Data processing used t-test taking advantage of SPSS 12.0 figures program and main figure techniques rain parameter figure law doing application result following conclusion get. 1. Was construed that weight lifters are difference that is attentive being higher than Taekwondo player weight lifting and Taekwondo player's body special quality comparison. 2. Showed laziness or difference by thing that weight lifters are tall in weight lifter and Taekwondo player's cycle and comparative analysis result maximum blood pressure of heart exhaust ability and minimum blood pressure in weight lifting and Taekwondo player's cycle and heart exhaust ability special quality comparison. There is no difference in heart beat, capacity of the lung, standard capacity of the lung, %Capacity of the lung. 3. According to weight lifter's age change state of physical strength as result that analyze comparison age high maximum oxygen intake amount, sit-up, getting down push-up, appeared by standing high, difference that die and appeared by thing that increase from one leg stand, and keep in mind from other physical strength measurement item is not. Appeared difference A that is not that keep in mind according to result that compare Taekwondo player's physical strength by rain parameter statistics. Therefore, can see that there is no special in difference physical strength in athletes. In this research is looked should be developed more various program for development that have at athlete type playing the first stones for 8 weeks station and Taekwondo training that influence in health physical strength and body development know can but present correct measurement data because forward research develops various program with little more many number of persons and athletes' health physical strength and bodily balance.

The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion. Reform procedure of Judo's Doechigi-Bon was 1st stage, Questionnaire survey 303 judokas, 2nd stage, Technical seminar by judo experts(12 judo professor) 4 times, 3rd stage, wording report for reform, 4rd stage, Discussion and judgement of Teaching and Judgement commission of Korean judo Association(KJA), 5th stage, Public hearing for reform in KJA, 6th stage, Report and decision of board of directors in KJA, 7th stage, public publication of Judo News(No.53) in KJA. The incidence of coexisting hyperparathyroidism and empty sella syndrome is rare and the etiology and incidence of their coexistence is not known. The association of hyperparathyroidism and the empty sella syndrome may be related to multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndrome due to a genetic disorder. We experienced a rare case of hyperparathyroidism presenting as acute pancreatitis combined with empty sella. We report here a 37-year old female who manifested epigastric pain because of acute pancreatitis. She had hypercalcemia due to parathyroid adenoma. A pituitary gland was not visible in the sella turcica on MRI scans. On genetic analysis, she did not show a mutation of the MENIN gene. Empty sella is thought to be a coincidental finding with hyperparathyroidism.

Adrenal myelolipoma (AML) is a rare, usually benign, and nonfunctioning tumor. About 7-15% of adrenal incidentalomas are AMLs, composed of normal hematopoietic elements and mature adipose tissue. AML is usually unilateral and < 4 cm. It is often discovered incidentally on abdominal computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging. It is related to a chronic increase in adrenocorticotropic hormone, such as that observed in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing disease, Conn`s syndrome, and pheochromocytoma. Here, we report a 28-year-old man diagnosed with non-salt-losing congenital adrenal hyperplasia with huge bilateral AMLs and a literature review. (Korean J Med 2015;89:340-345)
Free T4 is negatively correlated with body mass index in euthyroid women

Background/Aims: Overt thyroid dysfunction is well known to affect weight. However, the influence of normal-range changes in thyroid status on body mass index (BMI) is unclear. We sought to evaluate thyroid function (free T4, TSH) and its possible relationship with BMI and lipid profiles in euthyroid subjects. Methods: A total of 1572 euthyroid women (mean age 46.2 years) who visited Daegu Catholic University Medical Centre for primary health screening participated in this cross-sectional study. Women who were not euthyroid and women who took thyroid medication were excluded. TSH, free T4, and lipid profile [total-cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), HDL-C, LDL-C] were evaluated. Results: Obese euthyroid women had lower free T4 levels than did lean euthyroid women. After adjustment for age and smoking, free T4, but not TSH, was significantly negatively correlated with BMI. After adjustment for age, smoking, and BMI, free T4 was negatively correlated with TG to a significant degree. Conclusions: We demonstrated a negative correlation between free T4 within the normal range and BMI in euthyroid subjects. These findings suggest that low free T4 is associated with obesity in euthyroid subjects.

Background: Targeting energy metabolism such as aerobic glycolysis can be a potential strategy for cancer treatment. Dichloroacetate (DCA), an inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK), shifts the glucose metabolism from high-rate aerobic glycolysis to oxidative glucose metabolism, which regulates the proliferation of thyroid cancer cells. Methods: 8505C, an anaplastic cancer cell line, were grown in RPMI-1640 media containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) with 1% penicillin and streptomycin in 37 °C with 5% CO2. MTT assay and Flow-cytometry were performed to check the cell viability and cell cycle status. Western blot analysis was performed to examine the expressions of genes involved in metabolic control, cell viability and apoptosis. Lactate measurement was performed by spectrophotometrically. Results: DCA enhanced production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), ROS involvement was confirmed by ROS scavenger N-acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) pretreatment, which customarily inhibited the effect of DCA alone. Cell viability assay demonstrated that DCA had selective cytotoxicity against human ATC cell line but not in normal cells as well as increased sodium/iodine symporter (NIS) expression. Flow cytometry and western blot showed that the apoptosis was followed by cell cycle arrest in G1 phase. Conclusions: DCA promoted induction of G1 cell cycle arrest and ROS production/intrinsic pathway of apoptosis in 8505-C. Furthermore DCA induced the expression of NIS. Taken together, DCA could be a useful candidate drug for treatment of anaplastic thyroid cancer.
