박화성 소설의 탈식민적 페미니즘 연구 : 『벼랑에 피는 꽃』을 중심으로

박화성의 소설『벼랑에 피는 꽃』은 페미니스트 현석란이 가부장제 사회 속에서 일본 제국주의에 대한 저항을 일생의 목표로 하여 살아온 이야기를 수미상관의 기법으로 전개한 작품이다. 17세부터 36년 동안에 현석란은 ‘우리만의 힘으로 대한의 딸들을 기르리라’는 목표를 실현하기 위해 고군분투하였다. 이런 현석란의 삶은 독립을 목표로 싸운 조선의 36년과 같았다. 즉 근대 초기 여류작가로만 인식되고 있는 박화성은 해방 이후에도 계속적으로 항일저항의식을 간직하는 작품을 집필한 현대적 작가였던 것이다. 본고는 『벼랑에 피는 꽃』에 나타난 언어제국주의 비판과 민족주의적 여성정체성, 이중 억압에 대한 저항으로서의 자매애와 형제애, 식민지 여성의 양면적 섹슈얼리티를 통해 이를 밝히고자 한다. Alkylhalide가 Mouse의 LDH isozyme 분포에 미치는 영향 : Cellulose Acetate Electrophoresis Method

The effect of Carbontetrachloride administration on Lactatedehydrogenase isozyme patterns were analyzed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis for the brain, heart, kidney, lung, liver and mouse muscle. Each other tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of these isozymes. At normal condition, aerobic tissue such as brain, heart, kidney, and lung were found to have all five isozymes from LDH_1 to LDH_5, while anaerobic tissues such as liver and muscle were found to have superiorly LDH_5 The toxicity of Carbontetrachloride administration was most prominence in the liver, and lung toxicity was occured also.

Plant regeneration from callus of Iris odaesanensis Y. N. Lee native to Korea via organogenesis

Iris odaesanensis Y. N. Lee. is an important endangered and native plant belonging to the family Iridaceae in Korea. This study describes a method for rapid micropropagation of this species via from leaf, rhizome and root explants derived calli. Leaf, rhizome and root explants were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D) for callus induction. Rhizome explants yielded calli at a frequency of 72% when cultured at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D. Calli were maintained at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D. These calli were transferred to MS medium supplemented with 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/l 2,4-D in combination with 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 3.0 mg/l BA for adventitious shoot induction. The highest number of adventitious shoot (228.9 per petri-dish) were formed at 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D and 1.0 mg/l BA. WPM medium was the best to convert calli into plantlets, where up to 98.2% of calli were regenerated into plantlets. This in vitro propagation protocol should be useful for conservation of this endangered plant.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Korean traditional treatments for Climacteric Syndrome Patients with Hwa-Byung. Methods: From February 2015 to May 2015, We treated 5 Cases Patients with Korean traditional treatments for a month. We measured treatment effects by Menopause Rating Scale (MRS), Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI). Results: After treatment, First, the scores of MRS, BDI were decreased. Second, the symptoms such as hot flush, pantalgia, palpitation, insomnia, fatigue were significantly improved. Also, the difference of ?中 (CV17, Danjung) and 關元 (CV4, Guanyuan) temperatures were significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean traditional treatments such as Gamicheonglijagam-hwan, acupuncture, moxibustion are effective on Climacteric Syndrome Patients with Hwa-Byung.

청간소요산으로 호전된 설통 환자 3례

Objectives: This clinical study reports the effects of Cheonggansoyo-san (CSS) on three patients with glossodynia. Methods: Three patients with glossodynia were treated with CSS (i.e., an herbal medicine) and acupuncture. Numeric rating scales (NRSs) for glossodynia and dry mouth and hwa-byung questionnaire scores were evaluated, and the results from heart rate variability (HRV) evaluations were analyzed. Results: After treatment with CSS, three patients' glossodynia symptoms, such as burning sensations, tingling, and numbness of the tongue, were improved. NRS ratings for glossodynia and dry mouth and the hwa-byung questionnaire scores also improved, and HRV parameters were closer to the normal range. Conclusion: Cheonggansoyo-san could be used to treat glossodynia.

