Effect of microwave irradiation on lipase-catalyzed reactions in ionic liquids

Microwave-assisted organic synthesis has gained a remarkable interest over the past years because of its advantages - (i) rapid energy transfer and superheating, (ii) higher yield and rapid reaction, (iii) cleaner reactions. Ionic liquids are well known for their unique properties such as negligible vapor pressure and high thermal stability. With these properties, ionic liquids have gained increasing attention as green, multi-use reaction media. Recently, ionic liquids have been applied as reaction media for biocatalysis. Lipase-catalyzed reactions in ionic liquids provide high activity and yield compared to conventional organic solvents or solvent free system. Since polar molecules are generally good absorbent to microwave radiation, ionic liquids were investigated as reaction media to improve activity and productivity. In this study, therefore, the effect of microwave irradiation in ionic liquids was investigated on lipase catalyzed reactions such as benzyl acetate synthesis and caffeic acid phenethyl ester synthesis. Comparing to conventional heating, microwave heating showed almost the same final conversion but increased initial reaction rate (3.03 mM/min) compared to 2.11 mM/min in conventional heating at 50 oC.

응급실로 내원한 감염 의심 환자에서 KTAS의 예후도구로서의 유용성 평가

Objective: The Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS) is a triage tool for patients in the emergency department (ED). This study aimed to evaluate the ability of the KTAS to predict poor outcomes in South Korean ED patients with a suspected infection. We also compared the effectiveness of KTAS with that of the National Early Warning Score (NEWS) and Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) in predicting poor outcomes. Methods: We conducted a single-center retrospective study that included adult patients with a suspected infection who were admitted to the ED between January 2019 and December 2019. Patients who received a prescription for antibiotics and associated culture tests in the ED were considered to have an infection. Poor outcomes were evaluated by in-hospital mortality, general ward admission, and intensive care unit (ICU) admission. A receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis was performed to evaluate and compare KTAS, NEWS, and MEWS. Results: Of the 4,127 patients in the study, in-hospital mortality was reported in 154 (3.7%) patients. The median KTAS was lower in the non-survivors than in the survivors (2.51 vs. 3.35). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the KTAS was associated with in-hospital mortality, ward admission, and ICU admission. The area under the ROC curve (AUROC) values for predicting in-hospital mortality associated with the KTAS, NEWS, and MEWS were 0.776 (95% confidence interval, 0.747-0.803), 0.829 (0.759-0.811) and 0.739 (0.694-0.786), respectively. Conclusion: Our results showed that the KTAS was associated with in-hospital mortality, ward admissions, and ICU admissions among ED patients with a suspected infection. Thus, KTAS may be reliable in predicting a poor outcome in ED patients with a suspected infection.

500 MW급 석탄화력발전소 증기터빈축 이상진동의 해결방안

본 연구에서는 500 MW급 석탄화력발전소 기동 중 고압 및 중압 증기터빈축 양단 베어링에서 발생한 이상진동 현상의 원인을 규명하고 해결방안을 모색하기 위하여 알려진 이론에 근거하여 분석을 수행하였다. 주파수, 진폭 및 위상각 분석결과 접촉에 의해 발생하는 진동의 전형적인 특성이 나타나 이상진동의 원인을 접촉으로 판단하였고 증기터빈을 분해하여 내부부품의 마모를 확인하였다. 이상진동을 해소하기 위하여 저속회전 및 발란싱 방법을 적용하였는데 발란싱이 저속회전보다 접촉현상 해소에 우수하였다. 따라서 본 연구와 유사한 특성의 이상진동이 증기터빈 축에서 발생할 경우 발란싱은 유력한 해결방안이 될 수 있을 것이다. During the start-up of 500 MW class coal-fired power plant, abnormal shaft vibration was occurred on bearings installed on both side of high and intermediate pressure steam turbine. Shaft vibration was analyzed to investigate the reason and find the resolution, based on well-known theory in this study. Typical vibration characteristics which occur when rotating parts contact with stationary parts were observed at the analysis of frequency, amplitude and phase angle. The reason of abnormal vibration was assumed to be rub and internal parts wear was observed during repair period. As a result of applying low speed turning and balancing for resolution of abnormal vibration, balancing was more effective for rub removal. So balancing could be excellent resolution in the case of abnormal vibration which is similar to this study.

