        Steroid cell tumor is a rare ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor which accounts for 0.1% of all ovarian tumors. Until now, only 4 cases have been reported in domestic literatures. Steroid cell tumor often secrets testosterone and presents virilization in adult women or precocious puberty in children. Treatment is often performed by surgical removal, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation, but completely accepted treatment was not existed. We experienced a case of steroid cell tumor, which was manifested by typical virilization in a 43-year old patient, who was previously performed hysterectomy and unilateral oophorectomy. So, we present with a brief review of the literatures.

      • 가변구조 벡터제어법을 적용한 편측식 선형유도기의 위치제어 시스템

        본 논문에서는 간접 벡터제어법과 동기프레임상의 PI전류제어기 설계에 기초한 4구간 슬라이딩모드 제어 알고리즘을 제시하며, 이를 편측식 선형 유도기(SLIM)의 위치제어에 적용한다. 또한, 맥스웰의 전자방정식을 이용하여 SLIM의 등가회로 파라미터를 결정하고 이를 벡터제어기 파라미터로 적용한다. 4구간 슬라이딩 모드 제어법은 종래의 가변구조 제어법에서 발생하는 도달시간 동안의 강인성 상실문제를 해결하며, 전 응답구간에서 안정한 슬라이딩 모드와 강인성 개선을 보증한다. 일반적으로, 전압원 인버터로 구동되는 유도기 벡터제어 시스템의 성능은 내부 전류제어기의 특성에 의존하며, 고속 추종성과 강인성을 겸비한 절류제어기가 요망되므로 공간벡ㅊ터 PWM법에 기초한 동기프레임 PI 전류제어기를 도입하여 효율을 개선하고 정상상태에서의 추력 맥동에 기인한 전동기 진동을 저감시켰다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험결과를 토대로, 전압원 인버터로 구동되는 선형 유도기의 강인한 교류 서보시스템 구현을 위한 본 제어법의 타당성을 입증하였다. This paper presents the four section sliding model control algorithm based on indirect field oriented control method and PI current controller design in a moving frame, and applies it to the position control of single-sided linear induction motor. Also, we determined the parameters of equivalent circuit in SLIM by using Maxwell's electromagnetic field equation and applied it to the vector controller parameter. This four section sliding mode control scheme solves the problem of robustness loss during the reaching phase that occurs in conventional VSC strategy, and ensures the stable sliding mode and robustness enhancement throughout the entire response. As the performance of a VSI-fed induction motor vector control system depends on the characteristics of inner loop current controller, it is desired that the current controller have the fast tracking and robust nature. Therefore, by introducing the moving frame PI current controller based on space vactor PWM method, we have improved the efficiency and reduced the motor vibration caused by thrust ripple in steady state. Simulation and experimental results confirm the validity of this control scheme for robust AC servo drive system of a VSI-fed linear induction motor.

      • 공간벡터 PWM법을 적용한 유도기의 가변구조 위치제어

        본 논문에서는 동기프레임상의 PI 전류제어기 설계 및 간접 벡터제어법에 기초한 4구간 가변구조제어 알고리즘을 제사하여 이를 유도 전동기의 위치제어에 적용한다. 이 제어 알고리즘은 도달시간(Reaching Phase) 동안의 강인성 상실문제를 해결하여 상태공간상의 전영역에서 안정한 슬라이딩 모드와 강인성 향상을 보증한다. 일반적인 인버터 구동 유도기 벡터제어 시스템의 성능은 내부 전류제어기의 특성에 좌우되므로 인버터 스위칭법에도 관련된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 전류제어기의 변조부로서 공간벡터 PWM법을 도입하고 슬라이딩 모드를 이용한 강인한 위치제어 시스템을 구성했다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 토대로 인버터 및 유도기와 같은 교류 서보 구동 시스템 구현을 위한 본 제어법의 타당성을 입증하였다. This paper presents the four section variable structure control algorithm based on PI current controller design in a synchronous frame and indirect field oriented control method, and applies it to the position control of induction motor. This control scheme solves the problem of robustness loss during the reaching phase, and ensures the stable sliding mode and robustness enhancement throughout the entire response. As the performance of a VSI fed induction motor vector control system depends on the characteristics of inner loop current controller, it is related with the inverter switching method. Therefore, we have introduced the space vector PWM method as a modulator of current controller, and implemented robust sliding mode position control system. Simulation results confirm the validity of this control scheme for robust AC servo drive system of a VSI fed induction motor.

