        이동 물체의 태깅을 위한 디지털 빔포밍 기반 RFID 시스템

        RFID 기술은 태그 아이디 정보 획득이라는 기본적인 역할을 넘어 태그 아이디와 위치 정보를 동시에 획득하는 기술이 개발되고 있으며 최근 들어서는 이동태그의 속도, 방향 등 부가적인 정보도 획득하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 속도로 이동하는 다수의 태그 부착 물체들에 대한 태그 아이디 획득 및 거리, 속도 등 부가적인 정보를 추출할 수 있는 RFID 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 태그는 FMCW로 변조된 아이디 신호를 전송하며 리더는 배열(array) 안테나를 이용해서 방위각 방향으로 태그 신호를 일차 분리하고 이어서 FMCW 복조를 통해서 속도, 거리 외에 태그 아이디를 복조한다. 요구된 기능을 수행하기 위한 리더 수신부 구조를 제시하고 제시된 시스템이 동작 가능함을 이론적으로 분석하며 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제시된 시스템의 성능을 검증한다. RFID technology has evolved from basic operation like the acquisition of tag IDs into a more complicated operation such as the simultaneous acquisition of tag IDs and their positions and recently, is raising the possibility of obtaining additional informations, which include their velocities, directions and distances. In this paper, we present a RFID system that can fullfil aforementioned advanced functions. In the proposed system, a tag transmits a sequence of FMCW pulses modulated by ID signals and a reader separates the tag signals in azimuth direction using an array antenna, followed by the FMCW demodulation from which distances, velocities as well as the tag IDs are extracted. We propose a receiver structure of the reader and theoretically analyze its operability. Moreover, its performance is examined by simulation.

        맥문동이 생쥐의 기아 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was aimed to evaluate the anti-starvation stress effect of Liriopis Tuber on mice. Method : The first experiment was done to mice which have a high corticosterone level at a short term starvation. The plasma corticosterone level of each mouse was measured over time at 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 hours of starvation respectively. The second experiment was done in the two groups(LT A and LT B) of mice which were in famine for 36.5 hours after being administered Liriopis Tuber three times with different doses(LT A: 1.0 g/.kg and LT B: 3.0g/kg) for three days. The plasma corticosterone levels and rectal temperature were measured when a 36.5-hour of starvation period was finished. Results : 1. The corticosterone level in the mice was significantly increased after a 36.5-hour of starvation. (P<0.001). 2. The plasma corticosterone level was decreased significantly in the group of 3.0g/kg, compared to the control group.(P<0.05) 3. The rectal temperature in the groups of 1.0g/kg and 3.0g/kg were increased slightly in both group. But the two groups didn't show significant change. Conclusion: Based on the above results, Liriopis Tuber might have anti-starvation stress effect and it may be used as anti-starvation stress medicine and anti-stress medicine.         비선형 동적해석에 의해 내진설계된 철근콘크리트 보통전단벽의 지진취약도 분석

        Seismic performance of ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall systems commonly used in high-rise residential buildings is evaluated. Three types of shear walls exceeding 60m in height are designed by performance-based seismic design. Then, incremental dynamic analysis is performed collapse probability is assessed in accordance with the procedure of FEMA P695. As a result, story drift, plastic rotation, and compressive strain are observed to be major failure modes, but shear failure occur little. Collapse probability and collapse margin ratio of performance groups do not meet requirement of FEMA P695. It is observed that critical wall elements fail due to excessive compressive strain. Therefore, the compressive strain of concrete at the boundary area of the shear wall needs to be evaluated with more conservative acceptance criteria.

