        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.

      • 봄철 익산지역 환경대기 중 수용성 이온성분의 일별 침적량

        Deposition samples were collected in wet gauge and dry gauge containers at downtown of Iksan city, located southwest of the Korean peninsula, from April 20 to May 1, 2004. The volume of 30-50㎖ deionized water was added for wet gauge before sampling, but dry gauge was installed in the dry state with no deionized water adding. These samples were collected twice a day during daytime and nighttime and were analyzed for anions(Cl^(-), NO^(3-), SO₄^(2-)) and cations (NH₄^(+), Na^(+), K^(+), Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+)) using ion chromatography. Data quality was checked by the data obtained from re-injection of standard solution, Dionex cross check standard solutions, and random several deposition samples, and measured data was estimated to be reliable. Considering the deposition sample volume, the sampling time, the surface area of sampling container, and the ion concentration measured, the deposition amounts were calculated in mg/㎡/day. The sum of ion dry deposition amounts for dry gauge and wet gauge was 9.1±6.7 mg/㎡/day and 26.5±9.1 mg/㎡/day, respectively. A significant increase in deposition amount during rainfall days and Asian yellow dust period was observed for both wet gauge and dry gauge, especially during rainfall days having no difference of deposition amount between in wet gauge and in dry gauge. The mean deposition of all ions measured in this study were higher in wet gauge than in dry gauge because of the surface difference of the sampling container. The mean deposition amount of NH₄^(+), SO₄^(2-), and NO^(3-) in wet gauge were found to be about 27.6 times, 5.5 times, and 3.4 times higher. than that in dry gauge, while the rest of the chemical species were equal or a little higher in wet gauge than in dry gauge. Dominant species in dry gauge were SO₄^(2-) and Ca^(2+), accounting for 14.7% and 47.3% of the total ion dry deposition, whereas those in wet gauge were SO₄^(2-) and NH₄^(+), accounting for 27.7% and 27.1% of the total ion dry deposition, respectively.

      • 고추 풋마름병ㆍ역병 복합 저항성 계통육성

        풋마름병과 역병에 복합저항성인 계통을 육성하기 위한 노력으로서 앞서 역병 저항성으로 육성한 계통(16-2-2-3-2 = 역병 저항성 '칼미초', 19-1-3-7-1-1, 19-2-4-5-3-2 = 역병 저항성 '수비초', 김 등, 1996)과 풋마름병 저항성 계통(KC350 = MC 4, KC353 = PBC631)을 교배하여 육성한 F5와 BC1F4, F6와 BC1F5 세대에 대해 1999년과 2000년에 각각 풋마름병과 역병에 대한 복합저항성을 검정하였다. 풋마름병과 역병에 복합 저항성을 보인 개체를 선발하여 다음 세대의 종자를 채종하였다. In an effort to breed lines resistant to both bacterial wilt and Phytophthora blight, F5 and BC1F4, and F6 and BC4F5 generations of the crosses between the lines previously bred for resistance to Phytophthora blight ((16-2-2-3-2 = Phytophthora-resistant 'Kalmi', 19-1-3-7-1-1, 19-2-4-5-3-2 = Phytophthora-resistant 'Subi', Kim et al., 1996) and sources of resistance to bacterial wilt (KC350 = MC-4 or KC353 =PBC631, Kim et al., 1998) were evaluated for resistance to both bacterial wilt and to Phytophthora blight in 1999 and 2000, respectively. Plants which were highly resistant to both bacterial wilt and Phytophthora blight were selected for development of the next generations.

        The limnological survey of Lake Okjong was conducted for one year from June 1993 to May 1994 on the monthly basis. The loading of phosphorus, nitrogen and organic carbon from the watershed into the lake were monitored at the main in flowing sites. Secchi disc transparency , epilimnetic chlorophyll a, total nitrogen, total phosphorus concentration and primary production were in the range of 1.3~4.H m, 2.4~ 18.7 mg Chl/m³. 1.25~2.87 mg N/l, 7~65 mg P/m³, 325~2,113 mg C/m²/day, respectively. TN/Tl atomic ratio varled from 129 to 443. N/P ratio decreased in summer because phosphorus concentration was higher than in winter, while nitrogen did not vary much. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton was distinct. In winter and spring, diatoms, Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima and Aulacoseira italica were dominant while cyanobacteria, Microcystis sp.,M. ichthyovlabe, Phormidium sp. and P.valderianum var. tenuis were dominant in warm seasons. The dominant zooplankton species were Thertmocyclops taihokuensis in warm seasons while Boosmina longirostris were dominant in cold seasons. The organic carbon, nirtogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 8.0~14.8, 0.59~0.71, 1.14~1.87 ng N/g, respectively. The sediment of Lake Okjong can be classified as oligohumic based on C/N ratio. The total phosphorus loading from the watershed and fishfarm were estimated to be 2.7g P/m²/yr, which far exceeded the critical loading for eutrophication. The organic carbon loading from the watershed and primary production were determined to be 998t C/yr, 6,348t C/yr, respectively.       • 有機鹽素系 化合物(γ-BHC)을 投與한 마우스의 脂肪代射에 관한 硏究

