        창랑 성문준의 차운시에 나타난 풍격 연구

        This paper has examined ‘Feng ge’ in Chaunsi of Changrang Seong Mun-jun(滄浪 成文濬, 1559~1626)’s Pasansego(坡山世稿) to understand the scenery and condensation of emotion by investigating Chaunsi by space, character and object. Seong’s Hansi that describes the embodiment of historical space as well as the characters of Sanghyeon can be summed up as follow: First, Cheongki(淸奇) and Kogo(高古) can be obtained from the chronic observation on time and object with experiencing time and space in terms of length and width. Second, not only Jeona(典雅) but also Chungdam(沖淡) come from the Sanghyeon-oriented attitude that reflects noble character and personality. His poems also represent Ugye Seong-hon’s noble personality among Seong Mun Gahak and reveal Chungdam. This study maintains that Seong Mun-jun inherited the noble personality of Cheongsong Seong Su-chim and Ugye Seong-hon in spite of the limited condition of life in Paju and his poems configured even more matured personality by expanding the objects of scenery and Sanghyeon. 양훈식, 2018. 창랑 성문준의 차운시에 나타난 풍격 연구, 어문연구, 180 : 345~374 이 논문은 『坡山世稿』에 수록된 滄浪 成文濬(1559~1626)의 차운시에 나타난 풍격을 살펴보았다. 본고에서 차운시를 공간, 인물, 사물이라는 세 부분으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 성문준의 한시는 역사적 공간의 체현과 상현대상으로서의 인물을 통해 풍격을 드러내었다. 여기서 그의 한시에 담긴 풍격은 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째는 사물에 대한 오랜 관찰을 통해 얻은 격물궁리의 淸奇와 高古이다. 이는 오랜 시공간의 추체험을 통해 드러낸 자신만의 고유한 품성에 비롯된 풍격이었다. 둘째는 상현에 대한 지향을 통해 드러낸 典雅와 沖淡이다. 조선조 한시사에서 볼 때 성문준은 청송 성수침, 우계 성혼으로 이어지는 家學의 雅正한 품성을 계승하였다. 이는 파주라는 한정된 장소에 거주하였음에도 불구하고 시대와 교유한 인물들과의 영향관계 속에서 그의 시가 경물의 대상과 상현 대상의 확대로 진일보한 측면이 시에 형상화되었음을 이해할 수 있었다.

      • 유리 복직근 피판을 이용한 두경부 재건술

        Rectus Abdominis Myocutaneous Flap (RAMC flap) is being used more frequently in management of head & neck reconstruction after cancer surgery. This flap, as with other free myocutaneous flaps, is in fore front of head & neck reconstruction. It is always thicker because of muscle and fat bulk. The rectus abdominis muscle is a long strap muscle that can be removed ipsilaterally with n inimal loss of function if the posterior rectus sheath is strong enough to prevent abdominal hernia. At its origin, the inferior epigastric artery is approximately 3 mm in diameter, and the vein is 3.5 mm. The average of length of the vascular pedicle is 15 cm. This RAMC flap can be extermely valuable in coverage of defect area and can be conducive to exellent cosmetic results, especially in head and neck part.

      • 고압산소분압의 급격폭로가 기도아 폐에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The present study was intended to examine the oxygen toxicity to respiratory tract and lung after exposure to 3 atmosphere absolute (3 AT.A.) of hyperbaric oxygenation condition for 3 hours. Laboratory animals were rabbit, rat and chicken. Fifteen of each animals were exposured to 3 AT.A. of hyperbaric condition for 3 hours, and others were used as control groups. Onset of convulsion, blood analysis, lung weight per body weight ratio, and histopathological observation of respiratory tract and lung parenchyma were performed. The results were as follows: 1. The rat group showed higher degree of tolerance as compared with other laboratory animal groups represented by delayed onset of convulsion. 2. The average value of red blood cell, hemoglobin and hematocrit was tend to be decreased after exposure to the rapid hyperbaric oxygen condition in all experimental groups. 3. As a quantitative measurement of oxygen toxicity to lung, lung weight per body weight ratio was significantly high in rat, rabbit and chicken in order. 4. Histopathological changes in respiratory tract were loss of cilia and epithelial damage, such changes were more severe in the upper part and less or no damage in the lower part. 5. Histopathological alterations of the lung parenchyma by oxygen toxicity included vascular congestion, pulmonary edema. hemorrhage and emphysema.

        漢陽歌에 나타난 倫理談論의 樣相

        The purpose of the paper was to examine patterns of ethics discours of Hanyangga that Park Sun-ho kept. The writer of Hanyangga had ethical base not by Samgang but by Oryun to discuss ethics discourse. Hanyangga that described the writer's ethical belief keeping Confucianism spirit said that father, husband and king should be responsible for family trouble as well as fall of the country at the impoverished society after both wars of Imjin and Byeongja. The writer who watched fall of Chosun Dynasty at close distance looked back on line of kings not following cur- rent trends to reflect kings in the past and to have place of insight meditation and lesson, so that he regretted much destruction of Con- fucianism ideology. The writer did not give up and had not negative attitude at fall of the dynasty, and he mentioned whereabouts in the past one by one to say that descendants should not repeat historical errors with anxiety. Hanyangga had two patterns of ethics discourse, in other words, Jeokseonyeogyeong on Seonbulseon, and Jeongmyeong thought that put an emphasis upon not Jeokakyeoang and Samgangyunri. The writer sup- ported theory of justification that could meet name as well as actual situation, and he thought of the world based on ethics of Oryun that put an emphasis upon father, husband and elder brother rather than king. The writer regretted that king could not play role of father and husband nor had responsibility to destroy the dynasty. Hanyangga that followed ethics of Chung, Hyo and Yeol according to Oryunjeongmyeonggwan said that doing good could give others happy occasion and doing evil could produce disaster to be common and strict. The ethics that father, king and husband should follow their own dis- cipline was governed regardless of the times. Hanyangga that Park Sun-ho kept was said to be work based on Confucianism ethics discourse of Oryun order as well as Jeongmyeong thought by saying that evil created crisis of the royal family. 이 논문은 박순호 所藏本 「漢陽歌」에 나타난 倫理談論의 樣相을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다. 「한양가」에서 작자는 윤리적 바탕을 삼강오륜에서 삼강보다 오륜을 우선시하여 윤리담론을 전개하고 있다. 「한양가」에 나타난 倫理談論의 樣相은 크게 둘로 나눌 수가 있는데 善不善에 대한 積善餘慶, 積惡餘殃과 삼강윤리보다 五倫倫理를 앞세운 正名思想에 입각하여 서술한 것임을 알 수 있다. 「한양가」에 나타난 五倫正名觀에 따른 忠․孝․烈에 대한 윤리관은 아버지가 아버지다울 때 자식이 자식답고, 군주가 군주다울 때 신하가 신하답고, 남편이 남편다울 때 아내가 아내다움은 時代를 莫論하고 歷史 속에 綿綿히 흐르고 있는 倫理觀임을 알 수 있었다. 이상을 살펴볼 때 박순호本 「한양가」는 不善과 적악이 쌓여 왕실의 위기를 초래하였고, 그 비판을 오륜질서와 정명사상의 유교윤리담론으로 형상화한 작품임을 알 수 있다.
