The endodontically treated tooth is generally restored with post & core, owing to the brittleness and the loss of large amount of tooth structure. Although there have been lots of studies about the endodontically treated teeth, the three-dimensional quantitative studies about the strees distribution of them are in rare cases. In this study, it was assumed that the coronal portion of the upper incisou had severely damaged. After the root canal therapy it was post cored, and restored with PFM crown, for this experiment nine types of model were constructed : 1); long, 2); medium, 3); short gold post for the roots supported with a narmal alveolar bone, 4); long, 5); medium, 6); short gold post for the roots supported with an alveolar bone resorbed to its 1/3 of root length, 7); long, 8); medium, 9); short base metal post for the roots supported with an alveolar bone resorbed to its 1/3 of root length. Force was applied from two directions. One was functional maximum bite force(300N) applied to the spot just lingual to the incisal edge with the angle of 45 degrees to the long axis of the tooth, and the other one was horizontal force(300N) applied to the labial surface. The results analyzed with three-dimensional finite element method were as follows : 1. Stress was concentrated on the middle portion of the labial side dentin of the root and the lingual portion of the apical dentin of the root. Stress in the post showed maximum value at 2 mm above the post apex. 2. In case of the long post and base metal post, strees was concentrated on the apex of the root and the post. 3. In case of the longer post, the displacement on the post-cement interface was lessened. The gold post was more displaceable than the base metal post. 4. In case of the alveolar bone resorption, stress concentrated on the root and the post and displacement on the post-cement interface were increased.

Searches for the Dark Photon at Fixed Target Experiments

Recent astrophysical observations provided indirect evidences for sub-GeV, light, dark-matter (DM). A new gauge particle in this mass range could exist as an extra $U(1)$ gauge particle, called the dark photon. The dark photon can mix weakly with a ordinary photon and can mediate interactions of DM. If the dark photon is massive enough, it can decay into a pair of standard-model (SM) particles or DM particles. Light dark-matter particles in the MeV to GeV mass range, as well as in other mass ranges, have not been the subjects of intensive experimental researches. Large statistics is needed to search for dark-photon-mediated interactions. Therefore, high-power accelerators can be used to look for the dark photon. In this article, we review the current status of the experimental searches at various fixed-target experiments and the experiments planned in the near term future.

스페셜티 커피에 대한 소비자 인식과 재구매 의도와의 영향 관계 분석

국민 소득 증대로 인한 스페셜티 커피에 관한 관심은 급증하고 있으나 이와 관련된 연구는 활발히 진행되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스페셜티 커피에 대한 소비자 인식이 재구매 의도에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 스페셜티 커피 구매 결정과 관련하여 소비자의 편익추구의 매개효과에 대하여 실증분석을 하고자 했으며 분석을 위한 자료는 스페셜티 커피를 구매한 경험을 가진 276명을 대상으로 2022년 09월 2일부터 9월 10일(9일간)에 걸쳐 설문 조사하였고, 통계프로그램을 통해 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 스페셜티 커피에 대한 소비자 추구편익이 높아지면 재구매 의도도 함께 증가하는 유의적인 결과는 있었지만 지불가치에 대한 인식은 상징적 추구편익과는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻지 못했다. 이는 스페셜티 커피는 가격 차원을 넘어 자아 표현과 아울러 사회적인 상징성으로 이미 자리를 잡았음을 의미하는 것으로서 소비자가 얻고자 하는 효용가치와 직접적으로 연결되는 커피 서비타이제이션(Servitization)의 향상을 통한 차별화 전략을 도모해야 될것으로 사료된다본 연구를 통해 고급 커피에 대한 수요 증가와 커피산업의 전문성 강화에 따라 스페셜티 커피에 대해 고객이 가지는 인식의 관점을 중심으로 구체적인 마케팅 전략의 수립이 절실히 요구된다는 의견을 제시하고자 한다.

Although gastric hyperplastic polyps are recognized as benign lesions, there is concern regarding carcinomatous changes in the polyps, depending on their size. If the polyp size is larger than 1.0∼2.0 cm, endoscopic resection is usually recommended. Gastric hyperplastic polyps easily undergo changes in their shape and size over time. However, spontaneous regression of hyperplastic polyps is very rare. We present a recent case wherein gastric hyperplastic polyps disappeared spontaneously. 지역축제 서비스품질이 방문객 참여행동에 미치는 영향 : 관여도 조절효과‘2019 거제 바다로 세계로’축제를 중심으로

