        This study was carried out to establish the hydroponics production method for year-round cultivation of yam and to establish the mass production system of disease-free seed tubers from the superior yam species through water culture. There were no difference in tuber weight between 9 hr photoperiod(640mg) and natural photoperiod(600mg). However, longer photoperiod such as 12hr and 15hr decreased tuber weight to 490 and 500g, respectively, indicating that long photoperiod effects adversely tuber enlargement. Dioscorea opposita which was grown with hydroponics effected markedly tuber enlargement at 50% nutrient of Sanyak's standard solution. Hormone treatment of NAA 100ppm resulted in the best tuber growth(560mg) while control showed a relatively lower tuber growth(350mg).

        After ginseng seeds were planted in sand, the first experiment was conducted by germinating seeds with a nutrient concentration of 0 to 2.5. The average germination rate was highest in EC 1.0 with a nutrient concentration of 87%, followed by the comparative group with EC 1.5, 82%, EC 2.0, 78%, EC 2.5, 72%, EC 0.5, 71%, and con, 68%. Ginseng seeds were sown in the sandy soil, grown for 60 days were transferred to the ginseng soil, and the second growth experiment was conducted 30 days later. As a result of the experiment, at the nutrient concentration of EC 1.5, it grew from 11.64cm to 15.54cm, the average total length(cm)increased the most from 3.90cm. At the EC 1.0, nutrient concentration, the average total weight(g)increased the most from 0.42g to 0.75g to 0.33g. At the EC 0.5, nutrient concentration, the average total root width(mm) increased the most from 4.06mm to 5.52mm to 1.46mm.

        This study was conducted to determine the regional adaptability of Fagopyrum tataricum in Korea. Suwon, Chunchon, Kangneung, Yonchon and Taean at different experiment sites had soil pH of 6.52, 5.65, 5.7, 5.89 and 5.82, respectively, being at more unfavorable conditions than a recommended soil condition for yam cultivation with pH 5.8~6.7. The amounts of organic matter in Suwon, Chunchon, Taean, and Yonchon were 1.96%, 4.51%, 3.76%, 1.89% and 1.12%, respectively, being at more favorable conditions than a recommended organic matter in soil for yam cultivation with 2.0~3.0%. As the results from cultivating of large plantings in different regions, Suwon showed grain weight in plant of 7.8g. In seed extract analysis, rutin contents were 44.9mg/100g in F. esculentum and 1475.5mg/100g in F. tataricum., respectively.

        타타리메밀싹 발효추출물의 영양성분 및 생리활성

        본 연구에서는 타타리메밀싹을 이용한 고부가가치 가공상품을 개발하기 위하여 타타리메밀싹 발효추출물의 영양성분과 생리활성을 검정하였다. 일반 영양성분분석에서는 메밀싹 발효추출물은 단백질, 나트륨, 아연, 마그네슘에서 약간 높은 함량을 보였으나, 메밀전초 발효추출물은 나머지 무기물과 비타민에서 높게 나타났다. 동물실험을 통한 항당뇨 및 혈중지질에 관한 생리활성 검정 결과, 메밀싹 발효추출물이 짧은 기간의 실험임에도 불구하고 혈중 LDL-cholesterol의 수치를 낮추고, HDL-cholesterol의 수치를 올려주어 혈중 total lipid를 낮추는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 동맥경화지수인 atherogenic index의 감소를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 타타리메밀싹의 발효추출물은 혈중 지질의 개선을 통해 순환기 질환에 효과를 줄 수 있다는 가능성을 제시하였다. 하지만 제품화하여 메밀의 새로운 수요창출 및 부가가치를 높이기 위해서는 장기적인 동물실험 및 제품이 갖추어야 할 조건에 대한 관능검사 등 추가적인 연구를 필요로 한다. Tartary buckwheat has potential as a source of functional food because it contains a number of bioactive compounds such as rutin, catechin and so on. This study was conducted to determine the possibility of development of processed products extracted from sugar-treated sprouts of tartary buckwheat. By using undiluted solution extracted from sprouts of tartary buckwheat, we analyzed their nutrition components and did in vivo experiment to find out pharmaceutical effects. In an experiment using mice, we administered various concentration of buckwheat to induced diabetic mellitus mice for 1 weeks. As a result, the fermented extract from buckwheat sprouts effected finely on lowering blood sugar and decreased LDL-cholesterol and total lipid level but increased HDL-cholesterol level.       • 신학적 화합을 위한 신학적 자리(Theological locus)로서의 성령론의 위치 고찰

        본 논문은 교회의 교파별 다양성이라는 맥락에서, 신학적 화합을 위한 신학적 자리(theological locus)로서의 성령론이 갖는 신학적 위치의 유의미한 가능성을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 신학적 다양성을 전제하면서도 신학적 논의의 테이블에 함께 모여 자신들의 교파별 독특한 신학 내용들을 이야기할 수 있는 장을 어떻게 만들어 낼 수 있을까라는 질문에 대한 대안으로, 성령론이 갖는 신학적 자리로서의 의미 있는 위치를 고찰하고자 했다. 이를 위해, 성령론이 갖는 신학적 잠재성을 예측한 현대신학의 거장인 바르트와 몰트만의 예견을 통한 관찰을 언급하고, 성령론을 신학적 논의의 테이블로 가져오는 데 지대한 공헌을 한 오순절주의를 통한 관찰을 전개했다. This article has a purpose to suggest the meaningful possibility that pneumatology has as the theological locus for the harmony of theologies placed in ecclesiological diversity. As an alternative to the question on how to form the field where ecclesiastical distinctives can be maintained while theological diversities can be assumed, the meaningful role of pneumatology as the theological locus has been examined. To accomplish this task, the observations by Karl Barth and Jürgen Moltmann who anticipated the theological potentials of pneumatology have been examined and the observations from Pentecostalism that has a special role to bring pneumatology to the table of theological discussion have been explored.

