        Mechanical Properties Improvement of Nanoclay Addition Epoxy 3D Orthogonal Woven Composite Material

        In this study, the influence of nanoclay on mechanical properties of epoxy/3D orthogonal glass fiber wovencomposite was studied. The DK2 polymer-grade organic nanoclay modification composite specimen reinforced with 3Dorthogonal woven fabric/epoxy was manufactured by means of Resin Infusion under Flexible Tooling (RIFT) process. Firstly, the modification mechanism with nanoclay was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Secondly, as far as the tensile behaviorbetween the fiber/matrix of the composite was concerned, the modification process was optimized by means of nonlinearleast square fitting. The results show that the bonding strength between the fiber and matrix was improved and thedelamination and debonding between fiber and matrix was retarded and shifted to cohesive failure of the matrix due to thenanoclay modification with respect to results from FT-IR, XRD and TEM. The tensile strength and modulus of compositewere increased by 23.32 % and 16.42 % respectively due to 3 of nanoclay addition. The contact angle also shows that thedispersion effect and wettability at this state. The tensile stress-strain curve was fitted by applying nonlinear fitting. It can beconcluded that there has a good modification effect with 3 wt% of nanoclay addition.

        Layout Optimization Method of Railway Transportation Route Based on Deep Convolution Neural Network

        To improve the railway transportation capacity and maximize the benefits of railway transportation, a methodfor layout optimization of railway transportation route based on deep convolution neural network is proposedin this study. Considering the transportation cost of railway transportation and other factors, the layout modelof railway transportation route is constructed. Based on improved ant colony algorithm, the layout model ofrailway transportation route was optimized, and multiple candidate railway transportation routes were output. Taking into account external information such as regional information, weather conditions and actual informationof railway transportation routes, optimization of the candidate railway transportation routes obtained bythe improved ant colony algorithm was performed based on deep convolution neural network, and the optimalrailway transportation routes were output, and finally layout optimization of railway transportation routes wasrealized. The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the optimal railway transportationroute, the shortest transportation length, and the least transportation time, maximizing the interests of railwaytransportation enterprises.

        Sustainable production of acetaldehyde from lactic acid over the carbon catalysts

        The synthesis of acetaldehyde from lactic acid over the carbon material catalysts was investigated. The carbon materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy for morphologic features, by X-ray diffraction for crystal phases, by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for functional group structures, by N2 sorption for specific surface area and by ammonia temperature-programed desorption for acidity, respectively. Among the tested carbon catalysts, mesoporous carbon displayed the most excellent catalytic performance. By acidity analysis, the medium acidity is a crucial factor for catalytic performance: more medium acidity favored the formation of acetaldehyde from lactic acid. To verify, we compared the catalytic performance of fresh activated carbon with that of the activated carbon treated by nitric acid. Similarly, the modified activated carbon also displayed better activity due to a drastic increase of medium acidity amount. However, in contrast to fresh carbon nanotube, the treated sample displayed worse activity due to decrease of medium acidity amount. The effect of reaction temperature and time on stream on the catalytic performance was also investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions, 100% lactic acid conversion and 91.6% acetaldehyde selectivity were achieved over the mesoporous carbon catalyst.

        Schisantherin A Improves Learning and Memory of Mice with D-Galactose-Induced Learning and Memory Impairment Through Its Antioxidation and Regulation of p19/p53/p21/ Cyclin D1/CDK4/RB Gene Expressions

        Schisantherin A (SCA) was evaluated for possible function in restoring the learning and memory impairment induced by D-galactose in mice. ICR mice were treated with D-galactose subcutaneously (220 mg·kg−1), and followed by SCA in different doses (1.25, 2.50 and 5.00 mg·kg−1, administered orally) for 42 days. Effects of SCA on learning and memory were examined by step-through tests and Morris water maze tests. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the peripheral blood and hippocampus of mice were assayed by water-soluble tetrazolium-1 (WST-1) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) methods. The contents of 8 hydroxy deoxy guanosine (8-OHdG) in the hippocampus of mice were detected by immunosorbent assay methods, respectively. Quantitative real-time PCR and Western Blot were respectively used to detect the expression of p19, p53, p21, cyclin D1, CDK4 and RB genes, and the phosphorylation of RB in the hippocampus of mice. We found that SCA significantly improved the learning and memory impairment induced by D-galactose in mice. After SCA treatment, SOD activity was increased and the content of MDA was decreased in both peripheral blood and hippocampus of mice. 8-OHDG content was also decreased in the hippocampus of mice. Furthermore, the expression of p19, p53 and p21 genes was reduced and the expression of cyclin D1 and CDK4 and the phosphorylation of RB protein were elevated in the hippocampus. SCA may improve the learning and memory impairment induced by D-galactose by enhancing the antioxidant capacity, and regulating the expression of p19/p53/p21/cyclinD1/CDK4 genes, and the phosphorylation of RB protein in the hippocampus of mice.

