        국산육가공 제품의 이화학적 성질 및 조직특성에 관한 연구

        Twenty-four processed meat items locally produced by 6 different domestic manufactures from the beginning of June to the middle of August, 1980 were tested for their physicochemical and textural characteristics. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The moisture content of fish sausage was between 59.0 - 66.1%, crude protein 9.6 - 11.7%, crude fat 2.6 - 15.8% and crude ash 1.7 - 3.2%. The crude protein and crude fat contents were lower than the desirable level and the crude fat content also showed wide variations among manufactures. 2. The moisture content of meat sausage was between 51.3 and 60.8%; crude protein 13.7 - 16.2%, crude fat 17.5 - 28.6%, crude ash 1.9 - 2.7%. The ratio of protein to water was similar to that of the developed countries but fat content was relatively low. 3. The moisture content of ham was about 70%; crude protein 16.1 - 24.4%, crude fat 2.8 - 10.9%, and crude ash 2.9 - 4.5%. When compared to the products of foreign countries, the domestic hams were lower in fat but higher in moisture content. 4. The mean pH values of all products were between 5.9 and 6.4. 5. The nitrite content of all products was between 10 and 40 ppm. None of the products was found to contain more than 70 ppm. 6. Food regulations specifying the chemical composition of processed meats take effect for the meat products, but not for the fish sausages, resulting in the wide variations in the chemical composition of the fish sausage. 7. Warner-Bratzler shear press value of meat sausage was 0.23±0.1 (Kg/wt); fish sausage 0.35±0.1 (Kg/wt) and ham 1.69±0.5 (Kg/wt). W/B shear press value of ham was five times greater than that of sausage. 8. Hardness of fish sausage was between 2.67 and 5.98 (Kg/wt); ham 5.1 - 10.8 (Kg/wt). Hardness showed wide variations among 6 different domestic manufactures. 9. Springiness was relatively uniform and cohesiveness of sausage was larger than that of ham.

        The Purpose of Study 1. Inspection of clinical application on TCD to CVA 2. Comparative analysis of each treatment effect by clinical symptoms and pathologic examination 4. The Judgement of the patient The Result From 8/1/1997 to 7/31/1998, We have the following result by clinical analysis intended for CVA 86 patients who had been treated in the Oriental Medical Hospital at Dong Eui Medical Center from 1997. 8. 1 to 1998. 7. 31 in 1. Analysis according to Age The first stage of thirties, forties, seventies is heavier than forties, fifties in improvement and Index of improvement of symptom 2. Analysis according to sex We have no special relation in an average of symptom and improvement, Index improvement 3. Analysis according to Family History We have the better result in first stage and improvement, index improvement when no family history. 4. Analysis according to Past History We have no special relation in past history like hypertension, DM, heart problem 5. Analysis devided two group, above group and under group on the basis of the average in first stage of all patient. We have the better result when the first stage is light, that the first score of barthel index and CNS is high. 6. Analysis of the effect of treatment about Korean medical treatment, Western medical treatment, cooperative treatment. In this study, the highest group of rate of treatment at four contrast groups (Korean medicine, Constitution medicine, Western medicine, cooperative treatment according to dyagnosis and range of treatment was the patient group of doing dyagnosis and method of treatment based on constitution medicine theory. This is that of doing demostation, A-Tx, po-herb-medication according to dyagnosis and treat method of constitution of Lee Je-ma In case of left, the case of dyagnosis any disease according to doctor view but, normal in TCDwas 22-beginning of attack, 20- two weeks later, 11 case-four weeks later in case of right, 15-beginning of attack, 12-two weeks later, 9 case four weeks later. So left vessel compares to right vessel is more interference, in fact more than a 1/2 of the patients of MCA disease can't do dyagnosis. In rate of imparement, the state of pacient improved but there isn't the improved case of result in TCD. 7. In TCD dyagnosis, between the case of inconsus the doctor view specially MCA in brain blood vessel is in large numbers and in total 86's patient, impossible case of dyagnosis according to interferiance of temporal is 21 case. 7. Result study about application of Kreaan medical treatment 1) The impossible patient of observation MCA blood vescular for interference temporal bone happened in large numbers. 2) There is the case having difference result to CT,MRI, MRA result. 3) Because individual difference is large, excluding to ananalogy of symptom. This is normal numerical value that has possibility of being checked as abnormal numerical value 4) there are a lot of cases that the speed of normal part is as similarly measured as that of abnormal part. It means that we cannot judge the disease by this measure 5) It is rare that this measure represent degree of improvement in patient's condition of disease.         토양경작법의 사례 분석을 통한 적용방안 개선