자궁경부 상피내 병변 환자에서 LEETZ 원추절제술 후 HPV DNA Test 추적 검사의 임상적 의의

Objective: This study was performed to investigate the clinical significance and timing of HPV test for follow up of patients after LEETZ treatment in CIN lesion Methods: From January 2005 to December 2008, 105 patients with CIN were treated with LLETZ at Kosin university gospel hospital, Busan, Korea. After LEETZ, HPV test and Pap smear were done after 3months. Every HPV typing was done by HPV DNA chip. Results: A total of 105 cases were enrolled in this study. There were 25 patients with CINⅠ, 38 with CINⅡ, 42 with CINⅢ. Mean age was 41.95 years (range, 23-71 years) at the time of LEETZ. Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). During follow up after LEETZ, 65.6% had negative result after 3 month, 72.1% after 6 month, 73.9% after 9 month, 77.1% after 12 month, 79.2% after 15 month, 79.6% after 18 month, and 80.4% after 24 month. There were 2 cases of abnormal pap smear among persistent positive HPV DNA cases and no abnormal pap smear results in negative HPV DNA cases during follow up. Conclusion: Positive HPV DNA was found about 72.4% before LEETZ procedure and subtype 16 was the most common type (10.5%), follow by subtype 18 (6.6%) and subtype 58 (6.6%). We suggest that HPV DNA test is recommended per 6 Months, and close observation is recommended in persistent positive HPV DNA test cases.

A Study on the Blood Manganese Levels in Welding Workers

The welding workers are frequently exposed to heavy metals such as manganese. Manganese is well evaporated into the air while welding. This study had been carried out to investigate the relationship of the blood manganese level to age, work duration, and smoking status among 128 welding workers in Gyeongnam and Jeonnam province from May to November, 2003. They showed high manganese level in the first health examination. Subjects were also classified for the investigation according to their smoking status as smokers and nonsmokers, work duration (≤9, 10~9, 20≤years), and ages (≤29, 30~39, 40~49, 50≤years). Blood manganese levels were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). Mean blood manganese level was 1.62±0.56 ㎍/dl. In the comparison of blood manganese levels by age and smoking status, mean blood manganese levels of smokers in age of 20's, 30's, and 50's were 2.09±0.44 ㎍/dl, 1.94±0.33 ㎍/dl, and 2.15±0.33 ㎍/dl, respectively. Blood manganese levels of smokers were significantly higher than those of non-smokers, showing no significant difference in the 40's. In the comparison of blood manganese levels by work duration, the blood manganese levels of smokers were the highest in the case of 10 to 19 years work duration. This study showed that the blood manganese levels were related to the smoking status, work duration, and age. Mean manganese levels of smokers showed higher than those of nonsmokers. It also showed that the length of work duration was related to the elevation of blood manganese levels. Among the welding workers, blood manganese levels of smokers were the highest over their age of 50's . In conclusion, smoking was the most significant risk factor to increase blood manganese levels. The further study will need analysis of the other factors related to manganese level elevation.

동북아 지역의 외래어 수용 양상에 대한 연구

The primary aim of this study is to examine the different patterns of accepting foreign cultures through a cross-linguistic analysis of loan words in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Based on the data collected from 2000 to 2002, the investigator analysed the loan words of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese in terms of five different categories: IT(Information Technology), high-technology, computer, internet, and multi-media broadcasting. This study also investigated the characteristics of individual loan words, their transcribed patterns, and their specific features of word formation. The results of the study showed the similarities and differences of patterns in formulating loan words among the three East-Asian countries.

단독주택의 외관형태와 이미지평가에 관한 연구

This study analyzes the types of external forms of detached housing buildings, and conducts the S.D test with it and is to structurize the image of external form of buildings. Types of 24 detached housing buildings are analyzed in this vein and the results are as follows: (1) Mass type in the primary cognitive factor of building is mostly simple or multiple box type. (2) As a result of analyzing the secondary cognitive factor of building, horizontal type is most and it shows that it is the favorable structure in the stability of form. Roof shape and side pattern are mostly gable and plat roofs and it is known that traditional gable roof and flat roof influenced by modern construction are shown in housing. (3) To examine the tertiary cognitive factor, surface shape is mostly flat type and it shows a little monotonous composition. Also finishing materials are concrete and brick. S.D test of detached houses doesn't show the extreme psychological test disposition and does somewhat affirmative evaluation. As a result of conducting the factor analysis based on S.D test, nine psychological factors including 「originality」, 「pleasantness」, 「harmony」, 「ornamentation」, 「openness」, 「balance」, 「rhythm」, 「stability」 and 「orientation」. These can be called psychological factor axis which can evaluate the modern detached house.
