        실내조건에서 무당벌레(Harmonia axyridis : Coleoptera: Coccinellidae)의 각 발육단계에 친환경농자재가 미치는 영향

        무당벌레(H. axyridis)는 세계적으로 진딧물의 포식자로 널리 알려지면서 농생태계내에서 진딧물을 방제하기 위한 방제인자로 많이 사용하고 있다. 또한 국내에서는 농약의 사용을 억제하는 정부정책과 소비자의 요구 등으로 인하여 친환경농업이 확대되면서 친환경농자재들이 많이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 친환경농자재의 사용은 무당벌레에 직간접적으로 영향을 미칠 수가 있다. 살충성친환경농자재(IEFAMs)의 경우 무당벌레의 각 발육단계에 대하여 대부분 안전한 경향을 나타내고 있다. 살균성친환경농자재(FEFAM)의 경우에도 FEFAM A를 제외한 다른 종류들은 무당벌레에 대하여 영향이 적다. 토양미생물친환경농자재(EFAMSM)인 EFAMSM C와 H는 무당벌레 알의 부화율을 떨어뜨릴 수가 있으며, EFAMSM A와 F는 1령 유충에 피해를 줄 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 식물성추출물친환경농자재(EFAMPE)는 EFAMPE A와 D는 무당벌레 알에 치명적인 독성을 보이고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 그 이외의 다른 조사된 농자재들은 무당벌레에 비교적 독성이 약한 것으로 평가되었다. The multicolored Asian ladybird beetle (Harmonia axyridis) has been commonly used with biological control agents for control of several kinds of aphids in agroecosystems. Also, environment friendly agricultural materials have been commonly applied in crop fields because the government held down pesticide application and environment friendly agricultures are gradually increased with consumer's desires. The multicolored Asian ladybird beetles may be directly or indirectly under the influence of environment friendly agricultural materials In crop fields. The insecticidal environment friendly agricultural materials (IEFAMs) might be saff against each developmental stage of multicolored Asian ladybird beetle. Fungicidal environment friendly agricultural materials (FEFAMs) had a miner effect to each developmental stage of multicolored Asian ladybird beetle with the exception of FEFAM A. Environment friendly agricultural materials contained useful soil microorganisms (EFAMSMs) C and H might be down the hatching rate of eggs, and EFAMSM A and F had a killing effect to 1st instar of lady beetles. Environment friendly agricultural materials contained plant extracts (EFAMPEs) A and D might be suffered effect a deathblow of egg hatching with lady beetles. Otherwise, there was a miner effect to lady beetles with the rest of tested environment friendly agricultural materials.

      • 미국 의학드라마에 나타난 간호이미지와 역할수행 연구

        We tried to inquire the people's views on nursing or nurses, correct the image of nurse and take it as a basis to be applied on nursing education examining the image of nursing on Television drama playing a important role of mass media. 523 nurses of the characters in drama is applied to the analysis object of this study by selecting 3 American medical dramas, Grey's Anatomy, House M.D, E.R from 2005 to 2007. Contents analysis method was used in Data Analysis, which was used in Lim Mi-lim ?Research on contents analysis on image of nursing on television drama?, 7 Items was used after Coders previously modify and compensate it based on research documents of Kalish & Kalisch(1986), Yoon Young(1983), Lee Hye-Ok(1982), Lee Young-Bok, etc in analysis items. Before making the coding, we did pre-test. 6 Coders made of 3teams, 2 Coders are in each team, made the Codings the article on each person by Item seeing the recorded Film. An each team makes coding about 50episodes, total 147episodes for 2weeks. We used double coding and when the results are different between two coders, we decided just one result through mutual agreement. The average of reliability degree was 97.4% which measured the reliability degree by the method of Holsti. The statistic method of Frequency, Percentage was used using EXCEL Program in data processing. The result of research is as follows. 1. The general feature of nurses on the drama is that they are women(92.7%) which is 20 or 30-aged(70.5%). 2. Relative importance of 65.2% nurses in drama is depicted as surrounding characters and most of them was expressed as the character plating surrounding role. 3. The affair attitude of nurses shown on drama is revealed as active(24.5%), autonomous(32%), kind(16.8%), mechanical(23.2%) and adept(28.4%). However, unknown category is the highest in all affairs. 4. The professional activity of nurses was classified with professional/simple affair, The professional activity of nurses was 80% and simple activity of nurses was 22.9%. The professional activity of nurses was classified with personal/assistant affair. The personal activity of nurses was 61.9% and assistant activity of nurses was 15.1%. 5. The place nurses of the drama appears are hospital(97.7%). 6. The appearance feature of nurses is shown on common physique (55.0%), common stature(79.3%), common appearance(76.1%), common dignity(97.5%) and decent (51.1%). 7. The feature of character of nurses depicted on Television drama is neutral in all 11 affairs. We want the following epigraph based on above conclusion. 1. The continuos research intended for mass people is required about how their image of nurse is changed after watching medical drama. 2. The research to construct monitoring mass media system and make plans for developing is required for nurse image being in a triangular position as a professional job.

