        Vortex separator와 연속식 섬유사여과를 이용한 CSOs 처리연구

        This study was conducted to confirm the CSOs characteristics, and to estimate treatment efficiency of CSO treatment process. Flowrate was average 53,500㎥/d, maximum 58,100㎥/d during dry season, but after rain-fall, the flowrate was increased more than twice that of the dry season. And, water pollution concentrations, such as CODCr, SS, BOD5, TN and TP of after rain-fall, were also increased. Thus, for more efficient treatment of pollutants during rainy season, The vortex separator and continuous fiber filter devices were used. From the results on particle range, removal efficiency of particle was 99.7% at the particle size range of 40∼100㎛ but decreased as 55-80% at the below 40㎛. The removal efficiencies of CODCr, SS, TN and TP were approx. 70, 60, 70 and 50, respectively during the dry season and approx. 50, 50, 8 and 18% during the rainy season. Also, when compared with the primary sediment basin, CODcr, SS, TN and TP removal efficiencies were high. especially, at the case of TN and TP, TN was more removed than TP because of higher conversion factor value. But we needed more study for the injection of a coagulants to get more stable treatment efficiency for soluble pollutants. Consequently, This process can be used for CSOs treatment as well as replace the primary sedimentation basin during the dry season.

        cis,cis,trans-[MoBr/sub 2/(CO)/sub 2/(PPh/sub 3/)/sub 2/]와 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide의 반응으로부터 화합물cis,fac-[Mo(O)Br/sub 2/,(CN-C/sub 6/H/sub 3/,-2,6-Me/sub 2/)sub 3/] (1)이 분리되었다. 화합물 1의 구조가 분광학적 방법(/sup 1/H-NMR, /sup 13/C{/sup 1/H}-NMR, IR) 및 X-ray 회절법으로 규명되었다. 화합물 1의 결정학 자료: 삼사정계 공 간군 P(equation omitted), a=9.172(2) (equation omitted), b = 11.550(3) (equation omitted), c = 15.106(3) (equation omitted), α = 100.44(2)°, β= 107.12(2)°, γ= 107.83(1)°, Z = 2, R(wR/sub 2/) = 0.0529(0.1344). From the reaction of cis,cis,trans- [MoBr/sub 2/(CO)/sub 2/(PPh/sub 3/)/sub 2/]with 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide, a molybdenum oxohaloisocyanide compound cis,fac-[Mo(O)Br/sub 2/,(CN-C/sub 6/H/sub 3/,-2,6-Me/sub 2/)sub 3/] (1) was iso-lated. Compound 1 was characterized by spectroscopy (/sup 1/H-NMR, /sup 13/C{/sup 1/H}-NMR, IR) and X-ray diffraction.         Immunoglobulin productivity assay를 이용(利用)한 홍삼투여(紅蔘投與) 실험동물(實驗動物)의 IgG, IgM, IgA 비교(比較) 연구(硏究)

        Objective : The immune system is a complex of systems, all of which work together to clear infection from the body. In Korea, red ginsenghas been one of the herbs most widely used to enhance the immune system for thousand of years. More recently, red ginseng has been reported to have many positive effects on the immune system. The purpose of this study was evaluate the effects of Korean red ginseng and Chinese red ginseng on IgG, IgM, and IgA, using immunoglobulin productivity assay. Methods : Male SD rats were separated into 3 groups. We administered Korean red ginseng (KRG) to one group and Chinese red ginseng (CRG) to another, with normal saline for the Control group consecutively and orally for 3 months. The dose of red ginseng was 500mg per day, as a powder with soluble water. Immunoglobulin levels from spleen cell were estimated by ELISA kit. Results : In immunoglobulin productivity assay (cell), the IgG level of the KRG group significantly increased but there was no significant difference in the IgG of the CRG group. The IgM level of the KRG group significantly increased stimulated with PWM. When it was unstimulated, the level of IgM in KRG and CRG increased together. The IgA level of the KRG group significantly increased when it was stimulated with PWM and unstimulated. Conclusion : According to the above results, oral administration of red ginseng for 3 months is considered useful for immunomodulatory effect, and Korean red ginseng may be superior to Chinese red ginseng in that effect.

