that showed the straight border sign. Underlying disease were liver metastasis (n=1), hepatocellular carcinoma (n=1), traumatic liver injury (n=1), liver abscess (n=2), recurrent pyogenic cholangitis (n=2), and fatty liver (n=2). Results : Attenuation differences of liver bordered by the straight line were depicted in various conditions. These conditions are the followings : portal vein invasion in case of liver metastasis and hepatocelluar carcinoma ; steel phenomenon in case of liver abscess and recurrent pyogenic cholangitis ; and hepatic artery and portal vein injury in case of traumatic liver injury. Lobar fatty liver lesions were also seen in right lobe bordered by straight line. Conclusion : To correctly interpret the straight border sign, we should consider the distribution (anatomic vs nonanatomic), the attenuation (low vs high), and the use and technique of contrast enhancement.

Economic growth and rapid urbanization result in various urban problems. Above all these problems, urban traffic problem entails much more cost and time with the rapidly increasing traffic congestion in urban areas. In the case of Chonju city, the enlisted number of cars is increasing rapidly a year, while the increase rate of road is not more than the increase rate of it. Therefore, the focus of this study is to investigate the cause mass transportation problem and the effective methods to improve the problem. So the study on mass transportation problem must be synthesize. Accordingly it must be studied continually.
