Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Mimicking Leakage of Contrast Media After Coronary Angiography

We report a patient who developed subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) just after coronary angiography (CAG) with non-ionic contrast media (CM) and minimal dose of heparin. The 55-year-old man had a history of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction that had been treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention and was admitted for a follow-up CAG. The CAG was performed by the transradial approach,using 1000 U of unfractionated heparin for the luminal coating and 70 mL of iodixanol. At the end of CAG, he complained of nausea and rapidly became stuporous. Brain CT showed a diffusely increased Hounsfield unit (HU) in the cisternal space, similar to leakage of CM. The maximal HU was 65 in the cisternal space. No vascular malformations were detected on cerebral angiography. The patient partially recovered his mental status and motor weakness after 2 days. Two weeks later, subacute SAH was evident on magnetic resonance imaging. The patient was discharged after 28 days.

과수원에서 사용되는 스피드스프레이어(SS기)는 송풍을 활용하는 방제 특성 상 비산의 위험성이 높고 특히 과수가 없는 공간(결주, 과수원 경계 등)에서 더 많은 비산이 발생할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 국립농업과학원에서 LiDAR 센서를 활용한 지능형 방제기가 개발되었다. 본 연구는 해당 방제기의 살포효과와 비산 저감 효과를 검증하기 위해 장수군 장계면 소재 사과농장에서 기존 방제기와 비교 시험을 6월과 7월에 진행하였다. 살포효과를 검증하기 위하여 과수에 cellulose patch를 상중하 높이별로 4개씩 부착하여 살포의 균일성을 확인하였고 최상단에 1개를 배치하여 도달성을 확인하였다. 비산 저감 효과 검증 연구는 장대를 과수와 과수사이(주간)에 설치하였고 patch를 높이별로 5개 설치하였다. 살포 농약은 각각 tebuconazole(6월)과 etofenprox(7월)이였으며 분석은 QuEChERS 방법으로 전처리하고 LC-MS/MS로 분석하였다. 과수 내부 살포(균일도) 결과, SS기 대비 지능형 방제기의 잔류량은 과수 중단과 하단은 비슷하게 나타난 반면 상단부의 평균 잔류량은 tebuconazole과 etofenprox가 각각 32.2%, 18.4% 수준으로 감소하는 경향이 나타냈으며, 비산 시험의 경우에도 높이간 차이는 있지만, SS기 대비 지능형 방제기의 평균 잔류량은 37.6% 수준으로 저감되는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 지상형 방제기의 경우 과수의 형상을 인식하여 수관이 발달하지 않은 과수의 상단부에 적은 양을 살포하였고 그로인해 비산으로 낭비되는 양도 감소된 것으로 판단된다.

Fault Management in Crossbar ATM Switches

다중채널 스위치는 ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode)로 널리 사용되는 스위치 구조이며, 스위치의 내부에 장애에 대한 내성(tolerance) 을 구현할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 예를 들어, 하나의 다중 채널 그룹에 속하는 링크에 장애가 있을 경우, 장애 링크로 통과하려는 트래픽을 여분의 링크가 책임을 질 수 있게 할 수 있다. 스위치 소자에 발생하는 장애는 ATM 셀을 잘못 라우팅하거나 출력단에 도달하는 셀의 순서를 뒤바꾸게 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 채널 크로스바 ATM 스위치에 적용할 수 있는 두 가지의 장애 위치 확인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 첫 번째로 제안하는 최적 알고리즘은 시간적으로 최상의 성능을 보여주지만, 계산상으로는 복잡하게 되어 결과적으로 실제 구현이 어려울 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 최적의 알고리즘보다는 계산상으로 보다 효율적인 온라인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 두 알고리즘의 성능은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다. 온라인 알고리즘은 랜덤 트래픽 및 버스티(bursty) 트래픽에 대해 거의 최적에 가까운 성능을 보여 준다. 한편, 제안된 알고리즘으로 장애론 찾아낼 수 없는 경우가 있는데, 그에 대한 열거 및 원인을 제시한다. 끝으로 장애 위치 확인 알고리즘을 이용해서 찾은 장애를 우회하기 위해 행과 연을 추가하는 장애 복구 알고리즘을 제안하다. The multichannel switch is an architecture widely used for ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode). It is known that the fault tolerant characteristic can be incorporated into the multichannel crossbar switching fabric. For example, if a link belonging to a multichannel group fails, the remaining links can assume responsibility for some of the traffic on the failed link. On the other hand, if a fault occurs in a switching element, it can lead to erroneous routing and sequencing in the multichannel switch. We investigate several fault localization algorithm in multichannel crossbar ATM switches with a view to early fault recovery. The optimal algorithm gives the best performance in terms of time to localization but it is computationally complex which makes it difficult to implement. We develop an on-line algorithm which is computationally more efficient than the optimal one. We evaluate its performance through simulation. The simulation results show that the Performance of the on-line algorithm is only slightly sub-optimal for both random and bursty traffic. There are cases where the proposed on-line algorithm cannot pinpoint down to a single fault. We enumerate those cases and investigate the causes. Finally, a fault recovery algorithm is described which utilizes the information provided by the fault localization algorithm The fault recovery algorithm providesadditionalrowsandcolumnstoallowcellstodetourthefaultyelement.

탈식민 퀴어 주체의 길: 빌리-레이 벨코트의『북미 원주민의 대응 기제들』읽기

This paper aims to analyze Billy-Ray Belcourt’s NDN Coping Mechanisms: Notes from the Field through the concept of the politics of body, utopia, and grief. For Belcourt, race and sexual contradiction are not intangible agendas but physical issues. He foregrounds the body as the actual field on which white heterosexuality discourses are exerted and engraved. Differentiated from other contemporary Canadian aboriginal writers, Belcourt regards the racial and the sexual as not separated but intersected on the axis of colonialism. For him, the indigeneity and the queerness are linguistically constructed on the body by the colonial discourses. Armed with post-structuralism, queer theory, feminism, post-colonialism, and intersectionalism, Belcourt practices, reforms, and revolutionizes the legacy of modernist and postmodernist literary techniques. As a writer of minor literature, he produces the text of symptom which can be a new exit for the congested contemporary world literature. For him minor literature is not confined to the private interests of minorities but touches the whole system, which constructs the unequal and unjust hierarchy and makes the minor literature very political and historical. .