      • 특수교육지원센터의 역할에 대한 특수학급 교사의 인식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to draw the role and the function of the Support Center for Special Education through analysing the domestic and international references and the special education method for the handicapped and to improve the efficiency of performing the role of the Support Center for Special Education by studying how different teachers' understandings the role of the Support Center for Special Education are, who directly communicate with it, by the background factors such as their experience, the working areas, the classes of the schools, their academic backgrounds. For this study, I conducted the survey composed of 30 sub-elements under 3 types of the function of the diagnosis test of the special education targets, the function of the informative support of the special education and the training, and the function of teaching activities of the special education. The results through the specific analysis are as follow. First, in the teachers' understanding of functions of Support Center for Special Education by their teaching experience, the teachers who have less 5 years of teaching experience thinks the function of diagnosis and assessment test importantly. Second, there are no notable differences of the teachers' understanding the functions of Support Center for Special Education by their working areas. However, in case of teachers working at schools in Metropolitan cities, they think the function of diagnosis and assessment and the support function of teaching activities importantly while the teachers in Eup or Myeon areas think the function of the informative support and training importantly. Therefore, it seems to be necessary to reflect the teachers' needs and the characteristics on Support Center for Special Education by each area. Third, according to the classes of the schools, teachers working at elementary schools think the function of diagnosis and assesment, the function of the informative support and training and the function of supporting teaching activities more importantly compared to the ones at middle or high schools. Therefore, it is necessary that Support Center for Special Education support differently by the class of the school. Last, in the study of teachers' understanding the functions of Support Center for Special Education by their academic backgrounds, the teachers who finish their undergraduate schools think the function of diagnosis and assessment, the function of the informative support and training more importantly than the ones who finish their graduate schools 본 연구에서는 특수교육지원센터의 역할을 분명히 하기 위하여 역할 요인에 대한 특수학급 교사들의 인식을 살펴보고, 그 요인에 대한 인식이 특수학급 교사들의 주요 배경 변인인 특수교육경력, 근무지역, 학교급별, 최종학력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 파악하는데 그 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구 목적을 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교육지원센터의 역할에 대한 특수학급 교사의 인식이 특수교육경력에 따라 차이가 있는지 알 아본다. 둘째, 특수교육지원센터의 역할에 대한 인식이 근무 학교의 지역별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴본 다. 셋째, 특수학급 교사들이 특수교육지원센터의 역할에 대한 인식이 학교급별에 따라 차이가 있는지 알아 본다. 넷째, 특수교육지원센터의 역할에 대한 인식이 특수학급 교사의 최종학력에 따라 차이가 살펴본다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구, 울산, 충북, 충남, 경북 등에 소재하고 있는 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교의 특 수학급을 담당하는 교사들을 대상으로 하였다. 학교당 1학급에서 4학급까지 특수학급이 설치되어 있는 관계로 전체 112개교를 임의적으로 선정하여 해당 학교 교사를 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였다. 그리 고 최종수거된 108부의 설문지를 가지고 결과를 분석하였는데 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교육경력에 따른 특수학급 담당교사의 특수교육지원센터의 기능에 관한 인식에서는 진단 및 평가기능에 대하여 특수교육경력이 5년 이하인 교사들이 그 기능을 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 근무지역에 따른 특수학급 담당교사의 특수교육지원센터의 기능에 관해서는 지역별로 큰 차이점이 없으나 광역시의 학교에 근무하는 교사들의 경우, 진단 및 평가기능, 교수활동 지원기능을 중요하게 인식 하고 있으며 읍면지역의 학교에 근무하는 교사들은 정보지원 및 연수기능에 대하여 중요하고 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 학교급에 따라서는 초등학교에 근무하는 교사들이 중학교, 고등학교에 근무하는 교사에 비 해 진단 및 평가기능, 정보지원 및 연수기능, 교수활동 지원기능을 중요하게 인식한다. 넷째, 학력에 따 른 특수학급 담당교사의 특수교육지원센터의 기능에 관한 인식에서는 대학교를 졸업한 교사들이 대학원을 졸업한 교사들보다 진단 및 평가기능, 정보지원 및 연수기능에 대한 중요하게 인식한다.

      • 전자식 안정기용 자여식 직렬공진 인버터의 설계 및 구현

        Analysis, design and practical implementation of a self-excited electronic ballast for bulb-type fluorescent lamps are presented in t his paper. The proposed topology is based on a self-excited electronic ballast which connects half-bridge series resonant inverter to converntional rectifier output. That is, by using the self-excited drive circuit with current transformer, it can cause the improvement of switching characteristic and controllability, and the circuit's simplicity and miniaturization eventually. Therefore, it has the advantage of cost-effectiveness and easiness of implementation. Experimental rsults from the ballast system with 00W bulb-type pluorescent lamps have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed self-excited electronic ballast.

