        부산·울산·경남지역 직업병 감시체계

        Objective: Occupational medicine specialists in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam areas established an area-based occupational disease surveillance system and used this system to collected case information for the purpose of preventing occupational diseases Methods: l l hospital participated in this system. The authors selected five main diseases, which were hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WRMSD), occupational asthma, occupational skin disease and occupational and occupational lung cancer and established their case definitions. All cases were reported on the web, and real time analysis was conducted. Results: Between April 2001 and April 2003, 192 cases of HAVS, 118 cases of WRMSD, 33 cases of occupational asthma, 17 cases of occupational skin disease and 17 cases of occupational lung cancer (for a total of 377 cases of these five main diseases) were reported. most of the HAVS cases came from shipbuilding, and 172 of them (92.7%) were associated with grinding. Of the four main types of WRMSD, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) was the most prevalent with 46 cases and shipbuilding was also the main industry involved (83.9%). The ergonomic risk factors involved mainly associated with the hand. In 19 (57.6%) and 4 (12.1%) cases of occupational asthma, the agents involved. The causative agents of occupational lung cancer included Cr, welding fume, PAH, Ni, etc. 10(58.8%) of the cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma and 5(29.4%) as adenoma. Conclusion: This result showed that an area-based occupational disease surveillance system might provide an effective method of evaluating the prevalence of such diseases, however the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam provinces are too large to be treated as individual areas. Therefore, the authors suggest that each province should establish its own surveillance system.

        Using the current-potential equation of the following two cases of E-E mechanism based on an expanding electrode model, were studied the reduction mechanisms of various metals. ◁그림 삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요) And the logarithmic analysis of the average current-potential curves are carried out in the case of single wave being obtained. The results of this study showed that Lead(Ⅱ) is the case of both charge transfer steps being reversible(R-R CASE), Cadmium(Ⅱ) and Manganese(Ⅱ) are the case of first charge charge trasfer step being reversible while the second step being irrevers- ible(R-I CASE) and Hickel(Ⅱ) rlnd Cobalt(Ⅱ) are case of the first charge transfer step being irreversible and the second charge transfer step being reversible(I-R CASE ).

      • 퍼지 PI+D 제어기의 절계변수와 제어가 이득 자기동조에 관한연구

        This paper describes the design of the Proportional-Integral(PI) plus a Derivative(D) controller using self-tuning of the design variables and controller gains. First, the fuzzy PI+D controller is derived from the conventional continuous time linear PI+D controller. Then, the fuzzification, control-rule base, and defuzzification in the the fuzzy controller are discussed in detail. The resulting controller .is a discrete time fuzzy version of the conventional PI+D controller, which has the same linear structure, but is nonlinear functions of the input signals. The proposed controller enhances the self-tuning control capability, particularly when the process to be controlled is nonlinear. When the fuzzy PI+D controller is applied. First, the fuzzy inference results can be calculated with splitting fuzzy variables into each action component and are determined as the functional form of corresponding design variables and adjust controller gains. So the proposed method has the capability of the high speed inference and can be adapted to increasing the number of the fuzzy input variables easilly and has the advantage to reduce a reconstruction(digital sampling reconstruction) error. This controller has better efficiency and improvement by using a design variables and controller gains. 이 논문에서는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 자기 동조를 사용하는 PI+D 제어기 설계에 대하여 기술한다. 사용된 퍼지 PI+D 제어기는 일반적인 연속 시간 선형 PI+D 제어기를 근사화하여 사용하였고 퍼지화는 퍼지싱글톤으로, 비퍼지화는 간략화된 무게중심법을 사용하였다. 제안된 제어기는 제어대상이 비선형일 때 자기 동조 성능이 개선된다. 퍼지 PI+D 제어기가 적용되면 퍼지추정 결과는 분리된 퍼지 변수로서 다른 작용 성분으로 계산되고, 그 결과는 설계변수에 해당히는 함수의 형태로 결정되어 제어이득을 결정한다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 빠른 속도 추정의 성능을 가지며, 퍼지 입력변수의 증가에도 쉽게 적용될 수 있고, 재생 오차를 줄이는 이점을 가진다. 이 제어기는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 사용으로 보다 높은 효율성과 개선점을 가지고 있다.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between The Relationship between and Sports Preference Event and Value of Sports consumers. To achieve this purpose, the subjects were selected by cluster random sampling of adults in sports facilities, in Seoul, in 2001 at present. There were 414 male, 360 female used for the analysis. The total was 774. Data were collected by employing a questionnaire. The variables of this analysis were conducted value, sports items, demographic characteristics. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for the formalization factor of a Value of Sports consumers by Kim(1996). The collected data analyzed statistic program SPSS Windows 10.0 Version. The statistical analysis are descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, crosstabs, discriminant analysis. Through this process, the study has reached the following conclusions. First, value of sport consumers, sports event, are partly different by demographic characteristics. Second, Value of Sports consumers are influence of Sports Preference Event.

