        Abstract - The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective operation of management system that is the computerization of management, and the problem is the small and medium-sized company can not afford the expenses caused by maintaining and operating such huge man-powers and facilities. Therefore, in this study, we try to develope the Quality Information System allowing the effective outflow and management of information through the availability lf viewing and managing the information by the level by menas of setting the log-in levels for the operation of information, easy revision or medification in the changed structure and new assignment made and followed by the modularization of program. For the accomplishment of above purpose, the material coding work or process allowing the easy classification of materials by emplyees of the company through the in-house standardization of material classifying standard is the foundation for the fast data processing so, it must be achieved first. And also, the purpose of this study is for inducement of the production management and quality control operated by companies to the computerization and automation, and we try to develop the DB Design allowing the realtime monitoring the ordered quantity to quantity to be delivered and output through a unit of PC and the increased consequence with the other works by monitoring the output at the site through the central PC instead of the system monitoring the output at the site by the manager for accomplishment of this purpose.

      • NATM 터널 파쇄대암반 주변의 변형여유량 결정에 관한 연구

        최근 NATM에 의한 터널건설이 증가됨에 따라 계측의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 지하에 안전하고 합리적인 터널을 건설하기 위해서는 사전지질조사 결과와는 다른 지질하적 조건에 적합한 지보를 설계하는 것이 필수적이다. 그러므로 계측은 터널 주변암반의 특성을 평가하기 위해서 매우 중요하다 터널굴착의 안정성은 일반적으로 암반의 지질학적 구조(단층, 절리, 파쇄대)에 영향을 받는다. 암반의 거동은 암반내에 존재하는 파쇄대의 역학적 특성과 분포에 의해 좌우된다. 파쇄대가 존재하는 터널내에서 연약한 암반주위의 굴착은 팽창성 지압이 발생하여 터널시공에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 보조공법이 수행된 파쇄대 주변암반에서 내공변위, 천단침하, rock bolt 축력 그리고 shotcrete 응력의 현장계측이 수행되었으며, 각 계측항목별로 해석치, 현장계측기 그리고 허용기준치로부터 변형여유량을 산정하여 터널굴진에 따른 터널의 안정성을 평가하였다. As the construction of tunnelling by NATM increased, the importance of measurement is being emphasized. For tunnelling safely and reasonably construction in underground, it is essential to design the support suitable to the geological conditions that could be different from the results of pre-investigation. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the characteristics of rock mass around tunnel in excavating site. The stability of the tunnelling is generally affects by the geological structures(fault, joint and fracture zone) of the rock mass. The behavior of rock mass was dominated by the mechanical properties and distribution of fracture zone within the rock mass. The excavation around the fragile rock mass in the tunnel existing fracture zone is difficult for tunnel construction generated the expansibility earth pressure. In this study, in-situ measurement of convergence, crown settlement, rock bolt axial force and shotcrete stress were conducted in rock mass around fracture zone executed assistant construction method, assessed the stability of tunnel from analysis values, in-situ measurement values and administration criterion values for measurement items. The design of support pattern around fracture zone within the rock mass was appropriated.

        Abstract - The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has many problems that make companies confused. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the solving the problem. And it make efficient customer management. The product process is sequence of all the required activities that a company must perform to develop, and manufacture a product. These activities include marketing, research, engineering design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and a whole chain of suppliers and vendors. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

