Ar/$O_2$에 따른 ZnO 박막의 C-축 배향성에 관한 연구

Zinc Oxide(ZnO) thin films on Si(100) substrate were deposited by RF magnetron reactive sputtering. The charcteristics of ZnO thin films on argon/oxygen(Ar/O$_2$)gas ratios RF power and substrate temperature were investigated by XRD, SEM, and AFM analyses. C-axis preferred orientation resistivity and surface roughness highly depended on Ar/O$_2$gas ratios. The resistivity of ZnO thin films rapidly increased with increasing oxygen ratio and the resistivity value of 9$\times$10$^{7}$ $\Omega$cm was obtained at a working pressure of 10 mTorr with Ar/O$_2$=50/50. The surface roughness was also improved with increasing oxygen ratio and the ZnO films deposited with Ar/O$_2$=50/50 showed the excellent roughness value of 28.7$\AA$.

The structural and electrical property of RF magnetron sputtered ZnO thin film have been studied as a function of RF power, substrate temperature, oxygen/argon gas ratio and film thickness at constant sputtering power, sputtering working pressure and target-substrate distance. To analyze a crystallo-graphic properties of the films, $\theta$/2$\theta$ mode X-ray diffraction, SEM, and AFM analyses. C-axis preferred orientation, resistivity and surface roughness highly depended on oxygen/argon gas ratio. The resistivity of ZnO thin film(6000 ${\AA}$) rapidly increased with increasing oxygen ratio and the resistivity value of $9 {\ast} 10^7 {\Omega}cm$ was obtained at a working pressure of 10 mTorr with the same oxygen/argon gas ratio. The surface roughness was also improved with increasing oxygen ratio and the ZnO films deposited with the same oxygen/argon gas ratio showed the excellent roughness value of 28.7 ${\AA}$. With increase of the substrate temperature, The C-axis preferred orientation of ZnO thin film increases and the resistivity decreases due to deviation from the stoichiometric ZnO due to oxygen deficiency.

The tandem solar cell composed of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) and a thermoelectric generator (TEG) was designed. In such new cell, the characteristics of DSC and TEG were investigated. DSC uses the wavelength range of 380∼750 nm and has the maximum efficiency of below 10 %. If the solar light transmitted through DSC can be converted to heat energy, TEG can generate electric energy using this heat energy. By this means, it is possible to utilize most of solar energy in the wavelength range of 350∼3000 nm for electric generation and it can be expected to obtain higher solar energy conversion efficiency exceeding the known limit of maximum efficiency. For this purpose we suggest the tandem solar cell constructed with DSC and TEG. In this structure, DSC has a carbon nanotube film as a counter electrode of DSC in order to collect the solar light and convert it to heat energy. We measured the I-V characteristics of DSC and TEG, assembled to the tandem cell. As a result, it was shown that DSC with carbon nanotube and TEG had the efficiency of 9.1 % and 6.2 %, respectively. From this results, it is expected that the tandem solar cell of the new design has the possibility of enhanced conversion efficiency to exceed above 15 %.

The electronic states of ZnO doped with Al, Ga and In, which belong to III family elements in periodic table, were calculated using the density functional theory. In this study, the calculation was performed by two Programs; the discrete variational Xa (DV-Xa) method, which is a sort of molecular orbital full potential method; Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package (VASP), which is a sort of pseudo potential method. The fundamental mixed orbital structure in each energy level near the Fermi level was investigated with simple model using DV-Xa. The optimized crystal structures calculated by VASP were compared to the measured structures. The density of state and the energy levels of dopant elements were shown and discussed in association with properties.
탈황석고의 처리방법변화가 고로슬래그 미분말 다량 치환 모르타르의 공학적 특성에 미치는 영향

In this research, the influence of desulfurized gypsum (FGD) with different carbon removing methods of 0.3 mm sieving, and 500℃ high temperature combustion on high volume blast furnace slag cement mortar was evaluated with different replacement ratios of 1 : 2, and 1 : 4 for blast furnace slag. As an experiment result, flow was generally decreased with FGD replacing while slight increased was shown with 5 to 10 % of replacement for 1 : 4 mortar. As FGD replacement, air content was reduced setting time was shortened. Compressive strength was generally decreased with 1 : 2 mortar mixtures, but for 1 : 4 mortar mixture, the highest compressive strength value was obtained when FGD was replaced about 10 % due to the generation of ettringite. Drying shrinkage was decreased and absorption rate was increased with increased FGD replacement ratio. Overall, as a carbon removing method of FGD, 0.3 mm sieving showed better results than 500℃ high temperature combustion, and the mortar mixture was the most appropriate results were obtained with 1 : 4 mixture and 10 % of FGD replacement ratio.

