기하학적 비선형을 고려한 얕은 스페이스 트러스 구조물의 동적 좌굴 거동 분석

Shell-like space truss structure system has advantage that large space structure. Destruction mechanism occurs due to unstable behaviors with snapping by snap-through and bifurcation. Therefore Structural instability has important problem. In this study, direct and indirect snapping of shallow space truss are numerically investigated by the finite element analysis considering geometrical nonlinearity under the up-and-down excitation, and compared with the static critical load. The dynamic critical loads are determined by the numerical integration of the geometrical nonlinear equation of motion, and the mechanisms of the direct and the indirect snapping are examined by using the backbone curves and displacement response curves, time history curves, phases curves, response spectrums. Finally, the influence of damping to the dynamic buckling is discussed by comparing with the results under the step, the sinusoidal excitations.
젖소 유방염 유래 Staphylococcus aureus의 PCR을 이용한 Genomic Fingerprinting

A total of 137 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from dairy cow's milk with subclinical mastitis from 33 herds in 5 provinces and 36 strains of S aureus from clinical mastitis from 4 herds where the mastitis were severe problem. Arbitrary primed polymerase chain reactions with 10 bp oligonucleotide primer were performed and the PCR products were analysed with image analyzer, The S aureus strains were genotyped into 20 distinct DNA fingerprinting profiles. The size of PCR products ranged from 163 to 2,479 bp and PCR products of 506, 770, 784 and 2,479 bp were the most prevailing bands. Genotype 3 was founded in all 5 provinces. The various genotypes were identified in newly founded dairy herds, however, only one or two genotypes were identified in the closed herds. In clinical mastitis, only a limited number of different S aureus genotype was founded in each of the herds in comparision with subclinical mastitis. The results demonstrated that PCR-based DNA fingerprinting analysis of S aureus strain can be used to study epidemiology of mastitis, in addition, common genotype in geographic region can be useful for the development of an effective S aureus bacterin.

N/A It is evident that an elevation of urinary albumin excretion rate without clinical proteinuria strongly predicts a later progression of diabetic renal disease. Diabetic patients with normal or elevated resting albumm excretion rate show marked albuminuric response to physical exercise compared with matched non- diabetic controls. Employing treadmill test with exercise protocol of modified Bruce (stage II), we studied three groups: 7 normal controls, 11 type II diabetic patients (Group I) with normal urinary albumin excretion (AER<15 μg/ min) and 4 type 11 diabetics (Group II) with elevated urinary albumin excretion (AERa15 μg/min). The results are as follows: 1) In normal controls urinary albumin excretion rate was not increased after exercise. 2) In Group I patients (AER: 5.5±4.2 μg/min), urinary albumin excretion was increased to 7.8±10.8 μg/min after exercise. 3) In Group II (AER: 40.6±11.4 μg/min), urinary albumin excretion was increased to 92.0±35.8 μg/min after exercise, which was significantly higher than those observed in Group I. 4) Blood pressure and heart rate was not significantly different between normal controls and type II diabetic patients before and during exercise stress test. 5) There was poor correlation between diabetes duration or HgbAlc and maximal change in albumin excretion rate after exercise.
LoRa 기반 실시간 실내공기질(IAQ) 모니터링 및 환기 알림을 통한 근무환경 개선

최근 COVID-19로 실내 활동의 증가로 실내공기질(IAQ, Indoor air quality) 관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있지만 냉 · 난방기 가동 시 에너지 절감을 위하여 적극적인 환기가 이루어지지 않아 실내 공기오염이 우려되고 있다. IAQ의 저하는 재실자의 쾌적성을 감소시키므로 적절한 환기를 통하여 IAQ를 개선할 필요가 있다. 기존의 블루투스, WiFi 및 RF 통신의 통신 거리, 속도, 안정성의 한계를 극복하고자 LoRa 통신을 기반으로 IoT 센서를 적용하여 IAQ를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 일정 기준치를 초과하는 경우 상용 메신저인 텔레그램을 통해 알림을 발송하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 환기 알림을 실시하였을 경우의 IAQ 변화양상과 근무 환경의 개선 효과를 분석하였다.

항만구조물의 유체-구조물-지반 상호작용(FSSI)을 고려한 지진응답해석을 수행하였다. 우리나라 동남해안에 위치한 방파제 구조물을 대상으로 장주기 및 단주기파로 구분된 지진을 비롯하여 최근 우리나라에서 발생한 울진지진에 대한 지진응답특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. FSSI 효과를 고려하기 위하여 유체요소는 평면변형해석에 사용하는 4절점 사변형요소를 수정한 요소를 이용하여 모델링 하였다. 그리고 FSSI해석, 진도법, 부가질량법에 의한 지진응답특성을 비교하였다. 고유치해석을 통하여 방파제의 고유주기를 찾고, 기존의 지진 및 최근 우리나라에서 발생한 지진에 대한 지진응답특성 결과로부터 방파제 구조물이 장주기성분에 대한 영향을 더 많이 받는 것을 확인하였다. The seismic response characteristics of a port structure were investigated by the earthquake analyses of the structure subjected to high-, low-frequency component, and Uljin earthquakes. In the Fluid-Structure-Soil Interaction(FSSI) analysis, the fluid is modeled by the 4-node quadrilateral element which is a modification of a structural plane element, and the port structure and foundation is modelled by the plane strain element. Since the present method directly models the fluid-structure-soil interaction system using finite element method, it can be easily applied to the dynamic analysis of a 2-D fluid-port-soil system with complex geometry. The results of the seismic coefficient. added mass, and FSSI methods are compared. The results showed that the earthquake with high frequency components more affects the seismic response of the structure than that of low frequency components.
