        텔레비전드라마의 여성인물 변화 양상 연구 - 2010년대 후반 작품을 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 궁극적 목표는 한국 텔레비전드라마가 여성인물을 어떻게 구현해 왔는지를 분석하고, 새로운 젠더적 가능성을 보여준 여성인물이 등장하는 텔레비전드라마를 분석하여 여성인물 재현의 변화 양상을 연구하는 것에 있다. 텔레비전드라마는 단순한 오락거리가 아니라 사회문화를 전달하고 구성하는 매개체이자 특정 대상에 대한 존재성을 구축하는 주요한 매체로서 기능한다. 따라서 텔레비전드라마에서 재현되는 여성인물과 그 기저에 있는 젠더의식의 실체를 규명하는 작업은 대중서사와 그 영향권 안에 있는 감상자가 여성에 대한 온전한 이미지를 구축하도록 하는 데 필요한 작업이다. 텔레비전드라마는 대중성과 상업성을 지향하면서도 심의 규정의 제한을 받기 때문에 보수적인 성향을 띠게 된다. 한국 텔레비전드라마 역시 상당히 보수적인 젠더의식을 표방해 왔으며, 특히 시대 변화에 따른 여성상을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 특정한 관념과 이미지로 여성을 한정한다는 점에서 오랫동안 비판의 대상이 되었다. 그런데 가부장제 이데올로기 안에서 순응성과 여성다움을 강조하는 방식으로 여성인물을 재현해 오던 한국 텔레비전드라마는 2010년 후반부터 변화의 가능성을 확장하기 시작한다. 2010년대 후반 이후 한국 텔레비전드라마에는 이전에는 보기 힘들었던 새로운 유형의 여성인물이 등장하고 여성을 재현하는 관점이 변화하거나 여성서사의 새로운 가능성을 체현하는 작품이 조금씩 증가하는 중이다. 예를 들어 <마녀의 법정>은 여성성과 남성성을 전복적으로 재현할 뿐만 아니라 한국 사회가 여성에게 얼마나 잔인한 곳인지를 보여줌으로써 ‘여성의 삶’을 적나라하게 고발한다. <멜로가 체질>은 한국 텔레비전드라마에서 만나기 힘든 독특한 캐릭터성을 가진 여성인물을 등장시키며 ‘여성 미시서사’의 가능성을 체현한다. 성차별적 언어 표현인 ‘미쓰리’를 전면화하여 낮은 신분의 여성을 향한 사회적 편견과 무관심을 일깨우는 <청일전자 미쓰리>는 이름을 상실한 채 미쓰리로 치부되는 평범한 ‘여성 청년’의 현실이 무엇인지를 보여준다. 나아가 이들 작품은 여성을 자신의 의무를 감당해 나가는 한 명의 사회인으로 재현함으로써 여성성에 관한 새로운 접근을 시도한다. The ultimate purpose of this study is to perform a comprehensive analysis on how television dramas in South Korea shaped female characters and also carry out a research on the possibilities of changes in female characters of television dramas by analyzing the problems and side effects based on the aspect of genders and television drama with female characters that show new gender possibilities. Television dramas are not just a source of entertainment, as it is a medium that delivers and forms social culture and an important medium to build the identity of specific subjects. Accordingly, verifying female characters in television dramas and the basis about gender awareness are required for public narrative and also to create an intact image about female for the viewers in the sphere of influence. Television dramas must aim for mass appeal and commercial potentials while it is restricted by broadcasting review regulations where it must satisfy the sentimental and ethical standards of all the members of families. For this reason, it inclines towards a conservative tendency. Korean television dramas also claimed to advocate conservative gender awareness and it was criticized for a long time because it did not properly consider the changes in female image based on the change of times and set limits for women by imposing specific ideas and images. From the late 2010s, Korean television dramas started to evade from the former emphasis on a chain of adaptability and femininity within the patriarchal ideology and expanded on the possibilities of changes. Ever since the late 2010s, Korean television dramas showed a trend of gradual increase in dramas with the emergence of new female characters that were hard to find before, changes in the perspectives about how women are portrayed, and personification of new potentials about female narratives. For instance, < Witch at Court > not only reenacts femininity and masculinity subversively as it shows how cruel the Korean society is to women and explicitly denounces the 'life as a woman.' < Be Melodramatic > introduces unique female characters that are uncommon in Korean television dramas and personifies the possibilities of female microscopic narrative. < Miss Lee > confronts the sexist remark 'Miss Lee' and also points out social prejudice about women with low status and indifference. This drama shows the reality of an ordinary young 'woman' discounted as Miss Lee instead of being called by her name. Furthermore, the drama expresses the female character as a member of the society capable of managing her personal responsibilities and attempts to make a new approach about women.