        요통환자 80례에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objectives: This study was performed to evaluate the general distribution and the efficacy of oriental medical treatment for low back pain . Methods: The 80 cases of low back pain patients was analyzed according to the distribution of sex ,age, the period of disease, contributing factor, the patient-condition on admission , the symptom on admission, the duration of admission, the reading of the X-ray and the treatment efficacy was evaluated respectively. Results: 1. Female was more than male in the ratio of 1:1.2,and thirties and seventies 25% the most, the acutest phase 46.3% the most, reason unknown 33.8% the most, Grade Ⅲ 50% the most, L.B.P. only 51.3% the most, the day of 6-10 30% the most, compression Fx 30% the most. 2.In the total treatment result, the good was 51.3% ,the excellent 22.5%, the fair 17.5%, the poor 8.8% in order. About 'the effective rate' (the percentage of positive effective treatment cases) of each distribution, the fifties 100% the most, the acutest phase 97.3% the most, the slip down, weight lifting, overuse 100% the most respectively, Grade Ⅲ 97.5% the most, L.B.P. only 95.1% the most, the day of 11-15 100% the most, H.N.P. 93.3% the most. Conclusions: We have known the efficacy of oriental medical treatment for L.B.P. was good and early treatment was better than late treatment and main cause of L.B.P. was degenerative change.

        결함 상세를 포함하는 철근콘크리트 전단벽의 수치 모델 에 관한 실험적 평가

        Reinforced concrete shear walls with deficient reinforcement details are tested under cyclic loading. The deficiency of reinforcement details includes insufficient splice length in U-stirrups at the ends of horizontal reinforcement and boundary column dowel bars found in existing low- to mid-rise Korean buildings designed non-seismically. Three test specimens have rectangular, babel and flanged sections, respectively. Flexure- and shear-controlled models for reinforced concrete shear walls specified in ASCE/SEI 41-13 are compared with the flexural and shear components of force-displacement relation extracted separately from the top displacement of the specimen based on the displacement data measured at diverse locations. Modification of the shear wall models in ASCE/SEI 41-13 is proposed in order to account for the effect of bar slip, cracking loads in flexure and shear. The proposed modification shows better approximation of the test results compared to the original models.

        철근콘크리트 보통전단벽의 전단력 증폭효과 근사해석

        An approximate analysis method is proposed to predict the dynamic amplification of shear forces in ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls as a preliminary study. First, a seismic design for three groups of ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls higher than 60 m was created on the basis of nonlinear dynamic analysis. Causes for the dynamic amplification effect of shear forces were investigated through a detailed evaluation of the nonlinear dynamic analysis result. A new modal combination rule was proposed on the basis of that observation, in which fundamental mode response and combined higher mode response were summed directly. The fundamental mode response was approximated by nonlinear static analysis result, while higher mode response was computed using response spectrum analysis for equivalent linear structural models with the effective stiffness based on the nonlinear dynamic analysis result. The proposed approximate analysis generally predicted vertical distribution of story shear and shear forces of individual walls from the nonlinear dynamic analysis with comparable accuracy.

        국내 고층 비내진 철근콘크리트 벽식 아파트의 지진취약도 평가

        Seismic fragility was assessed for non-seismic reinforced concrete shear walls in Korean high-rise apartment buildings in order to implement an earthquake damage prediction system. Seismic hazard was defined with an earthquake scenario, in which ground motion intensity was varied with respect to prescribed seismic center distances given an earthquake magnitude. Ground motion response spectra were computed using Korean ground motion attenuation equations to match accelerograms. Seismic fragility functions were developed using nonlinear static and dynamic analysis for comparison. Differences in seismic fragility between damage state criteria including inter-story drifts and the performance of individual structural members were investigated. The analyzed building had an exceptionally long period for the fundamental mode in the longitudinal direction and corresponding contribution of higher modes because of a prominently insufficient wall quantity in such direction. The results showed that nonlinear static analyses based on a single mode tend to underestimate structural damage. Moreover, detailed assessments of structural members are recommended for seismic fragility assessment of a relatively low performance level such as collapse prevention. On the other hand, inter-story drift is a more appropriate criterion for a relatively high performance level such as immediate occupancy.

