        3상 다이오드정류기의 고조파 저감을 위한 CPLD 컨트롤러의 개발

        In this paper, CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) controller designed with VHDL is developed. With the controller, the harmonics from 3 phase diode rectifier are suppressed and power factor is also improved. The input current of diode rectifier is drawn from the ac mains only during the period in the ac cycle when the instantaneous voltage is greater than the voltage across the dc-link capacitor. The three bidirectional switches rated at very small power are installed in a conventional three phase diode rectifier. Using CPLD controller, an idle current charges to capacitors continuously. Results of simulation and experimental demonstrate a reduction of harmonics, a improvement of power factor and THD. 본 연구에서는 VHDL로 설계한 CPLD 제어기를 이용하여 3상 다이오드 정류기 입력전류에 포함된 고조파성분을 저감시켰다. 3상 다이오드는 매 순간 3상중에서 가장 높은 장에서 가장 낮은 장으로 전류가 흐르게 되므로 나머지 한 장의 전류가 불연속적이 된다. 개발된 CPID 제어기는 다어오드로 도통되지 않는 상의 전류를 부가적으로 설치한 스위치를 통하여 흐르게 하여 전류가 연속으로 도통되게 한다. CPLD 제어기는 기존의 디지털 프로세서를 이용한 제어기에 비해 고속의 처리능력과 소형화획 장점 등을 가점을 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험결과로 제안된 제어기의 성능을 검증하였다.

        Superior Semicircular Canal Dehiscence Syndrome Manifested as Menière’s Disease: A Case Report

        The absence of a temporal bone overlying the superior semicircular canal causes superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SSCD). The vestibular symptom of SSCD syndrome (SCDS) is vertigo and audiologic symptoms include autophony, hyper-acusis, and ear fullness. A 52-year-old man presented with left-sided unilateral hearing loss, aural fullness, and recurrent spinning-type vertigo. He had positive Hennebert sign and mixed-type hearing loss, with a prominent low-frequency air-bone gap. These symptoms reminded us of SCDS, and computed tomography (CT) revealed SSCD. However, the patient had not experienced vertigo until 1 week prior to the visit. In addition, the audiogram revealed fluctuation of hearing, which was aggravated when the vestibular symptoms manifested. Vertigo might be due to Menière’s disease rather than SCDS and SSCD was incidentally detected on CT. According to reviews, this is no reported case of SCDS mani-fested as Menière’s disease, so we report this case with a brief review of the literature.

        급성 신우신염을 가진 여성 환자에서 균혈증을 예측하기 위한 초기 혈장 프로칼시토닌, 젖산 및 C-반응성 단백질의 진단 성능 비교

        Objective: The purpose of the present study was to compare the diagnostic performance of initial procalcitonin, lactate, and high-sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) for predicting bacteremia in female patients with acute pyelonephritis (APN). Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of female APN patients who visited the emergency department (ED) at the studied hospital between January 2015 and December 2016. The main outcome was bacteremia, which was reported via the first blood culture at ED. The patient demographics, co-morbidities, physiologies, and laboratory variables including initial procalcitonin, lactate, and hsCRP levels, were collected and analyzed to identify associations with the presence of bacteremia. The area under the receiver operating curve (AUROC) and sensitivity (SE)/specificity (SP) were calculated for each variable. Results: During the study period, 282 patients were enrolled. A total of 105 (37.2%) patients had bacteremia. Escherichia coli was the most frequent pathogen. The AUROC was 0.70 (0.63-0.76), 0.70 (0.63-0.76), and 0.56 (0.49- 0.63) for the procalcitonin, lactate, and hsCRP, respectively. At a cut-off value of 0.163 ng/mL, the procalcitonin level predicted bacteremia, with a SE /SP of 95.2%/22.6%, respectively. At a cut-off value of 0.7 mmol/L, the lactate level predicted bacteremia with a SE/SP of 96.2%/20.9%, respectively. The combination of a procalcitonin level >0.447 ng/mL or a lactate level >0.7 mmo/L was chosen, as they showed 100% SE and a 100% negative predictive value. Conclusion: The initial serum procalcitonin and lactate levels showed similar and fair discriminative performance for predicting bacteremia in female APN patients, while the hsCRP level showed poor performance. The combination of procalcitonin and lactate (procalcitonin level≤0.447 ng/mL and lactate≤0.7 mmol/L) can be used to identify patients at low risk of bacteremia.