        Mulligan 치료법과 고유수용성 신경근 촉진법이 동결견 환자의 치료에 미친 효과

        The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Mulligan method and PNF method on the pain and limitation of range of motion in patients with frozen shoulder. The subjects of this study were 20 patients, 10(50%) males and 10(50%) females. They visited clinic for physical treatment within 6 months after onset of shoulder pain and limitation of range of motion with frozen shoulder. One group was applied with Mulligan method and other group was with PNF method . The patient were treated 5 times session weekly for 6 weeks from March 4th, 2002. And each treatment session was 15min. with physiotherapy. The pain was measured by visual analogue scale (VAS) and rage of motion (ROM) of flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation were measured by goniometer. The data was analysed by paired T-test and independent T-test. The results of this study were summarized as follow : 1. The ROM of Mulligan method group increase in after treatment in comparison with ROM in before treatment, it is significant increase. Although the VAS of MMG decrease in before than after treatment, it is significant difference. 2. There is significant difference in before and after treatment of ROM of shoulder flexion, abduction, internal rotation, external rotation between PNF method group. The VAS of PMG is decreasing in before than after treatment, it is significant difference. 3. There is significant difference in before movement and after movement ROM of flexion, abduction, internal rotation, external rotation and VAS between Mulligan method session and PNF method session then the scale which measured by Mulligan method was more increased than that of PNF method. The results showed that both Mulligan method and PNF method were effective in pain reduce and ROM increase, but Mulligan method was superior to PNF method in ROM increase and pain reduce.

      • 뇌졸중 후 중추성 통증 환자에 대한 동서협진이 진통과 재활에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : In order to study the effectiveness of East-West pain treatment on central poststroke pain(CPSP), we evaluated its effect on alleviation of pain and rehabilitation of CPSP Patients who were treated with electroacupuncture and west pain treatment for four weeks. Methods : Twenty four patients diagnosed by their pain characteristics of central pain from stroke were treated with sympathetic nerve block, gabapentin, amitriptyline, and electroacupuncture for four weeks. Pain intensity through the visual analogue scale(VAS), and improvements of mobility and rehabilitation through the modified Barthel index(MBI) and Rankin scale(RS), respectively, before and after pain treatment were also assessed. Results : VAS pain scores were significantly improved from 7.7±1.7 to 4.4±2.0 with pain treatment(p<0.05). In accordance with improvement of pain scores, RS and MBI scores were also improved from 2.88±0.95 to 2.13± 1.01 and from 83.0± 16.9 to 94.7±9.5(p<0.05), respectively, with pain treatment(p<0.05). Conclusions : It was suggested that the active pain treatment was contributed to the rehabilitation of CPSP patients, resulting in improvement of quality of life of CPSP patients. Futhermore, East pain treatment in combination with West pain treatment may be useful modality to alleviate CPSP.

      • ATM 망을 이용한 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축 방안 연구

        본 논문은 본교에 광역 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축시 사용할 수 있는 캠퍼스 네트웍 구축방안에 대한 연구 결과이다. 먼저 학교 특성에 맞는 요구 사항의 도출 및 현재의 네트웍 장비개발 기술현황 분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 본교의 LAN 설계시 중요 고려요소로는 멀티미디어의 실시간 정보 교환 기능과 지역 8개 대학간 원격교육에 대비하여 다수채널의 동영상 부하의 감당 능력, 학, 내이의 데이터 베이스 검색이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 요구사항을 실현하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실시간 지원이 강력하고 대역폭이 넓어 요구 조건을 만족하는 ATM 기반의 망구조를 제시하였다. In this paper. we designed and proposed the Honam university's campus network using ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Module). we showed the specific differences between ATM and existing networks in view of performance and protocols. We confirmed that ATM is proper for our campus network which is going to transfer the multimedia, image and sound data in the near future. We suggested two campus networks. The first one is using two ATM switches which will be located in Engineering Hall(Building?8) and Computer center(Building?5) respectively, since we assumed that the data traffic is mainly occurred between two buildings, But In this case, the cost is too high. We suggested modified network which can reduce the cost and guarantee the speed performance. In this design we omitted the second ATM switch which will be installed on the engineering building. We used optical cable for cabling between buildings. But we used class 5 UTP(untwisted pair) cables for intra cabling in the building. We assigned that each professor's office is two ports and each lecture room is one port. So, totally, it needs about 2.200 ports. We assured that if this kind of network is implemented in the near future. it is possible to connect both the government's network highway and Korea satellite. Above all. it is able to implement the remote education between 8 regional universities using satellite network. Also it will help to get high degree in university evaluation which will be scheduled on 1998.

