        1990년대 남성복 소재에 나타난 조형성에 관한 연구

        Each and everything named fashion together with clothes were limited in the boundary of women and men's wear has been slow and narrow in changing speed compared to women's, even there are some differences in accordance time. But maintaining the basic features, men's wear in the latter 20th century has undergone diverse change in the part of materials such as various synthetic fiber, glass, metal, artificial leather and the see-through fabric able to seeing the body wearing the clothes. Therefore, the aim and definition of this study is to present the systematic framework giving help to develop men's wear design newer and more various by considering moulding of materials which existing men's wear could not show up and by grasping material trend of men's clothes in 1990s. The results of the study were summarized as follows : (1) Material containing lustering is categorized as Velvet, Silk, Lustering materials by synthetic fiber and Lustering materials by additional substance. The Velvet generally acknowledged having something to feel womanly image shows the bisexual character coexisting feature of men and women after grafting with men's fashion. The Silk was endowed the role as means of pleasure to express beyond boundary of sex breaking the existing consciousness which men should wear male clothes, not considering differences between men and women. The lustering made by synthetic fiber expressed modern sensitivity aesthetically to the suit. The lustering materials made by additional substance is seen mixed masculine character with womanly character. (2) See-through materials are acknowledged as decadence beauty caused by expanding subjective awareness in beauty. (3) Materials by the sorts of Net is categorized as Lace, Knit The Lace expression seemed to emphases the human liberation of men and women and the humanity from liberation of subjecthood. The Knit can be felt both woman's image and man's image as bisexual image, not raising only one side sex. (4) Elastic materials offered the opportunity to approve exposure in a time when exposure of men's body was not granted ethically. (5) Leather was shown as indication of social status and inferiority and expression of collective resistance against sexual stagnation of men and women.

        Many studies revealed the neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and chemopreventive actions of dietary flavonoids. The plausible mechanistic interpretation of the various effects of flavonoids was concentrated on the anti-oxidant or free radical-scavenging properties of these phytochernicals, both in model systems and under in vivo conditions. While there has been a major focus on the anti-oxidant properties. there is an emerging view that flavonoids and their in vivo metabolites. do not act as conventional hydrogen-donating anti-oxidants. but they may exert regulatory functions in cells through actions at protein kinase or lipid kinase signaling pathways. Flavonoids and more recently their metabolites. have been reported to act at phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI 3-kinase). Akt/protein kinase B(Akt/PKB), protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen activated protein kinase(MAP kinase), and various tyrosine kinases signaling cascades. Inhibitory or stimulatory actions at these pathways are likely to affect cellular function profoundly by altering the phosphorylation state of target molecules and by modulating gene expression. A clear understanding of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids, either as anti-oxidants or modulators of cellular signaling pathways, and the influence of their metabolism on these properties are key to the evaluation of these potent biomolecules as anti-cancer agents, cardio-protectants, and inhibitors of neurodegeneration.

      • 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

        Hitchcock, "a master of the thriller" "leading figure of thriller", was famous for his work style. He never starts filming until completing a perfect conception in his mind before shooting. He started filming after getting a perfect filming plan adding a picture even one detailed shot picture. Also the movie costumes was not an exception in his movie. He put more main object to express a symbolic meanings by recreating movie costumes which were fit to drama's subject than function which spoke far contemporary popularity also he guides actors to put on the movie costumes examined previously to shape a definite visual character in that works. This research intends not only to look into symbolic and expressive means of dresses through the movie costumes on thriller appeared in Hitchcock's movie, but also broaden the comprehension width by grasping importance of the movie-costume and dress image implicated in the movie. Hitchcock made about 55 movies, mostly thriller movies, from Number 13(1922) an unfinished work to Family plot(1976) ones posthumous work. This research examined his the second half of term works (after 1950) such as Rear Window(1954), Vertigo(1958), Psycho(1960), Torn Curtain(1966), Topaz(1969) and Frenzy(1972) which are generally familiar to the public. In conclusion, we can find that the thriller movie costumes as well as the other movie are appeared a character of the film's characters, social rank, economic level, personality. but especially, a costume of Hitchcock's thriller movie can be contained a characteristic factor of a kind of five.       • Chitosanase의 연구현황 및 전망

