        MQTT와 Node-RED를 이용한 설비 모니터링 시스템의 구현

        Recently, various technologies related to IIoT are introduced continuously due to the spread of IoT and smart factory industries. This paper proposes the construction of a two-way wireless network system for monitoring plant equipment using these various technologies. The main technologies used in this thesis are design techniques for micro sensor nodes to monitor facility conditions at various sites, MQTT technology for wireless communication between local server and sensor nodes and Node-RED based design technologies, which store data collected and can be easily presented to users via wired and wireless wires. In addition, a wireless two-way camera system was also implemented in which the screen images of the site can be viewed in the situation room according to the instructions of the situation room when determining abnormal conditions. 근래에는 IoT 및 스마트팩토리 산업분야의 확산으로 인하여 IIoT와 관련한 다양한 기술들이 지속적으로 소개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다양한 기술들을 이용한 공장 설비 감시용 양방향 무선 네트워크 시스템의 구축을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 사용되는 주요 기술들은 다양한 현장의 설비상태를 모니터링하기 위한 초소형 센서 노드의 설계기술, 개별 센서 노드에서 처리된 다양한 정보를 무선 시스템을 이용해 서버로 전송하고 또한 서버에서 새롭게 설정된 각종 센서의 임계치들을 개별 센서 노드로 무선 전송하기 위한 Wi-Fi 기반의 MQTT 기술, 수집된 데이터를 저장하고 유무선으로 사용자에게 손쉽게 표시할 수 있는 Node-RED 기반의 설계 기술 등이다. 아울러 개별 센서 노드에서의 이상상태의 판단시에 이를 상황실로 알리고 상황실의 무선조정에 의해 현장의 화면영상을 상황실에서 확인할 수 있는 무선 양방향 카메라 시스템도 함께 구현하였다.

        IIoT용 우선순위 토픽 기반 MQTT에 관련한 연구

        Recently, there has been a lot of research on the construction of smart factory in the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Among the various technologies involved in the deployment of smart factory, one of the key technologies is the IoT protocol sector that handles the transmission and reception of data. In this regard, the MQTT protocol is generally used most commonly, but the existing MQTT technology lacks the concept of priorities of messages, so it is somewhat insufficient to be applied to an industrial field requiring real-time property. Priority handling of urgent messages is critical, especially in emergency situations, such as the emergency shutdown of the entire relevant facility following the failure of a particular facility. To improve this, research on priority-based MQTT is being conducted somewhat, but these studies have problems with actual field use because they are a variant of the MQTT standard. Therefore, this study conducts and verifies studies related to MQTT, which can prioritize messages while adhering to existing MQTT standards. 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 스마트팩토리의 구축에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 스마트팩토리의구축과 관련된 다양한 기술들 중에서 핵심기술 중의 하나는 데이터의 송수신을 처리하는 IoT용 프로토콜 부문이다. 이와관련하여 일반적으로 MQTT 프로토콜이 가장 많이 사용되고 있으나 기존의 MQTT 기술은 메시지의 우선순위 개념이없기 때문에 실시간성을 요구하는 산업용 현장에 적용하기에는 다소 부족한 면이 있다. 특히 특정 설비의 고장발생에따른 관련 설비 전체의 비상정지 등과 같은 긴급 상황에서는 긴급한 메시지의 우선순위 처리가 매우 중요하다. 이를개선하기 위해 우선순위 기반 MQTT에 관한 연구도 일부 진행되고 있으나 이러한 연구들은 MQTT 표준 규격을 변형한방식이기 때문에 실제 현장에서 사용하기에는 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MQTT 표준을 준수하면서도메시지의 우선순위 처리가 가능한 MQTT에 관련한 연구를 실시하고 이를 검증한다.

        매개변수(媒介變數)로 표시되는 도형(圖形)의 연구

        The equations of figures in terms of rectangular coordinates are used to look into the properties of them, which are very restricted in examining them in the school mathematics. Therefore, it is quite natural to consider the figures in terms of parameters without restricting to coordinates and also, it is possible for the students to analyze them. Thus, this study is intended to present concretely the aim and its utility to symbolize the concepts of figures represented as parameters. And the equations of figures in terms of parmeters show us more precisely the basic concept and the principle of parameter, and they give the students thought of organizing the geometric figures. As a consequence, the students by widely examining figures, represented with parameter, will be able to study more easily many of them and to investigate them with a lot of methods. Consequently they can develop the ability of thinking mathematically so many natural phenomena and physical ones.

        CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay를 이용한 자동차용 진단시스템에 관한 연구

        최근의 자동차 내부에는 차량의 제어, 진단기능 및 ECU 프로그램 업그레이드 등의 다양한 목적으로 차량 내 부 네트워크를 사용하고 있는데 현재 CAN과 FlexRay가 가장 대표적인 네트워크이며 차세대 네트워크로는 CAN FD와 차량용 이더넷의 사용이 적극 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 진단기능 및 ECU 프로그램 업그레이드 관점에서 CAN, CAN FD, 그리고 FlexRay 네트워크 적용시의 각 네트워크별 다운로드 시간과 관련된 특성에 대해서 상호 비교 평가를 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 CAN FD 네트워크가 현재 실질적인 사용가능 속도인 500Kbps, 2Mbps 조 건에서도 가격대비 성능측면에서 다른 네트워크들을 제치고 차세대 네트워크로 가장 적합함을 판단할 수 있었다. Recent vehicles are using car internal network for various purposes such as vehicle control, diagnostic functions, and ECU program upgrade. Currently CAN and FlexRay are the most representative networks. In the next-generation network, the use of CAN FD and car ethernet is actively studied. In this paper, we aimed to compare and evaluate the diagnostic function and the program of the ECU from the upgrade view on characteristics related to download time for each network when CAN, CAN FD, and FlexRay network are applied. As a result of the simulation, it was possible to determine that the CAN FD network is currently the most suitable for the next-generation network by suppressing other networks in terms of cost performance even under conditions of 500 Kbps and 2 Mbps which are practically usable speeds

      • 추나요법의 경항통 치료에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Objective : The study aims to find out the effects of Chuna treatment on neck pain. Methods: Out of 40 neck pain people, we divided 20 people in group A was treated Acupuncture and China, 20 people in group B was treated Acupuncture. We measured Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and symptom grade before and after treatment in each group's. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Results : 1. Symptom grade III was the highest frequency before treatment in Group A and Group B. After treatment, grade 0 was The highest frequency in Group A But grade 0, II were the highest frequency in Group B. 2. Group A was Significantly decreased in VAS compared with Group B. Conclusion: These results suggest that Chuna treatment is useful on the patients of neck pain.

        동맥경화증이 유발된 ApoE(-/-) mouse에서 疎風活血湯과 Clopidogrel의 병용투여 효과에 대한 연구

        Background and Objective: Atherosclerosis is a diffuse, systemic disease that affects the coronary, cerebral, and peripheral arterial trees. Clopidogrel is widely used antiplatelet agent and its efficacy has been proven in cardiac and extracardiac vascular diseases, but it has several side effects. Therefore we investigated whether Sopunghwalhyeol- tang, which is widely used for treating the blood stasis syndrome in traditional medicine, could decrease the side effect of antiplatelets and have a synergic effect. Methods & Materials: Male ApoE(-/-)mice were randomly divided into three different experimental groups, non-treated group (Control group), clopidogrel-treated group (CP group) and clopidogrel with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang treated group (CPS group). The control group was fed with only an atherogenic diet, the CP group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ and the CPS group an atherogenic diet plus clopidogrel 25㎎/㎏ with Sopunghwalhyeol-tang 100㎎/㎏. We investigated plasma lipids with liver function test, and performed a histological investigation of liver and abdominal aorta. Results:1.Photomicrographs of liver and abdominal aorta tissue showed lower histological injury and lipid accumulation in the CP and CPS groups than those in the Control group. 2.In the CPS group, plasma triglyceride level was significantly lower than in the Control and CP groups. 3.In the CPS group, the plasma aspartate aminotransferase (AST) level was significantly lower than in the CP group. Conclusions: The above results shows that a combined treatment of Sopunghwalhyeol-tang and clopidogrel have a synergic effect through inhibiting vessel injury and decrease the side effects of clopidogrel alone.

        In this paper, we consider the construction of a car of the wireless network system using the ZigBee (Zigbee) technology. Important sensor of the automobile is increased, the monitoring technique of the sensor in real time has become essential. Bundles of wiring harness by various sensors inside of the automobile has become complicated and thicker. CAN(Controller Area Network) plays an important role in the operation of automobile. If an error occurs in the CAN, to provide a backup system using ZigBee.

      • 부모의 행복도 수준과 자녀의 애퍼시(APATHY)증후와의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between apathy syndrome and family environments, especially parents happiness level in High School students. First, there was a close connection between Parents Happiness Level and high school students' Apathy Syndrome in all subordinated factors. Second, in nihilistic factor, there was a difference between low and high Parents Happiness Level, and also the difference was found at middle and high Parents Happiness Level. And in desire loss factor, Parents Happiness level had connection with middle and high group. In confidence deficiency factor, low Parents Happiness Level had connection with middle and high group, and in self esteem deficiency, students whose Parents Happiness Level was low had connection with middle and high group. Third, in case of individual and social conflict factors, students in low and middle Parents Happiness Level had significant correlation with students who had higher conflict level in career and personal conflict. Four, in behavioral apathy factors, such as class avoidance behavior, passive behavior and self denial factors, students in low and middle Parents Happiness Level had some differences with students in high Parents Happiness Level in Behavioral Apathy Syndrome.
