다중 사용자 간섭을 고려한 BPSK 데이터 변조 방식을 갖는 초광대역(Ultra-Wide Bandwidth, UWB) 시간 도약(time hopping, TH) 다중 통신 시스템의 정확한 비트 오율(bit error rate: BER)을 계산하는 방법을 제시하였다. UWB-TH BPSK 신호는 약간의 수정을 통하여 기존의 DS-CDMA 신호와 유사함을 보였다. 또한 다중 사용자 간섭(multiple user interference, MUI)는 특성 함수 기법을 이용하여 정확하게 기술하였다. 이들을 바탕으로 TH-BPSK 다중 통신 시스템의 BER을 정확히 계산하였다. 또한, MUI에 대한 기존의 가우시안 근사에 비하여 상당히 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있는 간단한 근사식을 함께 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 BER 계산식의 정확성 및 타당성은 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교함으로써 확인하였다. The bit error probability of UWB Time-Hopping(TH) multiple access communication systems combined with BPSK is calculated with a high accuracy including the multiple user interference(MUI). This paper finds that with some manipulations, the TH-BPSK UWB signal can be modified to the similar form of the DS-CDMA signal. The MUI in the system is explained by the characteristic function technique. Above two descriptions have been bases on the derivation of the exact BER expression of the system. We also propose the approximate expression for the BER, which has enough accuracy compared with the expression from the Gaussian approximation of the MUI. The comparison of the results from the proposed expressions with the simulation results gives the confirmation for the validity and accuracy of the proposed expressions.
Hot Carrier 현상에 의한 Bulk DTMOS의 RF성능 저하

본 논문에서는bulk dynamic threshold voltage MOSFET(B-DTMOS)와 bulk MOSFET(B-MOS)에서 hot carrier 현상으로 인한 RF 성능 저하를 비교하였다. Normal 및 moderate 모드에서 B-DTMOS의 차단주파수 및 최소잡음지수의 열화가 B-MOS 소자 보다 심하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 실험 견과로부터 hot carrier에 의한 RF 성능 저하가 DC 특성 열화 보다 심함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 처음으로 hot carrier 현상으로 인한 B-DTMOS 소자의 RF 전력 특성 저하를 측정하였다. This paper reports the hot carrier induced RF performance degradation of bulk dynamic threshold voltage MOSFET (B-DTMOS) compared with bulk MOSFET (B-MOS). In the normal and moderate mode operations, the degradations of cut-off frequency $(f_{T})$ and minimum noise figure $(F_{min})$ of B-DTMOS are less significant than those of B-MOS devices. Our experimental results show that the RF performance degradation is more significant than the U performance degradation after hot carrier stressing. Also, the degradation characteristics of RF power Performance of B-DTMOS due to hot carrier effects are measured for the first time.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine if scolopendrid acuacupucture may be effective to the lateral epicondylitis. Methods : Using scolopendrid aquacupucture, we injected a small dose of it to the affected area and operated 2 pre and post treatment test; VAS(visual analogue scale), PPT(pressure pain threshold). Results : The scolopendrid aquacupucture treatment led to improvement in the pain and symptom of lateral epicondylitis by all efficacy measures. After scolopendrid aquacupucture treatment, there was improvement in VAS, PPT. Conclusion :This results suggest that scolopendrid aquacupucture is good method for treatment of lateral epicondylitis, so we suggest the possibility to use this new remedy for the lateral epicondylitis.
UWB-TH PPM 다중 통신시스템의 정확한 비트 오율의 계산

대량의 데이터를 빠르게 전송할 수 있는 UWB(Ultra-widebandwidth) 시간 도약(time hopping : TH) 펄스 위치 변조(pulse position modulation : PPM) 다중 통신 시스템의 비트 오율을 정확히 계산할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 다중 접근 간섭(multiple access interference : MAI)의 통계적 성질을 특성함수 기법을 이용하여 정확히 모델링 하였고 이를 바탕으로 TH-PPM 시스템의 비트 오율을 정확하게 계산할 수 있는 해석 식을 제시하였다. 또한, 기존의 MAI에 대한 가우시안 근사에 비하여 상당히 개선된 정확성을 갖는 근사식을 함께 소개하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모델에 의해서 계산된 비트 오율을 Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션 한 결과와 비교함으로써 제안한 BER 식의 정확성 및 타당성을 검증하였다. The exact bit error rate(BER) calculation of an UWB-TH PPM multiple access communication system, which is known to be suitable for the fast transmission of massive information data, is introduced. The statistic feature of the multiple access intereference (MAI) of the system is precisely modeled by the characteristic function technique. The concrete expression for the MAI allows the exact expression for BER to be derived. In addition, we propose the approximate expression for the BER which reveals superior accuracy to the expression from the previous Gaussian approximation of the MAI. The validity of the proposed expressions is confirmed from the comparison of proposed results with the results from Monte-Carlo simulation.
경추 후만에 대한 낙차 교정기법을 이용한 추나치료 치험례

Objectives: This study is performed to evaluate the clinical effect of chuna therapy on the neck pain associated with kyphotic cervical curvature. Methods: This study carried out on three patients with neck pain & kyphotic cervical curvature who have received treatment in Depar1ment of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine, Daejon Oriental Hospital of Daejon University from 28th July 2006 to 3th November 2006. Pre and post treatment, We evaluated the cervical angle, Jackson's angle, Jochumsen method, Ishihara index, VAS and effective score of treatment. Results & Conclusions: Two patients who received Chuna treatment recovered cervical curvature and improved neck pain. But One patient who dosen't received Chuna treatment was no improvement in cervical curvature & neck pain.
국내 BIPV 시스템의 발전 성능 실태 조사를 위한 기초 연구

In Korea, there are many policies regarding PV system. The number of policies have increased in volume as the years have gone by. Performance analysis of the already installed PV system is very important for improving the performance of new installation. Based on the performance of installed systems, it can be seen weather the new installations are actually doing better or not. Especially, BIPV system needs active performance analysis, since there are many constraints for installation and inherent performance degradation factors. In this study, comparison of performance of a standard module BIPV system with previous studies has been done, based on performance degradation factors. The study showed that the PR of this standard BIPV system, which is 64.8-71.5 %,is in reality less than the previous studies. Both Lc and Ls is higher than previous studies, especially LC is 340-520% higher than previous studies.