본 연구는 대표적인 해양 축제 중 하나인‘2019 거제 바다로 세계로’축제를 배경으로 지역축제 서비스품질이 방문객 참여행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고 또한 관여도가 지역축제 서비스품질과 방문객 참여행동에 미치는 영향정도가 어떠한가를 알아보고자 하는 목적으로 축제 기간인 2019년 08 월 01일 부터 08월 04일까지 4일 동안 축제를 방문한 방문객들을 대상으로 구조라해수욕장 등 4군데의해수욕장에서 총 367부의 유효한 설문자료를 통해분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역축제 서비스품질의 하위요인 중 확신성, 공감성, 신뢰성 이상 3가지 항목 모두 참여행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관여도가 지역축제 서비스 품질과 방문객 참여행동에 미치는 영향의 조절효과를 실시한 결과는지역축제 서비스 품질과 방문객 참여행동의 개별적인 조절효과를 보면 확신성*관여도는 방문객 참여행동에 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다. 따라서 고려될 수 있는 시사점은 지역축제를 방문한 관광객의 만족도가 높으면 높을수록 지속가능한성공적인 축제가 될 것이 자명함으로 축제 관계자들은 이점을 유념해서 축제를 기획해야 될 것이고, 진행요원을 잘 교육시켜 역할 비중을 높여 적극적인 서비스 제공을 보다 빠르게 함으로써 중요하게 인식하지 못했던 곳으로부터 의외의 긍정적 고객행동이나올 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is job satisfaction and customer orientation by dividing the work environment of restaurant franchise employees into physical environment, superior factors, peer factors, and welfare environment factors. And The moderating effect of the organizational support awareness on the basis of previous studies was conducted. For an empirical analysis, the survey was conducted for 15 days from August 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019 for employees in the restaurant franchise located in Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area. The results of this study were as follows. First, this study is meaningful in that it analyzes the detailed classification of the work environment into four categories: physical environment, boss factor, peer factor, and welfare environment factor. In addition, it was meaningful to study the moderating effect on tissue support awareness. Second, through the systematic review process of the preceding research, theoretically suggested factors of job environment, job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational support perception of the restaurant franchise employees were presented, and variables and measurement items verified through empirical analysis were presented. Third, the moderating effect of organizational support perception on job environment and job satisfaction of the restaurant franchise employees had a positive effect on physical environment and peer factors. 본 연구는 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경을 물리적 환경, 상사요인, 동료요인, 복지환경요인으로 나누어 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 또한 조직지원인식이 어떠한 조절효과를 나타내는지 선행연구에 이론적 근간을 두고 연구를진행하였으며 이에 대한 실증적 조사를 위해 서울 및 수도권에 소재한 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원을 대상으로 2019년 08월 15일부터 08월 30일까지 15일간 실시하여 274 부를 설문결과를 실증분석에 활용한바, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 본 연구는 직무환경을 물리적 환경, 상사요인, 동료요인, 복지환경요인 이상 4 가지로 상세한 분류를 분석했다는 데에 의의가 있다. 또한, 조직지원인식에 대한 조절효과를 연구하였다는 데에 그 의미를 둘 수가 있다. 둘째, 선행연구에 대한 체계적인 검토 과정을 통하여 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경과 직무만족, 고객지향성, 조직지원인식에 대한 요인을 이론적으로 제시하고 실증분석을 통해 검증된 변수 및 측정 항목들을 제시하였다. 셋째, 조직지원인식이 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경과 직무만족에 미치는 조절효과는 물리적 환경, 동료요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 경영자의 관여가 물리적 환경과 동료요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 그러므로 경영자는 조직의 내부 환경에서 임금체계 또는 복지제도 등의 변경과 조직 내부 간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 되도록 하는 제도를 구축하는 등의 환경개선에 대한 노력이 필요할 것이다.

수입개방 확대에 따른 한국의 수입 와인에 대한 소비자 태도 변화에 관한 연구

As the wine import market is showing explosive growth as the number of wine lovers increases, research on consumers' perceptions and attitudes is not being actively conducted. Therefore, the survey was conducted with the purpose of finding out consumer attitudes toward imported wine. The research was conducted through surveys. The results of the study showed that the benefits perceived by consumers regarding imported wine had a positive effect on brand attitude and repurchase intention, and the moderating effect of country of origin image perception also had a positive effect. It is believed that the establishment of STP strategies for each level of wine-related consumers is required in line with the increasing demand for high-end wine and the improving level of expert knowledge about wine in the future.

피복과 차광이 천궁의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

본 시험은 지하부 수량성 증대를 위한 천궁(川芎)의 체계적이고 종합적인 재배법을 확립하고, 지하부의 수량증대와 생산성 증대를 도모하고자 시험을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 토천궁(土川芎)의 근수량은 짚, 백색비닐, 흑색비닐 피복구 순으로 생체중 및 건물중이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 차광처리에 따른 토천궁의 지하부 생육특성에서는 백색차광에서 개체당 근경중, 세근중이 가장 높게 나타났다. 일천궁(日川芎) (Cnidium officinale)의 피복처리에 따른 지하부의 건물중은 무처리구에서 20.4 g 으로 가장 낮았고, 흑색비닐 피복구가 27.7 g으로 가장 높았다. 일천궁(日川芎)의 차광처리에 따른 지하부의 건물중은 백색차광 처리구에서 21.1 g으로 가장 높았고, 흑색비닐 처리구에는 16.3 g으로 가장 낮았다. 근경의 직경은 백색차광 처리구 (26. 1mm)가, 근장은 흑색차광 처리 구 (71. 9 mm)가 가장 높았다. 일천궁(日川芎)에 있어서 흑색비닐 피복은 무처리에 비해 36%의 건물중 증가를 가져 왔다. This study was conducted to improve the productivety of Ligusticum chuanxiong HORT. and Cnidium officinale MAKINO by establishing the effects of cultivating conditions. Growth characteristics of underground part of L. chuanxiong under the different mulching treatment showed the highest growth and yield in black vinyl mulching treatment. The highest dry weight of underground parts per plant in mulching treatment was 47.9g at white shading treatment while the lowest one was 16.5g at black shading treatment. Growth characteristics of underground parts C. officinale under the different mulching treatment were the higher in black vinyl mulching rather than in rice straw mulching and white vinyl mulching. Dry weight of underground parts per plant of C. officinale under the different shading treatments was the highest(37.8g) under the white shading while it was lowest(12. 2g) under the black shading.
