Linux HA 클러스터링을 이용한 모바일 탄소 모니터링 시스템 구현

탄소미터링 통합관제 시스템(Carbon-Integration Control System, CICS) 이란 IT 시설물의 에너지 사용현황을 실시간으로 확인하고 제어하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 기존의 CICS는 관제 모듈이 분산, 독립 운영되었으나 SmartRack 기반의 CICS는 항온·항습 센서, 공조기, PDU 등의 장치가 통합되어 전력사용량, 탄소배출량 등의 정보를 수집하고 수집된 정보를 이용해 CICS를 구성할 수 있다. 기존 탄소미터링 시스템은 모바일이 아닌 PC 환경에서 관제 시스템을 제공하지만 본 연구에서는 웹 서버를 추가하여 PC환경에서 통합관제시스템을 제공하는 것뿐만 아니라 모바일에서도 통합관제 할 수 있는 시스템을 제공하도록 구현한다. 그리하여 Linux HA를 적용한 웹 서버를 이용하고 다양한 모바일 기기를 통하여 탄소 관제가 가능한 시스템을 구현한다. However, in this study, to mobile can be implemented that to provide in the integrated control system by adding Web servers. To safety of web server is applied Linux HA. To deal intelligently in case of emergency. In this paper, Mobile carbon monitoring system implementation using Linux HA clustering on CentOS 5.5 environment.
Improvement of PMa-SynRM Output Characteristics by Optimizing the Rib Structure

In this paper, we have studied the optimization of the rib thickness in the design of a Permanent Magnet assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor (PMa-SynRM). In the case of PMa;-SynRM, mechanical stress is concentrated on the rib structure supporting the segment at high rotation speeds, and the stiff ness analysis results in the largest mechanical stress on the rib of the q-axis. On the other hand, it was confi rmed that relatively low mechanical stresses were distributed in the case of the d-axis rib. Therefore, it is confi rmed that the thickness of the whole rib should be equal to the thickness that can support the maximum stress. In addition, we fi nd that it increases the magnetic fl ux leakage and is an inappropriate design method for reducing the output power. To prevent this phenomenon, concentrations of mechanical stress on each of the ribs were investigated, and a method was developed for designing the ribs with the optimized rib thickness. In addition, the thickness of the ribs that satisfi es both the electromagnetic output and the mechanical safety factor was derived using the response surface method. Finally, we confi rmed the improvement of the output using FEM analysis.

Regulation of cell volume is an important aspect of cellular homeostasis during neural activity. This volume regulation is thought to be mediated by activation of specific transporters, aquaporin, and volume regulated anion channels (VRAC). In cultured astrocytes, it was reported that swelling-induced mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase activation is required to open VRAC, which are thought to be important in regulatory volume decrease and in the response of CNS to trauma and excitotoxicity. It has been also described that sodium fluoride (NaF), a recognized G-protein activator and protein phosphatase inhibitor, leads to a significant MAP kinase activation in endothelial cells. However, NaF’s effect in volume regulation in the brain is not known yet. Here, we investigated the mechanism of NaF-induced volume change in rat and mouse hippocampal slices using intrinsic optical signal (IOS) recording, in which we measured relative changes in intracellular and extracellular volume as changes in light transmittance through brain slices. We found that NaF (1~5 mM) application induced a reduction in light transmittance (decreased volume) in CA1 hippocampus, which was completely reversed by MAP kinase inhibitor U0126 (10 μM). We also observed that NaF-induced volume reduction was blocked by anion channel blockers, suggesting that NaF-induced volume reduction could be mediated by VRAC. Overall, our results propose a novel molecular mechanism of NaF-induced volume reduction via MAP kinase signaling pathway by activation of VRAC.
오심과 구토를 호소하는 한 여자환자에 대한 단기정신치료 증례보고

The author reported a case of short-term dynamic psychotherapy in which relatively good therapeutic results were obtained. And I reviewed several therapeutic factors thought to be important in shot-term dynamic psychotherapy from various literatures. In this case, the frequency of session was limited due to her current reality situations. She had suffered from some adjustmental problems and marital conflict before the onset of the illness. The author could grasp the cental theme of her problems early in treatment period and discussed over it including it's influence on current situation and early childhood with th patient. We also discussed about the relationship between the past and current reality so that she could realize her real problem. At the same time, therapeutic effect was enhanced by family therapy and temporary use of medication.
예방용 췌관 스텐트의 근위부 이탈로 인한 반복성 췌장염

Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common complications of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Prophylactic pancreatic stents are effective for reducing the risk for post-ERCP pancreatitis in high-risk patients. However, an unretrieved pancreatic stent, as a result of proximal migration, can cause pancreatitis. We experienced a case of recurrent acute pancreatitis associated with a pancreatic ductal leak and stricture due to proximal migration of a prophylactic stent in a patient with suspected acute gallstone pancreatitis. We endoscopically retrieved the proximally migrated stent and inserted a new pancreatic stent. Follow-up pancreatic imaging showed that the pancreatitis and pancreatic ductal leak/stricture had resolved. ERCP 시행과 연관된 췌장염 발생을 예방하고자, 고위험군에서 췌관 스텐트 삽입이 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나 췌관 스텐트 삽입 후 췌관의 손상, 스텐트 폐색, 스텐트 이탈 등의 합병증이 발생할 수 있으며, 특히 췌관 스텐트의 근위부 이탈은 췌장염을 일으킬 수 있다. 저자들은 예방용 췌관 스텐트의 근위부 이탈로 인한 급성 재발성 췌장염 환자에서 내시경을 이용하여 스텐트를 회수하고 동반된 췌관 협착과 췌액 누출을 성공적으로 치료한 증례를 경험하였기에 이를 보고한다.