현대 정치과정에서 선거를 통해 정치적 대표를 선출하는 유권자들의 시민적 권리는 민주정치를 구현하는 가장 핵심적 구성요소이다. 선거과정에 참여하는 정당과 후보자는 그들의 정책공약이나 이미지를 통해 긍정적 여론을 형성하고 유권자들의 지지를 확보하기 위해 선거운동을 전개한다. 그러나 선거운동은 경우에 따라 상대 정당과 후보자의 잘못과 단점을 비판하고 부정적 분위기를 형성하여 유권자의 감성적 판단과 자신들에 대한 지지를 호소하는 네거티브 방식이 활용되기도 한다. 실제로 제18대 대통령선거는 최근의 다른 대통령선거보다 다양한 비방과 흑색선전이 난무했으며, 네거티브 선거운동이 크게 증가한 것으로 평가되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이번 선거에서 네거티브 선거운동은 긍정적 효과보다 부정적 결과를 초래하여 최근 대통령선거 중 가장 높은 투표율이 기록되었으며, 네거티브 선거운동이 오히려 상대 정당과 후보자의 지지층을 자극하여 표를 결집시키는 효과를 유발한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 결과적으로 비방과 흑색선전 등선거과정에서 무조건적으로 활용되는 네거티브 선거운동에 대한 정당과 후보자, 유권자의 재인식이 필요하며, 정책선거 중심의 선거운동 분위기를 형성하기 위한 노력이 필요한 시점이다. In modern political process, civil rights of voter to elect political representative by election is the most important component for democratic politics. Parties and candidates, who were participated in electoral process, made up positive opinion through policy promise and political image, and campaigned for support of voters. However, electoral campaign sometimes used negative method to criticize mistake and fault of other parties and candidates, and to induce emotional decision and support of voter in negative atmosphere. Actually, slander and black propaganda was rampant in the 18th presidential election rather than recent other election, negative campaign was increased. Nevertheless, negative campaign incurred negative result rather than positive effect. Voting rate was increased, and it was occurred concentration effect to increase support rate of rival candidate. In conclusion, parties and candidates need to control to use negative campaign including slander and black propaganda in the electoral process, and all political actor tried to make up campaign atmosphere for policy election.
스퍼터링에 의한 산화아연박막의 구조적 특성 및 전파경계조건

압전성을 갖는 산화아연 박막을 스퍼터링을 이용하여 실리콘 기판위에 증착하였고 여러 증착 공정변수들이 물성에 미치는 영향과 박막의 구조적 특성 및 전파경계조건을 고찰하였다. 특히, 평탄한 표면을 갖는 압전 박막을 제조하여 전파 특성에 우수한 증착조건을 제시하고 탄성표면파의 전파및 경계조건을 분석한다. 박막의 구조적 특성 분석을 위하여 여러 가지 증착조건 중 아르곤과 산소의 가스비율과 기판온도가 박막의 제조에 미치는 특성을 분석하였다. 스퍼터링 가스인 산소양이 50%이상으로 증가할수록 박막의 표면 거칠기가 나빠지는 특성을 보였다. 비저항과 표면형상은 유입되는 산소에 큰 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Thin film deposition methods have been widely used and intensively investigated because high quality crystalline films enable to fabricate by sputtering. Especially rf magnetron sputtering deposition has advantages of being employ a relatively high deposition rate and also to achieve high crystalline films in low pressure because plasma density around target by magnetic is high. To apply ZnO thin film for SAW filter, it has highly flat surface, excellent c r axis preferred orientation and high resistivity value, As-deposited ZnO films showed the strong c-axis growth and excellent crystallinity. C-axis preferred orientation, resistivity and surface roughness highly depended on oxygen/argon gas ratio.