        토픽모델링을 활용한 음식관광 온라인 동영상 콘텐츠 주제 분류: 유튜브 채널을 중심으로

        코로나 19로 인하여 모든 산업 분야가 전방위적인 타격을 입고 계량화하기 어려운 사회⋅경제적 비용을 치루고 있는 상황에서 특히 관광산업은 포스트코로나 시대에 대비해 관광의 개념 및 범위에 대한 새로운 정립과 정책 방향의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대표적인 온라인동영상서비스인 유튜브 내 음식관광 동영상을 대상으로 동영상 콘텐츠의 중심 키워드들을 파악하고 토픽모델링을 통해 토픽 별 주제를 도출함으로써 음식관광 동영상 이용자 관점의 음식관광 관심사를 유형화하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 “관광” 카테고리 내 상위 100위 유튜브 채널 중 국내에서 운영되고 있는 “음식관광” 채널 7개를 선정하 여 2021년 12월 13일부터 2021년 12월 16일까지 Python의 BeautifulSoup과 selenium 라이브러리를 기반으 로 구축한 전용 크롤러를 통해 해당 채널 내 전체 동영상 중 댓글이 없는 영상을 제외하고 총 5,468 개의 음식관광 동영상 관련 텍스트 데이터를 확보하였다. 첫 번째로 석 기간 동안 유튜브 내 음식관광 동영상 콘텐츠 단어 빈도 분석과 단어빈도-역문서 빈도 분석으로 도출된 주요 키워드는 ‘위치’, ‘시장’, ‘가격’, ‘음 식’, ‘치즈’ 순으로 대부분 그간 다수의 선행연구에서 밝혀진 소비자의 주요 레스토랑 선택속성들과 일치하 였다. 두 번째로 둘째, 토픽모델링 결과 유튜브 음식관광 상위 인기 채널 내 동영상 콘텐츠는 크게 ‘음식관광 선택장소’와 ‘음식관광 관심메뉴’ 주제로 분류되었다. ‘음식관광 선택장소’ 주제의 세부 토픽은 ‘서울’, ‘베 트남’, ‘전라도’로 유튜브 음식관광 동영상 콘텐츠에서 주로 소개된 국내외 음식관광지와 관련된 키워드들이 도출되었다. 한편 ‘음식관광 관심메뉴’ 주제의 세부 토픽은 ‘길거리 음식’, ‘디저트’, ‘생과일 음료’, ‘면 요리’, ‘닭 요리’, ‘술안주‘이었다. 마지막으로 토픽모델링 시각화를 통해 토픽 간의 연관성을 살펴본 결과 토픽 ‘길거리 음식’, ‘면 요리’, ‘닭 요리’가 특정 영역에 모여 있어 이들 토픽 간의 연관성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 동영상 콘텐츠 자료를 분석함으로써 텍스트 기반의 관광 분야 토픽모델링 연구의 범위를 확장하 였다는데 의의가 있으며 동영상에서 다뤄지는 음식관광 핵심주제들을 탐색적으로 발견하고 주제간 연결성 을 파악함으로써 동영상 이용자 시각과 관심을 객관적으로 이해하는데 기여할 수 있다. This study aimed to categorize the subject of food tourism video content using topic modeling in YouTube, the largest online video sharing platform. For this purpose, a total of 5,458 food tourism videos related text data were collected from YouTube using python3 CSS Selector from December 13, 2021 to December 16, 2021. Top 30 keywords, such as “location”, “market”, “price”, “food” and “Seoul” were extracted through the frequency analysis and TF-IDF(Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) analysis. Through Topic Modeling analysis, the themes of food tourism video content in YouTube were largely classified into “food tourism destination” and “food tourism menu”. The keywords were further subdivided into nine topics within the corresponding categories, such as “food tourist destination”, “Vietnam food tour”, “Jeolla-do food tour”, “street food”, “dessert”, “fresh fruit juice”, “noodles”, “chickens” and “snacks”. Through topic modeling visualization analysis, it was found that “street food”, “noodles”, and “chickens” are clustered in a specific area, the relevance between these topics is high, and “Vietnam food tour”, “fresh fruit juice”, “snacks”, and “Jeolla- do food tour” have relatively low relevance between the topics. Based on these results, the key topics of food tourism videos and the connections between topics were identified. Moreover, this study expanded the scope of existing topic modeling studies in the tourism field by analyzing video content data.

        동맥경화증이 유발된 ApoE(-/-) mouse에서 疎風活血湯과 Clopidogrel의 병용투여 효과에 대한 연구

        Background and Objective: Atherosclerosis is a diffuse, systemic disease that affects the coronary, cerebral, and peripheral arterial trees. Clopidogrel is widely used antiplatelet agent and its efficacy has been proven in cardiac and extracardiac vascular diseases, but it has several side effects. Therefore we investigated whether Sopunghwalhyeol- tang, which is widely used for treating the blood stasis syndrome in traditional medicine, could decrease the side effect of antiplatelets and have a synergic effect. Methods & Materials: Male ApoE(-/-)mice were randomly divided into three different experimental groups, non-treated group (Control group), clopidogrel-treated group (CP group) and clopidogrel with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang treated group (CPS group). The control group was fed with only an atherogenic diet, the CP group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ and the CPS group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang 100㎎/㎏. We investigated plasma lipids with liver function test, and performed a histological investigation of liver and abdominal aorta. Results:1.Photomicrographs of liver and abdominal aorta tissue showed lower histological injury and lipid accumulation in the CP and CPS groups than those in the Control group. 2.In the CPS group, plasma triglyceride level was significantly lower than in the Control and CP groups. 3.In the CPS group, the plasma aspartate aminotransferase (AST) level was significantly lower than in the CP group. Conclusions: The above results shows that a combined treatment of Sopunghwalhyeol-tang and clopidogrel have a synergic effect through inhibiting vessel injury and decrease the side effects of clopidogrel alone.
