한국 내 외국인 투자기업 직원들의 기술다양성이 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 조직문화의 조절효과

Drawing upon the job characteristics model and competing values model, this study examined the relationship between skill variety and job stress of the employees in foreign-owned firms. Contrary to the previous studies, we hypothesized that skill variety positively influences on the job stress of the employees. We also hypothesized that the clan culture negatively and the market culture positively moderate the positive relationship between skill variety and job stress. Data on skill variety and job stress were provided by 1,989 employees in 68 foreign-owned firms. Skill variety had a positive association with job stress. Moreover, clan culture negatively moderates the relationship between skill variety and job stress, but the moderating effect of market culture was not significant. This paper concluded with a discussion of the theoretical and managerial implications, and provided suggestions for future research. 본 연구는 직무 특성 모델에서 제시한 다섯 가지 직무 특성 가운데 하나인 기술다양성이 외국인 투자기업 근로자들의 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 것이다. 직무 특성과 직무 스트레스에 대한 대부분의 기존 연구들은기술다양성이 증가할수록 근로자의 직무 스트레스가 줄어든다고 주장하였으나, 본 연구는 기술다양성이 근로자의직무 스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 주장하였다. 또한 경쟁 가치 모델에서 제시한 네 가지 조직문화가운데 관계지향 문화는 기술다양성과 직무 스트레스 간의 정(+)의 관계를 약화시키는 역할을 하고, 과업지향문화는 기술다양성과 직무 스트레스 간의 정(+)의 관계를 강화시키는 역할을 할 것이라고 주장하였다. 68개 외국인 투자기업에 재직 중인 1,989명의 근로자 자료를 활용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 이상의 가설을 검정한결과, 기술다양성은 직무 스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관계지향 문화의 조절효과는통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 과업지향 문화의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 124개 로컬기업에 재직 중인 2,673명의 근로자 자료를 활용하여 외국인 투자기업과의 가설 검정 결과를 비교하였으며, 기술다양성과 직무 스트레스 간에 비선형 관계(U형 관계)가 존재하는지에 대해 살펴보았다.

모리스 쿠랑의 『한국서지(BibliographieCoréenne)』에 수록된 한글문헌 목록과 그 가치

This paper is designed to review the Korean bibliography used in the List of Korean Literature, which is written by a French writer called Maurice Courantin the late 19th century, and to evaluate its value from a Korean linguistics perspective. Maurice Courant’s Korean bibliography is a comprehensive list of Korean literary releases, including a list of various literary works from Korean classics to early 20th century works, as well as encompassing Courant’s comments on them. A considerable part of this is comprised of contents on the Korean literature, which requires consideration from the perspective of Korean literature or Korean linguistics. In particular, the Korean bibliography’s list of Korean texts is the first of its kind in recent years, and is believed to have had a direct and indirect influence on the list of other Korean texts. In this paper, 590 out of 3,821 pieces of literature, which are the full list of the books, were found to be Korean literature by reviewing the list and the relevant articles of the main body in the Korean bibliography, and the patterns and characteristics of the literature’s distribution in the Courant literature classification system would be also clarified in this paper. Furthermore, the meaning and value of Korean bibliography would be evaluated from the perspective of Korean linguistics by comparing it with the list of other Korean language history data from the Korean bibliography. 이 논문은 19세기말 프랑스인 모리스 쿠랑의 저술 『한국서지(Bibliographie Coréenne)』에 나타난 한글문헌 목록을 검토하여 국어사적 입장에서 그 가치를 평가해 보고자 한 것이다. 모리스 쿠랑의 『한국서지』는 한국의 고 전적에서부터 20세기 초까지의 각종 문헌류에 대한 목록과 서지, 해제 그리고 그에 대한 쿠랑의 논평이 종합적으로 실려 있는 한국 문헌 해제 목록서이다. 이 중에서 상당한 부분이 한글문헌에 대한 내용으로 구성되어 있어 한글문헌학 또는 국어사적 입장에서 검토를 요한다. 특히 『한국서지』의 한글문헌 목록은 근세기 최초의 한글문헌에 대한 해제 목록으로서 이후의 타 한글문헌 목록에도 직․간접적 영향을 끼친 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서는 『한국서지』 내의 본론 부분에 해당하는 문헌 목록과 해제 부분을 검토하여 이 책의 전체 목록인 3,821종의 문헌 중 590종이 한글문헌임을 밝히고, 이들의 분포가 쿠랑의 문헌 분류 체계상에서 어떻게 분포하는지 그 양상과 특징을 알아보았다. 또한 『한국서지』의 한글문헌 목록과 이후의 다른 국어사 자료 연구서 또는 문헌 목록을 비교해 봄으로써 『한국서지』의 한글문헌 목록이 국어사 분야에서 어떠한 의미와 가치를 지니는지 평가해 보았다.