        Chinese Tourist’s Goals, Expectation and Confirmation in Korea: Importance-Performances Analysis

        Many Chinese tourists visit in Korea, but somebody complains that his expectation has not be fulfilled in Korea. We performed the importance-performance analysis to find the gaps between Chinese tourists expectation and confirmation in the various tourism goals. Results indicate that all values of expectations and performances are higher than the median value of 4 in each tourism goal and such tourism goals as Safety and K-wave are elected as the critical area which needs promotion to attract the more Chinese tourists in Korea. This paper could contribute to provide the basic information to make the tourism promotion strategy for Korean tourism agencies.

        Toluene, Xylene, Trichloroethylene 투여가 흰쥐의 시상하부와 뇌하수체의 GnRH, GnRH Receptor, Pit-1 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        The workplace exposure of chemicals has steadily increased, therefore the concern for subsequent effect on reproductive outcome has been an important issue in occupational medicine. In previous studies, higher rates of spontaneous abortion, reduced fertility and menstrual disorder among women, and an impairement of sperm quantity and quality among men have been associated with a wide variety of chemical agents. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of toluene, xylene and trichloroethylene(TCE) injection on the mRNA levels of GnRH, GnRH receptor and Pit-1 genes in male rats hypothalamus and pituitary and the effects on the plasma levels of FSH, LH, prolactin and testosterone. Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into five groups of five each according to concentration of toluene, xylene and TCE. The rats were injected subcutaneously to 0, 50, 100, 200, 400 mg/kg body weight/day of toluene, xylene and TCE, respectively for 6 days. Rat brains were excised and hypothalamus and pituitary were separated. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and RNase protection assay(RPA) were used to evaluate the GnRH, GnRH receptor and Pit-1 mRNA levels. Plasma concentrations of FSH, LH, prolactin and testosterone were assayed by radioimmunoassay(RIA). The results were as follows; 1. GnRH, GnRH receptor and Pit-1 mRNA levels in toluene and xylene injected groups, and GnRH receptor mRNA levels in TCE injected group were lowered dose-dependently. Especially, GnRH receptor and Pit-1 mRNA levels in 200mg/kg of toluene injected group, and GnRH, GnRH receptor and Pit-1 mRNA levels in 400mg/kg of toluene injected group were significantly lower than control group (p<0.05). GnRH receptor and Pit-1 mRNA levels in 400mg/kg of xylene injected group, and GnRH receptor mRNA levels in 400mg/kg of TCE injected group were significantly lower than control group(p<0.05). 2. The plasma levels of prolactin and testosterone in 400mg/kg of toluene injected group, and LH in 100, 200 and 400mg/kg of xylene injected group, and testosterone in 400 mg/kg of TCE injected group were significantly lower than control group(p<0.05). In conclusion, we speculated that toluene and xylene affected reproductive system secondarily through hypothalamus-pituitary axis, and TCE affected directly through steroidogenesis. And we recommended that further study for assessment of the reproductive toxicity of mixed organic solvent exposures should be conducted.

        A Case of Erythema Multiforme A ssociated with Malignant Lymphoma Un Cheol Yeo, M.D., Kwang Hyun Cho, M.D., Yoo Shin Lee, M.D., Dae Seog Heo*, M.D., Seoung Chul Lee**, M.D Department of Dermatology and Internal Medicine*, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, Department of Dermatology**, College of Medicine, Inha University, Kyung Gi Do, Korea We report a case of erythema multiforme associated with malignant lymphoma. Fifty-six-year-old male patient visited our clinic complaining generalized skin lesions which were compatible with erythema multiforme clinically and histopathologically. The skin lesions were treatment-resistant, recurrent and persistent for 3 years. In consideration of old age, atypical features of erythema multiforme and no other demonstrable etiology of erythema multiforme, we studied for internal malignancy. Malignant lymphoma at the duodenum was revealed by UGI series, abdominal CT, and endoscopic biopsy. After chemotherapy, the tumor mass and active skin lesions were cleared simultaneously. Erythema multiforme may be regarded as one of the paraneoplastic syndromes.