        재외국민보호를 위한 경찰 역할 제언: - 미국 內 아시아계 대상 증오범죄 분석을 중심으로 -

        The “Consular Coordination Act for the Protection of Overseas Koreans” has been in effect since January 16th, 2021, and the head of the MOI* has announced the plan of government-unit reorganization for propelling the Office of Overseas Koreans (tentative). Through these legal and institutional changes, the Korean government has clearly shown its active interest in and support for the protection of overseas Koreans. In 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, the number of overseas travelers hit 28,000,000, and it also increased the demand for the protection of overseas Koreans. Following the pandemic, the percentage of crime decreased as the number of overseas travelers reduced. However, the number of overseas travelers has recently increased as several governments published new mitigation policies for COVID-19 prevention. Various factors in the international community, such as new infectious diseases, terrorism, and war, not only threaten the traditional safety of overseas Koreans compared to existing accidents, but also assign new and problematic challenges to relevant ministries to deal with them promptly. In this situation, the Korean government should safeguard overseas Koreans with preemptive and operative responses. In particular, in the United States, where the largest number of overseas Koreans reside in the world, hate crimes against Asian people have recently emerged as a new type of crime against foreigners. As the new crime needed a systematic and comprehensive response, the safety of overseas Koreans in the Americas is also greatly threatened. Therefore, this research suggests the responsibility of the police for the protection of overseas Koreans, according to a study on hate crimes against Asians in the USA. 2021년 1월 16일부터 「재외국민보호를 위한 영사조력법」이 시행되고 있고, 2022년 10월 6일 행안부 장관은 외교부장관 소속의 ‘재외동포청’ 신설을 내용으로 하는 정부조직 개편안을 확정하여 발표하였다. 이러한 법률적·제도적 정비를 통해 재외국민 보호에 대한 정부의 적극적 관심과 의지를 엿볼 수 있다. ‘코로나바이러스 감염증(COVID-19) 팬데믹(이하 “코로나 팬데믹”)이전인 2019년까지는 해외출국자가2,800만명을 돌파하면서 재외국민 보호에 대한 수요가 크게 증가하였다. 비록 코로나 팬데믹 이후 해외출국자 수가 급감하며 사건사고 발생률이 다소 주춤했지만 최근 세계 여러 나라에서 방역에 대한 완화정책을 펴면서 해외출국자 수는 다시 서서히 증가하고 있다. 신종 전염병·테러·전쟁 등 최근 국제사회에서 발생하는 여러 가지 요인들은 기존의 전통적인 사건사고와 비교하여 재외국민의 안전을 보다 심각하게 위협할 뿐만 아니라 그에 시의 적절하게 대처해야 하는국가의 유관 기능에도 새롭고 어려운 도전 과제를 부여하고 있다. 이런 상황에서 정부는 선제적·능동적인대책을 마련하여 재외국민의 안전이 최대한 보장될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다. 특히, 전 세계에서 가장 많은 재외국민이 거주하고 있는 미국에서는 최근 아시아계 대상 증오범죄가급격히 증가하면서 체계적·종합적 대처가 필요한 외국인 대상 신종 범죄 유형으로 부각되고 있는 만큼, 미주 지역 재외국민들의 안전이 크게 위협받고 있다. 이에 이 글은 미국 내 아시아계 대상 증오범죄의 현황 분석을 통해 재외국민 보호를 위한 경찰의 역할을 제언해 보고자 한다.

        지반운동의 파형특성변화 지표에 따른 원전 격납건물의 지진응답

        원전 구조물의 확률론적 내진성능평가를 목적으로 목표스펙트럼에 부합하는 입력지반운동 세트를 개발함에 있어서 실계측 가속도 기록의 진동수성분의 조정 결과 파형특성의 변화가 적은 지반운동을 선정하기 위한 절차를 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 다수의 개별적인 파형특성을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 지표를 제시하였다. 제안된 지표와 절차를 이용하여 파형특성의 변화가 적은 지반운동 그룹과 큰 지반운동 그룹을 구성하였다. 각각의 지반운동 그룹에 대하여 원전 격납건물의 확률론적 내진성능평가를 수행하여 진동수성분조정에 의한 파형변화가 확률론적 내진성능 평가결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.
