        감성제품 환경에서의 독자적인 디자인 개발 프로세스 연구

        디지털 시대에 있어서 디자인은 어떤 모습을 가져야 하는가 하는 것이 현 세대를 이끌어 가는 디자인에 관련된 사람들의 화두가 아닐까 생각한다. 본 연구는 첫째로 디자인의 초점이 누구에게 맞추어 질까 하는 환경의 분석에서부터 기존의 디자인을 분석하여 새로운 개선, 개발 점을 찾아내고 그것을 새로운 디자인에 어떻게 적용시킬 것인가에 대해 분석하였고 둘째로 GUI(Graphic User Interlace)를 디자인 개발 프로세스에 어떻게 접목시킬 것인가에 대해 연구하였다. 현재 여러 방면에서 연구가 진행되고 있으나 GUI와 디자인 개발 프로세스가 별개로 이루어지고 있다는 점에 주안점을 두어 연구를 진행하였다. 디지털 시대의 디자인 개발 프로세스는 단순히 프로세스에서 정지된 것이 아니라 소비자를 중심으로 진행되고 변화, 발전한다. 미래의 프로세스는 생산자를 위한 프로세스가 아닌 사용자, 디자이너 그리고 생산자가 함께 포함이 된 것이다. 또한 독자적인 프로세스는 그 결과물인 제품 뿐 아니라 디자인 프로세스 자체가 디자인이 될 수 있다는 것이다. 정형화 되어있지 않은 디자인 개발이 프로세스의 전반적인 이해를 통해 얻어진 독자적인 디자인 개발 프로세스는 새로운 시대를 위한 통합적이면서 유동성 있는 디자인 개발 프로세스가 될 수 있어야 한다. Everybody Interested in the future design that what kind of life style, form and color etc. do we have in the future. This study analysed two things that first of all. what is the most important things and how to apply and to develope each elements in design process. second thing is how to combine GUI design process in the main process. In these day, human interface is very important because digital product is not only two way communication system but also Human Computer Interaction system. GUI design process has been studying many ways but sometimes GUI design process is not included in main design process. This study focused on design process that future design process is included consumer, designer and producer. New design process is moving for consumer, designer and producer because it doesn't have any fixed form. In the future design has to have unique design process because which significant consumer's life style, designer's style and company image and technology etc. Unique design process presents itself through the products which means design process is also invisible product, kind of design, in a story line. Consumer enjoys and interested in product and its background. Unique design process should be flexible that to combine each elements. Metamorphose unique design process could be in a future design form.

      • 관해유도 항암요법을 받는 백혈병 환자에서 진균 감염증의 예방 : 무작위 배정법과 이중 눈가림법에 의한 Fluconazole과 Nystain의 효과에 관한 다기관 공동연구 A Randomized, Double-blind, Multicenter Trial to Compare Fluconazole with Nystatin

        Fluconazole의 진균 감염증 예방 효과와 안전성에 관하여 3개 대학병원에서 관해유도화학요법을 받는 급성 백혈병환자를 대상으로 무작위 배정법과 너도나도 누가림법에 의하여 연구하였다. 모두 62명의 환자에게 fluconazole(100㎎ bid) 또는 nystatin(1,000,000IU/day)을 무작위로 투여하였다. 투약은 관해유도화학요법과 같은 날짜에 시작하여 호중구수가 1,000㎣이상으로 회복되거나 진균 감염증이 확인되거나 의심되어 Amphotericin-B를 시작하거나, 약과 관련된 부작용이 나타날 때까지 계속하였다. 진균 colonization은 fluconazole군에서 감소하였으나 nystqatin군에서는 증가하였다, 표재성 진균감염증으로 nystatin군에서 C. albicans 진균혈증 1례와 C.parasilosis 진균혈중 1례가 발생하였다. 경험적 항진균요법으로 Amphotericin-B를 투여한 경우는 fluconazolerns 34명중 7례(21%), nystatinrns 28명중 10례(36%)였다(p<0.05). Fluconazole군과 nystatin군 사이에 부작용이나 사망률에 차이는 없었다. 결론적으로, fluconazole은 관해유도화학요법을 받는 급성 백혈병환자에서 진균의 colonization을 줄이는데 효과적이고 안전한 항진균제이다. We made a randomized, double-blind, multicenter trial to compare the efficacy and safety of fluconazole with nystatin for prevention of fungal infections in patients with acute leukemia. Sixty-two adult undergoing remission induction chemotherapy for cute leukemia were enrolled. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either fluconazole (100㎎ bid) or nystatin(1,000,000IU×6/day) with corresponding placebo. The study drug was started in initiation of chemotherapy and continued until recovery of neutrophil counts(>1,000/㎣), development of proven or suspected invasive fungal infection, or the occurrence of drug-related toxicity. Fungal colonization decreased in fluconazole(F) group, however increased in nystain(n) group. Superficial fungal infection occurred in 1 of 34 F group, whereas invasive fungal infection developed in 3 of 28 N group. Empirical amphotericin-B therapy was given in 7 of 34(21%) F group and 10 of 28(36%) N group(p>0.05). The incidence of drug-related side effects and overall moratlity were similar in both study groups.