        The Stent-Assisted Coil-Jailing Technique Facilitates Efficient Embolization of Tiny Cerebral Aneurysms

        Objective: Tiny cerebral aneurysms are difficult to embolize because the aneurysm’s sac is too small for a single small coil, and coils within the aneurysm may escape from the confinement of a stent. This study was performed to introduce the stent-assisted coil-jailing technique and to investigate its effect on the coil embolization of tiny intracranial aneurysms. Materials and Methods: Sixteen patients with tiny intracranial aneurysms treated with the stent-assisted coil-jailing technique between January 2011 and December 2013 were retrospectively reviewed and followed-up. Results: All aneurysms were successfully treated with the coil-jailing technique, and at the end of embolization, complete occlusion of the aneurysm was achieved in 9 cases (56.3%), incomplete occlusion in 6 (37.5%), and partial occlusion in 1 (6.3%). Intraprocedural complications included acute thrombosis in one case (6.3%) and re-rupture in another (6.3%). Both complications were managed appropriately with no sequela. Follow-up was performed in all patients for 3–24 months (mean, 7.7 months) after embolization. Complete occlusion was sustained in the 9 aneurysms with initial complete occlusion, progressive thrombosis to complete occlusion occurred in the 6 aneurysms with initial near-complete occlusion, and one aneurysm resulted in progressive thrombosis to complete occlusion after initial partial occlusion. No migration of stents or coils occurred at follow-up as compared with their positions immediately after embolization. At follow-up, all patients had recovered with no sequela. Conclusion: The stent-assisted coil-jailing technique can be an efficient approach for tiny intracranial aneurysms, even though no definite conclusion regarding its safety can be drawn from the current data.

        Improvement on Fatigue Performance of 3-D Orthogonal Woven Composite with Nanoclay Modification

        3-D orthogonal woven composite (3DOWC) has attracted great interest in the industrial and energy fields, due totheir excellent mechanical properties. However, due to the poor bonding strength between fiber and epoxy, it’s mechanicalproperties, especially the fatigue behavior are critical for structural design in the practical applications. The nanoclaymodification composite reinforced with 3-D orthogonal woven fabric (3DOWF)/epoxy resin was fabricated using resininfusion under flexible tooling (RIFT). The quasi-static tensile and fatigue behavior of 3-D orthogonal woven composite(3DOWC) in 0 ° and 90 ° inclined to warp direction were evaluated and compared to the pristine one or composite materialnot modified with nanoclay. The fatigue behavior such as the S-N curves, stress-strain curves, stiffness degradation curvesand residual strength were also obtained. The results show that the tensile strength, modulus and the fatigue life wereimproved effectively due to nanoclay modification. However, the stiffness degradation of nanoclay addition in 90 ° directionwas decreased.

        Clinicopathologic and Prognostic Significance of the Zinc Finger of the Cerebellum Family in Invasive Breast Cancer

        Purpose: Five members of the zinc finger of the cerebellum (ZIC) family—ZIC1, ZIC2, ZIC3, ZIC4, and ZIC5—have been shown to be involved in various carcinomas. Here, we aimed to explore the clinicopathologic and prognostic roles of ZIC family members in invasive breast cancer patients using immunohistochemical analysis, western blotting analysis, and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Methods: A total of 241 female invasive breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy between 2009 and 2011 were enrolled. ZIC proteins in 241 pairs of breast tumors and corresponding normal tissues were investigated using immunohistochemistry and the clinicopathologic roles of proteins were analyzed using Pearson’s chi-square test. Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox regression analysis were also used to analyze the prognostic value of the ZIC proteins. In addition, 12 pairs of fresh-frozen breast tumors and matched normal tissues were used in the western blotting analysis and RT-qPCR. Results: Only ZIC1 expression in normal tissues was obviously higher than that in tumors (p<0.001). On multivariate analysis, ZIC1 expression (in overall survival analysis: hazard ratio [HR], 0.405, 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.233–0.702, p=0.001; in disease-free survival analysis: HR, 0.395, 95% CI, 0.234–0.669, p=0.001) was identified as a prognostic indicator of invasive breast cancer. Conclusion: ZIC1, but not the other proteins, was obviously decreased in breast tumors and associated with clinicopathologic factors. Thus, ZIC1 might be a novel indicator to predict the overall and disease-free survival of invasive breast cancer patients.