다국적기업 자회사 인력 현지화의 선행요인과 결과

본 연구는 사회정체성이론에 기반을 두어 한국 내 다국적기업 자회사 인력 현지화의 선행요인과 결과를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 다국적기업의 본사가 위치한 국가의 경제발전 수준은 다국적기업 자회사의 주재원 비율에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 본사 지분율은 주재원 비율에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 주장하였다. 또한 다국적기업 자회사의 주재원 비율은 다국적기업 자회사 현지 직원의 조직시민행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미칠 것이라고 주장하였다. 20개국 출신, 55개 다국적기업 자회사에 근무 중인 347명의 현지 직원들을 대상으로 이상의 주장을 실증적으로 검증하였다. In this study, I examine the antecedents and consequences of the expatriate proportion in MNE subsidiaries in Korea based on social identity theory. I suggest that the level of home country economic development negatively and the parent’s ownership stake in the subsidiary positively influence on the expatriate proportion in MNE subsidiaries. I also posit that host country nationals’ organizational citizenship behavior is negatively affected by the expatriate proportion. These propositions are strongly supported by path analysis of 347 host country nationals in 55 MNE subsidiaries that originate from 20 countries.

제도적 거리가 한국 다국적기업 해외자회사의 소유지분 결정에 미치는 영향: 전문경영인의 관점에서

“거리”의 영향력은 국제경영 전략의 국가 간 차이를 설명하려는 학자들의 주요한 연구 주제 중 하나로 간주되어 왔으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 국제경영 분야의 과거 연구들은 홉스테드의 연구을 바탕으로 심리적 거리와 문화적 거리에 초점을 맞추어왔다. 본 연구는 본국과 현지국 간의 제도적 차이가 한국 다국적기업 해외자회사의 소유지분 결정에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 제도적 관점을 채택하였다. 본 연구에서는 제도적 거리를 규범적 거리와 규정적 거리로 구분하여 규범적 거리와 규정적 거리가 해외자회사의 소유지분 결정에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았는데, 본국과 현지국 간의 규범적 거리와 규정적 거리가 증가함에 따라 단독투자 보다는 합작투자를 선호할 것으로 가정하였다. 35개국에서 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 254개의 해외자회사들을 대상으로 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 이상의 주장을 실증적으로 검증하였다.

Manta형 무인잠수정의 부가물 형상에 따른 동유체력 특성에 관한 연구

Manta형 무인잠수정(MUUTV)을 대상으로 회류수조에서의 모형실험을 통해 동일한 동체 모형에 대해 형상이 서로 다른 부가물을 부착했을 때의 동유체력 특성을 실험적으로 검토하였으며, 동유체력 측정 결과를 이론계산치와 비교하였다. 아울러 이를 바탕으로 운동안정성을 검토하여 최적의 부가물 형상 결정의 이론적 근거를 확립하였다. The influence of different appendage shape on the characteristics of hydrodynamic forces on Manta-type Unmanned Undersea Test Vehicle(MUUTV) was discussed experimentally. Fuselage only MUUTV model and two types of MUUTV model with different appendage geometries were considered as the subject of discussion. Oblique tow experiment was carried out in circulating water channel with three MUUTV models. A point of difference in hydrodynamic force characteristics among three models was indicated. Furthermore, the linear hydrodynamic derivatives obtained from model experiment were compared with theoretical calculation results from slender body theory, added mass theory and etc. Based on the hydrodynamic force characteristics, motion stability of two types of MUUTV model with different appendage geometries was compared each other. Through the above analysis, the more suitable shape of appendage geometry was made clear.

보조극형 자동차 시동용 직류전동기의 특성해석

This paper describes an analysis method based on the experimental parameter for the 0.9kW starter motor of vehicle with permanent magnet and pole core, and analyzed the influence by the effect of pole core of starting motor by using the 2D-FEM analysis technique to reflect the structural characteristic of 3D. A starter motor consists mainly of armature, yoke and permanent magnet with the pole core. Additionally, there is different the axial length of each part. Therefore, the effective of analysis method is needed to improve the characteristic of it. This paper approached the 2D-FEM analysis estimated by the 3D-EMCN(Three Dimensional Equivalent Magnetic Circuit Network) instead of the 3D-FEM analysis to minimize parameters. As a result, this paper is proposed the validity of 2D-FEM analysis and obtained reasonable results for improving a performance.

한글 의서 언해류 문헌의 어휘 역사 데이터베이스 구축 연구

이 연구는 한글 의서 언해류 문헌의 어휘 역사 데이터베이스 구축의 필요성을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 향후 구축될 데이터베이스 설계의 기술적 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 한글 의서 어휘는 매우 다양하면서도 문헌의 성격에 따른 특징을 가지고 있다. 때문에 국어사전을 비롯한 일반적인 어휘 데이터베이스만으로는 그 특징을 제대로 드러내기 어렵고 또한 다음과 같은 한계점이 있다. 첫째, 문맥 의존적 어휘 의미가 반영되어 있지 않다는 점, 둘째, 구문형 어휘가 데이터 자원으로 반영되어 있지 않다는 점, 셋째, 어휘 관계 설정이 보다 충분히 이루어져야 한다는 점 등이다. 이러한 한계를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 이 논문에서는 첫째, 어휘 체계의 분석을 통해 어휘 의미 부류의 분류를 상세히 함으로써 문맥 의존적 의미를 충실히 반영하는 방법과, 둘째, 확장된 어휘 단위와 다중 추출을 통해 구문형 어휘를 확보하는 방법, 셋째, 개방성에 기반한 어휘 관계어의 설정 방안으로 해시태그를 이용하는 방법 등을 제안하였다. 이를 토대로 향후 구축될 한글 의서 어휘 역사 데이터베이스를 비롯한 전문 분야의 특수 목적 어휘 데이터베이스를 개발하는 데 효과적인 도움이 되도록 하였다.