        MG-63 세포주의 방사선 및 항암제감수성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to aid in the prediction of tumor cell tolerance to radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. For this study, cell surviving curves were obtained for human osteosarcoma MG-63 cell line using semiautomated MTT assay. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10Gy were irradiated at a dose rate of 210cGy/min using 60Co irradiation ALDORADO 8. After irradiation, MG-63 cell lines(3×10⁴cells/ml)were exposed to bleomycin and cisplatin at concentration of 0.2, 2, 20㎍/㎖ for 1 hour respectively. The viable cells were determined for each radiation dose and/or each concentration of drug. And they were compared to control values. The obtained results were as follows: 1. There was significant difference of surviving fraction at 4, 6, 8, 10Gy on MG-63 cell line (p<0.05). 2. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity of bleomycin of cisplatin at all concentration of 0.2,2,20㎍/㎖(p<0.05) on MG-63 cell line. The cytotoxicity of cisplatin was more efective than bleomycin at concentration of 20㎍/㎖ on MG-63 cell line. 3. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity of bleomycin or cisplatin at all concentration after irradiation of 2Gy on MG-63 cell line. 4. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity of bloemycin or cisplatin at concentration of 20㎍/㎖ after irradiation than that of irradiation alone(p<0.01). But there was no significant difference of cytotoxicity of bleomycin at concentration of 20㎍/㎖ after irradiation of 10Gy than that of irradiation alone.

      • 중추신경계에서의 효모 가수분해물이 음식섭취조절기전에 미치는 영향

        Saccharomyces cerevisiea, which has been known as antistress compounds, was hydrolyzed by proteinase producing SCP-20. The addition effects of SCP-20 on the food intake regulation mechanism were studied measuring the expression amount of neurotransmitters, such as NPY and NOS, which can increase food intake in hypothalamus, and CCK, which can decrease food intake by using immunohistochemistry method. The 0, 2, and 5 g/kg SCP-20 was orally administrated to the experimental animals for one week. The expression of NPY and NOS was increased in the group of 5 g/kg administrated animals while that of CCK was increased in the group of 2 g/kg administrated animals. The results of this study suggested that SCP-20 may influence the control mechanism of oral dose-dependently. Further studies are needed to elucidate the roles of SCP-20 on the changes of food intake regulation controlling neurotransmitters.

      • 한나 아렌트의 '인간의 조건'과 '공공성'에로의 교육

        This article aims at the study on Hannah Arendt's <the Human Condition> and its meaning for our modern age, especially in relation to the education of publicity. As Arendt has vividly showed, our time is the time of world-aljenation and self-centered individualism and materialism. In order to find ways of curing these sicknesses, she analyzes fundamentally the human condition and brought to light three activities of human life which grow out of its corresponding conditions. These are labor, work and action. Action is the genuine humane activity that goes on directly between wo/men and corresponds to the human condition of plurality. This condition builds up the public realm where human being's uniqueness and greatness can be exhibited through speech and action. Arendt laments the loss of true political actions in our modern age and the diminishment of the sense of commonness and publicity. As its primary cause, she recognizes the excessive role of labor activity and the expansion of the private learn. She argues that the world must to be a place fit for action and speech when it is always meant to be a home of wo/men during their life on earth. For her, the measure of all things can be neither the driving necessity of biological life and labor nor the utilitarian instrumentalism of fabrication and usage. She appreciates every human being's deeply rooted ontological ground of being. It is the condition of nasality. So, to her, the fact that human being is capable of a action means that s/he is able to perform what is infinitely unexpected and that something incomparably newness comes into the world. According to her, every human being has to answer to the question : Who are you? with their own uniqueness. So, action is the actualization of this condition of nasality and plurality, and education is the effort that preserves and cares for the newness of every birth unto its fulfillment. Being based upon the condition of nasality, to raise up the coming generation to the capacity for action and publicity, it is Arendt's educational alternative that is different from our popular one concentrating only on economic ability and value of usage.

      • DC 서보 모터의 부하관성 변화에 대한 식별 및 자동 동조

        This paper proposes a new identification method that utilizes fuzzy inference in parameter identification. The proposed syetem has an additional control loop where a real plant has replaced by a plant model. Fuzzy rules describe the relationship between comparison results of the features and magnitude of modification in the model parameter values. In this paper, the tuning method which determines parameters of PID controller automatically is described through applying this algorithm to DC servo motor. And we intend to investigate effectiveness of the method by experiments. This method is effective in auto-tuning because the response of the closed loop has verified. The simulated and the experimental results of the dc servo motcr are shown to confirm the viability of this method.