        Role of B-doping in g-C3N4 nanosheets for enhanced photocatalytic NO removal and H2 generation

        The photocatalytic application of graphic carbon nitrate (g-C3N4) was limited due to the shortcomings offew exposed active sites and serious recombination rate of photo-generated carrier. In this paper, Bdopedg-C3N4 nanosheets were synthesized by a two-step thermal polymerization method. AspreparedB-doped g-C3N4 nanosheets maintained the initial structure of g-C3N4. The composition analysisresults indicated the successful introduction of B element into the g-C3N4 structure. Under visible lightirradiation, as-prepared B-doped g-C3N4 nanosheets revealed excellent NO removal and hydrogen productionperformance, reaching 54% and 1639.29 lmol/g/h, respectively. The superior photocatalytic performancewas attributed to the ultrathin nanosheets obtained by thermal exfoliation, which have higherspecific surface area and more active sites. The introduction of B enhanced the charge migration and inhibitsthe recombination of photogenerated carriers. The cyclic experiment indicated that the sampleexhibited high stability. Enhanced photocatalytic mechanism from B doping was discussed.

        Kano모델에 기반한 박물관 문화 상품의 소비자 선호도 연구

        박물관은 문화재가 머무는 장소로서 지역이나 국가의 수천 년 동안 축적된 문화를 담거나 도시의 역사적 모습과 인문 정신을 전달한다. 박물관의 문화 상품은 전통 문화 자원을 활성화할 뿐 아니라 문화 전달의 중요한 전달체이다. 박물관의 문화상점은 박물관의 ‘마지막 전시실’로서 이것의 판매는 일정한 수익 창출 외에 박물관 홍보의 중요한 수단이다. 그러나 박물관의 문화 상품은 동일화, 문화적 함의 부족, 지역성 결핍 등 많은 문제가 있다. 본 연구는 박물관의 문화 상품을 대상으로 하고, 문화 3단계 이론을 가지고 박물관의 문화 상품의 속성과 품질을 분류하였다. 그리고 Kano 모델을 통해 문화 속성에 대한 쌍방향 설문을 진행하였다. 상품 속성과 소비자 선호도 간의 상관성을 탐색하고, 나아가 박물관 문화상품에 대한 소비자의 품질 욕구를 탐색하였다. 마지막으로 박물관 문화상품의 개발 과정에서 ‘소장유물의 형태 활용’, ‘인문 역사적 상황 조성’ 등을 최대한 충족시키고 ‘실용성’, ‘정서적 공감대’ 등 매력적인 문화속성을 적절히 더해야 한다. 박물관 문화상품의 세대교체를 통해 ‘조형 디자인’의 하나인 메타 문화적 속성을 높이는 등 개발전략을 수립해야 한다는 것이다. 문화 상품 개발에 정확한 위치를 제공하는 것이 소비자의 만족도를 높이는데 효과적이다. As the residency place of historical relics, the museum is loaded with the regional or national cultural heritage for thousands of years. It can show the historical features of the city and convey the humanistic spirit as well. The cultural commodities in the museum are not only a living exhibition of traditional cultural resources, but also an important carrier of cultural transmission. the cultural store in the museum, as the "last exhibition hall" of the museum, whose commodities on sale can bring certain revenue to the museum as well as play an important role in cultural advertising for the museum. With the introduction of cultural commodities in major museums, there appears lots of problems in the practical situation, such as high homogeneity, insufficient cultural connotation, unclear regional features and so on. Based on the three-level cultural theory, this study selects the cultural products on sale in the Cultural Relics Museum as the object to extract the attributes of cultural goods in the museum and sort out their qualities. The Kano model is used to conduct a two-way questionnaire on cultural attributes to explore the correlation between the cultural attributes of commodities and consumers' preference, and then to explore consumers' quality demands for museum cultural commodities. Finally, it is concluded that the necessary cultural attributes such as "using the form of cultural relics in the collection" and "shaping the humanistic and historical scene" should be satisfied as much as possible in the development process of museum cultural commodities, and the attractive cultural attributes such as "practicality" and "stimulating emotional resonance" should be appropriately increased. The iteration of museum cultural commodities has gradually improved the development strategies such as the one-dimensional cultural attribute of "shape has a sense of design". Provide precise positioning for the development of cultural commodities and effectively improve consumer satisfaction.