        다단토양층을 이용한 하수처리에 관한 연구

        The sewages produced from small villages, rural community, drinking water reservation area and park which doesn't have sewage piping system can be caused a serious water pollution at the restricted areas. The objective of this research was to suggest an economical and effective sewage treatment method by investigating the removal of the organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus in the multi-soil-layering reactor. Soil, natural zeolite, and iron slag were used as a supporting media of multi-soil-layering in this research. The purpose of natural zeolite addition was to maintain the consistent ammonium exchange capacity by providing a sequential environment, and that of iron slag addition was to remove phosphorus by adsorption. Continuous experiment of lab-scale single-soil-layering (S-1), multi-soil-layering (S-2), and mixed-soil-layering (S-3) methods were studied to compare and optimize three different types of the reactors. The organic removal efficiencies showed more than 90% in all three reactors. While S-1 and S-3 reactors showed about T-N removal of 31%, 45%, respectively, the average T-N removal efficiency of the S-2 reactor represented an 87%. In conclusion, that results suggest that the multi-soil-layering reactor could be effectively utilized as a plant for treatment of small village sewage.

      • 생물학적 질산화를 이용한 제올라이트 재생을 위한 기초 연구

        Zeolite is well known material for its ability to preferentially remove ammonium ions from wastewater. However, its usage has been limited by high cost for chemical regeneration on this purpose. As an alternative, biological regeneration of zeolite has been suggested by some researchers. In this study, the characteristics of biological regeneration of zeolite was studied at various conditions, i.e. changes in microorganism and Na^(+) concentration. In the first test, the percentage of bio-regeneration via nitrification in the columns (MLVSS 2,250 mg/ℓ and 4,500 mg/ℓ) was 2.6 times higher than the column with NaHCO3 (2,980 mg/ℓ) addition only. In the second test, MLVSS were changed (400, 800 and 3,200 mg/ℓ) but, for alkalinity supply, NaHCO3 concentration was fixed at 745 mg/ℓ. The regeneration rates were proportional to the MLVSS concentration, but the same amounts of total regenerated nitrogen were achieved in all columns tested. In the third test, the regeneration tests were performed to evaluate effects of Na^(+) concentration on regeneration were tested. The regeneration efficiency was enhanced about 5% when Na^(+) concentration increased from 342 to 734 mg/ℓ. There was no difference in regeneration rate by nitrification. Therefore the higher regeneration efficiency of zeolite could be obtained by nitrification than by chemical methods. The regeneration rates with the fixed Na^(+) concentration were proportional to nitrification rate, and the regeneration efficiencies with the fixed microorganism concentration were highly dependant on cation concentrations such as Na^(+).

        Comparisons of callus formation ratios from seed explants, callus sizes, regeneration ratios from callus and regeneration efficiency for 4 orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) varieties (Three were developed in Korea and one was imported from foreign nation) are as follows; Jangbeol 102 (67.0%) has the highest callus formation ratio in 4 weeks incubated callus after bedding the seed explants, but Potomac (68.4%) has the highest ratio in 6-seek callus. Potomac (3.93cm) has the highest callus size in 4-week callus, but Jangbeol 101 (4.32cm) has the highest size in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 101 (17.7%) has the highest plant regeneration ratio in 4-week callus, but Potomac (37.4%) has the highest raion in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 102 (11.5%) has the highest plant regeneration efficiency in 4-week callus, but Potomac (25.6%) has the highest efficiency in 6-week callus.

      • Nearest Neighbor Classifier를 이용한 한글 문자 인식에서의 피쳐 추출에 관한 연구

        In this paper we studid feature extraction meathod concerning the recognition of printed Korean characters. Our meathod extract feature sets of the characters directly from the input device(scanner) and can enhance processing time for character recognition without using preprocesses such as size normalization, and thinning. And during the recognition process we also enhance the recognition rate of features by considering the noise component and using composite feature. Simulations concerning the recognition rate comparision for some features was carried out by using Nearest Neighbor Classifier. We used total of 2088 character image set (for training-1044, testing-1044) in the simulation.

        Central venous catheterization via an internal jugular vein or subclavian vein has become a common procedure in monitonng CVP and managing severely ill patients. However, there have beennumerous reports of complications associated with central venous catheterization. These include vessel injury, pneumothorax, hemothorax, nerve injury, arrhythmias, artriovenous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and infection at the insertion site. We report a case of hemothorax after subclavian vein catheterization failure, along with successful treatment.