        韓國의 山村振興 現況과 展望에 관한 硏究

        이 연구는 첫째, 산촌의 개념과 범위, 산촌의 실태와 문제상황 등을 이론적으로 검토하고, 둘째, 1995년 이후 현재 추진되고 있는 산촌개발사업의 효과와 문제점을 규명한 다음, 셋째, 이를 토대로 향후 산촌진흥의 기본방향과 정책개선 방향을 모색코자 하였다. 1995년 시작된 산촌개발사업은 2002년 현재 47개 마을이 완료되었으며, 61개 마을이 사업추진 중이거나 사전설계중이다. 이 사업은 지자체와 지역주민으로부터 호응도가 높지만, 사업의 성격, 계획수립단계, 사업집행단계, 사업사후관리단계 등의 측면에서 상당한 문제점도 내포하고 있다. 따라서 산촌진흥을 포괄적으로 규정할 수 있는 독립적인 산촌진흥법(안)을 제정함으로서 산촌개발사업의 원활한 추진과 효과를 제고할 필요가 있다. 그리고 산촌지역의 지속적인 발전을 도모하기 위해서는 산촌 관련 이해 당사자간의 횡적ㆍ종적 연대를 강화하고, 조건불리지역 산촌에 대한 직접지불제, 우수 산촌개발마을에 대한 인센티브제, 도농교류 활성화 프로그램 및 산촌유학제도 등의 신규제도를 도입할 필요가 있다. This study was tried to discuss the concept, area, status, and problems of mountain village, to identify the effects and the difficulties of package development project of mountain village, and to find out principles and political improvement directions. Package development project of mountain villages has been carried out since 1995; 15 villages on initial design, 46 villages on the business propulsion, and 47 villages in project completion. The project is judged to be effective to keep or increase mountain village's population and households, to increase income, and to improve liveing environments. But the project has also many problems in the identity, planning, processing, and post management. So, it inferior liveing condition. And also, to take sustainable development of mountain village, it is needed to intensify across and downward joint of respondence related to mountain development, and to introduce the schemes such as incentive, studying in mountain village, intercourse between mountain and urban area.

      • 複極性固定層 電解槽에 의한 크롬 廢液의 電解處理(Ⅲ)

        For the purpose of electrolytic treatment of wastewater containing chromic ion, the Bipolar Packed Bed Electrode(BPBE) Cell of batch and continuous type was considered and experimented. Some results this study were summarized as follows : 1) When the electrolysis was carried out in the cell packed activated carbon from coconut shell, the reaction rate become higher than those in monopolar cell. 2) As applied volatage and particle size were increased, the reaction rate increased and chromic metal deposited on packed material. 3. As granular activated carbon packed in BPBE Cell, coconut shell was superior to lignite and the removal efficiency was the highest when the activated carbon was 4/6 mesh, the voltage was 20V. 4. When the artificial wastewater containing chromic ion was electrolyzed in BPBE Cell, the removal efficiency was over 98% (continuous type) .

      • 效率的인 不動産廣告에 관한 硏究

        Advertisement plays the importent role of information for both sellers and buyers. Advertisement is therefore an essentional element to successful real estate brokerage operation, too. But there are many differences between the real estate advertising and that of movable estate. I have researched five phases of obtainable effects on real estate advertisement. It turned out that our nations real estate advertisement has low obtainable effects except desire effect and it is analized that the reliance on the real estate is low. The summary of this study is presented as effective advertising of real estate.

      • 淨水場 슬러지의 堆肥化에 關한 硏究

        This study analyzed temperature, pH, electric conductivity, moisture contents and organic materials for composting which mixed bulking agents and composting necessaring additional materials a discharged sludge in water treatment plant. 1. Temperature was sustained at 55-65℃, highly at the water purifier sludge rate of 30%. 2. pH was neared neutral as passed the composting time. 3. The electric conductivity of organic materials compost was decleased to increasing of the composting time. 4. The content of moisture was showned from 20 to 30%. 5. The percentage of organic materials in compost was decreased to the composting time.