        Chitin and its deacetylated form, chitosan, have attracted significant interest in view of varied proposed novel application. Uses of these two functional polymers, especially chitosan, are readily seen over a broad range of scientific areas, including applications in biomedical, food, and various chemical industries. However, chitosan has potential bioactivities such as anti-microbial, anti-cholesterol synthesis, anti-tumor by immunostimulating and elicitor activity, its effects on in vivo was still ambiguous due to a low uptake rate into the interior of the body. Therefore, converting chitosan to its oligosaccharides is necessary for more effect in vivo. On the on hand, because the purification procedure of chitosan oligosaccharides was not simple, its application was limited to pharmaceutics and high value-added industry by the high unit cost of production. For extensive application of chitosan oligosaccharides, enzymatic hydrolysate is actually more efficient than purified oligomer. The present paper will review various chitosanase for preparation of chitosan oligosaccharides, especially focucing enzymatic hydrolysis and properties of reaction pattern, and valuable systems for the hydrolytic reaction.

        항공레이저 측량 자료의 해상도에 따른 DEM 오차 비교평가 연구

        최근 높은 수직정확도를 갖는 항공레이저측량 기술이 개발됨에 따라 이를 이용한 DEM(digital elevation model) 생성, 건물추출, 홍수위험지도 제작, 3차원 도시모델 구축 등의 다양한 연구가 활발하게 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공레이저측량으로부터 취득한 원시자료로부터 생성한 해상도별 DEM의 표준편차를 계산하기 위해 점비교법, 등고선비교법 그리고 1/5,000 수치지형도를 활용하였다. 비교결과 점비교법이 등고선비교법보다 낮은 DEM 표준오차를 나타냈으며, 이것은 등고선비교법이 점비교법에 비해 조밀한 격자 연산이 이루어지지 않은 것이 원인으로 파악되었다. 또한 1/5,000 수치지형도는 평균수평거리인 25.4m 이하에서는 점비교법과 등고선비교법에 비해 높은 오차를 보였으며, 25.4m 이상에서는 등고선비교법과 유사한 결과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. As airborne laser scanning technique is developed with high vertical accuracy recently, there come many studies on DEM(digital elevation model creation, building extraction, flood risk mapping and 3D virtual city modeling. This study applied point comparative method, contour comparative method and digital map with scale 1/5,000 to calculate RMSE of DEM in according to resolution that was constructed using rawdata being acquired by airborne laser scanning. As a result, point comparative method showed lower DEM standard error than contour comparative method, it is a reason that contour comparative method was not carried out detailed grid calculation for point comparative method. Also, digital map with scale 1/5,000 showed higher DEM standard error than point comparative method and contour method in below 25.4m that is average horizontal distance among contour line, and showed similar result with contour comparative method in over 25.4m.

        In this paper, we designed, implemented and evaluated 32-bit CLA adder with the ENMODL(enhanced NORA Multiple Output Domino Logic) logic style which is new dynamic CMOS logic. The circuit is implemented using 0.8㎛ CMOS double-metal process technology. It operates stably and the addition time is less 3.9 ns. The ENMODL logic style can improve the performance in the high-speed computing circuits depending on the degree of recurrence.

        하악골에 발생한 다발성 중심성 골종 : 증례보고 REPORT OF A CASE

        Osteomas are benign tumor composed of mature compact or cancellous bone. Generally, they are classified as peripheral(periosteal) osteoma and central(endosteal) osteoma by origin. Osteomas are essentially restricted to the craniofacial skeleton and are rarely diagnosed in other bones. Most jaw osteomas are detected in young adults and are generally asymptomatic, solitary lesion. The authors present a case of a endosteal osteoma of the mandible. The lesion was located beneath both the mandibular first premolars, about 2.5㎝×1.5㎝ size. Surgical excision of the lesion was performed and we obtained good result after operation.

      • MWPECVD法에 의한 H₂-CH₄-O₂계로 부터의 Diamond合成

        마이크로파 플라즈마 기상합성법으로 CH₄-H₂-O₂의 혼합가스로부터 실리콘 기판 위에 다이아몬드 박막을 성장시켰다. 가스 조성비에 따른 박막과 입자의 표면형태, 성정율 및 막의 질을 SEM, XRD 및 Raman 분광기로 조사하였다. 그 결과 CH₄-H₂화합가스에 산소를 첨가함에 따라 어떤 조건하에서는 막의 질과 성장률이 증가하였다. Diamond thin films deposited on Si substrate from CH₄-H₂-O₂gas mixtures were investigated by microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition. The surface morphology of films and particles, the deposition rate and the films quality(SEM. XRD and Raman spectroscopy) were measured as function of gas composition. The results demonstrate that the addition of oxygen to CH₄-H₂gas mixtures can under certain conditions improve the film quality and increase the deposition rate.