      • Fabrication of A/R-TiO<sub>2</sub> composite for enhanced photoelectrochemical performance: Solar hydrogen generation and dye degradation

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Anatase/rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorods composites were prepared by a facile hydrothermal method followed by dip coating method using titanium isopropoxide in acetic acid and ethanol solvent. The effects of the titanium isopropoxide precursor concentration, on the formation of dip coated anatase/rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorods composite were systematically explored. The growth of anatase on rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorods can be controlled by varying the titanium isopropoxide concentration. The morphological study reveals that anatase TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanograins formed on the surface of rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorod arrays through dip coating method. Photoelectrochemical analyses showed that the enhancement of the photocatalytic activities of the samples is affected by the anatase nanograins present on the rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorods, which can induce the separation of electrons and holes. To interpret the photoelectrochemical behaviors, the prepared photoelectrodes were applied in photoelectrochemical solar hydrogen generation and orange II dye degradation. The optimized photocurrent density of 1.8mAcm<SUP>−2</SUP> and the 625μmolhydrogen generation was observed for 10mM anatase/rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NRs composites. Additionally, 96% removal of the orange II dye was achieved within 5h during oxidative degradation under solar light irradiation. One of the benefits of high specific surface area and the efficient photogenerated charge transport in the anatase/rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanorod composite improves the photoelectrochemical hydrogen generation and orange dye degradation compared to the rutile TiO<SUB>2</SUB>.         실내조건에서 친환경농자재가 기생성 천적곤충에 미치는 영향

        시설하우스의 주요 난방제 해충인 온실가루이, 진딧물 및 아메리카잎굴파리의 생물적 방제를 위해 사용되는 온실가루이좀벌, 콜레마니진디벌 및 굴파리좀벌 굴파리고치벌에 대한 친환경농자재 사용에 따른 영향을 조사하였다. 먼저 친환경농자재가 천적과 직접 접촉하였을 경우의 영향을 알아보기 위하여, 온실가루이좀벌의 머미에 분무하였을 경우, 61개 품목 중에서 살균성친환경농자재인 FEFAME (0.4%), 몰리브덴함유친환경농자재 G (2.7%)를 뿌린 경우에는 거의 우화하지 않았다. 또한, 성충에 미치는 잔효독성을 조사한 결과, 식물성추출물친환경농자재 J 와 몰리브덴함유친환경농자재인 EFAMMo C는 처리 후 48시간 후의 생존율이 0%였고, 미량요소함유친환경농자재인 EFAMME B (6.7%)., 식물성추출물친환경농자재인 EFAMPE H, 토양미생물친환경농자재인 EFAMSM H (13.3%), 살균성친찬경농자재인 FEFAM A와 D (20.0%) 등이 처리 48시간 후 생존율이 낮게 나타났다. 콜레마니진디벌의 경우 직접접촉에 대한 평가에서 머미에 분무하는 경우에는 대조구(물)조차도 22%의 낮은 우화율을 보이고 있으며, 성충에 대한 잔효효과의 경우에, 몰리브덴함유친환경농자재인 EFAMMo C는 처리 48시간 후 0%의 생존율을 나타내었고, 식물성추출물친환경농자재인 EFAMPE J (6.7%), EFAMPE F 와 EFAMPE H, 토양미생물친환경농자재인 EFAMSM H (13.3%)등이 20% 이하의 낮은 처리 후 48시간 후의 생존율을 나타내었다. 굴파리좀벌 굴파리고치벌의 경우에는 식물성추출물친환경농자재인 EFAMPE J가 처리 후 48시간 후 0%의 생존율를 나타내었고, 몰리브덴함유친환경농자재인 EFAMMo C가 53.3%로 낮은 처리 후 48시간 후의 생존율을 보였으며, 이외 친환경농자재에 대하여는 영향이 거의 없거나 낮은 것으로 나타나고 있다. For the biological control of the greenhouse whitefly, aphids, American leaf-miners, Encarsia formosa, Aphidius coiemani, Diglyphus isaea, and Dacnusa sibirica were used as biological control factors. Otherwise, many kinds of environment friendly agricultural materials were also used in the kindly environment friendly farming. For testing the toxicity of environment friendly agricultural materials against to insect parasitoids as biological control factors, 61 environment friendly agricultural materials were selected by using methods and periods with insect parasitoids in the greenhouses. Environment friendly agricultural materials were sprayed to mummies and adults of E. formosa and A. colemani, and adults of Diglyphus isaea and Dacnusa sibirica in laboratory condition. Emergence rates were checked during 12 days after spray to mummies of E. formosa and A. colemani, and survival rates were at 24 and 48 hours after viral test for adult parasitoids, with 10% sugar solution. Emergence rates of E. formosa mummies were inhibited by sprayed the fungicidal environment friendly agricultural material (FEFAM) E and the environment friendly agricultural materials contained molybdenum (EFAMMo) G as 0.4 and 2.7%, respectively. E. formosa adults were not survived in vial for 48hours after sprayed and dried with the environment friendly agricultural materials contained plant extract (EFAMPE) J and the EFAMMo C. The environment friendly agricultural materials contained microelements (EFAMMEs) B and EFAMPE H, environment friendly agricultural materials contained useful soil microorganisms (EFAMSMs) H, FEFAM A and FEFAM D were recorded low survival rates of E. formosa adults with 6.7, 13.3, 13.3, 20.0 and 20.0, respectively. In case of the spraying environment friendly agricultural materials to mummies of A. colemani there were low emergence rate from mummies to adults as around 20s % with water spraying as control. A. colemani adults were not survived in vial with EFAMMo C. EFAMPE J, EFAMPE F, EFAMPE H, EFAMSM H were recorded low survival rates under 20% as 6.7, 13.3, 13.3 and 13.3, respectively, D. isaea and D. sibirica adults were not survived in vial with EFAMPE J. EFAMMo C was 53.3% of survival rates in 48 hours vial tests. D. isaea and D. sibirica were not affected by environment friendly agricultural materials compared with E. formosa and A. colemani.