        Beneficial effects of fermented black ginseng and its ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3 against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in LLC-PK1 cells

        Background: Nephrotoxicity is a common side effect of medications. Panax ginseng is one of the bestknown herbal medicines, and its individual constituents enhance renal function. Identification of its efficacy and mechanisms of action against drug-induced nephrotoxicity, as well as the specific constituents mediating this effect, have recently emerged as an interesting research area focusing on the kidney protective efficacy of P. ginseng. Methods: The present study investigated the kidney protective effect of fermented black ginseng (FBG) and its active component ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3 against cisplatin (chemotherapy drug)-induced damage in pig kidney (LLC-PK1) cells. It focused on assessing the role of mitogen-activated protein kinases as important mechanistic elements in kidney protection. Results: The reduced cell viability induced by cisplatin was significantly recovered with FBG extract and ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3 dose-dependently. The cisplatin-induced elevated protein levels of phosphorylated c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), p53, and cleaved caspase-3 were decreased after cotreatment with FBG extract or ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3. The elevated percentage of apoptotic LLC-PK1 cells induced by cisplatin treatment was significantly abrogated by cotreatment with FBG and the ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3. Conclusion: FBG and its major ginsenoside 20(S)-Rg3, ameliorated cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in LLC-PK1 cells by blocking the JNKep53ecaspase-3 signaling cascade.

        Background: Because cosmetic laser treatments are getting popular, post-laser wound care becomes more important.Currently, topical moisturizers are reported to be sufficient to accelerate re-epithelialization and reduce downtime inpost-laser wound care.Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the effects of the moisturizer APDDR-1001 for post-laser woundcare, after ablative fractional laser on the face.Methods: In this double-blind, split-face study, 41 patients with photo-aged face received ablative fractional laser.They were divided into two groups, APDDR-1001 and vehicle (group 1) or control moisturizer (group 2), whichwere applied to the opposite sides of the face for 1 week after the laser treatment. The treatment efficacy wasevaluated by the transepidermal water loss (TEWL), erythema index, investigator`s assessment for recovery inerythema and overall improvement of the wound. Subjects ranked irritating symptoms and overall satisfaction ratingsin the overall improvement.Results: APDDR-1001 was well-tolerated and showed improvement in the erythema index and TEWL during the 7days of treatment. In group 2, improvement in erythema graded by investigators was significantly higher forAPDDR-1001 on day 3 (p<0.05). The overall improvement of wound ranked by investigators was significantlyhigher for APDDR-1001, compared with the controls in both groups. Subjective assessment demonstratedsignificantly less erythema (p=0.043), edema (p=0.041) and overall satisfaction ratings in the overall improvement (p<0.048) with APDDR-1001; however, no differences were detected in pain and edema between APDDR-1001 andvehicle (group 1). In group 2, subjects ranked ``much or very much improved`` in 75 % of APDDR-1001 side and55% of control moisturizer side. No significant differences in erythema, edema, pain and itching were reportedbetween APDDR-1001 and control moisturizer in group 2.Conclusion: The moisturizer APDDR-1001 demonstrated effective improvements in wound healing and subjectivesymptoms after ablative fractional laser therapy.         A Subthreshold Slope and Low-frequency Noise Characteristics in Charge Trap Flash Memories with Gate-All-Around and Planar Structure

        The causes of showing different subthreshold slopes (SS) in programmed and erased states for two different charge trap flash (CTF) memory devices, SONOS type flash memory with gate-all-around (GAA) structure and TANOS type NAND flash memory with planar structure were investigated. To analyze the difference in SSs, TCAD simulation and low-frequency noise (LFN) measurement were fulfilled. The device simulation was performed to compare SSs considering the gate electric field effect to the channel and to check the localized trapped charge distribution effect in nitride layer while the comparison of noise power spectrum was carried out to inspect the generation of interface traps (NIT). When each cell in the measured two memory devices is erased, the normalized LFN power is increased by one order of magnitude, which is attributed to the generation of NIT originated by the movement of hydrogen species (h<SUP>*</SUP>) from the interface. As a result, the SS is degraded for the GAA SONOS memory device when erased where the NIT generation is a prominent factor. However, the TANOS memory cell is relatively immune to the SS degradation effect induced by the generated NIT.

        Down-Scaled 3D Object for Telediagnostic Imaging Support System

        In this paper, we proposed a downscaled 3D object technique using medical images for telediagnostic use. The proposed system consisted of downscaling/thresholding processes for building a downscaled 3D object and a process for obtaining 2D images at specific angles for diagnosis support. We used 80 slices of Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine(DICOM) CT images as sample images and the platform-independent Java language for the experiment. We confirmed that the total image set size and transmission time of the original DICOM image set using a down-scaled 3D object decreased approximately $99\%\;and\;98.41\%,$ respectively. With additional studies, the proposed technique obtained from these results will become useful in supporting diagnosis for home and hospital care.

        The Efficacy of Immediate Diet for Reducing Local Adverse Events of Inhaled Corticosteroid: A Pilot Study

        Background: Local adverse events associated with inhaled corticosteroid use, including dysphonia, pharyngitis and oral candidiasis, can affect adherence for treatment. ``Mouth rinsing method`` has been used for reducing local adverse events, but it cannot ensure complete prevention. The goal of this pilot study was to identify whether the ``immediate diet method`` can reduce local adverse events in a limited number of patients. Methods: The study was conducted in a total of 98 patients, who had been prescribed a medium-dose fluticasone propionate for the first time, from January to October in 2010. One training nurse had performed the education on how to use the inhaler, including the mouth rinsing method. And with follow-ups at one month intervals, any patient who experienced such adverse events were educated on the immediate diet method, having a meal within 5 minutes after using an inhaler and they were checked on any incurrence of adverse events with one month intervals for 2 months. Results: The mean age of patients was 65.9 years old. The local adverse events had incurred from 18.4% of the study subjects. When performed the follow-up observation in 18 patients with local adverse events after education on the immediate diet method, 14 patients (77.8%) had shown symptomatic improvements. Three of 4 patients did not show any improvement, in spite of implementing the immediate diet method. The other 1 patient did not practice the immediate diet method properly. Conclusion: The immediate diet method may be useful in reducing the local adverse events, caused by the use of inhaled corticosteroid.