        Considering six screen matrix to select an optimum remediation method for the Kunsan military base contaminated with petroleum oil, the following order was obtained: landfarming > biopile > soil washing > thermal desorption = incineration. When the landfarming method was applied for the remediation of 2,250 $m^3$ soil contaminated with petroleum oil ranging from 500 to 2,404 mg/kg as TPH, contamination level decreased below target concentration 450 mg/kg after 20~42 days depending on the initial contamination. From the evaluation of case studies of landfarming, it is suggested that ratty-truss or single-arch structure is suitable in the landfarming plant for the treatment of large-scale contaminated soil requiring long period of remediation. But, vinyl-house structure is suitable in the landfarming plant for the treatment of small-scale contaminated soil requiring short period of remediation. Therefore vinyl-house structure is recommended in the remediation of contaminated soil less than 5,000 $m^3$ requiring within 1 year of remediation period but ratty-truss or single-arch structure is recommended for the remediation of contaminated soil more than 5,000 $m^3$.

        HomePNA 2.0 MAC Controller 회로의 설계 및 구현

        Home Phoneline Networking Alliance(HomePNA) 2.0 기술은 기존의 댁내 전화 선로를 사용하여 홈 네트워크를 구축하는 기술로서, 4-32 Mbps의 고속 데이터 전송 속도를 제공한다. 이러한 HomePNA 2.0의 Medium Access Control(MAC) 프로토콜은 IEEE 802.3 Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection(CSMA/CD) 방식을 사용하면서, Quality of Service(QoS) 알고리즘을 제공하고, 충돌 해결 알고리즘은 Distributed Fair Priority Queuing(DFPQ) 알고리즘을 사용한다. 본 논문은 HomePNA 2.0 MAC 프로토콜의 성능 분석 결과와 HomePNA 2.0 MAC Controller의 요구 사항을 기술하고, 우리가 설계한 HomePNA 2.0 MAC Controller 회로의 구조를 제시하며, HomePNA 2.0 MAC Controller를 구성하는 각 블록의 모의 실험 결과를 제공하고, 우리가 구현한 HomePNA 2.0 Transceiver 칩을 제시한다. The Home Phoneline Networking Alliance(HomePNA) 2.0 technology can establish a home network using existing in-home phone lines, which provides a channel rate of 4-32 Mbps. HomePNA 2.0 Medium Access Control(MAC) protocol adopts an IEEE 802.3 Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection(CSMA/CD) access method, Quality of Service(QoS) algorithm, and Distributed Fair Priority Queuing(DFPQ) collision resolution algorithm. In this paper, we describe some performance analysis results of HomePNA 2.0 MAC protocol and the requirements of HomePNA 2.0 MAC controller. Then, we propose the architecture of HomePNA 2.0 MAC controller circuit, show the simulation result of each block included in HomePNA 2.0 MAC controller, and present the HomePNA 2.0 transceiver chip that we have implemented.

        유연생산시스템의 계층구조적 실시간 운용제어 및 모니터링에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a hierarchical real-time operation control and monitoring scheme of the FMS/CIM center which has been implemented at the Automation and Systems Research Institute of Seoul National University. The hierarchical structure of the whole scheme consists of three lavers. The upper layer is in charge of on-line scheduling, computer network control, shop-floor monitoring and command generation for AGV dispatching, machining, assembly, inspection, set-up, etc. The middle layer has six modules, which are installed in the FMS host computer with the upper layer and run on the multi-tasking basis. Each module is connected to one of six cell controllers distributed in the FMS model plant and transfers operation command down to each cell controller through the Ethernet/TCP-IP local area network. The lower layer is comprised of six cell control software modules for machining cell, assembly cell, inspection cell, set-up stations. AS/RS and AGV. Each cell controller reports the status of the manufacturing facilites to the middle layer as well as ecxecuting the appropriate sequence control of the manufacturing processes.