        Energy Transfer from Ethidium to Cationic Porphyrins Mediated by DNA and Synthetic Polynucleotides at Low Binding Densities

        The fluorescence of ethidium bound to DNA, poly[d(A-T)$_2$], and poly[d(G-C)$_2$] at a [ethidium]/[DNA] ratio of 0.005 was quenched by porphyrins when both ethidium and the porphyrins simultaneously bound to the same polynucleotide. The quenching was tested using the "inner sphere" and the "Forster resonance energy transfer" (FRET) models, with the latter found to contribute, at least in part, to the quenching. Meso-tetrakis(N-methylpyridinium-4-yl)porphyrin (TMPyP) exhibited a higher quenching and FRET efficiency than cis-bis(N-methylpyridinium-4-yl)porphyrin (BMPyP) for all of the tested DNA and polynucleotides, demonstrating that energy transfer efficiency is affected by the number of positive charges of porphyrins.

        Sterigmatocystin is a mycotoxin produced by fungi of the genus Aspergillus (mainly A. nidulans and A versicolor). Sterigmatocystin shares its biosynthetic pathway with aflatoixns. The aim of this study is to optimize the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of sterigmatocystin and aflatoxins (B<sub>1</sub>,B<sub>2</sub>,G<sub>1</sub>,G<sub>2</sub>)inrice, simultaneously. Targetsampleswereextractedwith0.1 % formic acid in 50 % acetonitrile then purified with Isolute cartridge (solid phase extraction). Separations by HPLC were mainly conducted with a Cadenza C18 analytical column using 0.1% formic acid and 5 mM ammonium formate under gradient condition with ultrapure water and methanol. The mycotoxins were detected by electrospray ionization in positive or negative ion with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) and mass spectrometric conditions were optimized in order to increase selectivity and sensitivity. The developed method was validated in terms of linearity, trueness, precision, limits of detection and quantification. Matrix-matched calibration was used for quantification, with regression coefficients (R2) ≥ 0.98.