        正常群, γ-BHC低用量 投與群, γ-BHC中等用量 投與群, 및 γ-BHC高用量 投與群에 對하여 Liver lipid classes의 定性分析, liver total lipid量 및 liver total cholesterol量을 測定하여 γ-BHC의 肝臟脂肪代謝에 미치는 영향을 檢討하였다. 測定方法은 Thin-layer chromatography와 吸光度測定法을 使用하였다. 그結果를 綜合하면 다음과 같다. 1) 正常群과 γ-BHC投與各群들의 liver lipid chasses는 同一하였다. 2) Liyer total lipid量은 正常群에 比해 γ-BHC 投與各群들에서 增加하였다. 3) Liyer total chalesterol量은 正常群에 比해 γ-BHC 投與各群들에서 增加하였다. The qualitative analysis of mouse liver lipid chasses was carried out by TLC. The total mouse liver lipid was determined by spectrophotometry. The total mouse liver cholesterol was determined by spectrophotometry. The above experimentes were carried out at non, low, medium and high concentration γ-BHC administrated mouses. The results were as follows: 1) The lipid classes of mouse liver were the same in normal and γ-BHC administrated mouses. 2) The total lipid of mouse liver was increased in γ-BHC administrated mouses. 3) The total cholesterol of mouse liver was increased in γ-BHC administrated mouses.

      • 일부 여성 근로자들의 산업보건 지식 및 태도에 관한 연구

        For the purpose of obtaining basic information for the implementation of occupational Health service for woman workers, the knowledge and attitude questionnaire study was carried out on 587 woman workers who were working in textile, machinery, chemical and other industries in Chunan area. The results of this study were as follows: 1. While more than 50% of woman workers in textile machinery and chemical industries worked 44 hours per week, higher proportion woman workers in other industries worked more than 48 hours per week. 2. The joining rate of trade union of workers was 68.5%, but the active participation rate was low regardless of type of industries. 3. While 48% of workers in textile industries thought their health as good condition only 29.3% of workers in chemical industries thought their health as good one. The rate of women in good health was higher in workers whose age were under 30 than those over 30. 4. While 55.2% of total workers answered their working conditions as normal, only 17.9% of workers did that their working condition were in good and bad condition. 5. Television was the most important source of information for occupational disease and hearing from colleague was next important source. On the other hand, 20.6% of workers answered that they never hear the word “occupational disease”. 6. While 53.7% of workers thought that improvement of working condition is the most important method for the prevention of occupational disease and 13.4% or workers thought that annual health examination is the most. On the other hand on 2.4% of workers thought that there was no method to prevent occupational diseases.

      • 주부소비자의 식품에 대한 불만족 연구

        The Purpose of this study is to find out the level of housewives' dissatisfaction with food and the effects of the related variables. The specific objectives of this study are as follows; 1) To examine the level of general dissatisfaction with foods, aggregated dissatisfaction with foods and six subordinate dissatisfaction of housewives with foods(safety, utility, price, convenicene, information, producer and marketer's morality ·government's regulation). 2) To find out the statistically differences among dissatisfactions according to demographic variables(age, education, income, family size, employment, food cost), knowledge about foods and foods buying behavior. For this purpose, a survey was conducted using questionnaires on 366 housewives living in Taegu. The major findings are as follows; 1) The level of general dissatisfaction was a little low but the level of aggregated dissatisfaction which aggregated six subordinate dissatisfaction was very high. The dissatisfaction with safety of foods was the most. The next rankings of dissatisfaction were price, producer and marketer's morality ·government's regulation, information, convenience and utility. 2) The related variables except food cost revealed statistically significant differences. The result of this study present the directions of consumer oriented foods policies, producer's marketing for foods and consumer education programs.

      • 대두단백질 가수분해물의 특성

        The present study was conducted to elucidate some characteristics of soy protein hydrolysates. The soy protein was obtained from defatted soy power by the treatment of n-hexan. The hydrolysates of soy protein were prepared from hydrolysis by bromelian and pepsin with the two kinds of samples of precooking for 30 min in steam oven and noncooking, and fractionated through Bio-gel P-4 column chromatography. Fractions of hydrolysates separated on the Bio-gel column chromatography were carried out to SDS-PAG electrophoresis, resulting to show some different bends from 66kD to 14.2kD of molecular weight. In addition, the fractions showed different activities of superoxide dismutase. From these results, it was found that the hydrolysates could be available to use in a lot of food industrial fields as new functional food materials because the hydrolysates had different characteristics in electrophoresis and could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase.

      • 생활체육참여자의 여가활동 유형이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        This research is designed to make a comparative analysis of the types of leisure activities and the degree of and life satisfaction by demographic background variable and to present basic materials necessary for the development of programs for local policies on leisure in accordance with the local autonomous system with a view to determining the relationship between life satisfaction by type of leisure activity. The following are the findings. First, the survey failed to test a statistically significant difference between family member's mutual satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of age, job and health and general life satisfaction, or the subordinate variable of income. But there was a statistically significant difference in life satisfaction by gender, age, education, job, income and health at a level of 1 percent. Second, the survey on the influences of the types of leisure activities on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction revealed that there was a statistically significant influences in all the subordinate variables of and life satisfaction.