진각국사 혜심의 ‘선다일여’ 의 시적 미학

The purpose of this paper is to look into the poetic aesthetics of "Seon and Tea are the Same One" of Jingak Hyesim(1178∼1234), focusing particularly on the relationship of his Seon thought and Tea poems. Hyesim, a disciple of Bojo Jinul(1158~1210), set up his own unique Seon thought by expanding and deepening Ganhwaseon of his master. Hyesim was a role model among Korean Seon masters and took a leading role in the development of Korean Seon literature. He also expressed seeking the Truth and attaining Enlightenment by writing many excellent Seon poems in brief and condensed poetic dictions or in different metaphors and symbols based on Seon intuition and poetic imagination. He stressed that the mind is the basis of everything and tried to find the original face through Samatha-vipassana rather than an idea. Furthermore, he attempted to contemplate things as they are and to enhance poetic aesthetic by embodying the world of Thus-ness as well. In particular, to Hyesim, Seon and Tea is not two but one; the taste of tea and meditation is the same one. He thought that Seon delight indwells in a cup of tea, which implies that there is no difference between tea ceremony and Seon practice. Originated and deepened in the course of the cultivation harmonized with nature, Hyesim's poems include both dharma fragrance and tea one. Consequently, reading and appreciating Hyesim's poems can be an alternative to purify our mind and to keep it awake. Here is Hyesim's poetic aesthetic of enlightenment and healing. 본 논문의 목적은 보조국사 지눌(1158~1210)의 간화선을 이어받은 진각국사 혜심(1178∼1234)이 그 자신의 독특한 간화선을 정립하여 구도와 깨달음의 과정에 있어 ‘선다일여’의 시적 미학을 어떻게 구현하고 있는가를 살펴보는데 있다. 헤심은 고려 불교의 중흥의 기틀을 마련한 지눌의 의발을 이어 받아 조계산 수선사 제2세가 되었다. 그는 지눌의 간화선을 그대로 수용하지 않고 독자적인 간화선풍을 펼침으로써 조사로서의 전범을 보여 주었을 뿐만 아니라 간결하고도 함축적인 언어를 중요시 하는 선시를 창작하여 자신의 깨달음의 경지를 담아냄으로써 우리의 선시문학 발전에 선도적인 역할을 하였다. 무엇보다도 그는 마음이 모든 것의 근본임을 내세우며 관념보다 지관(止觀)을 통하여 본래 모습을 찾고, 사물을 있는 그대로 관조하고 그 진여의 세계를 형상화 하여 격조 높은 시적 미학으로 승화시키고자 하였다. 따라서 혜심의 시적 세계의 특징은 자연에서 진여의 세계를 관조하는 선적 직관과 시적 상상력이 조화를 이루어 빚어낸 물아일여의 깨달음의 세계를 드러내 보이는 것이다. 특히 한 잔의 차를 마심으로써 집중과 통찰을 높이며 마음을 비우고 자신을 관조하며 깨달음에 이르렀던 혜심의 내려놓기와 비움의 지혜를 제공하고 있는 점이다. 따라서 혜심의 자연과의 조화로운 수행에서 깊어지는 ‘법향’과 ‘다향’의 향기로움이 담긴 시편들은 혼탁해진 우리의 심신을 맑히고 깨어있도록 하기에 더 없이 좋은 깨침과 치유 미학의 메시지를 전하고 있다 할 것이다.

딥러닝 예측 모델을 통한 중고자동차 진단평가 방법 연구

소비자가 제품 및 서비스 시장에서 체감하는 소비자 지향적 수준을 가늠하는 한국소비자원의 2021년 소비자시장평가지표에서 중고차 시장은 하나의 항목을 제외한 모든 항목의 평가점수에서 최하점을 기록하였다. 이처럼 중고차 시장의 소비자 지향성이 현저히 낮은 현상의문제점을 탈피하고자 국토교통부에서 인가한 한국진단보증협회의 정관 및 규정을 준수한 기준 가격 테이블을 기반으로 중고차의 가격을 추론하는 심층 신경망 아키텍처 기반의 시세 예측 모델을 설계하였다. 소비자 입장에서 중고차 거래를 진행하기에 앞서 해당 예측 모델에서추론한 추정가를 통하여 국가 공인 자격을 지닌 자동차진단평가사와 같은 전문 인력에게 차량을 평가받는 것과 유사하게 사전에 중고차 시장에서의 정확성 및 객관성 수준을 갖춘 가격을 인지할 수 있다. 이처럼 소비자 관점 및 수요에 맞추어 편익을 제공하여 신뢰가 가능한중고차 시장의 소비자 환경 조성 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. In the Korea Consumer Agency's 2021 consumer market evaluation index, which measures the level of consumer orientation that consumers feel in the product and service market, the used car market scored the lowest point in the evaluation score of all items except one item. In order to avoid the problem of this significantly low consumer orientation in the used car market, a market price prediction model based on a deep neural network architecture that infer the price of used cars based on the standard price table that complies with the articles of association and regulations of the Korea Diagnostic Guarantee Association approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport was designed. From the perspective of consumers, it is possible to recognize prices with levels of accuracy and objectivity in the used car market in advance, similar to how a vehicle is evaluated by a professional person such as a state-certified automobile diagnostic evaluator through an estimator inferred from the predictive model. In this way, it was intended to suggest a plan to create a consumer environment in the used car market that is reliable by providing benefits tailored to the consumer's perspective and demand.

