        An Exploratory Study on Turnover Intentions of Generation MZ and Older Generation Social Workers: Impact of Organizational Justice and Work-Life Balance

        This study investigated whether there is a significant difference in the turnover intentions between Generation MZ (born in 1980-2000) and the older generations (born before 1980) working in social welfare organizations. The binomial logistic regression was used to compare the factors revealed by previous literatures and showed that the key factors that contributed to the difference are organizational justice and work-life balance, which are highly sought out by Generation MZ. “A Survey on Wage Levels and Working Conditions of Social Workers”from the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used mainly for analysis. The results demonstrated significant differences in turnover intention between the two study groups. While the sub-dimensions of organizational justice, including distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice, had a significant impact on turnover intention in both groups, work-life balance was significant only in Generation MZ group. Through a comparative analysis, this study established a new knowledge base and deepened the understanding of turnover behavior in two very different generation groups. Furthermore, the study findings provided more detailed knowledge for human resource management at the organization level.

        Such meta-theatrical dramas as Desire under the Elms and Buried Child principally show the inner confliction of paranoiac delusional disorder and obsession derived from incest, Oedipus complex, and Lacanian imaginary’s mirror stage. Both of these literary works destroy the illusion and fabrication of the American family myth and success dream based on the patriarchal system and Christian logocentric authority. They disclose the political duplicity and distortion of American culture, which has divided the invisible dichotomous border between sexuality genders, reality and simulacre, races, consumer classes, and signifier and signified. These expressionistic, absurd, and hyper-realistic meta-dramas show the paradox, tragicomedy, irony, violence, regression, subversion, sexual perversion, aphasia, and frequent slip of tongue in the recirculing stage of multilevel structures confused with past and present. .

      • 카오스 암호화 알고리즘을 이용한 웹 보안 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 카오스 이론에 기초한 카오스(chaos) 암호화 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 웹 보안 시스템에 적용하여 웹 클라이언트와 서버간의 안전한 통신을 위한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 웹 보안 시스템은 인증서버, 웹 클라이언트 및 웹 서버로 구성되며, 웹 클라이언트와 웹 서버에는 각각 웹 페이지의 요청 및 응답 페이지의 암호화 및 복호화를 담당하는 프록시 클라이언트와 서버 게이트웨이를 개발하여 탑재하였다. 인증서 형식은 국제표준을 수용하여 X.509 형식에 따라 구현하였으며, 클라이언트와 서버 인증을 위하여 RSA 공개키 알고리즘을 통하여 키 생성 및 분배가 이루어진다. 클라이언트와 서버간에 암호화 채널이 형성되면 카오스, SEED 및 DES 암호화 알고리즘을 통해 데이터의 암·복호화를 수행한다. 카오스 암호화 알고리즘은 기존의 비밀키 암호화 알고리즘들과 비교하여 속도와 비도 면에서 뛰어나다. 따라서 카오스 암호화 알고리즘을 적용한 웹 보안 시스템은 전자상거래, 인터넷 뱅킹 등에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, a new stream cipher algorithm based on the chaos theory is proposed and is applied to a Web security system. The Web security system is composed of three parts: certificate authority (CA), Web client, and Web server. The Web client and server system include a secure proxy client (SPC) and a secure management server (SMS), respectively, for data encryption and decryption between them. The certificate is implemented based on X.509 and the RSA public key algorithm is utilized for key creation and distribution to certify both the client and server. Once a connection is established between the client and server, outgoing and incoming data are encrypted and decrypted, respectively, using one of the three cipher algorithms: chaos, SEED, and DES. The proposed chaos algorithm outperforms the other two conventional algorithms in processing time and complexity. Thus, the developed Web security system can be widely used in electronic commerce (EC) and Internet banking.

        아파치 엘라스틱서치 기반 로그스태시를 이용한 보안로그 분석시스템

        최근 사이버 공격은 다양한 정보시스템에 심각한 피해를 주고 있다. 로그 데이터 분석은 이러한 문제를 해결하는 하나의 방법이다. 보안 로그 분석시스템은 로그 데이터 정보를 수집, 저장, 분석하여 보안 위험에 적절히 대처할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 보안 로그 분석을 위하여 분산 검색 엔진으로 사용되고 있는 Elasticsearch와 다양한 종류의 로그 데이터를 수집하고 가공 및 처리할 수 있게 하는 Logstash를 사용하여 보안 로그 분석시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 분석한 로그 데이터는 Kibana를 이용하여 로그 통계 및 검색 리포트를 생성하고 그 결과를 시각화할 수 있게 하였다. 구현한 검색엔진 기반 보안 로그 분석시스템과 기존의 Flume 로그 수집기, Flume HDFS 싱크 및 HBase를 사용하여 구현한 보안 로그 분석시스템의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 실험 결과 Elasticsearch 기반의 로그 분석시스템을 사용할 경우 하둡 기반의 로그 분석시스템에 비하여 데이터베이스 쿼리 처리시간 및 로그 데이터 분석 시간을 현저하게 줄일 수 있음을 보였다. Recently cyber attacks can cause serious damage on various information systems. Log data analysis would be able to resolve this problem. Security log analysis system allows to cope with security risk properly by collecting, storing, and analyzing log data information. In this paper, a security log analysis system is designed and implemented in order to analyze security log data using the Logstash in the Elasticsearch, a distributed search engine which enables to collect and process various types of log data. The Kibana, an open source data visualization plugin for Elasticsearch, is used to generate log statistics and search report, and visualize the results. The performance of Elasticsearch-based security log analysis system is compared to the existing log analysis system which uses the Flume log collector, Flume HDFS sink and HBase. The experimental results show that the proposed system tremendously reduces both database query processing time and log data analysis time compared to the existing Hadoop-based log analysis system.

        김병철의 헤밍웨이소설 번역작업의 자구 해석적 등가성의 한계

        This paper deals with two directions, which are the necessity of new translative strategies and introspection regarding the literally interpreting-equivalence principle and short culturological awareness inherent in Byungchul Kim’s translative works on Hemingway’s major novels. His chief achievements are like these: first, he was a prominent professor of American literature especially in Hemingway. He translated numerous Hemingway’s works into Korean language based on incomplete equivalence principle. Although his abundant works might be the result translated literally lacking in linguistic and culturological awareness, he is the incipient translator who concentrated on Hemingway's novels from 1950's to 1990's. Second, he researched the introduction of western literature into Korea with devoted endeavors for approximately 30 years. By the middle of 1950's after liberation and war, Korean government realized the urgency of introduction of American and English literature to strengthen the capitalistic culture. Under government's financial support and supervision for the systematic translative plan of American literature, many professors translated famous originals based on the weak equivalence theory. Some of them could not avoid in errors and plagiarism in their translative works without linguistic and culturological backgrounds. Such fundamental and serious problems in the translative process have not been disconnected until 2015.

        Since we spend about 80% of our daily lives indoors, such as at home, offices, and restaurants, bad indoor air conditions can cause chronic and fatal effects on health. Despite current vaccination, breakthrough infections due to delta and omicron mutations are emerging one after another, and the number of severely ill patients is continuously increasing. In this paper, we propose a web service-based indoor air quality information provision platform that can provide a clean environment by killing airborne viruses in a short time by installing an air quality measurement and sterilizer in living space and provide it to the general public in real time. By using such a platform, it is possible to reduce the spread of viruses and provide a safe indoor air environment by providing air quality information in real time.