        골아세포 MC₃T₃-E₁의 증식과 기능에 Insulin Like Growth Factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ 및 부갑상선 호르몬이 미치는 영향

        MC₃T₃-E₁골아세포군을 이용하여 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ를 투여하고 DNA합성과 골아세포기능을 측정하기 위해 PTH에 대한 C-AMP반응정도, alkaline phosphatase 활성도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 모두 DNA합성이 어느 농도까지는 증식효과를 나타내지만 그 이후에는 억제되는 양상을 보였다. 2) PTH에 대한 골아세포의 C-AMP반응으로 증가되었지만 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ의 투여시 농도변화에 따른 의미있는 변화는 없었다. 3) 본 실험의 조건에서 alkaline phosphatase 활성도는 증가되지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 MC₃T₃-E₁ 골아세포에 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 세포의 증식을 자극하여 PTH는 C-AMP생성을 촉진하는 효과가 있었다. The effect of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) Ⅰ and Ⅱ on cloned MC₃T₃-E₁ cells that had osteoblastic activity was examined by [³H] thymidine incorporation into DNA, cyclic AMP responsiveness to parathyroid hormone (PTH), and alkaline phosphatase activity. IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ stimulated the growth and proliferation of osteoblastic cells at 20ng/㎖ and 50ng/㎖, respectively. We next examined the effect of IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ on the expression of osteoblastic activity. Adenylate cyclase response of PTH to IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ-treated cells showed maximal stimulation at 10 and 50㎚PTH, respectively, but IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ induced limited activity of osteoblastic function. In conclusion, IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ were potent stimulators to the growth of osteoblastic cells but did not have an immediate effect on expression of osteoblastic function in this experiment.

        구급일지를 통한 병원 전 환잔 분류 및 처치의 적절성 평가 연구

        Background: Recently, patients' demands for emergency medicine are increasing, and most of prehospital medical care, including basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and triage, are provided by paramedics or emergency medical technicians. Evaluation of the adequacy of prehospital management and triage has become important for improving the quality and the effectiveness of the emergency medical system. Methods: The 202 patients who were transferred by ambulance with paramedics, nurses, or emergency medical technicians to the Emergency Department in Gil Medical Center from July 1, 1999, to September 31, 1999, were enrolled. This study was conducted prospectively by using the emergency physician,s log and newly devised protocols recorded by paramedics or nurses. Results: 1) Male to female ratio was 1: 0.8, and the peak age of the patients were the 4th(18.8%) and 6th decade(15.3%). 2) Of the 202 patients, 84 patients were transferred for trauma and 118 for medical problems. The mean transfer time was 6±1.73 minutes. 3) The validities of prehospital triage and decisions using the trauma severity measure and the disease severity measure, were 33.3% in trauma patients and 57.6% in medical patients.4) The results for the adequacy rate in prehospital management analyzed by using the rate of necessity of treatment. performance of treatment, and adequate treatment were as follows: oxygen supply.38.1/41.6/93.8 ; wound dressing. 19.3/71.8/92.9 ; immobilization of the cervical spine, 15.8/56.3/92.9 ; application of a spinal board. 12.9/42.3/72.7 ; application of a splint, 9.9/50.0/60.0 ; manual maintenance of an airway. 9.9/55.0/63.6 ; and CPR, 4.5/66.7/0. 5) Kind of ALS(Advanced Life Support) were not conducted(peripheral IV, EKG. intubation, medical administration. defibrillation, pacing). The rates of necessity of treatment were as follows: peripheral IV, 40.6%; ECG monitoring, 23.3% ; endotracheal intubation, 8.9% ; medical administration, 8.9% ; defibrillation. 3.5%; and pacing. 1.5% Conclusion: The adequacy of prehospital triage and decisions using trauma and disease severity measures was relatively low. To improve the adequacy of BLS(Basic Life Support) and to increase the performance of ALS(Advanced Life Support), we must create challenges to develop new protocols and to supplement new equipment.
