This study examines ways of housing usage and aspects of resident's life based on the representative traditional house "UNJORU" as time passed. In other words, it explains how the traditional life has changed. these days compared to late Joseon dynasty. It also explains how the meaning of the place changed by life style change and the aspect have changed in women's perspective. This is for restoring the time period that the life dairy was recorded later time period. We can trust Mrs. Lee who is the eldest resident of them at the present in UNJORU. The method of study proceeded by interview format. It is classified a meal place and a folk-beliefs the daily life the funeral rites non-daily life, such as in this process, was conducted to understand the consciousness and life form at the time of residents. As a result, Ryu's family life style has preferred a more modern life style than traditional life style by time as well as society changes. Through this research, It was possible to analyze how the external formality of traditional house has kept but internal formality has changed over time.

인터넷 이용의 급속한 증가로 웹사이트의 증가뿐만 아니라 웹사이트 내의 웹 문서도 급속한 증가를 보이고 있다. 따라서 이를 효과적으로 사용자들에게 보여주기 위한 동적인 추천 시스템들이 많이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 추천 시스템들은 전체 사용자들의 브라우징 패턴이나 전체 웹 문서들의 연관성만을 고려하여 서비스를 제공함으로써 개인 사용자들의 관심도를 고려하지 않은 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹사이트에 남게되는 로그파일의 분석을 이용한 사용자별 브라우징 패턴과 웹 페이지의 액세스 타임의 측정을 통해, 사용자의 관심도를 측정한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 웹 문서들에 대해서 퍼지개념을 적용한 자동분류 알고리즘을 이용하여 사용자의 관심도가 반영된 선별된 웹 문서를 자동 분류 및 선별하여 보여줄 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문은 한 장의 이미지로 카메라와 물체 사이의 거리를 실시간으로 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 일정한 거리 차이를 가지는 이중 평면 거울을 물체와 카메라 사이에 45도 각도로 위치 시킨 후 이미지를 얻게 되면 동일한 물체에 대해서 일정한 거리 차이가 나는 두 장의 이미지를 얻게 되는 효과를 가진다. 이 정보의 차이를 삼각측량법에 적용시키면 거울과 물체 사이의 거리를 측정할 수 있게 된다. 한장의 이미지로 거리를 측정 할 수 있기 때문에 이를 실시간 처리가 가능한 하드웨어로 구현 하였다.

금융시장통합화가 해외인수합병의 다각화효과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 피인수기업 국가의 금융시장통합화가 해외인수합병의 다각화효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2001년부터 2010년까지 10년간 한국거래소 유가증권시장에서 해외인수합병을 공시하고 그 효력이 발생한 169개의 사건을 표본으로 사건연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 한국거래소 유가증권시장에서는 해외인수합병에 있어 다각화디스카운트가 발생하나 금융시장통합화 정도가 높은 국가의 기업들과 다각화합병을 할 때에는 다각화프리미엄이 발생하여 인수기업 주주의 부에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이러한 본 연구는 해외인수합병에서 금융시장통합화가 다각화효과를 설명할 수 있는 또 하나의 변수임을 실증적 분석으로 증명해 보임으로써 해외인수합병의 연구에 있어 새로운 시각을 제시하고 있다는 것에 큰 의미를 가지고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial market integration on the diversification effects of M&As, and to analyze the effects of cross-border M&As on the KSE market for 10 years from 2001 to 2010. We find that diversification discounts in the KOSPI market have occurred in the cross-border M&As, but diversification premiums have occurred in the acquisitions of target companies belonging to countries with high financial market integration. This study is very meaningful in that it presents a new perspective on the study of cross-border M&As by demonstrating that the integration degree of financial markets is another variable that explains the diversification effect in cross-border M&As.

본 연구는 국제간 M&A의 집단적 특성에 따른 차별적인 시장반응과 그 원인변수를 인수기업의 재무적 특성변수에서 규명하고자 2001년부터 2010년까지 10년간 한국거래소 유가증권시장에서 국제간 M&A를 공시하고 그 효력이 발생한 169개 사건을 표본으로 사건연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 국제간 합병에서도 자국내 합병과 동일하게 규모효과(Size effect)가 존재하며, 다각화디스카운트(Diversification discount)가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 국제간 M&A의 규모효과는 현금창출능력과 수익성으로 설명되었고, 이는 기업내 성장요인이 큰 소규모 기업은 정보비대칭하에서 거래비용이 많이 드는 국제간 M&A를 통해 자신들의 부를 피인수기업의 주주에게 이전하는것을 꺼려한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 평균적인 다각화디스카운트 현상에도 불구하고 자기자본수익률(ROE)이 높은 기업들이 해외의 이종 기업과의 글로벌 다각화 합병을 할 때에는 시너지효과가 더욱 커서 시장에서 높은 초과수익률을 올리고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 자기자본 수익률이 다각화디스카운트를 뛰어넘을 수 있는 좋은 원동력이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이는 국내, 국외의 합병 연구에서 퍼즐로 남아있던 합병공시의 소규모효과와 다각화효과의 원인을 인수기업의 현금창출능력과 수익성을 대변하는 EBITDA/매출액과 자기자본수익률에서 찾음으로써 국내 및 국제간 M&A 연구에 있어 새로운 시각을 제공하였다는 데에서 큰 의미를 지닌다. This study analyzes the market performance of acquiring firms in the 169 global M&A transactions, occurred between 2001 and 2010, in the Korean stock market. We find that the size effect and the diversification discount are robust over the Korean firms’ global M&As in the same way as domestic mergers. Besides, the size effect of global M&As can be explained by an acquirer’s cash generation ability and profitability, implying that the small acquirers with high EBITDA/sales are not preferred to transfer their wealth to the target foreign companies because the global M&A transactions are risky under the circumstances of high information asymmetry. We also find that the acquirers with a higher return on equity (ROE) earn the higher returns when they diversify globally even though there exist on average diversification discount effects, which shows ROE can be the motive power to recover the diversification discount. The study presents new evidence that the size effect and the diversification discount in the global M&As, until now a puzzle, can be explained by EBITDA/sales and ROE, thereby offering a new perspective on the global M&A research.

움직임 추정 및 머신 러닝 기반 풍력 발전기 모니터링 시스템

We propose a novel monitoring system for diagnosing crack faults of the wind turbine using image information. The proposed method classifies a normal state and a abnormal state for the blade parts of the wind turbine. Specifically, the images are input to the proposed system in various states of wind turbine rotation. according to the blade condition. Then, the video of rotating blades on the wind turbine is divided into several image frames. Motion vectors are estimated using the previous and current images using the motion estimation, and the change of the motion vectors is analyzed according to the blade state. Finally, we determine the final blade state using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. In SVM, features are constructed using the area information of the blades and the motion vector values. The experimental results showed that the proposed method had high classification performance and its F1 score was 0.9790.