        하향적 영향력 전술이 리더십 효과성에 미치는 영향: 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과

        This study attempted to examine the effects of influence tactics and ethical leadership on leadership effectiveness(task commitment, influence effectiveness, and managerial effectiveness). Data of this study were obtained 394 employees of company and public organization. The empirical analysis show that rational tactics such as rational persuasion and soft tactics such as consultation, ingratiation was found to have a positive impact on the leadership effectiveness while hard tactics such as pressure, exchange have a negative impact on the leadership effectiveness. Ethical Leadership was found to have a positive impact on the leadership effectiveness such as task commitment, influence effectiveness, and managerial effectiveness. This study also examine interactive effects on the relationship between influence tactics and leadership effectiveness. The empirical results show ethical leadership was found to have a positive moderating impact on the relationship between rational tactics such as collaboration and task commitment. Also ethical leadership was found to have a positive moderating impact on the relationship between hard tactics such as pressure and managerial effectiveness. 본 연구는 영향력 전술과 윤리적 리더십이 리더십 효과성(과업몰입, 영향력 효과성, 관리적 효과성)에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 한다. 또한 영향력 전술과 리더십 효과성 간의 관계에서 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 394명의 기업과 공공조직 구성원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석결과 영향력 전술과 리더십 효과성의 관계를 보면 합리적 전술 중 합리적 설득, 연성적 전술 중 상담 및 비위 맞추기가 리더십 효과성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 강성적 전술 중 압력 및 교환이 리더십 효과성에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 윤리적 리더십과 리더십 효과성의 관계를 보면 윤리적 리더십은 종속변수인 리더십 효과성 즉 과업몰입, 영향력 효과성, 관리적 효과성 등에 대해 모두 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 영향력 전술과 리더십 효과성 간의 관계에서 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 실증결과 합리적 전술인 협력과 과업몰입과의 관계에서 윤리적 리더십이 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과를 보이고, 강성적 전술인 압력과 관리적 효과성과의 관계에서 윤리적 리더십이 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과를 보였다.

        알칼리화합물과 텅스텐/바나듐산화물의 기계화학반응을 이용한 수 침출 연구

        알칼리화합물과의 기계화학반응을 통해 산화물로부터 텅스텐(W)과 바나듐(V) 성분의 수 침출 특성을 조사하였다. 기계화학반응은 알칼리화합물의 혼합율과 분쇄시간을 변화시키면서 실시하였고, 그 결과, 수용성 용해특성의 $Na_2WO_4$와 $NaVO_3$가 각각 생성되었으며 수 침출에 의한 W, V의 침출특성은 알칼리화합물의 혼합율과 분쇄시간에 비례하여 증가하였다. 99% 이상의 침출율은 각각 30분 (W), 5 분 (V)의 짧은 기계화학적 처리를 통하여 달성되었다. 이러한 기계화학적 처리를 통하여 텅스텐, 바나듐산화물로부터 수 침출에 의한 추출이 가능하였고, 이 공정은 탈질촉매로부터 텅스텐, 바나듐의 선택적 회수에 적용될 수 있다. Water leaching of tungsten(W) and vanadium(V) was researched from their oxides through mechanochemical (MC) reaction with alkali compounds. Intensive grinding for the mixture of tungsten/vanadium oxide and alkali compounds (NaOH, $Na2CO_3$) was carried out with change of their mixing ratios and grinding duration. Water soluble compounds, $Na_2WO_4$ and $NaVO_3$, were synthesized through MC reaction and their solubilities increased in proportion to the mixing ratio of sodium compound and grinding times. Whereas vanadium leachability was less affected by the mixting ratio and grinding times. The leachabilities of 99.0% were accomplished by a short period of MC treatment, W (30 min.) and V (5 min.). This process enable us to extract W and V from their oxides via a water leaching, and can be applied to the selective recovery of W and V from $DeNO_x$ spent catalysts.

        단각등골기형에 대한 이소골 성형술

        Congenital anomalies of ossicle in the middle ear are rare and could appear in various forms. The most common congenital isolated ossicular anomalies are stapes fixation and incudostapedial discontinuity, with isolated congenital stapes fixation representing about one third of ossicular malformations. We present a rare case of monocrural anomaly of unilateral stapes in a 36-year-old woman with nonprogressive conductive hearing loss. During explotympanotomy, the lateral half of the suprastructure of anomalous stapes was removed and sculptured total ossicular replacement prosthesis was fitted between the long process of incus and remained stapes. Postoperative pure tone audiogram showed a significant decrease in air-bone gap. We report this case with a review of literature.