        Tribological and Nano‑Scratch Properties of Aluminum (A356) Based Hybrid Composites Reinforced with MWCNTs/Alumina Fiber

        In this article, the tribological properties of aluminum/MWCNTs/Al2O3sf hybrid composites with varying volume fractionof 10 vol%, 15 vol% and 20 vol% was investigated under dry sliding conditions. The experiments were performed accordingto design of experiments approach using Taguchi method to predict the wear properties of composites. The results indicatedthat the composites of 15 vol% had lower wear loss, whereas the coefficient of friction (COF) decreased significantly at 20vol%. Taguchi based ANOVA analysis showed that the sliding distance was found to be the prominent factor controllingthe wear loss; applied load influenced COF most significantly. It could also be noticed that the COF and wear loss increaseswith an increase in sliding load and sliding distance. The decrease in wear loss and the COF can be attributed to the selflubricationeffect of MWCNTs, and the combined effect of reinforcements in the composites. In addition, nanoscratch testwas performed to determine the COF and the effect of the reinforcements on local regions of the composites. The resultsrevealed that higher friction force was obtained near the regions of MWCNTs and Al2O3sfwhile nanoscratching. The COFof composites of 20 vol% was found to slightly higher compared to that of 10 vol% and 15 vol%. This is attributed to thepresence of MWCNTs cluster within the Al2O3sfnetwork results prevent the micro-plastic deformation of Al matrix, and theformation of tribofilms with nanoscaled thickness in the scratch region. These friction and wear results indicate that the presenceof a limited amount and size of MWCNTs clusters are beneficial to the tribological properties of the hybrid composites.

        Laser Ablation에 의한 $(Ba_{0.5}, Sr_{0.5}) Tio_3$박막의 제조와 전극에 따른 전기적 특성

        Laser ablation기술에 의해 Pt와 $YBa_Cu_3O_{7-x}$(YBCO)전극위에 epitaxially성장된 BST박막의 조성과 전기적 특성이 연구되었다. RBS분석으로부터 Pt전극 위에 증착된 BST박막의 결정성이 YBCO전극 위에 증착된 것보다도 더 우수하였다. $600^{\circ}C$에서 Pt 전극위에 증착된 BST박막은 100kHz의 주파수에서 유전상수가 320, 유전손실이 0.023이었다. Pt전극위에 증착된 BST박막의 누설전류 밀도가 TBCO전극위에 증착된 것 보다도 더 작았다. 0.15MV/cm의 전기장 하에서 누설전류밀도는 약 0.8 $\mu \; A/ \textrm{cm}^2$이었다. The chemical composition and electrical properties were investigated for epitaxially crystallized $(Ba_{0.5}Sr_{0.5})Tio_3$ (BST) films deposited on Pt and $YBa_Cu_3O_{7-x}$(YBCO) electrodes by laser ablation technique. The crystalline quality of the heteroepitaxial BST films deposited on Pt bottom electrode was found to be better than that of BST film on YBCO electrode by the RBS analysis. Films deposited at $600^{\circ}C$ on Pt electrode showed a dielectric constant of 320 and a dissipation factor of 0.023 at 100kHz. Leakage current density of BST films on Pt electrode was smaller than that on YBCO bottom electrode. Their leakage current density was about 0.8$\mu \; A/ \textrm{cm}^2$ at an applied electric field of 0.15MV/cm.

        오디 분말 첨가가 들기름 마요네즈의 품질특성 및 산화 안정성에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to investigate the changes in antioxidant activities, quality characteristics, and storage stability of mayonnaise prepared with perilla oil with the addition of mulberry powder ranging from 0 to 5%. The antioxidant activities of perilla oil mayonnaise (PM), as determined by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, as well as FRAP and total phenolics content were improved by the addition of mulberry powder compared with the control sample. Antioxidant activities were dependent on the amount of mulberry powder added. Lipid oxidation of PM decreased with a higher amount of mulberry powder, based on measurements of peroxide value. The emulsion stability of PM increased with decreases in the amount of mulberry powder level. The a-value in PM color increased with increasing amount of mulberry powder. Sensory evaluation showed that the highest score in overall acceptability of PM was achieved with 4% mulberry.

        부검에 대한 일반 대학생과 의과 대학생의 인식도

        The attitude toward the use of autopsies affects the incidence of performance of th procedure. In foreign countries, many studies on this subjects have been conducted. However, in Korea, no study has been reported. We hypothesized that the general university students may be negative, whereas the medical college students may have positive attitude toward the use of autopsies. In contrary to our hypothesis, there existed only a little difference for the attitude toward conducting an autopsy between the general university students and the medical students. Both groups had positive attitudes toward autopsy. When the medical students become medical doctors, the main reason for not requesting patients to be conducted an autopsy is that their family members may feel offended. These results show that the low incidence of autopsy cases in Korea is caused not by the attitude of the general population, but by the attitude of medical doctors. Thus, we should make every effort to increase the incidence of autopsy by educational programs and discussions about autopsy and death.