함허선사의‘비움과 충만’의 시적 미학

본 논문의 목적은 함허선사(1376~1433)의 사상을 살펴봄과 동시 에 수행과 깨달음에서 오는‘비움과 충만’의 시적 미학을 모색하는 데 있다. 함허는『현정론』을 통해 유자들의 불교비판의 부당성을 주 장하고‘유불융합’의 회통과 조화로운 관계 모색을 통해 불교의 정체 성을 지켜내려 했다. 그의 이러한 사유와 실천은 앞서간 선사들을 통 한 자기 확인, 점수(漸修)의 과정을 담은 관조의 시, 산사에서 느끼는 한가함과 탈속무애한 정서가 내재된 시편들을 통해 잘 드러난다. 함허의 이러한 시적 세계는 직관을 통한 교화사상과 자연과 조화를 이룬 시심의 결과물이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 자연과 조화를 이룬 무 심의 세계는 그의 선적 직관과 시적 상상력이 조화를 이루어 빚어낸 물아일여의 깨달음의 세계이다. 여기에는 내려놓기와 걸림이 없고 무심한 삶의 관조의 세계가 선명하게 드러난다. 함허의 수행에서 빼놓을 수 없는 것 역시‘선다일여(禪茶一如)’의 수행이다. 그래서 함허는 깨달음을 얻어가는 수행 과정에서 차로 마 음을 맑히고 진여를 찾는다. 한 잔의 차를 마심으로써 집중과 통찰을 높이고 마음을 비우고 자신을 관조하며 깨달음에 이르렀던 것이다. 일체의 집착을 놓아버리고 무심의 상태에서 사물을 관조하는 무심합 도에서 배태된 함허의 맑고 투명한 언어의 시편들은 내려놓기와 비 움의 지혜를 준다. 또한 그의 이러한 시편들은 텅 빈 충만의 세계를 보듬게 함으로써 번다함과 집착으로 살아가는 현대인들의 지친 심신 을 치유하는 한 줄기 바람으로 작용할 수 있는 메시지를 전해준다. The purpose of this paper is to look into the background of Seon Master Hamheo’s thought and to grape for the poetic aesthetic of ‘emptiness and fullness’and its possibility of healing mind as well. Hamheo diagnosed that Confucians’attacks on Buddhism derived from their misunderstanding and mistrust on it. So, he tried to establish Buddhism’s identity and to wipe out their distorted understanding of Buddhism through Hyeonjeongron(An Essay for Revealing Buddhism). Hamheo asserted that the teachings of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are ultimately not different in their essence. Such thought and practice are revealed in the following poems: self-identification through precedent Seon masters, contemplation of gradual cultivation, unworldliness and free from all obstacles. Hamheo’s poetic world is the production of the harmonization of nature and one of the enlightenment through the intuition. In particular, no-mind world, harmonizing with nature, is one of enlightenment toward ‘objects and self are oneness’originating in his Seon intuition and poetic imagination. Hence, in these tendency poems, the contemplative thought on life such as ‘letting it go’and ‘no-obstacles’and ‘no-mind’is shown well. Also, “Daseon Ilyeo”(Seon and Tea are oneness) is a focal point in Hamheo’s practice. Actually, in the course of attain enlightenment, he tried to clear mind and to seek truesuchness by drinking of tea because by drinking tea, he could enhance insight and concentration of the mind, could empty mind, or could contemplate self and get to enlightenment. Therefore, Hamheo’s clear and transparent poetry contemplating things in the state of no-mind without attachment give us the wisdom of “letting it go”and “emptiness and fullness.”Also, his poetry can operates as an autumn wind to people who are fatigued in mind and body due to attachment and greed today.

하둡 기반의 효율적인 보안로그 분석시스템 설계 및 구현

Integrated log management system can help to predict the risk of security and contributes to improve the security level of the organization, and leads to prepare an appropriate security policy. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a Hadoop-based log analysis system by using distributed database model which can store large amount of data and reduce analysis time by automating log collecting procedure. In the proposed system, we use the HBase in order to store a large amount of data efficiently in the scale-out fashion and propose an easy data storing scheme for analysing data using a Hadoop-based normal expression, which results in improving data processing speed compared to the existing system. 통합로그관리시스템은 보안 위험 사항을 예측하고 기관의 보안성 향상에 기여하여 적합한 보안 정책을 마련할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 논문에서는 대용량의 로그 데이터를 저장할 수 있는 분산 데이터베이스 모델과 로그 수집 절차를 자동화하여 분석 시간을 줄일 수 있는 하둡 기반의 로그 분석 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 HBase를 사용하여 데이터 용량에 따라 Scale-Out 방식으로 유연하게 저장할 수 있게 하였고 정규식을 이용하여 분석에 용이한 저장 기법을 제안하여 기존 시스템 대비 분석 속도를 높일 수 있다.