      • 파푸아뉴기니지역의 지속적 마 재배 방향

        1) LAE지역으로 강우량이 풍부하고 햇볕의 양이 많은 지역으로 토양산도는 마 재배에 이상적인 pH(H<sub>2</sub>O)가 평균 6.40이다. 그러나 포장에 따라 편차가 심하게 나타나고 있어 재배 기술 보급이 시급한 실정이다. 2) 평균 pH(H<sub>2</sub>O)는 6.4이지만, pH(KCL)가 3.9로 나타났다. 두 pH 차이가 2.5로 심한 양분부족 현상을 보이고 있다. 토양 EC는 0.18 mS/cm로 심각한 토양 수탈현상을 보이고 있다. 3) 토양의 산화환원전위 (ORP)는 393mV로 아주 이상적인 토양을 보이고 있다. 토양산도와 함께 산화환원전위(ORP)는 좋은 유기농 마를 만드는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 4) 마는 연중 양분(養分)을 흡수하고 있는데, 측정 결과는 전 항목에서 심한 양분의 부족현상을 보여 향후 유기물의 투입이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 전반적으로 토양은 심한 양분부족 현상을 보이며 부분적으로 심각한 토양 수탈현상을 보이고 있었다. 토양영양에 대한 조사 연구가 지속가능한 유기농 마를 생산할 수 있는 기반임을 인식하는 계기가 되었다.

        Gabensis village is one of the biggest village In the Wampar Local Level Government area within the Huon Gulf District of Morobe Province with a population of around 3,000. The major staple food is banana which is well complemented by minor staples yam, cassava, Singapore/Chinese taro and sweet potato. Apart from gardening for own consumption, the villagers engage in selling of vegetables, garden staples, cocoa beans, coconuts, timber, chicken, fish and pig meat to supplement their livelihood. Livestock like pigs and chickens are also kept for meat and for commercial purpose. Bettlenut which was once one of the main cash crops has now been overtaken by cocoa due to a disease that had attacked almost the entire bettlenut tree population in the area. Even though the Wau-Bulolo highway cuts through the village and all have access to transport infrastructure, the majority of the population still encounter problems in communication due to poor telecommunication coverage. On average most people earn not more than K50 per week due to constrains in production and marketing among others. Gabensis village has the potential to develop a tourism industry given its natural attraction of Lake Wanam. Beside there is also the natural eel farming and the fish pond at the nearby Potsie village. These natural attractions pose huge tourism potential for the community. As part of government services delivery and development, education and health issues is very much important in the community however there is lack of infrastructural development and poor service delivery especially in the area of health. However, the responsibility is on the community to organize themselves to realize that potential. A well developed agro-ecotourism investments would have positive spillover effects to the community thus contributing towards improving the livelihoods of the many farming families.

      • 둥근마·단마의 괴경비대 및 성분특성

        Tuber yield and content of general component and diosgenin which is a main bioactive property were investigated in order to determine the growth characteristics of round typed yam(Dioscorea opposita L.) and the potential of artificial culture at Suwon, Korea. Tubers of round yam was initiated to form at 60 days after planting and then enlargement of tubers lasted by 160 days after planting. Compared to short typed yam(108g), tuber weight of round yam was higher(127g) on the basis of dry weight at 200 days after planting. In comparison of general component between round yam and short yam, protein of round yam(3.62%) was higher than short yam(2.10%). Water content in round yam(64.5%) was lower in short yam(79.4%), indicating a higher dry weight ratio of round yam. Hardness of round yam was 2787.6 while short yam showed about two times higher hardness(4946.9). Lightness was higher in round yam(77.4). In tuber extracts analysis, diosgenin content was respectively 3.32% in round yam and 2.61% in short yam.

        Tuber yield and content of general component and diosgenin which is a main bioactive property were investigated in order to determine the growth characteristics of round typed yam(Dungeun-ma, Dioscorea opposita L.) and the potential of artificial culture at Suwon, Korea. Sprouting rates of segmented small tubers such as 3, 5, 7, 9, and 12g were respectively 60.3, 80.5, 85.3, 98.6 and 99.3% when they were investigated 30 days after planting. Segmented small tubers of 3, 5, 7, 9, and 12g enlarged respectively to 66, 87, 98, 120, and 140g in the green-house cultivation. Segmented small tubers of 3, 7, 12, 18, and 23g enlarged respectively to 35.2, 124.7, 142.7, 174.8, and 200,7g in the open-air field cultivation.

        한국 기독교 공동체의 고통 중에 함께 하시는성령 하나님의 일하심에 대한 숙고

        The Korean Christian community has gone through many painful histories. This study has explored the work of the Holy Spirit in the Christian community that has gone through the pain during the first half of the 20th century under the Japanese occupation. Important aspects of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, contained in the narrative and tetsimony of the Korean Church have been studied. 한국 기독교 공동체는 많은 고통의 역사를 통과했다. 본고는 한국이 일제강점기를 통과했던 20세기 전반기 동안 고통을 통과했던 한국 기독교 공동체에 일하셨던 성령의 사역과 관련한 역사적 관찰들을 소개했다. 한국 교회의 이야기(narrative)와 간증에 담겨져 있는, 고통 중에 있는 교회를 위한 성령의 사역의중요한 측면들이 연구되었다.
